This store is really a disaster! ... When you order you have to be really lucky that you get what you ordered and, above all, what you paid for... Something is almost always done wrong and on top of that the staff is very unfriendly when you point out the missing things ....it is always the customers who ordered wrongly...! The biggest problem is communication!! No matter how clearly you speak German...they don't understand it properly...I wonder how you want to run a snack bar in Germany if you can't handle the simplest customer orders in German and you're constantly doing everything wrong...That We think food is good in itself and you can really eat it BUT..... The rest of it is really a horror.... we now go there personally to get 80% of what we want... ourselves Personally, these people are not able to prepare the German-pronounced dish on their menu...the food tastes good! But I don't feel like learning another language to get what I really want! Above all, which language should I learn... it's a pizza and Chinese snack bar... Italian? Chinese? Arabic? It's really bad.....

Since I was swimming in the OstseeTherme, I visited the Waves. I wanted something halfway healthy, so I chose salad with falafel and a baked potato. I wasn't prepared for what came. The salad was the kind of pre-cut salad you get from a bag in the supermarket. So more stalk than leaf. And the fridge is still really cold. Corn added, a few kidney beans added, 3 pieces of pepper. Falafel ready in the deep fryer. The baked potato had more than one peel. Of course the original bowl and then another. Guess it was baked a long time ago. Served with sour cream extra. One water, one coffee. €20.00!! I was really annoyed about spending money on it. It's clear to me that there can't be star cuisine in an establishment like this, but there's probably a better way. I suspect that anything that can be fried is more edible there, but I won't get behind that. First and last visit...

Unfortunately, this pizzeria doesn't quite fit into the BeachBay universe. Staff was okay friendly but clearly in after-work mode. We ordered 2 pizzas half an hour before closing time, which is probably random. These were prepared quickly. Good taste and price. Just the whole ordering system should be reconsidered. Pizzas are prepared after ordering but are not brought to the table. You have to pick up the pizzas yourself. In full operation this can only end in a catastrophe. Overall it's okay but not a must go again. The ambience is good from the outside, but inside there are a variety of tables and chairs, some of which are rickety.

I also liked the food was very good and the service could be better and the ambience is fine.

We were looking for a burger joint and came across Burger Dream. After entering the store we were immediately struck by a terrible smell. This became more and more intense further into the store. We couldn't identify whether it was ancient frying fat, rotten meat or whatever. Just gagging! They turned around and went straight back out. Never again!

Ich würde in Zukunft in diesem Hause kein Brunch mehr buchen. 1. Viel zu viele Gäste und nur noch Gedränge. Ich wurde, bedingt durch die zu dicht stehenden Tischen immer wieder beim Essen angestoßen. Wenn die Brunch-Zeit von 11 - 14 Uhr gilt, kann es nicht sein, dass bereits um 12 Uhr etliches nicht mehr an Speisen zur Verfügung steht. Speiseeis als Nachtisch war mit Wassereis Stücken durchsetzt. Zeitweise fehlten Saftgläser. Kaffeesahne gab es garnicht sondern lediglich normale Milch stand am Tisch in Weingläsern beteit. Nuttella war schnell alle. Die Honigmelonen waren nur als Deko vorhanden und nach Bitten kein Messer trotz Bitten nicht verfügbaren. Keine geschmackvolle Osterdeko an den Tischen wie z.B. kleine Osterhäschen. Zwischezeitlich musste man die Teller suchen beim Eis nur Habel und keine Teelöffel. Es gibt da noch mehr aber das reicht wohl schon, um für sich selbst entscheiden, dass man dieses Restaurant nicht mehr aufsucht auch wenn das Eine und Andere der Speisen gut schmeckte, auch wenn man meinen könnte es wäre einfacher Industriestandard (Wildschweinfrikadellen) Mit freundlichen Grüßen

After “outsiders” began to run the establishment, its level dropped to minus 3 points. The cola machine doesn't work, there are no dishes with pork, disposable glasses are dirty. For me this establishment no longer exists.

Haben heute Abend nach langer Zeit mal wieder MC Donalds Wedel probiert und es war ein Riesenfehler im Nachhinein gesehen. Ich habe einen M Burger über die App bestellt und im MC-Drive abgeholt. Zuerst mussten wir ewig am Fenster warten (Schnellrestaurant geht anders), zuhause angekommen (5min Fahrweg) war zum ersten der Burger kalt, der grüne Salat vom Burger lag nicht auf dem Burger, sondern im Karton. Die zwei Beef Scheiben waren lieblos draufgeklatscht und lagen auch nicht wirklich aufeinander. Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme für die Beschwerde kann man sich schenken. Bei drei Versuchen ging keiner ans Telefon dort. Die wissen wohl schon warum. Auf jeden Fall nie wieder MC Donalds in Wedel.
