Ristorante Pizzeria Da Mimmo in Bad Harzburg

My wife and I got a table at short notice for New Year's Eve, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent. This lucky find saved our evening. We'd love to come back. :)

A delightful discovery in Bad Harzburg… we had homemade tortelloni in truffle butter and linguine with scampi… a poem at honest prices!!

We were there with a group, including several children. The staff was very attentive; the children's food was brought before the adults'. This kept the children entertained and made it much more relaxing for the adults. The food was also delicious. All in all, we had a wonderful evening and would love to come back!

It was our first time here and we were absolutely thrilled. The atmosphere was fantastic, the service superb, and above all, the food was truly amazing. We'll definitely keep this address in mind and will certainly return when we're next in the Harz Mountains.

We've already spent sooooo much money. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizza (from thin to thick crust) and the fillet with Gorgonzola (probably not the real thing, but it seemed to have thawed) have changed dramatically. Maybe it's just because they're busy? The red wine wasn't warm, but very warm, and they're out of grappa either.

It was a full house on a Saturday evening, but the service was still prompt and super friendly. The food (pizza) was excellent, definitely recommended!

We had reserved a table in advance. Nice service and great food. During busy periods it can quickly become a bit loud and warm. Unfortunately the weather didn't allow for outdoor seating, which is certainly great in the summer. Nevertheless, DaMimmo is highly recommended and it wasn't the last time we've been here.

Very good pizzeria, pizza was great, dough base was super tasty, not soggy at all, rose well, the toppings were well coordinated! If we go on holiday in the Harz again, we will definitely be repeat offenders! Very nice and friendly service.

We went because of the good reviews, but as we all know, tastes differ. The pizza tasted like nothing. There were no spices on it whatsoever (and I'm not just talking salt and pepper). I had the rump steak with asparagus and rosemary potatoes. It was a 3/4 potato, not even a whole one. 3 small quarters. The asparagus was not drained properly, so that the asparagus and the rump steak were in the water. Here too there was a lack of spices. The service, on the other hand, was very friendly and accommodating, the ambience was okay.

Nothing more is possible...! When I have strangers with me and they tell me afterwards "it was like staying with friends"... then I was probably with Lucia and her team again. My guests were particularly surprised yesterday that the restaurant da mimmo was packed on a normal weekday in the middle of winter. A tip from me if you want to try it out: be sure to reserve a table!

The food is tasty and good, but the plates of the two main courses, veal liver and rump steak alla cipolle, looked exactly the same except for the meat. Dessert was also very tasty, but looked very similar. The service was quick and friendly. The ambience is ok, but when it's very busy it's very cramped and it got so loud that you couldn't hold a conversation.

A very nicely located restaurant at the riding stables - you can partly look into the riding hall. The decor is rather modern, with a few classic touches. The service is very attentive and friendly, and the food is served quickly even when it is full. We had pasta, lasagne and pizza, first of all bruschetta. The food was tasty, hot and fresh, but the portions were rather small. We would have expected larger quantities for the price quoted. We men didn't get enough and then had to order more. There was no “second helping” even though we complained about the portion - that cost us the fifth star in the rating.

Went there for the first time yesterday... sooooo tasty, sooooo nice, sooo fast even though it was packed...I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The only problem for me was the volume, but everyone's sensitivity is different 😁. I'll definitely be back. Definitely great outside in the summer too. We finally went to Da Mimmo for the first time today. We've heard so many good things, but we've never been there when we visit the Harz. It will probably be worth reserving a table, but that's no problem at all and can also be done online. We had antipasti, pizza, pinsa and scaloppina and everything tasted delicious. There are some vegetarian dishes and vegan dishes are certainly no problem for the kitchen. The service was great and we would love to come back!

Four adults and four children and everyone felt comfortable! The meal from starter to dessert was an (Italian) poem. The service was very attentive and extremely committed to the children. Sit outside, enjoy and feel a little like you are in Italy... nothing more is possible. Our young girls (9) also really enjoyed the view of the riding arena.

Cozy, nice seating on the terrace, parking right next to the restaurant. Food very good, pizza very good craftsmanship. Homemade bread. Despite the full house with 2 huge parties (we were kindly warned in advance), friendly service, enough space and free tables and an acceptable waiting time for the food. Dessert was very good, as was the selection of food in general. It's nice that there is a restaurant like this in Westerode! Conclusion: come by more often instead of just picking up the pizza 😀 We recommend!

We surprisingly ordered 4 pizzas to take away there on Whit Monday. Despite ongoing business (7 p.m.), we were pushed in very, very nice, friendly and at short notice. Thank you very much for that and we can only recommend the restaurant, the entire team and thank you with further visits!! The food was great, the taste from the dough to the topping was great! Likewise the pasta dishes that we have eaten there on previous visits. We would love to come back... 🤗 Thank you!

Dank Tripadvisor fanden wir dieses tolle italienische Restaurant am Sportplatz. So viel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit haben wir lange nicht erlebt. Und dazu ein sehr leckeres Essen und vom Aperitif (Danke das wir sogar noch eine Flasche dieser neuen Spezialität nach Köln mitnehmen durften!) bis zum Grappa aufs Haus , war es rundherum ein super Abend. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für alle die etwas Abseits der typischen Touri- Restaurants in Wernigerode eine tollen italienischen Abend erleben wollen

We were there with six people and made reservations online, which worked well so far. Unfortunately, the service was more than chaotic, drinks were served incorrectly several times. The starters were very tasty and everything was perfect. Some of the main courses were delivered incorrectly, one rump steak was raw inside. There wasn't much discussion and everything was corrected as quickly as possible with a small discount, but there were comments that something was ordered incorrectly. Desserts were the best part of the whole meal. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed due to the busyness of the restaurant.

We came without a reservation and got the last 2 free seats. Starter Bruschetta was very good, Pizza Paesana and Pizza Parma e Rucola are highly recommended, both 5⭐+❗ and the dessert Creme Brulee was simply delicious 😋. Staff very courteous and attentive, price/performance for the delicious food cannot be beaten. We will be back.
