Some Kaufhof stores could learn a thing or two from this. Very friendly staff, especially in the Dina Restaurant.

My assessment is that of a customer who has been visiting this restaurant for 5 years.

A few weeks ago, we (four people) wanted to go out to dinner on a Sunday evening. Although more than half the tables were empty, we politely waited in the entrance area for a table. After we denied the question of whether we had a reservation, we were literally thrown out of the restaurant with the comment that "there are no telephones in Germany." I've never experienced such rude behavior!

Small salad buffet, a small selection of snacks and medium sized hot meals, nice service and an OK price. Good for a quick lunch.

Something mashed together, but not food! The chicken tikka masala tasted okay, but more like a convenience food without any seasoning. The meat was quite good, but the nan bread was rubbish—just a piece of dough with butter on it.
