Ristorante-Pizzeria Rustica in Nordhausen

First time in Nordhausen and immediately discovered this great ristorante...very tasty food and excellent service...absolutely recommended.

Wir waren zum Abendessen hier, hatten Pizza und Spaghetti alle Rustica, beides ausgesprochen köstlich, sehr frisch, sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Der Service sehr nett, der Gastraum gemütlich und einladend. Insgesamt hatten wir hier einen sehr schönen Abend und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen.

Auf Empfehlung von Freunden hin sind wir nach längerer "Abstinenz" wieder ins Rustica eingekehrt. Vorweg: es hat sich gelohnt! Das Rustica wird von einem jungen, motivierten Team geführt. Es gelingt den Wirtsleuten fast spielerisch, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu erzeugen, die von den Kellnern mit freundlicher Aufmerksamkeit und einer Prise Humor perfekt unterstrichen wird. Das Lokal selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet. Es bietet Tische auf zwei Etagen, und auch in einer etwas versteckten Nische hinter der Theke, wo man es wunderbar ruhig haben kann. Die Speisekarte ist gut sortiert und wird von der Küche auch beherrscht. Fleischgerichte, Pasta, Salate, Desserts - alles sehr gut, man kann sich hier gar nicht "verwählen". Die Krönung ist aber die Pizza. Wunderbar, wie in Italien, nur ein bisschen besser ;) absolut zu empfehlen! Zur stehenden Speisekarte gab es auch eine kleine saisonale Tischkarte extra. Für das, was geboten wird, sind die Preise total in Ordnung. Auch die Wartezeiten sind überschaubar, obwohl das Lokal gut besucht war. Insgesamt also optimal; auch wenn man - wie wir - mit Kindern einkehrt. Tante grazie - volle Punktzahl! Wir sehen uns jetzt öfter, versprochen!

Eine große Auswahl an richtig leckeren Essen. Es ist so schwer, sich hier zu entscheiden..., aber sicher ist, es schmeckt alles. Das Personal und der Chef sind auch immer sehr zuvorkommend.

A nice and good Italian restaurant located on a market square in a pretty half-timbered house. We came here on a Sunday evening without a reservation and got a table for 2 people. Very nice service, hospitable, service great, we ordered pizza, the quantity was completely sufficient and very tasty. Prices reasonable. Great atmosphere, we immediately felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back.

Once and never again! My rump steak arrived black (then they apologized and re-prepared it. The next round was raw and cold (ordered medium). As a “kindness” we got a hot drink on the house. The crowning glory was the bill! The waiter started arguing after we said there was no way we would pay the full price of €31.50 for something we didn't receive. After all, we were given a waiver of €20 and were charged €11.50 for 10 gnocchi and some vegetables.

The restaurant is located in the middle of the city in a beautiful half-timbered house. Despite the central location, we always have no problem finding a parking space. We come to Nordhausen regularly, including today, to eat at the “Rustica” restaurant. The service is excellent and with a lot of charm. The dishes are varied and always surprise us with new ones, so we like to try them out. Of course we also have our favorites, such as the “Gratin Rustica”, the tiramisu or the chicken in mango chili sauce. Many thanks again today to the kitchen and the service team and a good start into the New Year! :)

War mit meiner Freundin heute zum Mittagessen dort, wir hatten beide Rumpsteak bestellt Medium, ihr Steak war verbrannt siehe Foto unten , das zweite war Roh , sollte trotzdem den Vollen Preis von 31,50€ bezahlen, man hat uns ein Heißgetränk als Entschädigung angeboten, und erst nach dem zweiten Nachfragen widerwillig einen Preisnachlass von 20€ man hätte ja die Beilagen gegessen. War schon öfters in großer Runde dort essen, leider heute sehr Enttäuschend

The “Rustica” is located in the middle of the old town next to the old town church. An Italian restaurant straight out of a picture book! Very tasty dishes, not run-of-the-mill, great service (very attentive) and a feel-good atmosphere. Everything was perfect here. The price/performance is very good 👍

The Ristorante-Pizzeria Rustica in Nordhausen is an absolute must for lovers of Italian cuisine! The cozy ambience and friendly service immediately create an inviting atmosphere. The menu offers an excellent selection of delicious pizzas and other Italian specialties, freshly prepared. The homemade pasta dishes and the crispy pizzas, which are topped with high-quality ingredients, are particularly recommended. The beer garden also invites you to linger. A perfect place to spend a relaxing evening with friends or family. Rustica is definitely an asset to Nordhausen!

Wir sind gerade hier um 21:30 angekommen, hungrig von einer Radreise. Offiziell geöffnet ist bis 23:00. Uns wird nun aber gesagt die Küche sei bereits geschlossen. Unmöglich!

A nice restaurant. We made a stop here. We were there for dinner with nine people. The staff was friendly and very attentive. All dishes were brought at the same time, and that is not a given for such a large group. Value for money is good.

If I could, I would give another star for the great service. My father and I have been here two days in a row during our vacation because we were simply impressed by the food and the service. I can only recommend the gnocchi with goat cheese filling and scampi, but I also really enjoyed the seasonal spaghetti with chanterelles!

The price-performance ratio is more than disappointing. If fresh herbs and mushrooms are on the menu, I expect more than a raw sprig of rosemary and a single slice of mushroom for >30€. Serving steak without sauce or herb butter should be prohibited. Unfortunately an absolute negative recommendation.

Food was great. Ambience excellent. However, the waiter claimed that you could pick up your car in the shopping center even after 8 p.m. This was not the case and we had to talk to the emergency service and pay a 2 euro fine.

Wow, what a great restaurant with incredibly nice service staff. During a tour of the city we spontaneously stopped at Rustica and found the first contact to be extremely pleasant. The menu leaves nothing to be desired and the portions are absolutely sufficient and, above all, very tasty. Many greetings from the beautiful Erzgebirge - we would love to come back!

I've had a variety of dishes and I was impressed by all of them. In addition to the normal menu, there is always a seasonal menu.

Mezzelune with porcini mushrooms very tasty. Unfortunately the vegetarian pizza was terribly bad. Too much covering, too moist, too much moisture. Folds off like a wet rag. Absolutely not edible. Old salad and bad service.

As a native of Nordhausen, I used to love going there. Unfortunately, when the restaurant is full, it is now very loud and conversation is difficult. The portions are also too small for the prices and we were only satisfied with one main course. I also find the dishes seasoned too much with pepper. It's okay, but I don't necessarily have to go there anymore.

Great Italian restaurant in Nordhausen that I came across by chance while passing through! Despite the full house, I still got a seat! The food was super delicious! Both the wine, main course and dessert were top :-) I would visit this restaurant again at any time but to be honest, I don't dare go to Thuringia anymore :-(. With 35% AFD voters and 15% right-wing extremist sympathizers, the Italian owner has my highest Respect: Living in a state where 50% of guests are potentially in favor of deporting "foreigners" is very brave :-).

Zufällig haben wir letztes Jahr dieses Restaurant entdeckt, wir sind sehr begeistert von dem Essen!!!Seitdem schauen wir öfter vorbei 😋😋

Wir waren dort zu 6. essen. Pizza gut Gnocchi OK Insalata Italia mäßig (alle Zutaten in Trennkost Manier angeordnet) und das Jogurtdressing war auch nur purer Jogurt, Der Salat war nicht angemacht. Wir hatten vor Jahren Bruschetta dort lieben gelernt und waren enttäuscht. Aber das mit Abstand schlechteste war die Schoko- Crème brûlée: eine normale Crème brûlée die oben verbrannt war und mit Schokosause kaschiert wurde. So etwas dürfte die Küche nie verlassen. Der Service von unseren 2 Kellnern (jung und alt) war ausgezeichnet: höflich, aufmerksam. charmant und unaufdringlich. Großes Lob an dieses Personal. Insgesamt würden wir wieder hingehen zum Pizza essen und Ausprobieren. Aber Stand jetzt "nur" 3 Sterne.

Samstagabend letzte Woche, oben plaziert, war viel zu kalt! In einem zu kalten Lokal "schmeckt" es auch nicht so gut. Egal war proppen voll, was ganz schwach rüber kommt, Eindruck eines Italienes wird vermittelt, seht im Impressum, es ist ein Grieche. Warum der Italenische Mantel??

Am heutigen Abend waren wir bereits zum zweiten Mal im Ristorante-Pizzeria Rustica in Nordhausen. Da wir nur selten in der Stadt sind freuten wir uns schon länger auf diesen Besuch und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war absolut einwandfrei, die Portionen sind absolut ausreichend und der Service ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und trotz gut besuchtem Lokal und Zubereitung a la Minute sehr zügig. Einen kleinen Bonus stellt einer der Kellner dar. Sein Name ist Giovanni und er ist ein wunderbar freundlicher und vor allem immer zu einem guten Spruch aufgelegter Mann, bei dem das Bestellen und Bezahlen von einer normalen Alltagssituation zu einem Moment mit Lächeln und Lachen wird. Von Kellnern dieser Art möchte man immer wieder gern bedient werden! An dieser Stelle einen herzlichen Gruß an Giovanni! 🥳 Eine absolute Empfehlung für diese Lokalität. Wir kommen wieder! 💯🙏

Wir waren vor Jahren im Rustica und waren damals nicht so überzeugt. Da wir einen Gutschein geschenkt bekommen haben, lösten wir ihn GESTERN ein. Und wir müssen sagen, das wir total überzeugt war. So herzlich und freundlich, gelächelt wurde immer. Wir fühlten uns in besten Händen bei Giovanni, er ist wirklich sehr umsichtig. Also von damals zu heute eine 180grad Wendung. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und auch das Essen war nicht nur optisch sehr schön angerichtet, es hat auch wirklich geschmeckt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich, und wir kommen sicherlich wieder

Einfach richtig lecker! Die Saison Karte ist interessant. Gerichte sind hübsch angerichtet. Wir Können insbesondere die Vorspeisen 100% empfehlen.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite mal dort essen ,mehr als zufrieden. Das essen ist mehr als Reichlich. Personal sehr nett und freundlich.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr netter Service. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Große Auswahl an Gerichten zu etwas gehobeneren Preisen, aber gute Qualität. Uns schmeckte es sehr gut, daher Preis-Leistung für uns gerechtfertigt. Früh am Abend haben wir zu zweit noch einen Platz bekommen (Sonntag), aber um sicher zu gehen, sollte man vorab reservieren. Sitzmöglichkeiten außen und innen.

Ein sehr leckeres Restaurant, gut erreichbar mit dem Auto oder auch ein Stück zu Fuß. Ein super Service nett,zuvorkommend. Hier wird Gastlichkeit groß geschrieben. Ob die Vorspeisen, Pizza oder die leckeren Tagesgerichte, Fleisch, Vegetarisch oder Fisch Mega. Selten so gut gegessen. Man sitzt hier auf der Terrasse oder auf einer Terrasse über die Straße oder in der Gaststätte sehr bequem und alles ordentlich und sauber. Selbst die Preise für diesen Service gerechtfertigt und günstig!!!

Es ist das einzige italienische Restaurant was ich in Nordhausen kenne. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und es schmeckt sehr gut, Der Empfang und der Service ist super freundlich und Aufmerksam.

Jedes Mal ein Genuss für Geist und Gaumen. Wir werden uns hier noch sehr oft kulinarisch Verwöhnen lassen. Eine bessere Empfehlung für gutes Essen können wir nicht aussprechen.

I was in Nordhausen for work and had to find diner on Monday evening. This Italian restaurant was open and crowded with people (good sign) Had a very nice diner. Only the Antipasto is not for one person, so I almost exploded after my pasta. Waiter tried to speak Dutch with me 😂 (I’m a Dutchie) Had a nice and enjoyful meal!
