Unfortunately, at Subway you can only order at the terminal. You used to be able to say at the counter that you didn't want a lot of certain ingredients. That is now obsolete. In addition, the user-friendliness of the terminal is not the best. The food is ok as usual for fast food.

We come to eat here often. One thing has to be said: Super friendly staff - always with a funny saying on their lips. Great occupancy at the sub and very tasty. Friendliness 1A!!!

A modern subway, unfortunately you often have to wait a long time, even if there isn't much going on. Free parking right in front of the door.

Staff is strong, very consistent sub. The owner is just playing around with the sauces, but the combinations with more quantity make the sub really good. Too bad. Otherwise 5 stars

I love the food at Subway - really delicious. But why the door has to be wide open at half past six in the evening when the outside temperature is 2 degrees and then opened again after you have closed it as a freezing guest is an absolute mystery to me.

Bread was rock hard... I guess I accidentally chose crispbread... my mistake.

We ordered our food to be picked up via the Subway app, and we picked it up within the specified time. When we unpacked it after 5 minutes of driving, the subs were already completely cold and soggy. Additionally, none of the subs were prepared correctly. One was missing both the sauce and the extras ordered (extra cheese for €1.20 and guacamole for €1.80), and there was corn and onions on the sandwich, which were definitely not ordered. The other one was also missing the extra cheese for €1.20 and had the completely wrong sauce, sweet onion instead of yogurt, on the sandwich. The Philly steak meat had an intensely unpleasant smell and was therefore not eaten as a precaution. All in all, unfortunately quite a disappointment.

The store appears clean and tidy, the furnishings are modern. But what sucks is, on the one hand, the staff and, on the other hand, the quality and the way in which the ordered food is served. Eternal waiting including cheeky comments when you ask where your fast food is after 13 minutes. The tablet was then carelessly slammed onto the table... The burgers looked as if the box had been shaken after being packed.

Biggest disaster!!! I waited a solid 40 minutes for 3 subs and the place wasn't even full... The 2 boys had more to do with chatting in Arabic and looking out the window than making sandwiches! I had 4 orders waiting and they all waited over 30 minutes! If I hadn't been forced to pay beforehand, I would have just left! But since Subway also switched to the completely stupid ordering tablets, the whole principle of the store is for you. Butt! And the one in Hechtsheim shoots the bird! I have never experienced such unmotivated and slow employees in a fast food store! If it wasn't so sad, it would have been hilarious how extremely indifferent the two of them were that everyone in the store was complaining! And that's after the store was closed for months and has now reopened not too long ago. You can close it straight away if it continues like this!

Standard just works. Only the “transit situation” is a bit disturbing. I find the shop rather busy and uncomfortable. However, the dishes are standardized and tasty.
