You go out of your way to do this, and then there's a sign on the door saying it won't open until later today…

I had to wait 25 minutes for my order (2 burgers, 1 tortilla, 2 fries) and then one of the fries was missing! During that time, only 3 orders were processed. NOT fast food, never again.

My order was ready super fast and everything was prepared incredibly fresh. P.S. Your drinks selection is first-class. Other restaurants could learn a thing or two from you.

Very dirty. Not a single table is clean. Even in front of the cash register, dirt and trash accumulate. Employees seem to be blind. Not nice, but that seems to be the norm at BK these days.

It was clean and the food was delicious. The vegan options are great. The drinks dispenser is also good.

Despite a fairly average crowd, processing our order took a very long time. We were there around 7:30 p.m., and some dishes, such as the Plant-Based Long Chicken, were unavailable. After we ordered, the burgers were also out of salad. The tables and floor were dirty. The tray carts were overflowing. But the worst thing was the way the staff treated each other. We heard comments like "Shut your mouth and work." No matter how bad the mood is or how stressed you may be, that's completely unacceptable in front of customers.

The store was very clean, I found the app confusing, but there are actually quite a few plant-based products at Burger King these days. Unfortunately, salad was sold out, but I assume that was an exception.

The bags already smelled spoiled upon receipt. The sauce in the PommBox Kebab Style was clearly spoiled and tasted sour, and the meat also didn't look good.

We've visited this location several times (usually between 8 and 9 p.m.) and it's always been very clean. We never had to wait long for our food, and the employees are very friendly and attentive.

We were served at Burger King this evening and would like to express our sincere appreciation. The employee—presumably Denis, according to the bill—was extremely polite, courteous, and helped us with our order. Such excellent service is unfortunately not often experienced at Burger King. We sincerely hope he continues to remain as motivated and dedicated—he is a true role model for customer service.

I was there today and can't recommend this place for several reasons. 1. The restroom costs money. We had to pay for using human resources, and then the restroom was dirty, too. 2. Unfriendly staff. The problem was brought up to the attention of the staff, but they argued unfriendly and said the restroom wasn't one of theirs. 3. Cold food. When we got our food, we noticed that the burgers were only slightly warm and our fries were also cold and soggy. As I said, I don't recommend this Burger King; I'd rather go to another place that's more worthwhile.

I was in the store today and unfortunately experienced a few things that I find absolutely not customer-friendly: • Paid restroom use: Why do I, as a paying customer, have to pay 50 cents to use the restroom? That's not appropriate service. • No soap in the men's restroom: It's completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective that there's no soap available in the men's restroom. Instead, there's a sign asking me to please go to the women's restroom to use soap. I find that unreasonable and unpleasant. • Double charges: So I have to pay to use the restroom before eating just to wash my hands, and then pay again after eating to clean myself again. To me, this has absolutely nothing to do with customer service; it seems like a pure money-making scheme. This urgently needs to be improved. I can't recommend this store at all at the moment!

Unfortunately, it was a mediocre experience. First, you can't really use the app there, as we (the group) had no reception at all, so we couldn't redeem any coupons or crowns we'd collected. Unfortunately, the current cucumbers didn't come with the dip, which was a real shame, because they didn't taste as good without it as they did with it. What's really great is this drinks station; we've never seen it before. Everything seemed clean, and the lady at the counter was very nice.

I first had a plant-based long chicken at dme and the patty was a bit dry. I told the employee, and he immediately made me a new one. Very polite and professional staff. Things like this can happen, it just depends on how you solve the problem. So all in all, highly recommended!

After a long time, we went to Burger King around 10:30 p.m. because we had skipped dinner and were hungry. The burgers—Chili Cheese and Big King—were a total disappointment. Aside from the fact that this Burger King has a wonderful ambiance, is very clean and decorated with lots of plants, it also has two wonderful vending machines that will dispense any and all beverages you could wish for. From Fanta Cherry to Ice Tea Lemon to Coke Zero Peach, you'll find everything. But the best thing about this place are the employees, who serve with such a warm smile and help wherever they can, something you rarely see these days. The men were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helped wherever they could. The gentleman with the dark hair and mustache was particularly likeable and exuded an infectiously positive and optimistic mood that stays with you. A visit is highly recommended!

The screen didn't work, and I waited a long time even though there was nothing going on. The staff was friendly. The burger bun was a bit dry and a bit cold overall, not the quality I'd expect.

That was really very disappointing. There were only two employees on site: one in the kitchen and the other at the checkout area. Both really did what they could, but with the volume of orders it just wasn't possible. Why didn't the two of them make it?
