Enjoyed it visit to the Christmas mark

All time favorite! Here with friends in the evening - be it indoors by the stove with punch in winter or enjoying a beer outside in summer - it's always nice! There is also a good vegan selection that you definitely have to try!

A cool location in the middle of Munich and you still have the feeling of being somewhere else, great.

Very nice Christmas market. There is a barrier-free toilet, but unfortunately it is used as a junk room. The offer from the staff to clear out at short notice was nice.

I celebrated my birthday here and was satisfied from A to Z. The atmosphere is just super cozy and we had the attic room all to ourselves.

A pleasant stay and very good food

Very nicely decorated with attention to detail. Great atmosphere a la Gilmore Girls. Every corner has been used and you can work there in peace or just relax and chat. The ambience alone makes a visit worth it!

I really like being at Gans Woanders because it is also Gans Anders like other locations. It's very cozy. It has a cozy family atmosphere. Seating is limited so I recommend making a reservation. The outside area or beer garden is very nice.

The Gans Woanders is a very special place to feel good. Whether with friends, to chill out, eat and chat, or alone to study or write homework... I absolutely love being here. It's cozy and homely, the food is extremely tasty and the prices are reasonable. There is live music every now and then, and when it's cold, the fire bowl in the courtyard is lit. Great! Be sure to watch and fall in love!

Very original, nice atmosphere. It's great what you can do with ideas and funny architecture out of an actually unattractive remaining piece of land. It's always worth cycling back there.

Cozy, inviting spot with some vegan options

We showed the piece of cake we wanted, they compared it to the one next to it, and cut it so it was the same size (or smaller). The piece they cut off was thin and they put it aside! The craziest thing that ever happened to me. I'll leave a photo of the discarded piece. After 2 hours it was still lying there without being eaten. It will eventually end up in the trash.

Bartender doesn’t want to speak English. I think it’s forbidden to be a tourist in Munich from her perspective. It’s so sad to leave with bad feelings from such beautiful place. I hope she is happy with her ‘right’ attitude.

My favourite place in Munich! So uniquely fairytale-like and romantic! Many beautiful corners to find a place and make each visit special, from the ground garden to the top balcony in the house. Very good pizza and cakes that change every day, with most of them being vegetarian. Policy of Card use only after 10€

The pizza is first class, super tasty and cannot be compared. I haven't tried the ginger, lemon, mint tea anywhere else and the portion of fries is made from real potatoes. It's super cozy and there's a relaxed atmosphere. Only the toilets leave something to be desired

Cool place and delicious cinnamon rolls

My girlfriend says they have the best vegan cheese and delicious olives on the pizza. The treehouse vibe is fun and cozy (be sure to get a cushion). No table service. Live music sometimes. Fire stove for the really cold days.

Very great and special place 🥰 had vegan cake and oat chai latte and was thrilled - by the building with a witch/tree house feel, the nice people and the relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely come back when we're back in Munich!

We're often here after a walk down the Isar for chips, beer, coffee, cake or pizza, it's all worth visiting for. Such a great setting that can feel really cosy.

A fun restaurant with a lot of flair! However, the food selection is very limited: pizza, fries, that's it (and "vegan" cake, if you like...). The fries and pizza were fresh and skillfully prepared, and we enjoyed them on the roof terrace! The restaurant is self-service, which I find very positive. The service is also nice and reasonably quick. But presetting a tip on the card reader when self-service is a faux pas. The price is reasonable: pizza under 10 euros, double espresso 3 euros, I think it's decent. In short, not a restaurant in the classic sense. but worth recommending as a location to meet and chat.

Completely different than what you are used to in Munich! Very cozy, playful and magical! Thanks to the fairytale house or tree house character, there are little corners and things to discover everywhere! The pizzas are great and the drink selection is very large! The audience is also broadly mixed across all age groups!

Very cozy location, actually suitable for all occasions, i.e. as a couple, in a group, with the family, etc. The live music is very cool and the employees are always very cool!! Because there are so many different seating options on each floor, it feels really big and winding. Like a real, rustic witch's house :)

A really nice and comfortable place to hang out while listening to local musicians and having the pommes with a pizza. Run by some some passionate youngsters and bringing in the right service with a perfect vibe, I would say it’s a must visit.

It often seems chaotic, which is particularly noticeable on weekends or when there is a lot of traffic. There is also self-service, which doesn't always make the process smooth. There is a lack of coziness on rainy days, and it can get quite cold in winter as there seems to be a lack of proper heating. The volume in the restaurant is also a point that needs to be taken into account - if you are looking for peace and quiet, you will only find it to a limited extent here. All in all, a great place to enjoy special dishes when the weather is nice or for a short visit.

It's always worth a visit, even if you're a Munich resident and have to drink beer, the atmosphere is really something different and it's great for such short meetings during the week after work. It gets a bit tight at the top in winter, so you have to be lucky, but otherwise completely satisfied. What I can't recommend at all is the vegan pizza. As a veggie, you're used to a lot of things now, but you can't get it down 🤌

Very tasty food in a "tree house" in Munich. The ambience is particularly impressive in the evening, when the trees are lit up with fairy lights in the dark. However, the drinks seem a bit too expensive to me, but still okay.

First of all, I am very grateful to Gans Woanders for the stage that she provides musicians - as Adele you have it easy in Munich, as an unknown band Munich is difficult (to put it kindly) The food and drinks are good (very tasty pizza!) and you can quickly get into a good mood with the right music. The atmosphere is unconventional and creative, one would expect it to be more in Berlin than in Munich, but it still somehow fits. The idea of ​​offering live music for free must also be highly praised... after all, not everyone here can afford Adele tickets for €400 and if the majority of guests throw a few € into the musicians' passing hat, everyone gets their money's worth :)) Munich should be like this more often! (and of course Adele is allowed to make music here too, I have nothing against her)
