Unfortunately, mega disappointed. Food arrived about 25 minutes late, the food was dripping with oil so that it was already settling on the edge and we had to skim it off. Unfortunately, the butter chicken didn't look like it does. (The two stars are only there because the driver was very nice, as always)

It's perfect for lunch. Many thanks to the Sitar team! Haven't tried the hotel yet.

We were there for the buffet. The food was very good. Only the poor salad wasn't that great. The atmosphere is outdated. One A refresher would be nice. The service was friendly, but could be improved. We would be happy to come back

The food is great and the selection is large - both vegetarian and meat dishes. Nicely furnished inside. Only when it came to the prices for naan did the owners go wrong for my taste. 5€ for a thin flatbread (material value less than 50 cents). This is outrageous.

We ordered Thali Vegelable for 2 people. The food was delivered quickly by a super friendly employee and tasted delicious. And the crowd was very generous. Thank you very much, we will order from you again or come to eat.

Nice little restaurant, I liked the ambience and the relaxing music. The food was ok, considering the prices I'd say you get exactly what you pay for. I would still suggest it if you're on a small budget!

Nothing else to say. Just exceptional. I recommend it.

The food was delicious, and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend it if you are going with a large group, as the dining area is big and spacious.

Updated May 2024: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE. This restaurant is permanently closed. They will charge you online and do not offer refunds. I’m not sure what’s happening with this restaurant as it used to be quite good. Despite marking it closed on Google, it continues to show as open. I can only assume they’re using this fake listing as a way to steal from unsuspecting customers. It’s very disappointing. ——————————- Nice ambiance, solid service, but most importantly really great food. I've been to several indian restaurants in Munich and this is the best so far. The spice blends they use are very complex. Items marked as spicy are a pretty spicey (I needed some rice/yogurt to accompany the dish), but won't make you sweat or physically uncomfortable. The naan is also amazing. It's usually not packed, but I eat dinner somewhat early. I've always gotten a table right away. For lactose/gluten free people, the menu is very well labelled. I went with someone with a gluten allergy and she had no shortage of choices or reactions to the food.

The wait staff were very friendly and polite. The wait times between courses was a little long. The food was absolutely delicious, although the fish curry was a bit too salty. We got poppadoms and a lovely mango yogurt on the house. Overall the atmosphere was nice.

Unfortunately lamb boti was not freshly prepared. Arrived lukewarm and quickly cooled down. That's fine for a quick snack. I expect freshly prepared dishes from a restaurant for the price.

Waren zu zweit um 18 Uhr zum essen dort. Uns wurde ein Tisch zugewiesen. Um 19.15 kam der Chef an den Tisch ( wir waren noch am essen ) und er meinte sehr ruppig wir sollten jetzt gehen er braucht den Tisch weil so viele Gäste draußen warten. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

The worst Indian restaurant I have visited in Bavaria. The person who serves the order is extremely arrogant and I really do not think they want guests to come over. We ordered food that was absolutely tasteless and hence wanted to take away, but he was refusing to pack it for us. Would not recommend this place.
