Ordered a pizza here for the first time (to take away for my wife to the hospital). Overall the taste was good, unfortunately there was a bit too much oregano in the tomato sauce, so one star was deducted. In addition, the pizza wasn't cut, which I can't understand at all for a to-go order. These 4 seconds to cut save the customer from inconvenience and are therefore, in my opinion, money well spent. So another star deducted for that.

I was here for lunch later and ordered the potato soup with truffles. The starter was delicious giabatta bread, which we dipped in olive oil. It was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The wild garlic soup was excellent.... The terrace to sit outside seems a bit uncomfortable.

Quite neat, for the first time in 40 years. Rosetta is just as friendly and nice as it was back then, the service is competent and attentive. But when it comes to cooking, you can't come close to Rosi and Francesco (Elba)! However, yesterday the pizza was absolutely great!

We've been there several times and have always been very impressed with the pizza. This was our first time outside since the new service concept, and we were totally disappointed. The service was very slow and uncertain. We waited 10 minutes just for the menus, even though it was barely busy, and we waited another hour for the food. The pizza dough was extremely thick, making the pizza look very small, and the dough wasn't cooked all over. Some of the salami pizzas had 2 cm thick slices, and the artichoke pizza had only 3 wafer-thin artichoke snippets. I'm very disappointed with the service concept and will only order something to go from now on.

Food good, prices high. Service attentive. Very loud when full, but that can be done.

After my complaint about the pinsa and how it was handled I got a very friendly email with apologies and the paid amount I would get back. That is at least customer friendly and a great service! Thank you Firenze!!

There is no better Italian restaurant with fine cuisine in the RE district. It's a shame they had to change location. As soon as it opens again, we will come 👍

Leckere Pizza, leckere Nudeln, Schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal, sauberes WC, Preisleistung passt, der Laden war voll!

Extremely unfriendly and rude boss. A restaurant with poor service and pizza floating in water. lack of cooperation and service when we complained about the pizza quality. This was in liquid sauce, some of which was as clear as water. We received an insulting boss who refused to talk to us and insisted on paying for the pizza even though we didn't eat it and let it go back. Worst restaurant experience ever.

I have to say that I was not expecting much, but how wrong was I. Fast service with great quality, great portion, and great presentation. I really recommend this place!
