Took forever again, doesn't have much to do with FAST food.

I ordered vegetarian nuggets and they were chicken nuggets........ Embarrassing

Only cash is real money! At least that's not the case here! NO CASH is accepted here due to "recent break-ins". In my case, NO CASH, no deal! P.S. Even one star is too many.

Not bad for the price, but the onion ring was very soggy and not crispy, the burger had sauce only on one side resulting in it being very dry and stuffy but also too saucy. Could have been better.

I ate in this branch for the first time with my son (5 years old) in January 2025. After we ate, he had to go to the toilet. When I asked the staff about a toilet, I was advised that toilets here were only available on weekends. But we were there on weekdays. Now we had to go into the shopping center and look for a toilet, which took a while. When we finally got to the toilets, they also had to be paid for. Up until this point I hadn't known or suspected that there wouldn't be a toilet available at McDonald's. And if toilets are physically available, then you should be allowed to use them as a guest of the restaurant.

Closed from 9 p.m. due to Construction work. Was there exactly 9:00 p.m. And was rejected. Customer service and customer loyalty looks different. Mau!!

Ordered food via the app at around 6pm. At around 8pm I called myself and asked where it was. The answer: "It's already here and will be sent out with the next round." That's how it tasted when it arrived an hour later. And it wasn't complete either. Terrible. Then I complained about it online. Same story. After over 80 days and three inquiries I got a terse answer. They're trying. So is my washing machine. I'm disappointed

doesn't accept vouchers, overwhelmed poor service, has been going downhill for years... Close the shop or change the manager, we customers have had enough!

It was completely overloaded and there was no indication of waiting times or it could take longer. We then had to get to the train and no one could help us what to do or how to proceed with the order. So I only lost 20 euros but I know one thing now. Give MCdonalds a wide berth. Definitely won't go there anymore. And zero stars.
