Unfortunately, the quality at this Subway has declined significantly with the introduction of the new ordering kiosks. Since the kiosks were installed and employees no longer have direct insight into the sandwich preparation process, employee motivation seems to have dropped significantly, and this is reflected in the results. The sandwiches often don't match the order; apparently, the monitors aren't being read carefully. For example, I've now received my sandwich untoasted twice, even though I selected "toasted." Furthermore, the handling of sauces is extremely inconsistent: sometimes there's barely any sauce on them, other times it practically oozes out. I've been a customer of this location for many years and have noticed a decline in quality for some time – but with the new kiosk system, things have reached a new low. Even the few interactions I still have with employees seem unprofessional. I've heard people complain about their own management on several occasions – not a good sign for a functioning work environment. Maybe I've just been unlucky lately, but I'm done for now. I'm going to give this location a longer break – in the hope that more motivated employees will be found in the future and that the quality will improve again.

Although it says here that the store has a toilet and is child-friendly. Unfortunately that's not the case. My wife came in today with our daughter and the little one had to pee very urgently. They explained to her that they didn't have a toilet and sent her away with the child. My deepest condolences to the employees who are forced to pee in bottles at work and then take them home because there is no toilet available to them. It's sad for a company like this when a 4 year old child isn't even offered a bottle.

We felt like going to Subway. So we googled where it was... we were a bit surprised that it was in the gas station. Therefore, you sit somewhat unusually. But it was clean, the staff was very nice and the food tasted good as usual. Thumbs up 😊

Apparently open from 10:00 on Saturdays. Unfortunately, at 10:30, it was still not open 🤷🏽♀️ despite the employees being there... so we left again.

Staff is strong, very consistent sub. The owner is just playing around with the sauces, but the combinations with more quantity make the sub really good. Too bad. Otherwise 5 stars

We had dinner there on Friday, May 11, 2025. Unfortunately, the service was again a slow employee who didn't have much idea what he was doing. His prices are always like the dice and I always pay a different amount even though I always order the same thing. This time, however, it was even worse than usual. I paid for my meal with a card and then went out to eat. Shortly afterwards the waitress, who was more than overwhelmed with the cash register, came out and said that my payment hadn't worked. I asked for the receipt, but he no longer had it. Then, because the queue was getting longer and the people waiting were pretty annoyed, I paid again with a card for a completely different amount than previously stated and went back to my already cold food. I then looked at my online banking and noticed that Subway has now debited twice. I then went back to the employee, who admittedly doesn't speak German well, and showed him the online banking statement. He didn't really understand me well and just showed me that he didn't have anything in his system. I said that I had paid twice now. Then after half an hour he finally called his boss who told me that I should send my bank details and receipts from online banking to an email address and I would then get my money back. But I haven't received it yet so I paid twice so it's better not to pay with a card. Rip-off shop... It would be nice if someone would contact me about my complaint

We ordered our food to be picked up via the Subway app, and we picked it up within the specified time. When we unpacked it after 5 minutes of driving, the subs were already completely cold and soggy. Additionally, none of the subs were prepared correctly. One was missing both the sauce and the extras ordered (extra cheese for €1.20 and guacamole for €1.80), and there was corn and onions on the sandwich, which were definitely not ordered. The other one was also missing the extra cheese for €1.20 and had the completely wrong sauce, sweet onion instead of yogurt, on the sandwich. The Philly steak meat had an intensely unpleasant smell and was therefore not eaten as a precaution. All in all, unfortunately quite a disappointment.

Lacking staff, the cashier manager managed the situation extremely well by creating an atmosphere for the distribution of meals served at the table.
