This place is like no other in Kaiserslautern. The service and the food were so delicious that my family and I decided to make reservations for dinner. Highly recommended.

I was really disappointed, I ordered on site and the food came 40 minutes later. The service was not friendly and it was very expensive for what we ordered. There are many restaurants that are very good value for money and the food tastes good. I don't recommend it 😳😳😳

Absolutely terrible. We waited forever. By the time we got to the office, everything was freezing cold and muddy. The cashier was also completely incompetent. Never again.

I decided to test the store because of the good reviews. We had various chicken pieces and a chicken wrap. The chicken wrap was okay to good so far. Unfortunately, the chicken popcorn and the other chicken pieces were very, very dry and were therefore difficult for me to get down. The fries were also way too salty for me personally. Additionally, one of the chicken wings had an unpleasant smell to my sense of smell.

Everything is just right here 👌🏻 I haven't tried anything here yet that didn't completely fascinate me in terms of taste. Try it out and you won’t be disappointed 😉

We ordered from there for the first time yesterday. The delivery lady was very nice. We ordered a chicken burger and a doner kebab plate. Personally, I found the homemade yogurt sauce a bit too minty, and the burger sauce was unfortunately store-bought. The fries were also very soggy and therefore not particularly appetizing. I could imagine that's because they deliver, and it's a bit better in person. It was definitely worth the experience. But everyone has different tastes, so I'll rate you fairly.

Really delicious and inexpensive shawarma, I get them here often :). If I'm a bit hungrier, I just get several for €2.50. Tastes like the one I get on vacation 10/10 (It's more of a takeout place than a restaurant; there are two tables, but you're practically sitting outside (cold in winter), which I don't mind now.)

The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money before your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. We ordered two rolled kebabs with cocktail sauce and a margarita. Overall, the kebabs looked good, but the sauce was so not edible. The taste is a mixture of Hela spice ketchup, with old mayonnaise and an aftertaste that really...! We were so happy and haven't felt like eating kebab since then. Unfortunately both went into the organic waste bin. Half eaten because I was hungry and had diarrhea for two days. Well thank you! Margarita was very, very dark, hunger drives you in... It's a shame kebab used to be really good...
