We had a table right by the window, which was really lovely. The service was very friendly and polite. We ordered two dishes from the daily specials menu, both delicious.

Oh, that was a great experience, the food was delicious. We had a type of pasta, I had it with gorgonzola sauce, and duck, it was absolutely delicious. My husband also forgot his wallet at the restaurant, but he only realized it a day later... In the end, the restaurant owner and waiters are very honest people ❤️🙏🙏, they reported it to the police. WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU.

With great care, several members of the staff carried my father and his wheelchair up the stairs to our table! That's true hospitality! As for the food, I don't need to say much except: delicious, delicious, and delicious again!

The crust could have been a bit fluffier, and the mozzarella, tomato, and salami seemed solid, but nothing exceptional. Nevertheless, the overall package was perfect: the outdoor seating is lovely, the wine selection is appropriate, and the value for money is reasonable for Bad Harzburg. Overall, a good Italian restaurant, with a few minor reservations regarding the pizza, but overall, I'd happily return.

Now that's what I call flexibility. I wanted a dish that wasn't on the menu. Pasta agli olio with shrimp. It was prepared simply according to my wishes. It was incredibly delicious. The pasta was perfectly al dente. Thank you. Plus, friendly service and a cozy garden to sit in right by the stream. Conclusion: We'd love to come back.

Two of us spontaneously stopped by the restaurant, and there was a local festival of lights. The staff was very friendly and assigned us a table, which we were very pleased with. I was impressed by the beautiful ambiance. The food was really good. We'll be back. Best from Friesland.

The antpasti platters were very extensive and beautifully presented. Everything was delicious, and there was something for every taste. We had four main courses to choose from in advance. The grilled meat, grilled fish, and vegetables were cooked to perfection and delicious. Pinsa and tagliatelle were also delicious. The portions were generous. Some of the guests also had dessert – tartufo, crema catalana, and tiramisu were also very popular. We were able to determine the chronology of the dishes ourselves. The service was very attentive and thoughtful. Pino himself also visited us several times. Nothing was left to be desired. Thank you again for the beautiful setting.

We arrived spontaneously through the rather inconspicuous back entrance, not expecting much. But the restaurant completely and positively surprised us! Tables are usually reserved, but we were lucky that a space was available. A stylish, elegant ambiance, very exclusive interior, with plenty of wine bottles on display. Service is friendly and prompt. Prices are reasonable. We had the pinsa, a large portion and delicious, made with sourdough.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed this year. There were nine of us there, and eating together wasn't possible because almost everyone got their food at a different time. For example, I ordered a rump steak with sides, which was billed as a starter, and when I was finished, I had to wait another hour until the last person got their food. I was even asked if I wanted a main course. That's why I didn't tip, which is a shame, because the food was very good, but the service wasn't.

I also think the rating is a bit exaggerated. They try hard, but for me it wasn't more than average. The service was very friendly, but the wait times were too long. Both pinsen had good dough, but the toppings were very bland and also significantly overpriced. The tiramisu was very good and my personal highlight. The location was also quite nice, but there were a few too many (empty) bottles for my taste.

We reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. It worked out. The order was placed quickly. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet. After an hour, our food still wasn't there. The tables next to us, who arrived later, already had their food. At first, we were put off with the explanation that a lot of pizzas had been ordered. After a quick query to the manager, things moved very quickly. The answer was that the slip of paper with the order hadn't reached the kitchen. We were eating there for the last time.

Very polite staff, great food, everything was top-notch. I came here with my brother after a long hike. When we asked for a table, we were told it might take a little longer today. But we didn't notice this at all. Every order came quickly and promptly. The service was very attentive and professional. I have rarely enjoyed such good, friendly, unobtrusive service. Unfortunately, we didn't have any cash on us after this long hike, so this review is the least I can say. I will stop by again every time I visit the Harz. For me, there weren't enough side dishes for my sea bream, but otherwise it was very tasty. There was also a large selection of different wines. If you enjoy Mediterranean food and want a cozy atmosphere, this is the place for you.

My order did not go well. Instead of the ordered pizza I received a pinsa. I accepted that because otherwise they would throw the pinsa away. But I would have been better off not accepting him. I pretty much needed a saw to get through the bottom and the last piece of about 2 inches was burnt black and inedible. When I showed that and made a comment about it, I got the response: that's because the bottom is so thin. Well, my husband's pinsa was a lot easier to cut and not black. No understanding or excuses whatsoever. Afterwards we think it was stupid that we accepted this and paid the full amount. We will never eat here again if we are in the area.

We had dinner there yesterday with a family of six and a baby. The service was top and super friendly. The food came super quickly and was deliciously prepared. Don't let the external appearance fool you! You will be warmly welcomed here and you will feel that until you leave the restaurant! The overall package is perfect here and can and has been highly recommended! We will definitely come back on our next visit. A small point of criticism would be the toilet, which is clean but a bit used/outdated.

Instead of the Pinsa we ordered, 2 pizzas were served, apparently a hearing error. Topped with Plockwurst instead of the desired Calabrese. With the excuse that most guests eat Calabrese would be too sharp. That's probably not how it works. We are Harzburgers, NEVER go there again.

It took at least 1.5 hours. The food was more than disappointing, the pasta was overcooked and drowned in a greasy cream sauce that didn't have any worthy of Italians. The portion was far too big, perhaps to justify the high price...

After years of searching for a really good and genuine Carbonara (not this cream nonsense), I have finally reached the end of my search at Firenze. In terms of taste, probably only Nonna can top it. But the pizza also left a very good impression. In my opinion the portions are a little too big, even more enjoyable. Ambience and great service round off a perfect Italian evening.

Very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff who try to find a table somewhere even when the restaurant is fully booked. We had to wait a bit (without a reservation and on a Friday evening), but were then rewarded with an excellent Vitello Tonnato and 2 different pasta dishes. Gladly again.

Good food, not exorbitant prices. We all enjoyed it very much. However, it is the first restaurant where I pondered in the evening whether the ambience is now nice or no longer up to date? Was the service overly friendly, or was it genuine? My problem... so I would like to give it 5 stars for the good food and reasonable prices!
