Subway in Andernach

Good employees put in a lot of effort. The subway on Koblenzer Straße was recently renovated. It looks much more modern, is brighter but in our opinion less comfortable. The vegetarian sub is a bit bland, I spice it up with guacamole.

The Subway in Andernach is very good. It's fast, the staff is very friendly, and always accommodates special requests :) Always worth a visit! It's clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious! The employees always do their best to prepare the food as well and quickly as possible.

Since the renovation it has become even more comfortable and pleasant. The staff has been friendly and quick for years and now knows our wishes inside and out ❤️ The food tastes really good every time. We always get our sub quickly and hot, even when it's busy, the staff is quick 🍀

I've also never seen three orders prepared incorrectly in 15 minutes. The customer in front of us had the wrong sub, and our two weren't at all what we ordered. Thanks for nothing.

I can only recommend this place if you want to wait at least 30 minutes for a sub and have to correct the staff several times because they speak little to little German. The new order machines are completely neglected and you have to wait forever for your food. I stood in line today and ordered straight away. Other people ordered through the machines at the same time. I had already finished eating when the others had to wait another 10 minutes for their food. When I asked where the food was, the response was very unfriendly with an annoyed tone. So no understanding shown at all! That's not possible! Unfortunately, a lot of savings were made on food. It felt like it was just dry bread with a bit of toppings on it. In addition, my bread was very burnt on the edge. I didn't complain to see if anyone would apologize. Unfortunately nothing came from them. Despite everything, I have to say that the renovation was worth it as the atmosphere is generally more pleasant, but there are fewer seats due to the machines. I had to squeeze myself at a table with other people, but I also know that you can't change that quickly. This problem could perhaps be solved with appropriate time management. Some of my friends' orders were made incorrectly, even though they paid extra money for it. But they didn't want to report it because otherwise they would definitely have to wait longer and after 40 minutes you want to eat. I think it's enough... I don't think it'll be until next time. This store is absolutely not recommended. Since the renovation, waiting times have been over half an hour. If you order from the machine, the orders at the counter will be brought forward even though you ordered much earlier. Absolutely not recommended. It's better to drive to Mülheim Kärlich, things are much better regulated there.

First of all, a compliment for the beautiful redesign of the store. It now seems much friendlier and more open! As a customer for many years, I can positively emphasize the friendliness of the employees. Especially the friendly lady who I have known for over 15 years. An institution at this location, full marks for this. However, I have to complain that the usual quality of the subs leaves something to be desired in your absence. Yesterday I waited over 30 minutes for two subs, where several ingredients were missing and the baguettes were of course cold and over-toasted and that with 3 employees behind the counter. Please return to the usual quality and speed so that you can enjoy eating here again. Note: Order was placed via the new terminal and the store was normally busy.

So it's very unhygienic and dirty, the staff is too stupid to pack things up or give them all. The ingredients are simply put into the sandwich as you please. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED

Since everything has now been renovated, the store looks really good. However, I have to wait 45 minutes until I have my sandwich and it's still cold. Diarrhea is free. Better go somewhere else.

We come to eat here often. One thing has to be said: Super friendly staff - always with a funny saying on their lips. Great occupancy at the sub and very tasty. Friendliness 1A!!!

Super nice staff. Subs taste good. But the toilets are borderline. Unfortunately there isn't always soap there either.

The food is typical Subway, the service is super friendly and everyone has fun. The ambience is ok, but what do you expect from Subway, it's a fast food shop and not a fancy restaurant.

Were sent out before the end of the day. The store was open until 10 p.m. and they were sent out at 9:40 p.m. and weren't allowed to order anything.

The unfriendly gentleman shits on his colleague in front of people. He was super unfriendly when I ordered. Impossible this man!!!!

We were thrown out of the business by a service employee who thought he was the boss (we've known the boss for over 15 years) after he somehow put non-vegan chipotle sauce on a purely vegan sub. He said it wasn't his fault. When we said that we couldn't eat the sub because of lactose intolerance, a discussion ensued, which ended with us being kicked out of the store. A rating for the food can only be given based on 15 years of experience

Unfortunately, we have now had the experience twice that there are employees there who prefer to occupy themselves with private matters while putting together an order, apparently family members who stand in the middle of the shop and keep them from working with various private conversations, even though the shop was full . We went without an order because the whole process took a long time and we still had 4 people in front of us. Days later we tried again and went to this branch because we still had vouchers where if you order a 15 cm sub you get the second 15 cm sub for free. When we got there again, the same employee was on site, now it gets even better, he was making calls with a cell phone that had been handed over to a person he knew and was therefore making private calls again even though the store was full. Now the cherry on top, he placed his cell phone on the booking counter and turned on the loudspeaker so that he could continue to have his private conversation while booking the subs and at the same time talk to the person who had given him the cell phone and all this while booking the subs Subs. Of course, it took forever and he seemed overwhelmed to finish the orders, which is of course obvious when you don't care about your actual work and are totally distracted. Then a second very nice employee came out of the kitchen and noticed the displeasure of the waiting customers and lo and behold, something moved again. After we arrived at the checkout for a very long time and with a lot of patience, we presented the vouchers, which were accepted, then the ad showed 24.95 euros for two standard subs, we asked that we had presented the vouchers and that wasn't the case could be, to which we get the answer that these have been taken into account?! We accepted it that way because we were pretty annoyed by the whole situation and just wanted to get out of the business. But they still asked again for the receipt, which of course would no longer be there because it was thrown straight into the trash can. Sorry, we also understand everything and are patient if a mistake happens or it takes longer because of too much work. But this is obviously a personnel problem that is totally out of place. We are thinking about whether we will go to Subway again in the foreseeable future, if so, definitely not to this branch again!

The food is always really tasty. Fresh ingredients, delicious bread and the cookies are probably the Börner. Unfortunately, the friendliness of a particular employee leaves a lot to be desired. My recurring order is commented on and a disparaging look is given to me. I would get catcalled in front of the entire store because I wasn't familiar with a particular menu. No help was offered with putting it together, I only heard a comment from the gentleman. Online pre-orders are only made when you are there and you will hear something there too, as it would hold up the whole operation. This is an outrage!

I've been to Essem here several times (it's not cheap) but this time I was annoyed when I was refused a deposit for a bottle that was empty in the store...he knows why? is almost a reason not to go there anymore... As for the question below...for vegetarians, I can't answer it, I'm not one...but I think since you can put together the sub as you like, it's certainly for veggies too!? As far as the parking situation is concerned, if the flea market at Kaufland is full on Sundays.....

Unfortunately bread was dry. Otherwise the food was great. Service was okay, somehow there was very little receipt for my sub. It was very thin, even though I used almost all of the lettuce. The store was very busy and untidy. I've had much better experiences than that.

Food is typically delicious from Subway. Personally, I've never found the service and ambience great at Subway. But that's just my perception of Subway restaurants. But the food is always good.

The best subway I know. I've been going there for years. Nice shop, there are lots of big tables and the selection of vegetables is very large (more than just the standard ingredients). Also a big shout out to Lia, who always puts you in a good mood 👍🏼 Now my favorite sub: Cheese oregano Italian BMT Cheddar Lettuce, tomato, pickle, jalapenos, onions Mixed salsa + chipotle A bit of salt and pepper

Unfortunately, this morning the extremely friendly and hard-working employee was faced with a colleague for whom the words service, politeness and respect go beyond all known boundaries. All that comes to mind about this older gentleman is rude and impudent. Grinch alive.

We got there before it closed in 45 minutes and the staff said we wouldn't get anything, we found it very sad and bad.

We like to eat the Subway sandwich with the whole family. The branch in Andernach is always clean, the service is friendly and you get your food in a reasonable time. We don't eat in the branch, but that's NOT the branch's fault, we always take the sandwiches home with us.

Heute am 29.09.23 Sa gewesen kein Salat keine möhren kein Mais nichts da wow dann sollte man den Laden schließen wenn nichts da ist und auch wie der Mitarbeiter sagt nichts im Lager sei. Dann hat sich der Mitarbeiter sehr lautstark mit einer Dame gestritten diese wollte den Inhaber sprechen er verweigerte dies denke ging um iergend ein Rabat Studentenausweis oder so aber das verhalten des Mitarbeiters mit der Kundin so lautstark zu Diskutieren ist eine Zumutung statt einfach einzulenken zu mal wie oben genannt nichtmal alle Zutaten da waren aber der Preis natürlich der selbige bleib, wie gesagt wenn man nicht liefern kann muss man den Laden solange zu machen.

Mein lieblings Subway. Immer sauber. Das Essen ist immer frisch. Die nette Dame die da arbeitet ist einfach goldig und für den Service verdient Sie definitiv 10 sterne .

Subway ist eben Subway. Ab und an mal eine ganz nette Fast Food Kategorie. Die Qualität ist beständig und man weiß im Vorhinein schon, worauf man sich einlässt. Schade finde ich, dass in den meisten Subway Restaurants die Getränke Zapfanlagen verschwunden sind und die völlig überteuerte (2,89€) und Umwelt unfreundliche Pet Flasche Einzug gehalten hat. Seit Covid und Co. bekommen die Konzerne den Hals nicht voll genug. Ansonsten zu empfehlen.

Bester Sub in Mayen Koblenz. Die Zwei Jungs sind nett und verstehen Spaß. Alle Wünsche werden entgegen genommen und auch durchgeführt. Das Essen ist lecker und alles ist Frisch. Leider fehlt mir der Getränke Automat, aber die Reaktion von Subway alle Automaten wegzumachen in allen Filialen vollkommen verständlich. Jedoch ist der Getränkekühlschrank immer gut gefüllt und ist genug von allem da. Wenn man Spät an einem Wochenende kommt muss man damit Rechnen das nicht mehr alle Brotsorten und Cookies erhältlich sind, was auch vollkommen verständlich ist.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr lustig und gehen gut auf die Wünsche ein. Gemütlicher kleiner Subway👍🏼

Saubere Filiale und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Kleiner Laden mit 20-25 plätzen, Bedienung sehr schnell und freundlich. Sie achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und haben ohne anstanden das Besteck wie die Handschuhe gewechselt als die Veganerin die wir dabei hatten

Wir kommen nach einem extrem langen Arbeitstag zu Subway Andernach. Nachdem wir ca. 15 min angestanden haben, da die Jungs hinter der Theke das Arbeiten nicht erfunden haben. Bekomme ich gesagt das ich für drei Personen nur zwei Subs bekomme und kein weiteres Wrap mehr bekomme. Vielen Dank dafür!

Gewohntes Ambiente. Service war gut. Der Sub schmeckte lecker. Die Preise sind arg hoch. Deshalb habe ich einen Punkt abgezogen.

Schönes kleines Lokal von der Einrichtung könnte man vielleicht etwas ändern ansonsten nicht schlecht Essen frisch gemacht und vegetarisch na ja

Waren immer sehr zufrieden dort und haben immer 10 von 10 Punkten gegeben. Bei unserem letzten Besuch am 24.1.2023, haben meine Partnerin und ich uns allerdings eine Lebensmittelvergiftung zugezogen. Daher können wir diese Filiale leider nicht mehr empfehlen :-(

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und humorvoll. Die Subs genieße ich immer wieder aufs neue. ABER! Sehr sehr schade ist das im Letzten halben Jahr mehr mals der Preis deutlich erhöht wurde und jetzt sogar der Getränke Automat zum nachfüllen gesperrt wurde, weil der Chef sparen will 🙄 einfach nur Bodenlos und eine absolute Frechheit!

Heute wieder hier gewesen weil Tochter wollte !!! Alleine 20 min an der Kasse diskutiert was sie eingeben soll Essen kalt Und gestresst !!! Am liebsten kein Stern Hygiene Null ! Freundlichkeit Null !!!

Mega Subway, wir haben uns kaputt gelacht mit der Bedieung, die Dame ist ultra witzig und hat uns mir Humor empfangen und bedient. Hat einfach Spaß gemacht hier zu bestellen und zu essen! Die Subs waren auch mega lecker und die Preis-Leistung war ebenfalls top. Macht weiter so und befördern könnt Ihr die Dame auch, sie ist kompetent, lustig und nett zugleich, so wie das sein muss! Wir kommen zurück, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind.

Wer Subway kennt wird gerne hier essen!

Unfähige Bedienungen, es dauert eine Ewigkeit bis man dran kommt. (30 Minuten sind keine Seltenheit) Ständige Sprachbarrieren, man muss seine Bestellung tausende mal wiederholen. Es werden für vegetarische Gerichte und Fleisch Gerichte die selben Messer benutzt. Teilweise sind 3 Mitarbeiter im Laden, aber nur einer arbeitet. Es gibt nur eine fähige Bedienung, das ist die Chefin selbst. Sie belegt alles top, ist schnell, sauber. Leider sieht man sie nicht mehr im Laden.

Es ist erstaunlich wie es 2 Männer die zwischendurch beliefert werden auch die Menge an Menschen mit einer Ruhe und Gelassenheit bedienen und nichts vergessen. Die Masse wäre zufriedener wenn es zwar schnell geht aber,man sieht dass die zwei es auch schaffen und nicht bei der Arbeit einschlafen. Da wartet man auch gerne und es schmeckt halt ganz gut.

Halt ein Subway. Der Laden war gestern sauber und die Bedienung kompetent. Kann man gut hin gehen.

Sehr schade das man mindestens einen Stern vergeben muss. Die Dame hinter der Theke hat erstmal in aller Ruhe ihre Baguettes verräumt statt uns zu bedienen. Wir haben fast 10 Minuten gewartet bevor wir letztendlich gegangen sind. Der Kollege lief da rum aber auch er bediente uns nicht.

Da wird einen die Zutaten fast aufgezwungen.

Personal super freundlich und geht auch gerne und mit Humor auf dir Kunden zu. Der Sun hat auch super geschmeckt und war genau auf Wunsch zubereitet. Super 👍 Parkplatz ist groß genug. Toiletten sind sauber.

Freundliche Bedienung, hier gehe ich immer wieder gerne hin.

Leider wird hier total gespart.. Kenne viele andere Subway Ketten wo die Saucen vom Fleisch auch verwendet wird, hier bei dem Markt sieht es aus als ob die, die Marinade stark ansparen ... für was auch immer .... so ist alles trocken und schmeckt nach pappe ...
