Große Empfehlung: Sehr leckeres Essen, immer frisch zubereitet, trotzdem kurze Wartezeiten, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Reservierung sinnvoll. Wir kommen immer wieder gern.🇮🇹♥️

Mega Lecker und total nettes Personal .

Heute haben wir dieses Restaurant besucht und mir hat der Service sehr gefallen. Der Kellner liebt seinen Job offensichtlich: Er hat uns freundlich empfangen und die Bedienung war sehr herzlich. Wir haben Pasta und noch ein weiteres Gericht bestellt, dessen Namen ich leider vergessen habe, dazu Bier und zum Schluss habe ich einen Kaffee getrunken. Alles war einfach unglaublich lecker — sowohl die Gerichte als auch der Kaffee. Wir saßen draußen auf der Terrasse, aber auch innen ist das Café sehr gemütlich. Das war definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch hier! Schade, dass ich kein Foto gemacht habe.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang und engagierter Service. Tolle Gerichte, viele Eigenkreationen. Die Crème Brûlée war auch, wie wir sie vorher nicht kannten. Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, sind wor tags darauf noch einmal hier eingekehrt und durften die sonnige Terrasse genießen. Auch beim 2. Besuch war das Essen fantastisch. Machen wir noch einmal in der Gegend Urlaub, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Das Essen war frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders die Pizza und die Pasta sind absolut empfehlenswert. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und trotz vollem Restaurant sehr schnell. Dazu kommt das gemütliche Ambiente mitten in der Altstadt von Nordhausen – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Preis-Leistung passt ebenfalls perfekt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Essen ist lecker und die Atmosphäre ist sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen Geburtstag gefeiert.

Rustica wurde von einer Nordhäuserin bei einem Stadtbesuch empfohlen. Haben sogar ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen. Essen und Service sehr gut

Sehr gemütlichs Restaurant mit zuvorkommendem Kellner, das Essen war wirklich gut, auch über das Preis Leistungsverhältnis gibt es nicht schlechtes zu sagen, haben spontan einen Mittagstisch bekommen und werden gerne wieder kommen

Ein wirklich toller Italiener! Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Atmosphäre ist schön und gemütlich. Das Essen kam unglaublich schnell und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Selten so einen guten Service erlebt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Meine Frau und ich waren auf der Durchreise und wollten was Essen. Was sollen wir sagen, klasse Service, mega nett, aufmerksam und fix. Essen war ein Traum, nicht nur die Standardsachen, sonder auch mal was neues. Wir empfehlen jedem diesen Italiener. Fotos sagen alles, Fisch super, Schwein super und Vorspeise einfach, aber lecker 😊

Die Schließzeit wurde noch nicht aktualisiert; es steht zwar 23 Uhr, aber als meine Freundin und ich um 21 Uhr ankamen, sagte der Kellner, dass das Restaurant geschlossen sei.

Das Essen war wie immer sehr gut und der Service grandios. Leider wurde die Gemüsebeilage vom unglaublich leckeren Grillgemüse zu einer Art gedünsteten, recht faden Gemüse geändert. Das hat mich leider sehr enttäuscht, weil es nicht ansatzweise an das Grillgemüse ran kommt. Abgesehen davon, ist wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Uns hat das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Portionen waren ausreichend. Die Knoblauchsupper hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Nudeln mit Rindfleisch war eine große Portion und war sehr lecker. Wir hatten nicht vorbestellt. Das Restaurant war ausgesprochen gut besucht. Wir haben für drei Personen einen Tisch bekommen. Ich denke, man sollte trotzdem reservieren.

Sehr zuvorkommender Service. Aufmerksam. Sehr leckere Pizza und die Cocktails sind auch sehr gut. Und, natürlich, der Service von Giovanni :D. Weiter so!

A truly special restaurant. The waiter was very attentive and polite. We immediately felt comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. They even accommodated special requests from the children (corn on the salami pizza ;-). Thank you! We'll definitely be back!

I was there with my girlfriend. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted warmly and friendly. Nothing was forced; it was a truly relaxed dining experience. The service was really helpful. Kudos to the kitchen, too. However, they could have used more sauce for the spaghetti Bolognese, but otherwise, it was very tasty. This won't be our last visit.

Hello, we had dinner at rustica yesterday and were absolutely thrilled with the tuna and avocado appetizer, as well as the tuna steak and tuna tagliatelle. Kudos to the chef. Furthermore, the team is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly friendly and charming. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs. We always enjoy going there and can recommend it to anyone. Everything is great, I really enjoy going there.

We sat outside. I had the spinach and salmon pizza and was satisfied. It was delicious, but there were a few minor things that could have been improved. The pizzas were definitely good value for money. The salads that two of my companions had were quite unimaginative and a bit disappointing. They could have been made better at home. Our service was very friendly and attentive.

We ate here today, and it was more of an evening experience. It started right at the entrance, where we were greeted immediately and shown to a suitable table. The service staff are very attentive yet unobtrusive. The wait times aren't too long—of course, because the food is freshly prepared, it's not exactly a rush, but they're very reasonable. For an appetizer, a main course, drinks, and an espresso, the price is absolutely reasonable for under €30. This definitely won't be our last visit!

We were looking forward to a good pizza after a long day. Both pizzas were practically floating in water (seafood pizza), I suspect they were all frozen. It tasted that way, and it felt like chewing gum in your mouth. The dough was so hard in the bottom that it was impossible to cut. We won't be back.

We received a very friendly welcome at Rustica – the service was attentive and courteous. The menu offers a good selection, the dishes were beautifully presented, and the portions were generous. The ambiance seems a bit dated in my opinion, but it doesn't detract much from the overall impression. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience!

Direct hit! Invited to dinner by friends while visiting there. Great service, who asked several times whether everything was OK, but without being intrusive. Great menu, not too busy. Something for everyone. I was surprised at the huge portion. I don't know whether they saw my hungry face and told the cook: Put a decent schnitzel in the pan - in any case, I barely managed to make the excellent schnitzel (of veal!) "Rustica". I didn't expect that for 21.90. Plus a baked potato with a great dip, a side salad and some Mediterranean vegetables. It was great, thank you for the great evening!

Wir waren zum Abendessen hier, hatten Pizza und Spaghetti alle Rustica, beides ausgesprochen köstlich, sehr frisch, sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Der Service sehr nett, der Gastraum gemütlich und einladend. Insgesamt hatten wir hier einen sehr schönen Abend und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Auf Empfehlung von Freunden hin sind wir nach längerer "Abstinenz" wieder ins Rustica eingekehrt. Vorweg: es hat sich gelohnt! Das Rustica wird von einem jungen, motivierten Team geführt. Es gelingt den Wirtsleuten fast spielerisch, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu erzeugen, die von den Kellnern mit freundlicher Aufmerksamkeit und einer Prise Humor perfekt unterstrichen wird. Das Lokal selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet. Es bietet Tische auf zwei Etagen, und auch in einer etwas versteckten Nische hinter der Theke, wo man es wunderbar ruhig haben kann. Die Speisekarte ist gut sortiert und wird von der Küche auch beherrscht. Fleischgerichte, Pasta, Salate, Desserts - alles sehr gut, man kann sich hier gar nicht "verwählen". Die Krönung ist aber die Pizza. Wunderbar, wie in Italien, nur ein bisschen besser ;) absolut zu empfehlen! Zur stehenden Speisekarte gab es auch eine kleine saisonale Tischkarte extra. Für das, was geboten wird, sind die Preise total in Ordnung. Auch die Wartezeiten sind überschaubar, obwohl das Lokal gut besucht war. Insgesamt also optimal; auch wenn man - wie wir - mit Kindern einkehrt. Tante grazie - volle Punktzahl! Wir sehen uns jetzt öfter, versprochen!

Eine große Auswahl an richtig leckeren Essen. Es ist so schwer, sich hier zu entscheiden..., aber sicher ist, es schmeckt alles. Das Personal und der Chef sind auch immer sehr zuvorkommend.

A nice and good Italian restaurant located on a market square in a pretty half-timbered house. We came here on a Sunday evening without a reservation and got a table for 2 people. Very nice service, hospitable, service great, we ordered pizza, the quantity was completely sufficient and very tasty. Prices reasonable. Great atmosphere, we immediately felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

War mit meiner Freundin heute zum Mittagessen dort, wir hatten beide Rumpsteak bestellt Medium, ihr Steak war verbrannt siehe Foto unten , das zweite war Roh , sollte trotzdem den Vollen Preis von 31,50€ bezahlen, man hat uns ein Heißgetränk als Entschädigung angeboten, und erst nach dem zweiten Nachfragen widerwillig einen Preisnachlass von 20€ man hätte ja die Beilagen gegessen. War schon öfters in großer Runde dort essen, leider heute sehr Enttäuschend

Once and never again! My rump steak arrived black (then they apologized and re-prepared it. The next round was raw and cold (ordered medium). As a “kindness” we got a hot drink on the house. The crowning glory was the bill! The waiter started arguing after we said there was no way we would pay the full price of €31.50 for something we didn't receive. After all, we were given a waiver of €20 and were charged €11.50 for 10 gnocchi and some vegetables.

The restaurant is located in the middle of the city in a beautiful half-timbered house. Despite the central location, we always have no problem finding a parking space. We come to Nordhausen regularly, including today, to eat at the “Rustica” restaurant. The service is excellent and with a lot of charm. The dishes are varied and always surprise us with new ones, so we like to try them out. Of course we also have our favorites, such as the “Gratin Rustica”, the tiramisu or the chicken in mango chili sauce. Many thanks again today to the kitchen and the service team and a good start into the New Year! :)
