Ristorante-Pizzeria Rustica in Nordhausen

We sat outside. I had the spinach and salmon pizza and was satisfied. It was delicious, but there were a few minor things that could have been improved. The pizzas were definitely good value for money. The salads that two of my companions had were quite unimaginative and a bit disappointing. They could have been made better at home. Our service was very friendly and attentive.

We ate here today, and it was more of an evening experience. It started right at the entrance, where we were greeted immediately and shown to a suitable table. The service staff are very attentive yet unobtrusive. The wait times aren't too long—of course, because the food is freshly prepared, it's not exactly a rush, but they're very reasonable. For an appetizer, a main course, drinks, and an espresso, the price is absolutely reasonable for under €30. This definitely won't be our last visit!

We were looking forward to a good pizza after a long day. Both pizzas were practically floating in water (seafood pizza), I suspect they were all frozen. It tasted that way, and it felt like chewing gum in your mouth. The dough was so hard in the bottom that it was impossible to cut. We won't be back.

We received a very friendly welcome at Rustica – the service was attentive and courteous. The menu offers a good selection, the dishes were beautifully presented, and the portions were generous. The ambiance seems a bit dated in my opinion, but it doesn't detract much from the overall impression. I can recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience!

Direct hit! Invited to dinner by friends while visiting there. Great service, who asked several times whether everything was OK, but without being intrusive. Great menu, not too busy. Something for everyone. I was surprised at the huge portion. I don't know whether they saw my hungry face and told the cook: Put a decent schnitzel in the pan - in any case, I barely managed to make the excellent schnitzel (of veal!) "Rustica". I didn't expect that for 21.90. Plus a baked potato with a great dip, a side salad and some Mediterranean vegetables. It was great, thank you for the great evening!

Wir waren zum Abendessen hier, hatten Pizza und Spaghetti alle Rustica, beides ausgesprochen köstlich, sehr frisch, sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Der Service sehr nett, der Gastraum gemütlich und einladend. Insgesamt hatten wir hier einen sehr schönen Abend und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Auf Empfehlung von Freunden hin sind wir nach längerer "Abstinenz" wieder ins Rustica eingekehrt. Vorweg: es hat sich gelohnt! Das Rustica wird von einem jungen, motivierten Team geführt. Es gelingt den Wirtsleuten fast spielerisch, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu erzeugen, die von den Kellnern mit freundlicher Aufmerksamkeit und einer Prise Humor perfekt unterstrichen wird. Das Lokal selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet. Es bietet Tische auf zwei Etagen, und auch in einer etwas versteckten Nische hinter der Theke, wo man es wunderbar ruhig haben kann. Die Speisekarte ist gut sortiert und wird von der Küche auch beherrscht. Fleischgerichte, Pasta, Salate, Desserts - alles sehr gut, man kann sich hier gar nicht "verwählen". Die Krönung ist aber die Pizza. Wunderbar, wie in Italien, nur ein bisschen besser ;) absolut zu empfehlen! Zur stehenden Speisekarte gab es auch eine kleine saisonale Tischkarte extra. Für das, was geboten wird, sind die Preise total in Ordnung. Auch die Wartezeiten sind überschaubar, obwohl das Lokal gut besucht war. Insgesamt also optimal; auch wenn man - wie wir - mit Kindern einkehrt. Tante grazie - volle Punktzahl! Wir sehen uns jetzt öfter, versprochen!

Eine große Auswahl an richtig leckeren Essen. Es ist so schwer, sich hier zu entscheiden..., aber sicher ist, es schmeckt alles. Das Personal und der Chef sind auch immer sehr zuvorkommend.

A nice and good Italian restaurant located on a market square in a pretty half-timbered house. We came here on a Sunday evening without a reservation and got a table for 2 people. Very nice service, hospitable, service great, we ordered pizza, the quantity was completely sufficient and very tasty. Prices reasonable. Great atmosphere, we immediately felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

Once and never again! My rump steak arrived black (then they apologized and re-prepared it. The next round was raw and cold (ordered medium). As a “kindness” we got a hot drink on the house. The crowning glory was the bill! The waiter started arguing after we said there was no way we would pay the full price of €31.50 for something we didn't receive. After all, we were given a waiver of €20 and were charged €11.50 for 10 gnocchi and some vegetables.

The restaurant is located in the middle of the city in a beautiful half-timbered house. Despite the central location, we always have no problem finding a parking space. We come to Nordhausen regularly, including today, to eat at the “Rustica” restaurant. The service is excellent and with a lot of charm. The dishes are varied and always surprise us with new ones, so we like to try them out. Of course we also have our favorites, such as the “Gratin Rustica”, the tiramisu or the chicken in mango chili sauce. Many thanks again today to the kitchen and the service team and a good start into the New Year! :)

War mit meiner Freundin heute zum Mittagessen dort, wir hatten beide Rumpsteak bestellt Medium, ihr Steak war verbrannt siehe Foto unten , das zweite war Roh , sollte trotzdem den Vollen Preis von 31,50€ bezahlen, man hat uns ein Heißgetränk als Entschädigung angeboten, und erst nach dem zweiten Nachfragen widerwillig einen Preisnachlass von 20€ man hätte ja die Beilagen gegessen. War schon öfters in großer Runde dort essen, leider heute sehr Enttäuschend

The “Rustica” is located in the middle of the old town next to the old town church. An Italian restaurant straight out of a picture book! Very tasty dishes, not run-of-the-mill, great service (very attentive) and a feel-good atmosphere. Everything was perfect here. The price/performance is very good 👍

The Ristorante-Pizzeria Rustica in Nordhausen is an absolute must for lovers of Italian cuisine! The cozy ambience and friendly service immediately create an inviting atmosphere. The menu offers an excellent selection of delicious pizzas and other Italian specialties, freshly prepared. The homemade pasta dishes and the crispy pizzas, which are topped with high-quality ingredients, are particularly recommended. The beer garden also invites you to linger. A perfect place to spend a relaxing evening with friends or family. Rustica is definitely an asset to Nordhausen!

Wir sind gerade hier um 21:30 angekommen, hungrig von einer Radreise. Offiziell geöffnet ist bis 23:00. Uns wird nun aber gesagt die Küche sei bereits geschlossen. Unmöglich!

A nice restaurant. We made a stop here. We were there for dinner with nine people. The staff was friendly and very attentive. All dishes were brought at the same time, and that is not a given for such a large group. Value for money is good.

If I could, I would give another star for the great service. My father and I have been here two days in a row during our vacation because we were simply impressed by the food and the service. I can only recommend the gnocchi with goat cheese filling and scampi, but I also really enjoyed the seasonal spaghetti with chanterelles!

The price-performance ratio is more than disappointing. If fresh herbs and mushrooms are on the menu, I expect more than a raw sprig of rosemary and a single slice of mushroom for >30€. Serving steak without sauce or herb butter should be prohibited. Unfortunately an absolute negative recommendation.

Food was great. Ambience excellent. However, the waiter claimed that you could pick up your car in the shopping center even after 8 p.m. This was not the case and we had to talk to the emergency service and pay a 2 euro fine.

Wow, what a great restaurant with incredibly nice service staff. During a tour of the city we spontaneously stopped at Rustica and found the first contact to be extremely pleasant. The menu leaves nothing to be desired and the portions are absolutely sufficient and, above all, very tasty. Many greetings from the beautiful Erzgebirge - we would love to come back!

I've had a variety of dishes and I was impressed by all of them. In addition to the normal menu, there is always a seasonal menu.

Mezzelune with porcini mushrooms very tasty. Unfortunately the vegetarian pizza was terribly bad. Too much covering, too moist, too much moisture. Folds off like a wet rag. Absolutely not edible. Old salad and bad service.
