We were not served at the Mc Drive.

Today, April 6th, 2025, we were there twice at 7:30 p.m., treated very badly, and literally yelled at because we know that toys can be bought separately for 3 euros. On April 5th, at 1:50 p.m., we bought 2 happy mails plus 3 more toys individually for 3 euros. The next day we want to buy 2 more happy mails and 2 more toys separately and then it's all yellowish Yelled at and treated badly, there was the same toy in there that the children already had, they wanted to swap it, they were very annoyed, it didn't work, we said it would work, they were too lazy to fill it up properly with different toys, they only had 2 types, unbelievable, we never go back there, totally unfriendly and overwhelmed, as ignorant as they go to their work, they sleep on you and it's a shame for the children.

No service. Orders can only be placed at the vending machine. The operation of the vending machine is unclear. We tried ordering several times... but it didn't work. No employee in sight. €12 for a citizen, and ordering only at the vending machine... I used to enjoy eating there... but now, you lovely people at BürgerKing, they're not there for me.

Not bad for the price, but the onion ring was very soggy and not crispy, the burger had sauce only on one side resulting in it being very dry and stuffy but also too saucy. Could have been better.

I ate in this branch for the first time with my son (5 years old) in January 2025. After we ate, he had to go to the toilet. When I asked the staff about a toilet, I was advised that toilets here were only available on weekends. But we were there on weekdays. Now we had to go into the shopping center and look for a toilet, which took a while. When we finally got to the toilets, they also had to be paid for. Up until this point I hadn't known or suspected that there wouldn't be a toilet available at McDonald's. And if toilets are physically available, then you should be allowed to use them as a guest of the restaurant.

The decor is absolutely awful. Last time, the tables were all dirty. I didn't even want to eat in this pigsty. And it's in the middle of town. Tourists have something to see. As for the service, it's generally silent; everyone is like snails. It was my first and last time at this establishment. It seems like the management isn't keeping an eye on the order and organization of this place.

Menu for around €11 and the fries were over salted and dried out. Overall not edible!

Food, prices as usual. But waiting times here are often longer than 20-30 minutes. Today I waited 32 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers.
