If you run a business, you can adjust your opening hours online! It's unacceptable that you want to pick up a package at 10 a.m. and you don't live around the corner, then find yourself standing in front of a locked door and only THEN find out that the shop doesn't open until 12 p.m.! It's worse than the Hotten Totten! Absolutely not recommended!

I was there today, May 7, with my daughter at 7 p.m. The restaurant was closed. They could have at least announced it on the website or put up a sign at the restaurant.

Gutenbergstraße 4We were there for lunch yesterday and were more than disappointed. We ordered a meat platter and a schnitzel with fries. The first piece was raw and had to be taken away by the server. When we cut into the schnitzel, blood was already running out because it wasn't cooked through. So we sent that back too. I found it amusing when the staff told us that there are always problems with the platters. The restaurant wasn't clean either. The floor was dirty, and it took a long time to be served.
