It always depends on the day you're there. There are days when there's dirt lying around, flies everywhere in the display, and the employees are at the back of the area, chatting for five minutes before they notice a customer standing at the front. The "purity" of the individual ingredients also leaves a lot to be desired, so it's not always possible that something won't be affected by another ingredient (e.g., if you don't want onions but there are onions in your salad). Otherwise, the subs are sometimes more or less loaded. Still, it's enough for a quick snack.

The food at Subway is always amazing. Not unhealthy for fast food, and always delicious.

The food was okay, but the plastic cutting boards behind the counter looked pretty disgusting. There are definitely better solutions, like titanium cutting boards.

We had to wait forever, with about six people in front of us. It felt like half an hour before we got our turn, even though there were four employees. Apparently, there was something wrong with the oven. The food was good, though. The ambiance inside was typical Subway, while outside it was a simple parking lot atmosphere. The prices are quite high, like any Subway, so it's not too bad if you don't feel like making your own food or if you're hungry.

Salami, ham, cheese, olives, cucumber, bell pepper, mayonnaise. No tomato or lettuce.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The girls were friendly and nice, and the food was good. The only thing that bothered me was the loud music at the counter while I was ordering. I would have loved to invite the first girl at the counter for coffee 😉

Typical Subway...but what really doesn't work anymore: They offer pre-ordering via the (already totally buggy) app. And every time I've arrived, the staff has been completely overwhelmed. Either "my order didn't arrive" or I had to wait there anyway – significantly longer than the stated time! Then I can order in-store. Always a mess. You're almost "embarrassed" to pre-order via the app. If that doesn't work or is "required," please don't offer it!

You get treated really badly in there...The meat tasted old/rotten. The lettuce leaves were brown/black and limp. Hygiene is also a foreign concept there; tables are sticky, etc.

If you ask for a cookie, you just get a face… just because you’re almost finished for the day.

Subs are poorly stocked, and the staff are extremely rude and impatient. The tables and benches outside are covered in chewing gum, making it very uncomfortable to sit there. It would be best to install self-ordering counters so you don't have to talk to the staff. It might take some of the pressure off the staff if overwork is the reason for this service. I hope this Subway turns into something, as the location is very convenient for customers from afar.

The staff was very unfriendly. The subs were poorly toppings. The bread was overcooked, the fries were too soggy, and the portions were very small. Definitely not recommended! We actually love Subway, but this was really, really bad.

It was my first time at Subway, so I wasn't very familiar with ordering. I immediately got a stupid joke, and the employees were generally very unfriendly and annoyed. The waffle fries were very soggy, and they skimped on the portion size. My sub had just as meager toppings, too little toasted, and they didn't know how to properly cut the bread in half. While it was reasonably clean inside, the outside was pretty dirty and uninviting. Afterward, I understood why so few people go to Subway and why there were so many empty seats. 1 star.

Unfortunately, all the friendly employees are now gone. What a pity.

I wouldn't give a single star. Here, the customer is superfluous and not king! I was practically ignored at the service counter. Only when I made myself known did I receive a very moody tone! The management should please take another course on professional staff and guest management as soon as possible. (If they have even completed any further training in this area). You could immediately notice the negative atmosphere and the poor interaction between them! It's also very unprofessional when the bad atmosphere and dissatisfaction are then transferred to the customer. Regarding the food: Poor; the sauce has the consistency of water (unlike other Subways I know). Dear team: my favorite remains the Subway in Zweibrücken! Customer-friendly and customer-oriented! The boss makes her job her vocation, not because she has to work. I would highly recommend a visit to this Subway in Zweibrücken! In any case, that was my last visit! I hope that maybe something will change.

Food is always very tasty. Only some unfriendly employees who have no idea about the prices and would have charged us significantly more if we weren't careful.

There are no stars for the service. Was there with my son and there were only 2 people in front of us. When it was our turn, they took one order and then we continued with an order online that included 7 subs. The employees were so extremely disinterested and without empathy. I would almost say they were all high on THC

Tonight I ate the worst sub I've had so far. Where are the good employees when you need them? Every time there are new ones who don't even want to do it. You get less and less meat on your sub. And if you don't order a lot of ingredients you can at least add a little more. Originally had 2 cucumbers and 3 lettuce leaves on my sub. It tasted like dry baguette. It's becoming more and more bottomless with the new workers.

Even on Wednesdays—vegan sub of the day—vegans get served meat 😟 It's happened a few times. Otherwise, good subs.

Supposedly open from 10am on Saturdays. Unfortunately it was still not open at 10:30 🤷🏽‍♀️ despite the employees being there... then we drove back.

You can't go wrong with Stanni Subway, I was always there later in the afternoon, no waiting time. Quality stanni, employees were good.

That was a visit from hell. The entire situation was a disappointment from start to finish. First of all, the whole wheat roll I ordered was practically bare - the grains that were supposed to be on it were simply not there. A small but crucial detail if you value quality. But that was just the beginning. The work processes were catastrophic: out of four employees present, only two actually worked while the others were on break. This wouldn't be a problem in principle if the remaining employees hadn't been so overwhelmed - to the extent that they were openly upset about it. This even led to a small argument that took place right in front of the customers. When it finally came to filling my sandwich, it was done with an almost frightening listlessness. Instead of a reasonable amount of ingredients, half a handful was simply thrown carelessly on top - that was neither appropriate nor even close to sufficient. I would have expected that the usual portion sizes would be at least somewhat adhered to, but that wasn't the case here. The waiting time was also unacceptably long, which is not surprising given that there were only two employees active. But instead of finding solutions, the staff seemed more concerned with complaining about the situation than working efficiently. Overall, this visit was a complete waste of time and a prime example of how poor service and lack of organization can ruin the customer experience. I will definitely not visit this branch again and I absolutely cannot recommend it in this condition.

The food is delicious as always. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they only served a small amount of meat on our bread; for a large sub, they have different meat guidelines.

Some rude staff. Even though there were 5 people in work clothes, I had to wait 10 minutes until I was served (1st person waiting). People talked, did this and that and made me feel like I was disturbing. When I said I wanted a menu, I was rudely told to tell the cashier (although on other visits I was told to let them know early if I wanted the fries). The app can only be used in this restaurant by those who have a credit or debit card. The food is as standard. Everything looks fresh and tastes delicious. Conclusion: if it wasn't the only subway in this city, I wouldn't go there anymore. And even though I enjoy eating at Subway, I often change my mind because I've had similar experiences before. Too bad

There are no stars for the service. We were at Subway in Landau this evening, and unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant visit. Three young employees were on duty, but I've rarely experienced such a lackluster atmosphere. The atmosphere was unpleasant, almost oppressive – it felt like the air could practically be cut, and the looks from the employees didn't exactly help the mood. If someone doesn't want to work in the restaurant industry, maybe they should look for another job. As a guest, you want to feel welcome and well-treated – unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. We felt downright uncomfortable. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future, because that shouldn't be the norm.

Had nothing to complain about. Keep it up.

The food was lovelessly thrown only half of them and the employees preferred to talk while many people wanted to eat, I think it was bottomless that I had to wait 30 minutes even though I stood with the building guette and I didn't like it. I come here every now and then and have always been satisfied, except for today. Because I wanted to redeem vouchers, which I have done many times, but today I was annoyed and told that you could only redeem one per person. I have to say that the ladies were all really annoyed. It really wasn't nice.

It's remarkable how little motivation you can show. Every time there is a bad atmosphere between the employees and you actually have to have a guilty conscience to order here. As a result, the subs are becoming increasingly poorly occupied.

We really enjoy eating at Subway, but we're currently losing interest in going to the Landau branch. The employees all seem to hate each other and don't hide it at all. You have the feeling that there is always a bad atmosphere in the team. As a customer you feel this clearly and don't feel welcome. Only the employees at the checkout are in a good mood.

Now I understand why few people come to this restaurant. The employees are unfriendly. Some of the tables are not clean and there are flies flying around. After unpacking it on site it looked like this and the colleague wanted to tell me that it was normal.

Rip-off... I paid €39.60 for a 30cm sub and a 15cm sub plus a drink... Of course we had extra types of cheese for each sub, but no matter how I twist and turn it, I'll never come up with one like that high amount. Unfortunately it wasn't noticed on the account until the next day. The card reader was held out to me so that I couldn't see the price. There was also no price visible at the checkout. The man at the cash register had slurred the price. I should have been suspicious straight away. It wasn't the first time there and I always order the same thing, which is why I didn't pay attention to the price. Normally we always pay around 25 euros. This time almost 40€...

Subway is always good, but you never know if the sauces are fresh. Still always delicious yummy 🫡

SUBWAY will transition from soft drink dispensers to only plastic bottles in 2024. Which armchair fart thought about that. Restaurant otherwise super clean and modern but unfortunately 1 star for such an entrepreneurial decision. #safetheplanet

Hmm, the food was great, let's start with that as a positive. Now to the negative: 3 (4) employees were present, and yet with only 3 customers it took over 20 minutes from arrival to receipt of the goods. The "bread cutter" prepares the rest of us, but the "occupier" can't keep up, which causes the seamstress to make quiet complaining comments instead of simply helping. The guy at the checkout keeps running away and when the order is ready you can't pay because there's no one at the checkout. The fourth MA who was present also seemed rather helpless (didn't know exactly what to do). The dreary atmosphere also seems rather uninviting...

The food is fresh, the bread is crunchy and delicious. The staff prepare the food very cleanly and neatly, but two things bother me. All (!) tables were dirty and mine was stuck together in places. Cleanliness definitely needs to be worked on here, especially when fresh food is being prepared. An absolute nonsense. The second point that bothers me is the advertisement; I wanted to get a guacamole dip to go with the potato bites. These were listed under dips, along with other sauces for I think 90ct. They didn't want to/couldn't sell it to me as a "dip" because it was intended as an ingredient for the wraps/subs and not as a "dip". This needs to be changed on the scoreboard, I found that annoying. The MA was very nice and explained it to me in a friendly manner, he also thinks that it just confuses people. Therefore only two stars. The sauce story is one thing (1 star deducted) but the lack of cleanliness is an absolute no-go. (2 stars deducted) In the future we will only order take away.

Sandwich is topped with necessary toppings. Treat the employees badly, no pay, no possibility of contact. Hands off!!

I've been going to Subway off and on for years. Taste good. Since the renovation, it has become much nicer there. Unfortunately, the drinks machines were abolished past the time of free refills. Now you get 0.5 pet bottles. I think it's a shame. The subs have been badly cut for years, so I haven't come to terms with that in the meantime.

So far everything has always been fine. Perfect for a quick snack in between meals.

It's a shame that Subway was so meager in its selection of employees, as you now also do with your subs... After repeated inquiries there was no receipt. Strangely enough, they were able to give me duplicates of other receipts without any problems, but not my receipt for the order. The amount I paid was incomprehensible and Mr. “David #202” at the checkout could no longer calculate the amount I had already paid, even with a calculator. He also mentioned “you may have paid a euro too much”. But I didn't get it(!) back. My colleague just complained that it didn't work anymore. All very suspicious and annoying. Points were also not credited in the app. I like going to Subways, but Subways in Landau will no longer be my go-to place. It's a shame about the restaurant. But the personnel figurehead should be reconsidered.

Paid in full despite the offer... When I asked for my receipt, excuses were made and the invoice with the calculator (from the cashier) was not comprehensible and they never came up with the amount that was ultimately paid. Funny thing!!! Points in the app are also missing. Disappointing 2 stars because the food was good!

I went there today for the first time in years. The lady at the counter was super friendly and quick. The food was delicious.

Great shop with delicious sandwiches and friendly service. The shop seems a bit open due to the lack of a door to the market, which means it loses a bit of ambience.

Sorry, that was the last time there. Apart from the unmotivated employees and the careless subs (toppings oozed out everywhere), the big thing is that we all had diarrhea afterwards.

Leider hat der Subway in Landau abgebaut. Von der Sauberkeit und Qualität auch. Es gab keine Getränke Spender mehr. Warum auch immer 🤷🏻‍♂️. Die Theke sah aus wie Bombe. Man kann auch sauberer arbeiten. Mitarbeiter ( anscheinend nur Studenten ) nicht richtig eingearbeitet. Einfach ein unorganisierter Studenten Laden. Sowas geht auch besser!

Ich war heute ca. 18:15 im Subway und wurde von sehr sympathischen/ Coolen Leuten bedient, wäre schön wenn so Personal überall zu finden wäre 👍👍👍

Das Essen war schnell zubereitet und sehe lecker, die Angestellten waren nett und der Laden sauber, gerne wieder.

War heute zum 2. Mal in der Filiale: - gegen 19:30 Uhr Theke komplett zerbombt (sehr unappetitlich) - Studentin 1 lästerte öffentlich über andere Besucher - Wraps leer, nur noch tiefgefrorene da - Studentin 2 war ganz nett, Schichtleiter 3 auch - Kekse: nur noch 2 Sorten da - Kühlschrank nicht mit allen Getränken aufgefüllt - 1.000 lebende Fruchtfliegen im Laden, 5.000 Tote auf der Fensterbank (sind dann nach draußen gegangen) - Schichtleiter 3 raucht draußen eine und erkennt, dass das nicht sein Lebensinhalt ist - na immerhin. - war mein letzter Besuch dieser Filiale

Wir bestellen ca jede Woche 1x online vor, um dann ohne Wartezeit abzuholen. Leider wird jedes zweite Mal die Bestellung vergessen oder nicht wahr genommen sodass man dann doch warten muss. Das macht wenig Sinn und liegt eindeutig am überqualifizierten Personal.

War mal der beste Subway in der Region aber leider ist das nicht mehr so. Mitarbeiterinnen sind extrem unfreundlich! Freundlichkeit und Belag auf Sparflamme. Fragt man nach extra Oliven wird eine Scheibe mehr draufgelegt, absoluter Witz der Laden. Zur Mittagszeit sind ganze 2 Mitarbeiter “anwesend” dritte macht trotz Meter langer Warteschlange gemütlich Pause. Darüber haben sich die Kolleginnen vor den Kunden natürlich ausgelassen. Hier sollte man bei den MA eine Rundumerneuerung vornehmen. Hoffe da wird bald etwas unternommen sonst kommen wir nicht mehr.

Immer wieder ein Genuss und super Personal

Dafür, dass Subway eigentlich standardisiert sein sollte, war es hier überdurchschnittlich fantastisch lecker. Das Personal ist sehr motiviert, arbeitet zügig und spart nicht mit Zutaten. Mit Abstand der beste Subway, den ich kenne. Danke!

Leider war der Besuch nicht so gut. Kein Willkommen bei Subway, zu wenig Thunfisch und das Brot war noch nicht einmal Lauwarm, das kenne ich von Subway nicht. Ich war in Berlin 6-8 mal im Monat bei Subway und da gab es sowas nicht.

Ja wir holen alle paar Wochen dort für die Firma... läuft zu 50% gut Rest ist Chaos mit viel Warten und kalten subs aber eigentlich ganz gut

Besser als Burgerfastfood. Jedoch werden die Onlinebestellungungen nicht nach Termin bearbeitet. Mussten noch 10 min. warten trotz Vorbestellung und per Paypal. Verbesserungswürdig ansonsten gut.

Das Ambiente war eigentlich Recht schön, was eigentlich so das einzig wirklich positive ist was ich sagen kann. Es waren drei Mitarbeiter da. Zwei von drei waren eher unfreundlich. Ich bestellte ein meatless chicken teriyaki subway, beim Bezahlen wurde mir dann gesagt das es nicht meatless sei mit der sinngemäßen Aussage: Ich hätte das ja schon als meatless bestellen müssen sonst bekomme ich immer normales. Fand ich sehr unhöflich, denn ich hatte das gesagt. Ist mir bewusst das die Mitarbeiter keine Gedanken lesen können... Mir wurde halbherzig angeboten ein neues zu machen. Das lehnte ich jedoch ab damit die Lebensmittel nicht weggeworfen werden müssen. Alles in allem eher ernüchternd.

Ein ganz typisches Subway. Sauber, gutes Essen, sterile Franchise Atmosphäre.

Wir wurden satt, Geschmack war gut. Doch leider ist während des verzehrs alles auseinander gefallen.

Super Subway Filiale, sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und schnell, die Sandwiches immer gut belegt. Es gibt ein Studentenangebot und ab 21 Uhr gibt es Rabatt auf die 30cm-Subs :)

Alles super lecker Essen war sehr lecker haben 2000 Punkte verdient.
