After “outsiders” began to run the establishment, its level dropped to minus 3 points. The cola machine doesn't work, there are no dishes with pork, disposable glasses are dirty. For me this establishment no longer exists.

Extremely satisfied! The food was fresh, hot and delicious – exactly what you would expect from a Burger King. The Whopper in particular was great, really juicy and perfectly topped. The staff was friendly and quick, and despite there being a lot of guests, everything ran smoothly. The store was clean, toilets were well maintained and there was enough seating. I'll definitely be back - for me it's one of the best BK locations in the area!

The Burger King restaurant here offers really good food. The staff are very friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere. You immediately feel at home and can enjoy your meal in peace.

That was really very disappointing. There were only two employees on site: one in the kitchen and the other at the checkout area. Both really did what they could, but with the volume of orders it just wasn't possible. Why didn't the two of them make it? Half of the equipment in the store was broken: drink dispensers, payment terminals and more. Accordingly, it was dirty there because no one had time for that. In my opinion, a store like this shouldn't be allowed to exist as a Burger King franchise. A big catastrophe!

We went in and tried to put together a menu. There was no BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets. I couldn't use two promotional items. Clean was something else. Not here again. We canceled the order and left

There were crumbs and other dirt on ALL the tables and seats. We didn't even know where to sit. Drinks dispenser without ice. Drinks were warm, under-carbonated and had a disgusting taste. Inedible. Probably won't be back anytime soon. Burger and fries were OK. Service was quick and correct.

Ordered a menu with fries and Whoppers and a soft drink. Burgers ok. Fries were cold and the Coke was non-carbonated even after the second attempt. The employee sees me and the following customer with problems at the drinks machine. No help at all. And as a cherry on top, you also have to pay to use the toilet. Even if you just want to wash your hands before eating. I'm a fan of the crown and not the golden M, but that's never going to happen...

Update 12/16 Nuggets from the Advent calendar are super dry, hard, cold and inedible. two other burgers not available. Been there several times and always been disappointed. Just ordered a takeaway burger from Aral today for the loading process. This has nothing to do with fast food. Everything is freshly prepared on site after the order is received. No stockpiling, no thinking. If 6 onion rings are ordered twice by different guests, 6 are fried individually twice. Advantage of eating hot. Hygiene is very poor, with rubbish everywhere in front of the counter. No gloves, everything is touched with hands again and again. Dispense your own drinks from a vending machine. One that has been broken for ages now has a huge poster for the new churros. We returned because our car was already fully charged. Then I ordered churros with ice cream and another ice cream in the drive using the coupons. Intercom "No Signal". The coupon number could not be entered when ordering at the pickup window. When we asked the employee, “There is no ice cream today.” So we ordered churros with chocolate sauce twice and paid with a card. We should pull into the waiting lane. After TEN minutes the employee comes from the window with a receipt and €7 and the information “there are no churros” Total waste of time.

Burger King it's self is alright, it share a bathroom with a has station, which hat to pay to use, alright if I pay to use it, I expect it to be clean, well it was a disaster. That's why over all only 3 stats.

I think the food is okay for a snack bar, but the service is subpar. If you can't handle the self-service checkouts, you won't be helped until you're persistent, otherwise you'll just be ignored.

Unfortunately, our King Jr. Meal is missing the squeeze and, even worse, the toy. Unfortunately I didn't check that. Was in the drive in......I tried to call because I don't want to drive there again from Alveslohe but no one answers the phone there.

The toilets are an imposition. No wonder the entire rest area smells of urine. Urinating outside feels more hygienic than using the toilets inside. The veggie alternatives were “sold out”. So I can't judge the food, as there wasn't any.

The world is becoming more and more the same. As everywhere else, everything is of reliable quality and, as usual, impersonal.

Hmm, a bit dingy overall impression, tray return overcrowded despite moderate number of guests, tables outside very dirty, drinks only warm - the ice cream was empty. The food was delicious, but the rest unfortunately detracts from the experience.

Burger King is always a good choice when you're craving a quick burger. Service is generally quick and the branch is quite welcoming and very central. For a quick snack, Burger King is definitely a solid option.

I’ve never ever experienced such bad service in my entire life. The young man was rude, offensive and extremely bad mannered. While taking our order did he not look at us once, kept mis-hearing what we said. We ordered mayonnaise and he gave us ketchup, after we had paid and seen the mistake, we pointed it out to him, he just shrugged and said take it or leave it, it’s all we have. My crispy chicken burger tasted awful, as if it had been cooked in oil that had gone off or was too old. We will never eat there again.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and clean, which made the stay even more pleasant.
