We came here quite spontaneously for dinner. Everything looks nice inside, but one or two details could certainly be improved here. We were served very friendly and quickly by a nice gentleman, he was in service to everyone, the restaurant was moderately busy, everything went well. The menu with the different burgers is well designed, side dishes are separate, which I personally find positive and transparent. The burgers were excellent, I particularly liked the Eifelburger with fried egg. The side dishes, such as sweet potato fries, were also fresh, hot and delicious. Really a pleasure. By the way, the dessert too 😉 The prices are absolutely okay, even for the drinks. Conclusion: Go there, try it out!

I go there regularly and love the vegetarian burgers. I always order the sweet potato fries and have already made the comment that please never take them off the menu. All the employees there are nice, attentive and friendly. When the weather is good you can also eat outside in the beer garden. The cocktails are of course also recommended.

Waiting for over an hour and a quarter for 2 burgers and 3 portions of fries with a small child when the restaurant isn't even half full is simply not possible. During this time we didn't ask if everything was ok or if we wanted something to drink. The food was good, but I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend it, as you can get good burgers and fries in a much shorter time. Hence the few stars.

The shop owner behaves completely unprofessionally and disrespectfully towards other employees and customers. During our visit you could hear the staff shouting loudly. The treatment of customers was also very condescending and cheeky. You shouldn't support something like that.

Top delicious burgers and delicious beer. It wasn't the last time I was there.

After years back in the delicious office and very disappointed. We were surprised that the restaurant wasn't as busy as it was years ago. Food was good as always. During the meal the men ordered a third beer that didn't come. When we asked the lovely - but inexperienced - waitress where the two beers were, she came back after a while with "receipts" that the boss gave her - we had already received them. That wasn't the case - a short time later the boss came - quite unpleasantly - and told us that the two beers had been bought - and how they must have been received. We explained to him that we didn't need to cheat on 2 beers with a retail value of 2.80 euros each - which is what he suggested to us in front of other guests. He then said, yes - then they get their beer - the tip will be deducted from the waiter's tip. How derogatory! Impossible! When paying the bill, he asked me provocatively if I would like to look at the bill in more detail. I Payed . When we left the restaurant, we gave the young woman a tip and the money for the beer with the appropriate words. Impossible to discuss two glasses of beer with guests in front of other guests - the restaurant won't see us anymore!

Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend it. We were there today because our order was completely wrong. Cheese was completely missing. Burger roll was also mixed up and delivered completely wrong. The burger was almost completely untouched. The innkeeper doesn't see the point of canceling the bill. Thanks for that, we won't be coming back and won't recommend it.

In the evening we spontaneously reserved a table by phone for "in 30 minutes". We were able to eat comfortably there with our baby. The service was very courteous and the food was also delicious. All burger variations can also be ordered with a vegetable patty. That's great. :)

The boss just shouted and was unfriendly to the employees. As a vegetarian, I found it impossible that there was ham on my vegetarian burger, that's just not possible, there's a reason why I order a vegetarian burger! I definitely won't be coming back!!

It's a shame, it could be better! When we came across the restaurant online, people were looking forward to ribs and delicious burgers. The disillusionment came relatively quickly on site, because the restaurant was relatively cold (we were there in March). Accordingly, the stay was of course a bit clouded. We were assigned a two table so unfortunately we couldn't see anything of the restaurant and were rather outsiders (although there were many free seats). The service staff was very young and in my opinion not trained! When we placed our order we faced a 45 minute wait! In the meantime, several people had arrived in the restaurant, all of whom had to endure a long wait. For whatever reason. We decided on spare ribs and burgers and spare ribs and burgers! €18.90 for spareribs. From the pictures you can see that God knows it wasn't a generous portion. I paid extra for potato strips and salad. As with the burger, the side dishes have to be paid extra! The spar ribs were described with a homemade marinade. It was so dominant that you lost your appetite for the spare ribs. It was a shame because it actually looked very tasty and promising! Spare ribs for €18.90 must not be soaked in a marinade that is so dominant that you can no longer taste the meat. It should also be pointed out that it is rather spicy, because that is not to everyone's taste! The burger was okay, hence two stars. The side dishes for at least the potato side dishes were okay, the salad was so bland that I actually thought it was a shame, because it could be done much better! The espresso I ordered took a long time to arrive, had no cream and was more of a weak coffee! All in all, I have to say that the prices quoted are totally overpriced. I'm happy to pay a good price for a good meal. But as you can see in the picture, God knows the spare ribs weren't big, you shouldn't forget that they are mostly bones, how on earth do you come up with 18.90 €?! I can only recommend the owner to reconsider these prices. The approaches can be expanded, but the concept should be reconsidered. Above all, why leaves empty tables and puts guests who are willing to pay a good price in the restaurant (cold restaurant)? Another note: The curtain on the entrance door doesn't serve its purpose either. Accordingly, the draft could not be kept out by the curtain.

Unfortunately I can only give 1 star... The food was tasty and sufficient. The atmosphere is nice but relatively cold. We were there during the week, opening hours until 10 p.m., although we were swept out around 9:30 p.m. The service was very friendly but the boss was simply rude and cheeky. That's not how you treat guests! A pity...

We ordered food over the phone. The service was super friendly and competent. We were able to pick up the food quickly. The food was exactly as we ordered (with special requests). The restaurant had a very cozy atmosphere. The man who served us was very friendly and clearly enjoyed what he was doing. The food was still hot when we got home and was ready to eat. The fries/sweet potato fries were super tasty and crispy. The burgers were amazing! Fresh ingredients, the large amount of meat was medium fried and juicy as requested. I have personally never eaten such a good burger! No other burger shop can compete here. We will come back in any case! Just awesome! ☺️

We spontaneously went to eat there yesterday and were lucky enough to get a seat. The food was great, from starter to dessert and the service was incredibly friendly. Price performance really top. I really don't know when or where I got such a good burger. Thank you - we will definitely be back 😊

We decided to eat here at short notice today and were able to spontaneously reserve a table. The service was very nice and accommodating. The waiting time was very short and we really enjoyed the burgers. All in all we were completely satisfied and will definitely come again

Nice place where you can eat delicious food. For our Christmas party, the boss and his kitchen team conjured up 40 burgers including starters and side dishes. My colleagues were extremely satisfied and full of praise. Thanks for the great out-of-home review

Ich war schon öfters dort, Burger sind immer sehr lecker und Bedienung immer freundlich. Komme gerne wieder ☺️ Am besten reserviert man aber einen Tisch.

Durch Zufall hier gewesen und haben es nicht bereut. Freundlicher Service, gute Auswahl an Speisen, was wir orderten war frisch, sehr lecker und schreit danach auch die anderen Gerichte zu probieren. Danke!

Sehr nettes kleines Lokal. Leider waren das Rindersteak schon aus. Ist aber auch sympathisch, dass nicht Übermengen eingekauft werden und dann im schlimmsten Fall entsorgt werden. Hab alternativ einen sehr leckeren Burger gegessen. Ich komme aber gerne nochmal wieder um das Steak zu probieren.

Wir waren nach einem langem Tag auf der Suche nach gutem und leckerem Essen in Mendig. Da ich vorher noch nie im köstlichen Amt war ging es dort hin. Innen war nicht viel los, scheinbar gibt es aber wohl draußen noch viele schöne Plätze, die besetzt waren. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und die Bedienung sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zu viert dort und waren sehr angetan von den tollen Burgern 🤤 Sehr saftig, riesige Portionen und auch sehr viel Fleisch drauf. Wir haben jetzt schon Lust die nächsten Burger dort zu essen :) Das pulled pork mit coleslaw war ultra zart. Da können selbst einige Burger- Läden in Koblenz nicht mithalten. Preis-Leistung top. Sehr zu empfehlen ☺️ Parken kann man super am Marktplatz.

The best Burger in Town! Wer Burger mag, wird diese lieben. Also wir tun es! Wir waren, während unseres Urlaubes, 2 mal hier. Wir wurden, vom Chef selbst, sehr nett bedient und hatten unseren Spaß mit ihm. Wir würden dringend zur Reservierung raten, da der Laden brummt. Wir konnten gleich noch Gewohnheiten austauschen und uns Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten einholen. Beim ersten Mal hatte ich den, vom Zusatzangebot, Chilli Cheeseburger mit Kartoffelstreifen und Sourcream. Wow lecker. Beim 2 Mal nahm ich den Eifelburger, natürlich wieder mit Kartoffelstreifen. 😉 Diesen fand ich noch leckerer, was kaum denkbar war. Dazu kann man sich gleich noch das passende Bier, aus der hier ansässigen Brauerei, schmecken lassen. Es war alles stimmig und die Preisgestaltung ist in Ordnung und die Qualität sehr gut! Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Abende hier und macht weiter so. 👍

❗️Vorab: Wer beim bestellen (wie wir und viele Andere) nicht weiß, was Kartoffelstreifen sind, auf dem Foto sieht man sie❗️ Hier gibt es nicht nur "the best burgers in town", hier gibt es die besten Burger überhaupt. Es ist aber zu empfehlen zu reservieren, da das Lokal oft voll ist. Wir waren bisher 2 mal im Urlaub hier. Der Basalt Burger und die Motzige Tomate waren sehr lecker. Man kann die Burger durchaus Medium bestellen, da das Fleisch sehr frisch ist. Die KARTOFFELSTREIFEN waren auch sehr lecker. Zusätzlich ist die Sourcream nur zu empfehlen. Die Preise sind für solch eine Qualität völlig in Ordnung. Der Besitzer und die Angestellten sind sehr nett. Alles in allem bin ich einfach gezwungen 5⭐️ in jeder Kategorie zu geben. Vielen Dank für die tollen Abende. PS: Falls der Inhaber das hier liest. Ich sag nur "Diesel", dann weiß er wer wir sind 😂.

Wir hatten Glück und haben den letzten freien Tisch ergattert. Beim nächsten mal werden wir vorher reservieren. Der Service ist super freundlich und sehr jung 😊 Wir hatten den Grambinus Burger, super lecker, aber leider etwas kalt. Die Pommes und die Süßkartoffeln-Pommes ebenfalls sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder und werden beim nächsten mal den Eifel Burger probieren.

Die Burger sind richtig gut. Die Reklame im Fenster ist nicht gelogen, wirklich best in town. Ich habe dort die bis jetzt besten Süßkartoffelpommes gegessen. Wir wurden sehr schnell und freundlich bedient. Wir können das Restaurant guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Preis-Leistung passt hier völlig. Zwar kosten die Burger nein Euro mehr, aber er schmeckt, ist frisch, ist groß und man ist pappesatt! Eine Beilage reichte uns zusätzlich zum Burger für zwei Personen. Die Besienungen waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und man ist nie trocken gelaufen 😊. Jederzeit wieder...

Sehr sehr leckere Burger. Dem Spruch "Best Burgers in town" kann ich nur zustimmen. Die Bedienung war auch sehr aufmerksam. Auf Deko könnte ein bisschen mehr Wert gelegt werden, das wirkte etwas ungeschickt zusammen gewürfelt. Aber darauf kommt es ja nicht an wenn das Essen und der Service stimmen. 😊 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Open tot 2200 uur. Wij kwamen er om 1945 uur. Vroegen of we er nog konden eten. Na vragen door het personeel aan de keuken kon dat. We kregen het eten, wat zeker goed was. Maar onze borden waren amper leeg, of ze werden al van tafel gehaald. We zaten nog een minuut of 10 na te tafelen, toen ons werd gevraagd of we wilden afrekenen. We hebben ons nog nooit ergens zo weggejaagd gevoeld als hier. Toen we om 2045 uur buiten stonden werd de zaak ook meteen afgesloten.
