Unfortunately, mega disappointed. Food arrived about 25 minutes late, the food was dripping with oil so that it was already settling on the edge and we had to skim it off. Unfortunately, the butter chicken didn't look like it does. (The two stars are only there because the driver was very nice, as always)

Food is very tasty, authentic and the waiter Naresh Kumar was very polite. Highly recommended!

Stopped here on our way to Prague and decided to Satisfy our tastebuds with some home like Indian food. I must say that this place did not disappoint at all. We ordered the lunch menu and enjoyed every bit of it. Being four of us we each ordered a separate dish and were surprised to find each dish having its unique taste which reminded us of food back home. Also loved the presentation as you can see in the pic..Additionally the host attended to us very well and we had a lovely chat regarding food taste back home in Punjab… Cheers and keep on doing well

In Memmingen for business, traveling from the US. Stopped in with some colleagues as we were craving good Indian food, and we were not disappointed. My Kashmiri chicken was delicious and perfectly spiced with flavorful heat. My colleagues also thoroughly enjoyed their Chicken Tikka Masala and Tandoori platter. The service was top-notch and they were gracious with our lack of German, even providing English menus right off the bat. At the end, we realized we’d messed up by not having cash or a debit card to pay. The young man helping us took our company credit card regardless, saying we were guests here. That sort of gracious service is very much appreciated! I highly recommend Royal India to anyone in the Memmingen area who is looking for delicious Indian food and friendly service.

We had dinner there today with 6 people and were extremely satisfied: Great, fast, friendly service and very, very good Indian food! The price is also completely okay, no crazy Munich prices! I agree with the reviews of others and would describe the Taj Krishna as the best Indian restaurant in Munich! Thank you for the lovely evening, we would love to come back.

Recently had a lunch here. Food was delicious. Ordered chana masala, garlic nan, lentil soup, rice. Ordered masala tea which was very good as well.

Absolutely not recommended, we've already been waiting over 1.5 hours for our order. The employee on the phone says it's because of a traffic jam, according to Google maps the route is clear.

Updated May 2024: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE. This restaurant is permanently closed. They will charge you online and do not offer refunds. I’m not sure what’s happening with this restaurant as it used to be quite good. Despite marking it closed on Google, it continues to show as open. I can only assume they’re using this fake listing as a way to steal from unsuspecting customers. It’s very disappointing. ——————————- Nice ambiance, solid service, but most importantly really great food. I've been to several indian restaurants in Munich and this is the best so far. The spice blends they use are very complex. Items marked as spicy are a pretty spicey (I needed some rice/yogurt to accompany the dish), but won't make you sweat or physically uncomfortable. The naan is also amazing. It's usually not packed, but I eat dinner somewhat early. I've always gotten a table right away. For lactose/gluten free people, the menu is very well labelled. I went with someone with a gluten allergy and she had no shortage of choices or reactions to the food.

We've always had food delivered. The stated delivery time was always met, and the food was delicious every time. The price, quality, and service are all just right here. The delivery person was always friendly and really quick. Next time we're in town, we'll eat there. We'll order again 😀

Unfortunately lamb boti was not freshly prepared. Arrived lukewarm and quickly cooled down. That's fine for a quick snack. I expect freshly prepared dishes from a restaurant for the price.

Best Indian I know in the Munich area

The worst Indian restaurant I have visited in Bavaria. The person who serves the order is extremely arrogant and I really do not think they want guests to come over. We ordered food that was absolutely tasteless and hence wanted to take away, but he was refusing to pack it for us. Would not recommend this place.

Staff very friendly and helpful and attentive.Nothlng was to much trouble.Food was excellent.
