We were there for the first time today. I have to say the young man who served us was really very friendly ❤️ Food, a lot and not manageable, I found it too expensive for the money. There were three chicken pieces and water puree... I'd rather have a little less and more real mashed potatoes or fries, which I really missed... Everything is tailored to the Americans, the portions are way too big, the drinks are too big, the main thing is a lot and in abundance ??? There’s enough being thrown away! Can't understand this principle 😔 it's time to rethink a bit. I saw what went back, most people can't do that. What annoyed me the most was that everything was in English, not a single menu was in German, 👎as a reminder, where do we live? Of course we are glad that we have the nice Americans, otherwise there wouldn't be many shops, but hello, we're still here, what's the problem with printing 2 cards in German? Honestly, for me that's a reason not to go! They probably don't need our money! Because you don't feel welcome. I would have left again if it wasn't for my boyfriend. My friend's burger was delicious.

I really enjoy coming here! It just tastes great and everyone is super nice. And you can even get vegetarian food upon request.

€10.79 for mini particles. I'm angry and happy at the same time... Because I felt sick after eating. If there had been more, I might have puked. Toilets stink like urine... Save your money and support small catering businesses.

Extremely unhygienic. I've seen the kitchen worker squeeze the last drop of the sauce bottle, lick his fingers and continue to prepare the burger. I used to order quite often and 2/3 times they mess up the order. It's fine when you eat there but not when you take it out. Workers should be a little more careful. I like KFC but this place is below standards.

They have absolutely no control over their KFC branch in Saarlouis. Unfriendly staff, extremely long waiting times and this has been the case since the branch opened. Stood in the drive in for a little over 30 minutes today! Fast food is something different! And unfortunately it's not the first time I've waited there for so long, but definitely my last time in the store!
