Only half of our order arrived, and we had to ask for more three times. The service was unfriendly. Napkins were only available upon request.

Great staff and everyone was super friendly. The food was also delicious. Can't complain.

If employees slept there, they would be more productive and faster than they are now. It's crazy how slowly people can work. I'd like to do it myself next time. I would look for new ones.

Ordered for the first time today Took 40 minutes, totally ok even though he said it would take an hour. My wife and I both had a pizza that was super tasty, exactly how I wanted it, everything was great (it's not a pizza from an Italian restaurant) But I didn't want that either! Gladly again

The main courses were plenty, hot and tasty. The extra peanut sauce was more of a soup and didn't taste like peanuts at all. Baked bananas were prepared in old fat, you can smell and taste it. Couldn't eat them. The honey was also missing.

We ordered a Café Crema to go and had to wait 20 minutes for it. The employees were busy with "more important" things and were very rude. As she was walking back, she suddenly managed to give me a wide berth. The same employee also said that you couldn't order the café in the Mc Café, but only at the front. Another employee then interrupted her after the third repetition and said that that wasn't true and that we could order in the Mc Café too, and took our order. No hello, no goodbye or goodbye, just arrogant looks and disrespect and absolutely terrible service.
