A very pleasant stop after our visit to the Lava Dome and the Lava Cellar. Our hostess, Michaela, and the other service staff were very attentive and friendly. Drinks and food were served extremely quickly, and we enjoyed everything. We were very satisfied with everything from chips and dips and asparagus soup to the daily special of meatloaf with dumplings and red cabbage, venison goulash with dumplings, the feta burger with sweet potato fries, the brewery burger (a little more lettuce/tomato on the burgers would have been delicious), the schnitzel with fries and fish and chips, and the dessert of a hot chocolate cookie with vanilla ice cream. Since both adults had to drive, we concentrated on the non-alcoholic Helles and Weizen, both of which were also very good.

Good German cuisine. If you come to the Steffens family you will never be disappointed.

Ordered XXL kebab and normal kebab with everything and garlic sauce and distorted in the store. The meat is comparable to the skin of a bratwurst... only it has been fried drier. Way too much meat on the kebab and overall too dry. The vegetables seemed quite solid. Unfortunately, there isn't enough of it in the XXL kebab. The first time in my life that I didn't finish my kebab. Definitely not recommended!

No “hello,” no “thank you,” “please,” not even “dinner is ready.” You don't need friendliness here. And you wonder why the McDonalds across the street is so much busier. How were the first and certainly the last time here. I don't have to apologize for disrupting the dreary everyday life by placing an order. But this feeling is conveyed very clearly.

Clean and tidy, food tasty and warm, staff friendly. The children loved the large outdoor play tower!
