Relatively small but very tasty pizzas, prices are fair, recommendable

The lasagne was burnt on the bottom. The cannelloni wasn't tasty either; the large special was 0.33. I recommend the blue corner across the street.

We had another wonderful and relaxed evening at the Aviano this week, with delicious Italian food and a fantastic chef who was so attentive to all guests, accommodating all their requests, and doing his job with warmth and enthusiasm. You feel truly at home there and would, of course, love to come back. Thank you so much :-)

We were there last weekend. The dishes were all okay, the pasta was quite tasty, but nothing special. The atmosphere is also perfectly fine; it's quite nice in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, card payments aren't accepted, which left most of us completely lost. We were able to sort that out after all. All in all, it's worth a visit.

I had the Gorgonzola Steak tonight. I have to say it is the best steak I’ve had in my life. The service has been amazing. 4 of us have had a steak tonight and not one complaint at all. One of the boys in conversation asked if you were in jail and going to die the next day what would you have. This meal is my current choice. We will be back next year and I will be here again.

Terrible service, and if you criticize their menu, they get offended and brush you off with... no one complained. Water passes for sauce at this fake Italian restaurant. Cutlery is dirty. Tables, etc., too. After posting this review, our host got really angry and chased us down the street. We were supposedly primitive guests.

A very disappointing experience at this pizzeria. My friend and I arrived, just two of us, wanting a drink. As soon as we were seated, the staff asked us if we were in for food or just a drink. When we clarified that we just wanted a drink, we were made to understand that this wasn't possible and asked to leave.

What a hidden gem! After a frustrating experience elsewhere, we ended up at Piazza Aviano — and what a difference. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. We were seated quickly, and our food arrived in no time at all. The pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Everything felt authentic and thoughtfully prepared. What really surprised us, though, was their homemade beer. Smooth, crisp, and perfectly paired with the meal — it’s worth visiting for that alone! Piazza Aviano turned our evening around completely. Friendly staff, excellent food, and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back — and next time, we’re bringing friends.

We went on a weekday when it wasn't particularly busy. It took between 15-20 mins to have our food order taken, the servers seemed more interested in chatting with the regulars (perfectly natural behaviour). Food was tasty and the prices reasonable. Also took a while to get the bill, had to ask multiple times. Also, as is common in Germany, it's cash only but they don't advertise this fact.

Lovely and cozy terrace. One of the best foods in Adenau and Nürburgring area. The service is great, the waiters are very nice and helpful, always ready to accommodate. I love the fresh home made bread and the good quality olive oil. A place where I go every year since 2017.

Lovely service and atmosphere. Again the food is amazing. Always dine here at least once if not twice depending on the length of break, when visiting family that live in Nurburg. They are regulars and they are known by their name , hence the friendly service and great value for money. Our group had- Bruschetta al Pomodoro - bread with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, rocket salad and garlic Pane con aglio –bread with olive oil and garlic 2 x Petti di Pollo Mare e Monti -chicken in a crunchy breaded coating with fresh mushrooms, prawns, garlic and tomato cream sauce, hot Lasagne Pizza margarita Pizza salami Pizza Hawaii Salad French fries Lava cake Ice cream

Honestly, very disappointed by this restaurant. The welcome is cold, almost unpleasant. You can clearly feel that they are only there to extract money from tourists: they only accept cash payments, probably to avoid traces and inflate prices without justification. The food is bad, tasteless, and clearly not worth the posted prices (which they try to surreptitiously increase). A real tourist scam. I strongly advise against this place!

I actually went there with little expectation and was very surprised. Several people told me beforehand that it wasn't worth going. But I prefer to form my own opinion. I was greeted very warmly and politely. It was a very warm welcome. The value for money was right. The pizza was very, very tasty. It was very clean inside. So I will definitely come back.

Welcoming Italian cuisine in the center of Adenau with a typical menu of pizza and pasta, etc. Special requests are also easily accommodated. In addition to the food, this restaurant also boasts a fantastic selection of drinks. The "Aviano Dunkel" is particularly noteworthy, fresh from the tap, a beer brewed especially for the restaurant...and an extremely delicious one at that...but the regional wine from the Ahr River is also highly recommended. The family who runs it is very friendly and accommodating...the ambiance with its large outdoor area is fitting...and a certain motorsport flair is also very beneficial in this town next to the Nürburgring...so: gladly again

Hier 3x gegeten; pizza, pasta en eenmaal een schnitzel menu. Goede porties, smaakt goed. Vooral de bruschetta vooraf vonden we heerlijk. Lekker rode huiswijn! En de bediening is echt supervriendelijk! Aanrader als je in Adenau bent.

Why 1 star, if you ask if there is anything else available with a dog and you are turned away without saying that it is because of the dog. The couple after us were able to get in. Unfortunately, an honest answer with a dog isn't a shame, it would have been completely ok.

In the Google entry it was open until midnight, was there at 11pm and what happened? Closed!

Very tasty, very nice, the interior is a bit old school (dark). Clean, modern sanitary facilities, dogs were allowed in.

We were there very spontaneously with several families on a Friday afternoon and were warmly welcomed. The children had various pizzas, all of which were completely eaten. We adults had pizza and pasta. All the dishes were very good, and despite the larger group without prior notice, everything worked out to our complete satisfaction. We would love to come back again.

My meat dish was really good, tasty and good portion. My partner's Hawaiian pizza, on the other hand, was a disgrace. It looked like a frozen Magherita that was then carelessly topped with pineapple and 2 slices of ham. The base wasn't cooked through and the cheese wasn't even completely melted. Taste wise 0/0 stars. Good price for the meat dish and drinks. There are much better places to eat pizza in Adenau.

Defining this restaurant as Italian Cuisine is far from any truth. It may be that some tourists who have never been to Italy may have been misled by the names of Italian dishes, but it ends there. Strange to ask for a grilled chicken breast that you find on the menu, the only dish I was looking for, and to be told that it is only breaded or in the cold salad. Meh! To top it off, the POS doesn't work, and to show you they do a test that proves it. It doesn't take long to explain how to make this happen... No Italian, just the name of the place. The Pizza that one of the people with me took was embarrassing, Cameo Style and without mozzarella which comes with a supplement if you want. Thank you for reading this review.

Cozy terrace with a quiet corner. Friendly service and good food, but if you are sitting under the tent and people start smoking, this can be disturbing

Very tasty food, nicely decorated. If necessary, ask beforehand whether you can pay by card. When we wanted to pay, the waiter said card payment was not possible today, only cash. It wasn't a problem for us, but you could have said yes when the place was assigned to us.

Permanent spot! Whenever we go to the Ring we eat here, you are recognized and always have a chat! Super!

I've changed my mind, what a fantastic restaurant! The food here is really fantastic, and the prices aren't too bad. I have had less than good experiences with the pizzas from here in the past. That's why I ordered the Lasagna the first time, and the Tortellini Al Forno the second day. These two dishes are by far the tastiest oven pasta I have ever tasted! The staff and the manager are really men with a sense of humor! They always have a good laugh at a joke. 😁 Please note: You can only pay in cash here. There is an ATM 10 meters away, which also accepts Dutch bank cards.

The restaurant is centrally located in Adenau You can sit outside in a tent or inside (as of August 2024) No card payment possible 😉 The pizza was tasty but nothing special Unfortunately our order was not served as requested. However, it was changed immediately upon request. As a vegetarian, it was a shame that there was a piece of cooked ham in the bruschetta. The waiter just acknowledged it. So we had 3 things that went wrong that evening. Too bad! 1) missing ingredients 2) wrong dish 3) Meat in a vegetarian dish The waiters were nice but could have responded better. Would visit another pizzeria next time!

Every time I visit Adenau, this restaurant is my absolute favorite. The food here is always fresh, flavorful and simply delicious. Add to that the wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to sit down and have a good time. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which completes the experience. I can only highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Adenau. Best wishes from Bonn!

The portions are getting smaller and smaller. The schnitzels are cut so flat that they can be compared to the soles of shoes. So sometimes tough, difficult to chew. Salads are cut so small that it is difficult to eat them with a fork. Prices are already in the upper class. Attention, not payable with EC card. Problems with technology.

Very nice restaurant! We didn't make a reservation but they arranged a table for us and the 🍕 are so delicious there! We even went again the next time and I had schnitzels, which were also super tasty! If you are in the area it is definitely worth going here! We will definitely go back again

The restaurant is small, but has a very large outdoor terrace with large umbrellas 🌂, which not only keep out the sun 🌞 but also rain showers. We recovered from a long 🚗 tour with a delicious 😋 pizza 🍕. Crispy, delicious base, fresh topping, garlic oil, allspice and herbs were included extra. I can highly recommend!

We were here yesterday, the salads were great. The street noise combined with the music bothered me terribly, which is why it detracts from the ambience - but that's subjective.
