Good day,
I thought about how to write this for a long time.
We were really looking forward to Nikolaushof and were completely disappointed.
Eat:
The soup was cold and had several hairs in it. The waitress didn't notice us.
The glasses were still dirty.
The main course was ok
The positions on the prices were definitely not right.
For me it was more of a children's plate with two pieces of meat.
We didn't want dessert.
Service:
We just stood there for about 8 minutes until we were noticed. There were leftover food from previous customers at the table, which can happen. But the fact that we have to wait 20 minutes before we can order drinks is really tough.
Ambience:
The view is great but the cleanliness at McDonalds is sometimes clean.
Conclusion Nikolaushof We won't go again for now
A few weeks ago we (four people) wanted to go out for dinner on a Sunday evening. Although more than half of the tables were unoccupied, we politely waited in the entrance area for a table to be assigned. After we said no to the question of whether we had made a reservation, we were literally thrown out of the restaurant with the comment that there was no telephone in Germany. I have never experienced such outrageous behavior!
The (Greek) restaurant is located right next to a gym and has a terrace where you can sit in the summer.
The ambience was decorated in a stereotypical Greek style, although some of the decor elements felt very cheap and out of place. You quickly notice that this wasn't always a Greek restaurant.
Despite a busy Friday evening, there was just one seat left. However, a reservation can be helpful.
The service was friendly, although difficult to understand due to a strong accent. The order was taken quickly and delivered not too long after.
There are typical Greek dishes to eat. A salad was served before the main course. The food itself was very good. The portion size was perfect and neither too much nor too little. After our meal we also received a glass of Uso.
The price was reasonable or even on the cheap side.
All in all, I can highly recommend Nikopolis for cheap but good Greek food. The design of the restaurant can still be worked on.
J.S.
We are currently visiting Würzburg a few years after our studies and had to try our favorite sushi at the time.
And what can I say... today as then, for us, it's simply the very best sushi far and wide. It is always freshly prepared and you can taste it. The ingredients (e.g. avocado) are not stingy here either. Simply top and recommended to everyone!
The buffet food was really bad; it was dry and sometimes even cold. They charge by the 100 grams. Then, at the checkout, I was shocked to find that two plates with some vegetables and potatoes and two dumplings cost €34 after weighing them.
I find that simply outrageous.
Never again.
I'll never set foot in this store again. Unfriendly and very dirty. I caught the owner, Gudrun, washing her dirty shoes, some of them covered in horse manure, in the kitchen where they wash vegetables. I confronted her about it and was fired. Dear people, if your health is important to you, please steer clear of this store. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Kind regards
