Were here for the Italian evening. It was really fun :)

There's not much to say, Been there 9 times and nothing to complain about. Food great, service clever and friendly... always my pleasure! Definitely the eggnog with rum at the end.

We ate decent pizzas there. The dough is wonderful and well topped. Nice service and evening!

We were in this restaurant for the first time today and were greeted very friendly and shown to a table. The meal, veal liver with braised onions, was a real culinary delight 👌 the side dish - potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower could have used some seasoning with a touch of butter. We liked the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely stop there again when we are in Bad Harzburg. Many thanks to the team 🥰

The food was absolutely delicious at this restaurant, making it one of the best in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. The ambience was also very pleasant, making for an enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Mixed starters and pinsa were delicious. The service was friendly but could be improved. Repeat orders for drinks and the triple request to present the bill each took 25 minutes.

We happened to be here for dinner. Direct hit. Very friendly staff, delicious food. Pricey but worth it.

Here we had veal liver with broccoli and potato pieces. The portion: huge! The quality: tip top. “English” fried, very hot at the table with lots of onions that were still al dente. Very good! If you like liver, this is the place for you. Side dish: Broccoli was al dente and had the taste of hot water. Tip: When cooked like this, toss it again with butter and a little salt, then add the side dish too. Potatoes are unnecessary due to the large portion and had too strong a seasoning that clashed with the liver for me. Service attentive and good. Ambiance: the air was cutting, there was no exchange of air. Air conditioning broken? Otherwise a typical Italian in the guest area with lots of vino on display.

We arrived when all the other restaurants in Bad Harzburg were already closed. The colleagues were extremely friendly and gave us a few very tasty drinks. Always my pleasure!

We went here twice during our vacation and ate very well. We tried three pinsas and found them all very tasty. You can sit comfortably and watch the goings-on. The staff are all very friendly and attentive.

Today we went to the “Italian” again. Today we were not disappointed with the service or the food. The food tasted excellent and the service was very friendly. Everything could have been so beautiful. But unfortunately this time there were "guests" in the restaurant whose behavior left a lot to be desired. They had little control over their children and didn't know how to behave. Uncomfortably loud and inconsiderate towards other guests. We would have been happy if the restaurant had had a little influence on these guests.

Yesterday we ate a pizza in the restaurant and saw that the pizza dough was a ready-made bread blank... The pizza baker was very nice but that doesn't do much for me if the pizza isn't fresh.. Never again...we were all disappointed...

Went to the Salt and Light Festival in Bad Harzburg with 9 people and ate here. It was simply fantastic. Ambiance, service and food were great. Will come again next year. Thanks for the perfect evening.

Food very good. Got a table without a reservation and was able to eat in peace, even though it got busier later and almost all tables were occupied. All respect for the waiter, who helped us well and the chef who made the food so tasty. Received a special mega carpaccio, great! It's a pity that we couldn't add a tip, it was well deserved

4 people order, long waiting time. 2 pizzas arrived wonderfully, one apparently couldn't be made and one had a serious faux pas. Once everything was sorted out, I can't complain any further. The pizzas were very good, tasty and sufficient 👍

We have been coming here on vacation for years and are thrilled by the friendliness and the food.

Like most people, we were there on vacation. Nice ambience and a pleasantly designed restaurant. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't Italian enough for us. That means it's too thick and way too much cheese. He was heavy in his stomach all evening. If you like a lot of cheese, this is the place for you. Unfortunately it wasn't for us. Price/performance absolutely okay.

At first the food was okay, but...and now come the deductions: only Pinsa dough at lunchtime, no normal pizza dough possible, according to the service, tomato sauce on the pizza without herbs, no spices...

It was super nice. Both had a T-bone steak. It was very good and very tasty. The service was very good despite the number of guests. The bruschetta was forgotten at the beginning, but then brought over. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I highly recommend it.

It was busy and the waiter was nice and found us a table inside. Due to the busyness, there was a wait, but it was fully compensated by what we got. Pinsa and house wine, both excellent.

Despite the day off, I was able to eat pizza outside on the terrace. The pinsa was super tasty :-)

The food there is highly recommended. We have been there several times and have always been very satisfied. I recommend making a reservation in advance as the restaurant is usually very full.

Were there twice as guests last weekend and once everything was great, service and food were great. The second time I was so excited about the carbonara. Unfortunately, this one catastrophe of the guanciale was cut way too big and wasn't good, so it was almost never left out in the pan. The result was that the whole dish was greasy and I almost gave it all back. The service told me that the kitchen thought that was how it should be. Well, what can I say... you have to practice that again because carbonara doesn't work that way. I still had to pay €16.50 for it..... You can do it like that...

I received a very friendly welcome. Presumably the manager of the house and his colleagues in the service department were extremely friendly and attentive; they kept coming unobtrusively to ask if everything was OK. I could also observe this with all the other guests. The food was very good, even the house wine was excellent. I can only agree with everyone before me. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Food very good. Service leaves a lot to be desired. When the sun came out and it got very hot, we asked twice to take the awning out. This was denied by the boss and we had to look for a new and much narrower place ourselves (with a pregnant wife and dog). Less than two minutes later, four other guests asked to take out the awning. The awning was then lowered.

Discovered by chance. We actually wanted to sit outside, but everything was full so we had to go inside. What luck!!!Super great atmosphere and we felt so comfortable!! Great service - very good wine advice and also wine knowledge!!! The food was also very tasty, starters and pizza are highly recommended. The wines are ordered directly from the winery AND they are great Italian wines!!! It was a really great evening and we absolutely recommend it!!👍🏻So go and enjoy it👍🏻

The food was very tasty, it was my first time there. I didn't know it was such a nice place. The entrance area could be made a little nicer so that the restaurant has the same character as everything else. I felt very comfortable, it was great. I'll definitely go there again.

We got a table outside without a reservation and were really happy. The service was super nice and accommodating. The food was super good! My partner even said that this was the best pizza he has ever eaten😊. I can only agree with that... We'd love to come back! We would also like to point out that if you pay by card, it is not possible to give tips via the EC device... We didn't know this and didn't have any cash with us, which made us terribly sorry! We sat in the front part of the restaurant where there is self-service. The pizza was delicious, the staff was very friendly. Food and drinks were ready quickly and it was also easy to sit down.

It's been a long time since I've eaten something as delicious as in this restaurant. Everything was perfect and the service was also an A+ We'll definitely come back when we're nearby.

When reserving the table I said it was a birthday and could we arrange something nice. I was promised but unfortunately it didn't work out (what a shame). Now about the food, we almost all had steak. I had the Filetto Griglia 30.50 euros and the other two had the Bisteoca Griglia 26.50 we didn't find any difference. The vegetables and potatoes were lukewarm. We asked 4 times if we could get some ice cream and eventually the ice cream came. Somehow we didn't like it that much.

The visit was good for a glass of wine and a portion of pasta. Friendly service.

Nice Italian restaurant in Bad Harzburg. The food is excellent. Nice atmosphere and very cozy. Staff very nice and attentive. The prices are completely fine and reasonable. The boss is very warm and generous. Parking spaces available behind the house and in the immediate vicinity. I can only give my recommendation.

As always great. There's a long wait on deadline days, but the ambience makes it bearable ;) I'm always happy to be a guest there.

Great Italian restaurant in Bad Harzburg. If you like drinking wine, this is the right place for you. Great selection of wines. The dishes are excellent and delicious. Cozy atmosphere and a nice place to stay. Excellent meat and fish dishes. Fried to perfection. Starters are also recommended. Staff courteous and very attentive. Prices reasonable. The owner is very hospitable and generous. Parking spaces available throughout the area. Definitely come back.

It was super tasty, I had pasta with porcini mushrooms and turkey...a huge portion that I couldn't finish. It was full and therefore extremely loud. Somehow it's no wonder since it's so delicious many people want to eat there.

5 stars despite huge disappointment! We called ahead to see if mussels were available. However, when we arrived and wanted to order these, we were told that the fresh delivery had not yet arrived. OK The owner can't do anything about late suppliers either. We still had an excellent meal and received a fantastic grappa to compensate. We always enjoy coming here and look forward to visiting each time. Mussels again next time!!

Schon lange nicht mehr so eine gute Pizza gegessen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderbaren Restaurant. Unsere Tante wurde zum 88. Geburtstag dorthin eingeladen. Das Essen war einfach super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Waren zu viert dort an einem Mittwochabend essen. Es waren alle Tische besetzt, was dazu führte, dass das Servicepersonal etwas überfordert war. Wir haben ca. 15-20min gewartet ehe wir bestellen konnten. Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal. Bis die Vorspeise (Bruschetta) kam hat etwas gedauert, war aber geschmacklich sehr lecker. Als Hauptgänge hatten wir 1x Pizza, 1x Pinsa (Pizza nur andere Form), 1x Nudeln mit Gorgonzolasauce und Huhn und 1x Schweinemedailons in Gorgonzolasauce. Zu den Nudeln und dem Schwein kann ich nicht viel sagen, war aber wohl ganz gut. Die Pizzen waren hingegen eher unterdurchschnittlich. Der Teig war ok. Die Belagmenge war gut, jedoch von minderer Qualität. Billige Salami und billiger Schinken, bei der vegetarischen Variante wurden Champions aus der Dose verwendet. Als Käse wurde unserer Ansicht nach kein Mozzarella sondern Gauda gewählt (Käse war eher gelb als weißlich). Das Ambiente ist tatsächlich sehr schön. Gute Einrichtung, nette Atmosphäre. Die Toiletten sind sauber und ausreichend groß. Lediglich die Sauberkeit der Tischdecken könnte besser sein.

Absolute Empfehlung in Bad Harzburg!

Von der Begrüßung bis zum Abschied perfekt! Jackenservice zur Garderobe, schöner Platz, schneller, sehr freundlicher Service. Essen sehr lecker, fast schon zu große Pizza. Von aussen kaum ersichtlich, wie es drinnen ist, sehr gemütlich und tolles Ambiente. Wie manche schreiben, Stammgäste werden bevorzugt - NEIN, bin das erste Mal vor Ort im Restaurant gewesen und ich wurde genauso behandelt wie alle anderen auch - Sehr zu vorkommend! Pizza Rucola bzw Parma gegessen, auf Wunsch sogar etwas Parmesan mehr bekommen. Absolut klasse das italienische Restaurant 5☆ plus 2. Besuch, ebenfalls perfekt, diesmal gabs Muscheln in Weißweinsoße. Brot gab's aus Wunsch nochmals - ohne extra Kosten.

Tolles Ambiente, schönes und sauberes Lokal. Tolle Bedienung. Wir waren voll auf Entspannung getrimmt. Wollten uns einen schönen Geburtstag leisten. Das negative, was uns wirklich störte, war die Kommunikation und die Dauer bis unser Essen serviert wurde. Nachdem ich nach 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten nachfragte, wo mein Steak bleibt, bekamen wir keine Antwort. Der Kellner gab keine Rückmeldung, dass er sich gekümmert hat und alles in Arbeit ist. Im Gegenteil, bei jedem Gang vorbei an unserem Tisch sah er zur anderen Seite. Kein Wort warum alles so lange gedauert hat. Aufgefallen war mir auch, dass es viele Stammgäste gab, die teilweise alle schneller bedient wurden und mit denen auch Zeit für einen Plausch war. Wahrscheinlich ist man auf Kurzurlauber nicht angewiesen. Aber zum Glück gibt es ja auch noch Alternativen. Eigentlich schade.

Ein wirklich stilvoll eingerichtetes italienisches Restaurant mit authentischem Flair. Das Esser ist frisch und ausgesprochen lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Ein sehr schönes Italienisches Restaurant mit bemerkenswertem Ambiente. Wenn sie einen richtigen italienischen Abend verbringen wollen, dann sind sie hier richtig. Wein ist schön, Lugana mehrerer Sorten selbstverständlich dabei. Und das Essen ist lecker zubereitet, auch wenn es gerade viel los ist.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Freundliches Personal, gute Küche, schönes Ambiente.

Essen schmeckt super lecker, egal ob Pizza oder Nudeln. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall

Das Essen war sehr gut insbesondere das Fleisch war zart und gut mediumgebraten. Allerdings waren die Beilagen für diesen Preis etwas schmal. Ein paar mehr Kartoffelspalten und ein bisschen mehr Gemüse wären schön gewesen. Der Salat war gut und frisch. Hier fehlte mir aber der Pfiff, sei es durch geröstete Nüsse/Samen oder etwas frisch geraspelter Käse beides wäre schnell und günstig zu machen). Die Kritik resultiert aus dem leichten Missverhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung. Insgesamt aber empfehlenswert. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Auch wenn man es von draußen erst gar nicht so in dieser Riesenvilla vermutet, erwartet einen drinnen ein wunderbares originell und gemütlich eingerichtetes italienisches Restaurant, wo man sich gleich rundherum wohl fühlt. Die Bedienung ist flott und zuvorkommend, verziehen, dass die Vorspeise vergessen wurde. Pizza und Pasta waren großartig. Und den Amaretto auf's Haus haben wir als kleine Wiedergutmachung akzeptiert! Toller Laden, gerne wieder!

Von außen so unscheinbar... und dann gehst du rein.... wow! Mein Mann kommt mit seiner Männertruppe schon seit Jahren zu euch und schwärmt von allem! Op dinsdag zijn de meeste restaurants in Bad Harzburg gesloten, dus was zoekende. Ristorante Vinotheka Firenze was ook gesloten, echter op het buitenterras waren 9 tafels bezet en nog 1 tafel vrij. Terras opgelopen en de ober kwam na mij toe en vroeg ik een stukje pizza wilde proeven. Hij vertelde dat ze op dinsdag gesloten zijn, maar toch een keuze uit 3 pizza's aanbieden en vers in de oven buiten gebakken worden. Een leuk idee en dus een pizza en bier besteld. Een heerlijke pizza gekregen en super aardige ober die voor sfeer zorgt.

Wir waren sehr begeistert. Meine Frau und ich sind Freunde der guten, vor allem qualitativen Küche. Bei mir sollte zumindestens das serviert werden, was in der Menuekarte versprochen wird. In vielen Restaurants ist es leider nicht so, hier im Firenze aber schon. Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Der Gast merkt, und weiß hier offenbar, dass die Küche ihre Kunst exzellent umzusetzen weiß und versteht Menschen nicht nur satt sondern auch glücklich zu machen. Ein Beispiel hierfür war mein Filete vom Jungbullen in perfekt abgestimmter Gorgonzolasauce und genussvoller Gemüsebeilage. Dass das Fleisch exakt so kommt wie man es bestellt verwundert hier offensichtlich niemanden mehr. Wenn dann noch, (mit viel Herzblut) der passende Wein dazu angeboten wird, weiß man: Die lieben was sie machen! Es war rundum perfekt.

Wenn neben Touristen viele Einheimische zum Italiener ihres Vertrauens kommen, dann muss es einfach gut sein. Oder? Ist es! Wir sind jedes Mal begeistert, wenn wir im Firenze sind. Essen top, Service sehr aufmerksam, offene Weine in guter Auswahl, schönes Ambiente.

Das Restaurant hat sowohl Aussen- als auch Innensitzplätze. Die Karte ist klein aber fein. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen geschmacklich top, bewegt sich aber auch preislich über dem Durchschnitt. Guter Hauswein.
