The food in our group of nine was consistently delicious, looked good, and prices were absolutely reasonable. The selection of veggie options is good, and changing the dish to meat-free was no problem at all. The beer could have been a few degrees cooler, but it was still delicious. The food came very quickly, and the waiters and manager were very attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. At the end, we got a drink on the house. Everyone should find something to eat and be satisfied here.

A very, very bad evening in this restaurant. The meal was a complete disaster which unfortunately also had health consequences [diarrhea] the next morning. The "restaurant manager" was really rude and insulting towards us. The highlight was when he wanted to twist the bill in his own favor and made us pay more than was on the bill. A bitter disappointment from this restaurant. The health department should definitely come and check the people. We won't be coming back. We don't need bottomless food, an unfriendly manager and diarrhea. Overall we rate this restaurant -100 stars.

Our visit to this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The food was of very poor quality; you could immediately tell it was frozen and not freshly prepared. We spontaneously stopped by the restaurant yesterday around 7 p.m. while passing through. The service was friendly, and the food came quickly. We had tortellini and pizza. Everything was fine for us.

We were looking for takeaway pizza for the campsite. We were able to easily order from an extensive menu with all the dishes you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. We had to wait a bit (about 20 minutes) for our pizza. In the meantime, the owner gave our little one an ice cream. The pizzas were very generously topped and tasted great! I recommend it.

I was there with my traveling companion. And they were very happy with the food. Unfortunately, I wasn't. I ordered a lame cutlet, which unfortunately had a lot of fat, which I complained about, and they gave me a discount, which was fine with me. It's been confirmed once again that you shouldn't order meat at a pizzeria.

The price/performance ratio is right. Service is very attentive. The ambiance inside is very pleasant - but the outside, right on the main road with traffic noise and exhaust fumes, isn't pleasant. Overall, though, highly recommended.

I used to go to the restaurant regularly and was always impressed... But the food had deteriorated considerably in terms of taste. The pizza dough wasn't tasty and very dry... And the service was also unsatisfactory. We waited over an hour for our soup starter. There were signs everywhere saying card payments weren't accepted, but I asked, they still accepted... (They told me cash payments were preferred.) Pretty strange... That was probably my last visit!

I wish I could give more than five stars. My friend and I were traveling when we came across this restaurant. As soon as we walked in, it felt very cozy. We were warmly welcomed, even though the lady serving us did not speak English, nor did we speak German. She was very patient while we used Google Translate. The food didn’t take long and was absolutely delicious. I really hope to visit this restaurant again when I return to Germany. All love from Saudi Arabia!

As guests in Mendig to attend the course, we visited the Italian restaurant on the last evening. The restaurant gives a very pleasant feeling thanks to the cozy atmosphere. The staff and the owner are very hospitable. The food is very tasty. We decided on pizza, which really surprised us with the delicious dough. Often you are used to the artificial taste, but not here! In summary: absolutely recommended, we would like to come back.

Restaurant well attended. Extremely slow or completely overwhelmed operations. Waited 40 minutes for the food we ordered. Other guests who waved to the patron at the entrance were served much, much faster. About expressions of dissatisfaction, shortly before leaving the restaurant, the patron offered us that we could help in the kitchen with the dishes. Then everything went a little faster. Absolutely insolence and audacity can't be beaten anymore! The ruler of the restaurant certainly doesn't depend on the four of us guests, but we certainly don't depend on him. Never again!!!!

The food is really great across the board. The pizza is super good. The young lady was very helpful and friendly when it came to service. Unfortunately, she didn't really understand us. But we were helped quickly.

Charming restaurant in a small town near Maria Laach Abby. All of the staff were incredibly nice and attentive. We only spoke English and they did not but we managed very well! The salad and baked rigatoni with cheese and zucchini was excellent. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Solid food, but far from authentic Italian food. The salad is absolutely nothing special. The pizza is okay if you don't expect a “typical” Italian pizza. Spaghetti carbonara was solid but unfortunately made with cream. Pizza bread also has nothing to do with pizza bread. They were just rolls. The waitresses weren't really polite either and woe betide anyone who didn't scream when the pizza was brought. The motto when setting up was probably that everyone brings whatever decorations they can find. Very chaotic and uncomfortable.
