Very friendly staff, excellent service, very flexible with meal changes, and reasonable prices. Despite not having a reservation, they did everything possible to quickly free up a table for seven people. Highly recommended.

We came here on a recommendation. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The staff are very friendly but also very inexperienced and definitely understaffed. Although it wasn't completely full when we visited, it was busy and that naturally led to some problems with service. If there's a lack of staff, the rest of the staff can't do anything about it. The super burgers, which seem to be the best in town, were unfortunately not good at all. We were asked beforehand how well done we wanted the meat. Regardless of whether we asked for well done or medium, one side was almost burnt and the other side was actually still raw. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold. One of us ordered the spare ribs and we asked beforehand whether they were freshly prepared or a ready-made product. The staff said they were freshly prepared but we are very sure that this is a ready-made product that is far too heavily seasoned. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it.

Hospitality is still a top priority here. Thank you for the delicious dinner. A truly wonderful hostess and a fantastic chef. Luckily, we followed this recommendation and ate here. 👍👍👍

Very nice restaurant in the heart of Mendig. Unfortunately, the menu was very limited. But that could have been because we were there on Mother's Day.
