Burger Plaza in Neustadt an der Weinstraße

We had dinner there yesterday with five people. The burgers are very good. We had five different ones, all of them were great. What's also great is the menu, burgers with fries and drinks. Prices are very moderate. The only thing I can complain about is the service, after we got the food there was no one to be seen. Everyone there is very friendly, we were warmly welcomed and served immediately. The burgers are recommended, everything is made fresh. The fries are also very good. We'll go back when we're in Neustadt. Addendum: It was explained to me today that someone is missing from the service and our waitress is usually in the kitchen. This excuses me for not being able to see anyone anymore.

Hands down the best burger I've had in my trip through Europe. Not only that, but the service is great! My kids wanted ice cream and it wasn't on the menu, but somehow they got us ice cream anyway, on the house!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great meal. It's worth the detour just to visit the place.

Picked up food. Packaging is very good, food doesn't sweat until you get home. Food tastes great, can highly recommend the German Burger and the sweet potatoes. All in all TOP

Ordered burgers and fries for three people this evening. I personally had the West Onion and guys it was tasty and fresh. Burger buns fluffy, nice salad, lots of sauce in combination with the pickled cucumbers and a patty that was even slightly pink, flanked by onion rings and a melted slice of cheddar...really to die for, honestly. The fries were also delicious, well seasoned and crispy and a huge portion. The burger alone was a device. 13.50 for such a gem of a burger and a sizeable portion of fries is perfect. Price performance is great, local billion-dollar corporations can simply pack up their assembly line products at now horrendous prices and go back home across the pond. Many thanks to the team for the delicious dinner.

My burger was a little too cool, but tasted good.

I ordered cheeseburgers to pick up. Was there on time. Burger was lukewarm at most. Meat was okay. Rather bland in taste. Buns more kebab style.

We took a day trip to Neustadt and ended up here by chance. We agree with the positive Google reviews. Burgers (German and chicken burgers) and fries were very tasty. The children had fun on the corner bench. The people on site, from the boss to the service and even in the kitchen, were very nice and extremely fond of children! The children really enjoyed it and had fun. Thanks for the lovely evening! We'll definitely come by again when we're in the area again. :-)

We've been going there again and again for a long time now, the quality is always great and it just tastes so good. Everyone is nice and friendly and the food always comes very quickly. A large selection of burgers, sides, salads, wraps. We've already tried a few things. We will continue to go there :-)

Personally, I ate a cheeseburger with fries. Everything was great. 100/100 points. Service was very friendly and everything was fine, I also give it 100/100 points. Everything was perfect with my fried onion and bacon burger: juicy meat, crisp lettuce, plenty of hot sauce. The somewhat idiosyncratic bun also gives the burgers their own visual touch. The single format is already filling, even without additional fries or something similar. So the price-performance ratio is currently right. Only the external impression does not necessarily correspond to that of a typical burger restaurant. It appears to be a former pub. Be that as it may, everything is neat and clean, so definitely worth a visit!

Very tasty burgers at great prices! The only negative point was the guacamole, which I ordered with my fries. This didn't taste like guacamole at all, but rather like a lot of sauces mixed together that were colored green. Otherwise we were very satisfied and would come again and again!👍🏼

I ordered there for the first time yesterday and I was more than disappointed. First my food came almost half an hour late, then the wrong side dish came with it. I then complained by phone and was assured that the driver would bring me the correct supplement. This took over an hour. Of course, I had already eaten my burger during this time. We drove there from Bruchsal because we came across only positive reviews. We haven't regretted a meter! I don't remember eating such a delicious and huge burger. Price performance is unbeatable. A 1L flat Mezzo, Cola,… for only €3.50, the giant burger (Triple Monsterburger) for €14. The atmosphere is a bit rustic, but the food and the staff are simply world-class. We'll definitely be back... with reinforcements 🫡🙂

Fullest recommendation. Yesterday we came from Worms to visit a magic theater on Talstrasse. Driven by hunger, we found this stylishly decorated burger restaurant shortly beforehand. Great ambience! The employee was very friendly - we ordered the BBQ burger with fries - a treat! I can only recommend it, we were still full even after the show. Next time we will visit you again beforehand. Very nice people there. With a large group, everything seemed a bit overwhelming, but everything was served as ordered. Burgers are absolutely suitable in terms of price/performance ratio. My tip is sweet potatoes and onion rings. What could be improved is the ability to order large bottles of water.

Burgers were excellent, just the chilli cheese nuggets weren't my thing. But I recommend the meat burgers! Delivery was a little earlier than expected, which I thought was great!

Hello Burger Plaza team, I ordered from you for the first time today, April 28th, 24 at 5:38 p.m. and it was a larger order (4th family with children). I registered via the app and selected "as quickly as possible" as the delivery time. We then waited a total of 1 hour 50 minutes for it. By fastest possible we mean something different. Unfortunately I have to say that the food was ok. Not only I, but also the guests thought that the citizens could have used more spices/flavor. I've had better burgers in Neustadt. I think it's a real shame that you want to try something new for the first time and then end up disappointed :-(.

Food was ok. Unfortunately our meat was done, instead of medium rare. Unfortunately the gentleman didn't speak good German. Can happen. Solid burger. Price ok. Atmosphere more like a German cozy restaurant.

Super tasty service and delicious burgers. Delivery service is flawless, cannot be compared with others. The beloved mozzarella sticks were missing from our meal. My call was immediately responded to in a friendly manner and said they would call me back. The call back came within minutes, saying that the next customer would be happy about free mozzarella sticks and new ones would be delivered to me immediately. After less than 15 minutes they were there with an apology, although this can happen. Simply great. Generally all orders were very tasty. Thank you for your service :)

We ordered there for the first time today. The lady on the phone barely understood anything (music in the background was too loud). We had to wait almost an hour for our two burgers + fries. When the fries got here, they weren't even cooked through. Today was the first and last time we ordered there. There are definitely better burger restaurants in Neustadt.

We waited a little longer for the food due to a technical problem, but it was worth the wait and things like that can happen. The burgers are world class.

Really top food at a great price. I had a WestOnion burger with a double patty. Good quality of meat (patties made from minced meat, not frozen patties). Delicious sourdough bun. Homemade Onion Rings. Plus good BBQ sauce and salad. The fries that came with it were fresh and fried golden brown, and I had the aioli mayo as a dip. We recommend. The soft drink for €2.5 a bottle is also absolutely top. There were four of us and we were all absolutely thrilled. Gladly again👌🏻

Wir haben das Restaurant nur zufällig gesehen. Und haben uns spontan dazu entschieden hier essen zu gehen, das Ambiente machte mich anfangs etwas skeptisch jedoch muss ich sagen dass der Burger mich sehr überzeugt hat, geschmacklich war wr super, der salat frisch und die Pommes dazu genau wie auch die Preis Leistung super. Lediglich das Ambiente ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Der Burger Plaza hat mit einem "normalen Burgerladen" garnichts zu tun. Das Essen ist komplett frisch zubereitet, keine Fertigware, jeder "Sonderwunsch" wird berücksichtigt. Wir waren erstmals dort, aber kommen definitiv wieder. Der Wirt ist TOP, freundlich, zuvorkommend und locker. Wir haben den Burger-Plaza zufällig entdeckt auf dem Weg zum neuen Steve-Waite Theater (2 Min. entfernt). Eine Top-Kombi für einen schönen und leckeren Abend!

Essen wurde zeitig geliefert, leider der falsche Burger, Brötchen war etwas aufgeweicht, aber geschmacklich ganz gut, könnte noch würziger sein. Leckere Wraps und Salate :)
