As always, everything was top-notch, super friendly service, and great burgers! I'll be back anytime. :)

We've always seen this place while driving by on Talstraße, and today we finally stopped in. We were very satisfied: the burgers were freshly prepared – you can taste it! The beef is top-quality and juicy, the buns are nice and crispy. The homemade fries are absolutely delicious. The service is attentive and personal, and there's parking right outside—what more could you want?! We'll be happy to come back when we're back in the Palatinate.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Delivery takes about 45 minutes, which is perfectly acceptable, as the food always arrives fresh and warm. I highly recommend it. My husband and I love it. The prices are really great, considering it costs just as much at a fast-food restaurant—and the food is absolutely incomparable.

Great burger selection and quality/freshness of ingredients. Price/performance for the food itself is good, the drinks prices are great. Two out of three eaters were really very satisfied, the most gluttonous person would have liked more than a 150g patty at just under €10 per burger. But as we all know, more is always possible. The service from the young lady was really first class. We, as well as our 2-year-old, felt in perfect hands. A free Capri Sun, coloring books and a lollipop, what more does the junior want (apart from a few fries from Mom & Dad)... 😉

We had dinner there yesterday with five people. The burgers are very good. We had five different ones, all of them were great. What's also great is the menu, burgers with fries and drinks. Prices are very moderate. The only thing I can complain about is the service, after we got the food there was no one to be seen. Everyone there is very friendly, we were warmly welcomed and served immediately. The burgers are recommended, everything is made fresh. The fries are also very good. We'll go back when we're in Neustadt. Addendum: It was explained to me today that someone is missing from the service and our waitress is usually in the kitchen. This excuses me for not being able to see anyone anymore.

Hands down the best burger I've had in my trip through Europe. Not only that, but the service is great! My kids wanted ice cream and it wasn't on the menu, but somehow they got us ice cream anyway, on the house!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great meal. It's worth the detour just to visit the place.

Ordered burgers and fries for three people this evening. I personally had the West Onion and guys it was tasty and fresh. Burger buns fluffy, nice salad, lots of sauce in combination with the pickled cucumbers and a patty that was even slightly pink, flanked by onion rings and a melted slice of cheddar...really to die for, honestly. The fries were also delicious, well seasoned and crispy and a huge portion. The burger alone was a device. 13.50 for such a gem of a burger and a sizeable portion of fries is perfect. Price performance is great, local billion-dollar corporations can simply pack up their assembly line products at now horrendous prices and go back home across the pond. Many thanks to the team for the delicious dinner.

I ordered cheeseburgers to pick up. Was there on time. Burger was lukewarm at most. Meat was okay. Rather bland in taste. Buns more kebab style.

We took a day trip to Neustadt and ended up here by chance. We agree with the positive Google reviews. Burgers (German and chicken burgers) and fries were very tasty. The children had fun on the corner bench. The people on site, from the boss to the service and even in the kitchen, were very nice and extremely fond of children! Everything was perfect with my fried onion and bacon burger: juicy meat, crisp lettuce, plenty of hot sauce. The somewhat idiosyncratic bun also gives the burgers their own visual touch. The single format is already filling, even without additional fries or something similar. So the price-performance ratio is currently right. Only the external impression does not necessarily correspond to that of a typical burger restaurant. It appears to be a former pub. Be that as it may, everything is neat and clean, so definitely worth a visit!

Very tasty burgers at great prices! The only negative point was the guacamole, which I ordered with my fries. This didn't taste like guacamole at all, but rather like a lot of sauces mixed together that were colored green. Otherwise we were very satisfied and would come again and again!👍🏼

I ordered there for the first time yesterday and I was more than disappointed. First my food came almost half an hour late, then the wrong side dish came with it. I then complained by phone and was assured that the driver would bring me the correct supplement. This took over an hour. Of course, I had already eaten my burger during this time. We drove there from Bruchsal because we came across only positive reviews. We haven't regretted a meter! I don't remember eating such a delicious and huge burger. Price performance is unbeatable. A 1L flat Mezzo, Cola,… for only €3.50, the giant burger (Triple Monsterburger) for €14. The atmosphere is a bit rustic, but the food and the staff are simply world-class. We'll definitely be back... with reinforcements 🫡🙂

Very nice people there. With a large group, everything seemed a bit overwhelming, but everything was served as ordered. Burgers are absolutely suitable in terms of price/performance ratio. My tip is sweet potatoes and onion rings. What could be improved is the ability to order large bottles of water.

Hello Burger Plaza team, I ordered from you for the first time today, April 28th, 24 at 5:38 p.m. and it was a larger order (4th family with children). I registered via the app and selected "as quickly as possible" as the delivery time. We then waited a total of 1 hour 50 minutes for it. By fastest possible we mean something different. Unfortunately I have to say that the food was ok. Not only I, but also the guests thought that the citizens could have used more spices/flavor. I've had better burgers in Neustadt. I think it's a real shame that you want to try something new for the first time and then end up disappointed :-(.

Super tasty service and delicious burgers. Delivery service is flawless, cannot be compared with others. The beloved mozzarella sticks were missing from our meal. My call was immediately responded to in a friendly manner and said they would call me back. The call back came within minutes, saying that the next customer would be happy about free mozzarella sticks and new ones would be delivered to me immediately. After less than 15 minutes they were there with an apology, although this can happen. Simply great. Generally all orders were very tasty. Thank you for your service :)
