We ordered a select table outside the day before my birthday. Unfortunately, this selected table was accidentally given to other guests before we arrived on time. BUT the waitress and the boss reacted and acted spectacularly, sensitively and super professionally: 1. We got an even more awesome replacement table, 2. We were treated to Prosecco as an apology 3. My wife's pasta dish was deliciously modified upon request, 4. The absolute crowning glory was a tiramisu with table fireworks, like at the captain's dinner on the "dream ship" with a happy birthday birthday serenade with guests' tuning :) The food, pasta and pizza Michele, was also freshly prepared and very, very tasty! One of my most wonderful and warmest birthday surprises and with 57 previous ones, it really has “significance”. THANKS TO THE ENTIRE TEAM “Restaurante Bella Roma”!

We sat outside for dinner. A reservation is recommended. The meals were good. However, the service staff seemed quite overworked and stressed; The boss herself can hardly be surpassed in terms of arrogance. We waited a long time for the food and the bill. The second drink order was never delivered.

Nice atmosphere in a central location. It was busy and yet we were quickly assigned a Tiech, even without a reservation. The service is friendly and prompt - empty drinks were quickly refilled. The portions are very good and the food is delicious and not rushed. All in all a perfect Italian evening. The antipasti for 2 is particularly worth a visit!

Really good food and great service! I haven't eaten so well in a restaurant for a long time. Despite being understaffed and the store being full, the service was top, friendly and quick. We recommend! A little tip: Come a little earlier if you want to get a table on the terrace when the weather is good.

Were there twice and can only recommend it. Very tasty food, great house wines, nice and good service, fair prices. Any time.

Our visit started really well. Got a good table and nice reception. Both the food and the service were absolutely fine. But after we had eaten our main course, we became almost "invisible" and were not asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. When we left the restaurant, a good experience had turned into a somewhat boring one. We mentioned it when we paid the bill, but that (it was just a shame) we had the impression of our visit

A very mixed experience in this restaurant. We waited 40 minutes. on our food. The food is well-crafted, a little unseasoned. But it doesn't blow your mind, but the prices are rather high. Unfortunately the bruschetta was soggy, so I recommend you de-seed the tomatoes then you won't have any problems with it. We asked if the dip on the bread was freshly made and if there was egg in it. The waiter disappeared, came back and said he couldn't say for sure if it was fresh, but there was egg in it. You are a restaurant, each of you has to be able to list in your sleep what ingredients are in the food and how it is prepared, that is your job. The outside area urgently needs to be swept and the weeds between the stones removed. The chairs are okay, but don't invite you to linger. A high chair and children's cutlery for our child were not offered.

An incredible experience! Even though I hadn't made a reservation, they found a small table for me after a bit of a wait. Then the waiter proactively asked me if I wanted a second beer... And the food was so amazing! A taste explosion!

Nice Italian restaurant with a small outdoor terrace. The food is tasty, the service is really good, very nice and accommodating. Prices are a little higher, but still acceptable.

Eigentlich eher durch Zufall sind wir im Bella Roma Essen gegangen, für Harzburger Verhältnisse schon relativ spät. Als kleinen Gruß aus der Küche gab es selbstgemachtes Brot mit Oliven und knoblauchcreme. Gut, schwarze Oliven sind nicht so unsere Sache, seitdem wir gesehen haben wie die hergestellt werden. Das Brot und die Creme waren hervorragend, daher haben wir gleich einen Nachschlag bekommen :) Dadurch wurde die Wartezeit auch erheblich verkürzt, denn etwas Zeit muss man schon mitbringen. Wir hatten einmal Nudeln mit Parma-Schinken und Rucola, der absolut in Ordnung war, auch wenn man hier schon Gegenteiliges gelesen hat. Die Nudeln und die auch die Pizza waren genau so wie man sich das beim Italiener vorstellt. Die ganze Familie (Familienbetrieb seit 33 Jahren) sind überaus freundlich und wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend auf der kleinen Terrasse verbracht. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Nice outside area (where we weren't allowed to sit even though it didn't look like it was reserved), but it was nice inside too. Unfortunately, the cellar was stressed, taciturn and even unfriendly. The meal took a while. The seafood spaghetti was delicious. The pasta with zucchini was a little bitter and the one with salsiccia was slightly salty. At the end there was an error in the bill, and at least €125 for a family of 2 adults + 3 children. So overall a nice evening but worth a maximum of 3 stars. Next time we'll try something different.

Were there last Saturday. Service was overloaded and the boss seemed stressed. If you already have a staff shortage, you shouldn't fill the restaurant to the last seat. Pizza wasn't what we expected and you didn't get what you ordered. Hence so few points.

We spontaneously ended up at Bella Roma on Sunday with 6 people. We were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner and had a nice table even without a reservation. Regardless of whether it was pizza, pasta or meat, we all enjoyed it very much. We also really liked the friendly and attentive service. We can really recommend this restaurant.

Wir waren vor knapp zwei Wochen im Bella Roma essen. Ca. 1 1/2 Stunden haben wir auf unser Essen gewartet und einige Speisen kamen auch falsch (eine andere Soße, andere Nudeln,…). Ich habe Kalbsfleisch gegrillt mit Rucola und Parmesanstreifen gegessen. Am darauffolgenden Tag klagte ich über Übelkeit, starkem Erbrechen, Schüttelfrost und Gliederschmerzen. Demnach ist anzunehmen, dass ich diese Symptome leider durch das Essen bekommen habe und mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit der Rucola schlecht war oder gar nicht gewaschen wurde. Auch die Bedienung hat vieles durcheinander gebracht und wirkte nicht sehr professionell. Die Preise sind zudem auch überzogen. Wenn man ein gutes italienisches Restaurant in Bad Harzburg sucht, sollte man lieber wo anders hingehen als ins Bella Roma!

Very nice restaurant with a great ambience. We were there for the second time now, my mother-in-law's birthday dinner. Everyone really enjoyed it and of course it tasted wonderful. We'd love to come back.

From the moment I entered Bella Roma I was enveloped in the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff greeted me with a friendly smile, which immediately created a cozy and familiar atmosphere. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the carpaccio, served with a level of perfection that can only be expected from true masters of Italian cuisine. The wafer-thin slices of high-quality beef literally melted on the tongue, while the harmonious combination of olive oil, lemon and parmesan enchanted the palate. A fillet steak was served as the main course. It exceeded all expectations and was fried to perfection, wonderfully crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Each bite was a feast for the senses, reflecting the high quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparation. In summary, Bella Roma offers a dining experience not to be missed. The combination of excellent food, warm service and an atmosphere that invites you to linger makes it a must for every lover of Italian cuisine. A visit here is more than just a meal – it's a celebration of flavors and hospitality. Cinque stelle!

Tolles italienisches Restaurant im Zentrum von Bad Harzburg. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre und herzliche Bedienung. Wir hatten Wein und Fisch auf Empfehlung. Exzellent. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

First of all, I can't say anything about the food, but I can say about the rest: We wanted to go out for something to eat on Sunday evening (Easter Sunday) (without a reservation) and tried our luck at this Italian restaurant. We knew our chances were bad, but sometimes you get lucky. So we went into the store and waited for a waiter. After a few moments he came towards us and looked very arrogant. When we asked him if we were lucky, we received an answer that was full of arrogance and in a very loud voice, and I quote: 'Which Italian restaurant can you get a seat at without a reservation?' They say that the tone plays the music, we no longer played music after a number like that, which half the restaurant heard. We were then offered a table, about 40 minutes later - which we politely declined. I have rarely experienced such a “snap”, arrogance and arrogance from an Italian... You should be careful how you talk to a guest and not attack them. You could also have pointed out in a friendly way that unfortunately little is possible in the shop without a reservation and that If you have a table free in 40 minutes, then nothing would have happened. It's a shame, but it seems like there's no need for any more guests here. For your information, we got a table at the Italian restaurant 2 streets away without a reservation and the food was very good and we were treated as guests in a friendly and courteous manner :-)

Very good, fast and attentive service. Nice atmosphere and the dishes were delicious. The pastas are fresh. We ordered one with salmon and one with Italian sausage. Both were very well served. The salmon one even had more salmon than pasta. Very good!

Ordered a table but when we arrived a table had to be rearranged for us Initially there was a wait for service, then it was fine. FOOD very good, only gnocchi with gorgonzola very salty.

It's always beautiful at Bella Roma. The ambience is perfect and the food is particularly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the otherwise excellent sole was not filtered well. Very torn apart... And then cold. It's a shame... Because the price is not without its price.

Nettes Ambiente, gutes Essen. Aber viel und schnelle Bewegung, durch die Bedienung im Restaurant, obwohl es nur leicht besucht war. Dies wirkt leider etwas hektisch. (Ist aber vielleicht auch nur mein empfinden) Ansonsten klare weiter Empfehlung.

Beste Adresse für frischen, gut zubereiteten Fisch in der Umgebung, aber auch die Fleischgerichte, Nudelgerichte (besonders „Contadina“ mit Linguine) und Pizzen sind gut. Frisch gebackenes Brot. Gehobenes, gediegenes Ambiente, freundlicher Service. Getränkepreise zivil. Rundum empfehlenswert - auch in Coronazeiten! Nachtrag vom 12.12.2023: Pizza wirklich richtig lecker, der Kellner Valerio einfach super. Dazu ein leckerer Spritz…war wieder ein rundum gelungener Abend 😊👍🏻🙏🏻🍹👌🏿

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant, sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Wir hatten uns für die Trilogie von Carpaccio als Vorspeise entschieden. Als Hauptgericht einmal die Nudeln mit Seeteufel und einmal die Nudeln Contadino mit Salsiccia und Steinpilz. Alles sehr gut abgestimmt und perfekt zubereitet. Einzig das Tiramisu war etwas wässrig. Reservierung ist empfehlenswert

Wir waren Pizza essen... Schade... Kam nach 45 Minuten lau warm an... Ich muss sagen es war nicht voll waren gleich bei der Öffnung da und nur 2 Tische besetzt..geschacklich geht da mehr... Tomatensosse schlecht gewürzt...

Wir waren eine größere Gruppe von Arbeitskollegen*Innen und hatten Tische reserviert für 17:30 Uhr, direkt zur Eröffnung an diesem Abend . Da wir kurz vorher da waren ,waren wir die ersten Göste. Das Ambiente dort ist wirklich schön und gemütlich und man kann dort einen netten Abend verbringen . Der Service war ebenfalls sehr nett und zuvorkommend . Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu groß und es gibt auch zB selbstgemachte Nudeln oder spezielle lactosefreie Varianten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und gut zubereitet . Einziger Abzug war bei uns leider die Wartezeit: Wir mussten fast 1,5 Std auf unser Essen warten. Sonst aber sehr zu empfehlen !

Durch Zufall beim Schlendern in der stadt entdeckt. Nette Begrüßung und sehr ansprechende Räumlichkeiten. Bequeme sitze runden das ganze ab. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Die Pizza war super. Kross am Rand und mit der richtigen würzigen Schärfe war sie absolut lecker. Ein tolles Restaurant mit tollem Personal und Essen. Da würde ich wieder hingehen. Top!

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in Bad Harzburg verbracht und dieses Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt. Wir wurden herzlich hereingeführt, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und durchgehend sehr aufmerksam. Es war sehr voll, dadurch zwischenzeitlich etwas laut - das Personal kam trotzdem nicht gestresst rüber und hat sogar für einige Schmunzler gesorgt. Das Essen war der absolute Hammer! Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und die Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Wir haben lange nicht mehr SO gut gegessen. Ich würde fast behaupten, dass ich noch nie SO gute Pasta in einem Restaurant gegessen habe!! Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiter. 10 von 10 und noch mehr ⭐️

Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, geschmackvolles Ambiente, das immer auf der Höhe der Zeit ist und Liebe zu den Details zeigt, eine Speisekarte, die Klassiker ( Pizza), saisonale Gerichte (zur Zeit Pfifferlinge) und Spezialitäten (z.B. Kalbsleber) im Angebot hat. Wir waren mit drei Generationen heute Abend zu Gast und haben uns alle sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Restaurant Besuch in Bad Harzburg? Bella Roma ist immer sehr zu empfehlen!

Im Rahmen eines kleinen Urlaubs sind wir auf der Suche nach einem "Abendessen um die Ecke" auf Bella Roma gestoßen und waren beide sehr zufrieden. Ohne Tischreservierung bekamen wir entgegen meiner Erwartung ganz unkompliziert einen Tisch im Außenbereich. Unser Essen (einmal Pasta, einmal Salat) war ausreichend, schmackhaft und frisch, die Herren im Service waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Oliven und das Brot vorweg empfanden wir als nette, einladende Geste. Empfehlenswert.

Schönes Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente, einem sehr netten und flinken Kellner. Das Essen war 1A, man kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.

Gorgeous restaurant, a bit hidden and unexpected. I walked plenty of times past it, and was missguided by outside apperance. I really thought its just pizzeria. I loved the selection of sea food and pastas, and pizzas and also steaks. I opted for sea food. I had tuna tartar (delicious) and grilled shrimps with salad. My hubby had pasta with zucini and shrimp tails. Entirior is very lovely, comfortable nice chairs, very busy at the time we came for dinner. The only minus and thats why 4 stars...the prices. I know, you pay for what you eat, but for 1starter and 2mains we paid well over 100€...

Leckeres Essen, sehr aufmerksames Personal und ein schönes und sauberes Restaurant.

Pizza war OK aber auch nichts besonderes. Eingelegte Peperoni gehören meiner Meinung nach nicht auf eine Pizza. Das bekommt man auch frisch hin. Rotwein ( Montepulciano )wird aus 1,5 L Flaschen ausgeschenkt. Kein besserer Schankwein auf der Karte. Für einen „gehobenen „ Italiener ist da noch Luft nach oben !!!

Klassisches italienisches Restaurant in der Bad Harzburger Innenstadt. 🏙️ Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar und bietet nicht unbedingt alle gängigen Gerichte, die man typischerweise in einem italienischen Restaurant erwarten würde. Die 🍕 Pizza ist hier leider lediglich ok. Da ist noch Luft nach oben. Daher auch nur vier Sterne. Bei unserem Besuch war das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt. Das Personal wirkte angespannt und gestresst, was sich auch auf die Stimmung unseres Aufenthalts im Restaurant übertragen hat. Wir haben versucht, schnell zu essen und schnell wieder zu gehen. Sehr positiv ist der Umgang mit Kindern aufgefallen. Es gab sofort Malbücher und Stifte auf den Tisch, um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken.

Der pizzaboden war sehr hart, konnte man kaum schneiden
