I came to KFC and didn't have enough money. The staff were kind enough to let us take our order and pay with what we had. Other than that, the food is always fantastic.

Unfortunately, this was the worst burger I've ever had at KFC. A little more sauce would have made it mediocre.

I went to KFC for the first time in ages, since they stopped offering spicy wings; I was missing something. Today, in a pinch, I got hot wings and coleslaw. The wings felt very small (6 for €7!), as the previous reviewers said, with a lot of breading. The coleslaw was very small but very expensive. €4 for an estimated 130g! I had to give the food 2 stars because the taste is still there. But that's my last review, KFC won't be seeing me anymore. Too bad, it used to be better and I preferred it to burger bars. Goodbye KFC.

At the drive, wait until you drive away and then continue serving, I stood there for about 10 minutes and waited. Top service👍🏻

Slow. I never seen so slow people. Single person order took them 20 min from 14.10 till half past. I will never again come back to KFC. What's the point going to fast food if it slower than slow. I can't give minus 5 but that's what this place is worth. Up yours colonel. Never see u again.

Forgot half of the order😵 Every time the same here. I wanted a packet of salt with my corn on the cob (0.7g) The lady wanted €0.50 from me for that.😀

Nice staff but the store is absolutely dirty. Nobody cleans there all day. There is trash everywhere and the tables and chairs are dirty. Anything but inviting. Also overpriced. That was my last KFC visit.

The taste of the chicken is a disaster. Tough and completely fried to death... you'll also be charged extra for a bit of sour vegetables and dry bread, which of course you won't be told in advance... Preferably 0 stars for this store

Management urgently needs to take action here. The staff are left to their own devices, waiting times are 25 minutes, and still no food. Anyone in a hurry and needing to catch a train should definitely avoid this branch.

They have absolutely no control over their KFC branch in Saarlouis. Unfriendly staff, extremely long waiting times and this has been the case since the branch opened. Stood in the drive in for a little over 30 minutes today! Fast food is something different! And unfortunately it's not the first time I've waited there for so long, but definitely my last time in the store!
