McDonald's in Neustadt an der Weinstraße

Too many visitors and the children keep jumping around the restaurant like they are on the playground, and it gets annoying after a while.

A McDonald's like almost everyone else... Tastes almost the same everywhere.

I visit one of the stores every few years and am always upset. You can tell that you no longer want to order in person. A selection is no longer possible because the display changes every few seconds. And German is rarely spoken anymore, so misunderstandings always arise. Too bad...

It was busy and the staff was therefore completely overworked. Online ordering and collection did not work, even though I had paid with PayPal, I had to pay again on the spot. The staff was beyond unfriendly, made mistakes and snapped at customers when they pointed them out. 30 minutes from order to food, Fast Food is no longer possible here. We will never go to this McDonalds again!

Als wir Bei McD in NW zum Mittagessen waren fiel uns ein Mann auf der beim Rundgang durch das Restaurant viele Gäste begrüßte und auch uns zunickte, anschließend begrüßte es seine Mitarbeiter. Wie sich später heraus stellte war es der Pächter des McD. Das Essen war gut, der Service war gut, wir kommen gerne wieder.

It's more than a shame that there is no breakfast menu for children. Even if you ask if you can get juice instead of coffee, you will be told no. It's a shame and especially the child is disappointed. Breakfast not recommended with children. Now I have to wait 45 minutes for my child to get a HappyMeal with Capri Sun. So much for children being important.

The food in this Mc's is very good and tasty. Mc's is easy to reach by car and includes an mc'drive. The employees are nice, they even deliver the food to your place (most of the time). But if you get there between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., literally all hell breaks loose 🎟️, a lot of people. You then have to wait a long time until you can order and until the food is ready is. At MC'Drive you will always be taken for a ride no matter what you take, e.g. you order sauce 1 but get sauce 3? The food on offer is bad, it's not tasty to eat there. It used to be definitely better, now everything isn't clean and there are some strange people there too, so you don't feel like being there with your children.

The food is well known and proven MC quality. What was particularly special about this restaurant was the cleanliness and the fast and friendly service. Order was completely served at the table. There are also enough free customer parking spaces on site for 2 hours. That's definitely enough. Gladly again. Clear recommendation.

The milkshakes have no taste. Very unfortunate.

It says on the door that it's open until 2 a.m. on Fridays... they were simply sent away at midnight! What's that supposed to mean???

€55 fine for being there too long. What a rip off. Coffee, food, service are all ok, but when something like that comes in the mail after two weeks, you don't feel like going to McDonald's anymore.

The prices are higher than elsewhere

The McDonald’s is clean. There is constant cleaning and mopping, the employees are friendly, which is something you rarely see at McDonald's......!!! Very good…👍🏽

We've been there several times in the evening (between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.) and you can only order to take away. If all hell broke loose, you could understand it, but the employees hang around in the back and have a few chats. McDrive there is just as big a disaster. You order via app, the employees don't understand the code and then they can't spell it either. Then the order was correctly placed at the window. And then you get ripped off... Instead of another burger ordered, 8 were ordered!!! Mayo packs of the same value simply packed into the bag. It may just be a fast food joint, but can still show some competence and work ethic.

A life without "MäCes*... it's not a solution either!!! 😁

First a burger was missing and next time the fries you might think that forgetting products was the order of the day. The last time I made my burgers 🍔 even they taste even better

So the opening times say open until 1 a.m. and we were told that they would close at 12 a.m. and that we should leave the restaurant while we were eating! The employee sat at the table in front of us and waited until we got up! Simply an impudence!

I wanted to have breakfast at McDonald's again after years - I haven't lived in the area for 15 years. It's not haute cuisine - that's not the expectation either. But what you can now get there at exorbitant prices is just disappointing. Coffee dull and bitter, no croissants, scrambled eggs cold and tasteless, two half cold rubbery bacon strips, the roll halves were burnt on one side and otherwise cold and also rubbery. Not crispy and warm or anything 😅 I didn't feel like trying the cookie anymore. Left everything behind. Then I went to the Liebenstein bakery and had a delicious breakfast and drank good coffee. For almost the same money I still have bread for tonight.

A McDonald's like any other. Everything was ok so far. Staff very friendly and helpful. I'll stop by there again.

Large location, very easy to reach by car, with drive-in and plenty of parking spaces, unfortunately no dedicated pedestrian path, so you have to walk a bit on the road. McCoffee available, larger children's playground outside. Food is brought to the table and you can order at a terminal using a payment card.

Coffee on Sunday at Speck&Ei. Okay :-) But only between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Once again, things are charged for the order at the drive-thru but forgotten when putting it together. Absolute no-go.

In my opinion, worst Mc. It's a shame that all the MCs in the area belong to the same operator. I've complained at least three times that I can't order a happy meal via the app. In response, I was told that the staff is trained and always up to date. I feel totally ripped off

I've never had such bad service. I wanted a savings menu that was more expensive than 7.99 in other stores and then the gentleman didn't even want to accept a €200 note Not recommendable

When I went only srive through was opened. Usual service and usual food.

I repeatedly found that the burger and nuggets tasted cold and old. The meat tasted rancid. It's the last time I ate there. I've never had such poor quality at Mac Donalds in Wunstorf and Garbsen!

For once I wanted to eat there today. We know that fast food is not a gourmet temple. I wanted an offer that was advertised on TV and was told that we set our own prices! Even the head of MC Donald here just said 🤷‍♂️We make our own prices... I praise Burger King!

We haven't received the goods we ordered twice already. Once it was just the mayo and ketchup that was missing. Well last week I was missing two burgers. Only discovered at home. Wrote an email and got the answer it was forwarded to the franchisee. To this day I have not received an answer. Think about my part in such behavior.

Now in more detail: Parking spot: If it says in BIG letters that parking is free for 2 hours and everything above that costs AT LEAST 40 euros, then that might be usury, but then that's the way it is and then I can't complain about it if I overstay my parking time! And let's be honest... Two hours are probably more than long hours to eat quickly! You can also chat with your girlfriend somewhere else... Especially since others would also like to sit down to eat... My opinion! Employees: I was at the McDrive, which is unfortunately very narrow. The young lady was a very nice employee who served me very nicely and politely. When I came in again to order a few vegan nuggets, she recognized me straight away and asked if she hadn't just been to her place at McDrive. ;-D Although I was very sure that I had chosen the MAC planets, i.e. the vegan ones, I still got the real ones just like the previous time in another branch... Unfortunately, I only noticed this at the end and then I went back Go to the branch and send off what was written on the order slip to see if the employee has mixed something up. I was able to take a look with the nice young lady at the McDrive counter and the chicken nuggets version was actually written on it. So the employee couldn't have made a mistake. Since I was very sure that I had really pressed Mac plants beforehand and a system error couldn't be 100% ruled out, I was immediately offered to prepare it for me again. I thought that was really sweet ❤️ I also talked about it with another employee, a younger man, who immediately offered to make me another one. The first time I refused, but somehow I found it so sweet that I accepted it. In terms of employees, I had a really warm experience 💕 thank you for so much trust and humanity in each other! They might as well have insisted that I must have made a typo, but they trusted me to be absolutely sure that I had pressed Mac Planet. Thank you 😊 Oh, and thank you for the generous two hours of free parking 😉 When it comes to punktu food, I can't give full stars because I know what the conditions are like for the animals here who gave their lives for your food without wanting it themselves. I think it's nice that there are now many vegan products and I hope that they are really vegan! That's why I accept the completely bad rating on the subject of food. Service, of course, full marks!

Es ist und bleibt ein Schnellrestaurant.Meinen Wunsch nach teilen des 🍔, war schwer verständlich zu machen. Da ich im Moment gehandicapt bin mit beiden Händen zu halten, war es nicht anders möglich. Erst nach mehrmaligem Erklärung und zeigen wurde der Burger 1xstatt2x geteilt. Bitte,bitte stellt wenigstens 1 Mitarbeiter ab in die Schicht, die deutsch versteht und es den Mitarbeitern nochmal zeigt oder erklärt .

Der Neustädter McDonalds wurde neu renoviert und modernisiert. Über den neuen Einrichtubgsstil kann man geteilter Meinung sein, es wirkt sehr modern. Die größte Erneuerung ist sind die großen Bestellterminals. An diesen Terminals kann man sein Essen Onlinebestellen und mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Die Speisen werden dann an den Tisch gebracht, dafür benötigt man einen der mobilen Transponder am Bestellterminal. Hat man keine Kreditkarte, muss man zum Bezahlen wie gewohnt an die Kasse. Barzahlung und Bestellung ist weiterhin an Theke und Kasse möglich. Aufgrund von technischen Bedienungsfehlern kann nun aus Fast Food leicht Slow Food werden. Wer's braucht.

Wird von mal zu mal schlechter, Essen nicht wirklich warm Ambiente naja. Und die Preise sind mittlerweile so hoch , dass man auch locker und lässig normal essen gehen kann ohne nach ner Stunde wieder Hunger zu haben. Für Burger und Pommes gibt es weit bessere Alternativen zum nahezu selben Preis.

Ein mecces halt. War sauber nur an einem Platz haben irgendwelche unterbelichteten Mitmenschen ihre gurken an Wand und Fensterscheibe geklatscht...

Hier wurde ich vom freundlichen Personal bedient. Ich habe eine große Bestellung zum mitnehmen gemacht und ein Paar Mitarbeiter haben mir mit Raustragen und Einladen geholfen.

Immer fehlen die Pommes bei der Abholung, mal wieder nicht nachgeschaut vor Ort und schon passiert

Typisch MC, allerdings Pakplatzsituation übel, Chaos vorprogrammiert, wenn McDrive Schlange steht, da man entgegen der Schlange irgendwie rauskommen muss. Allein deswegen vermeiden wir den Besuch hier.

Eigentlich war das Essen immer ganz gut und ich hab’s schnell bekommen, aber dieses Mal wurde mein 2. Chickenburger vergessen, das hat mich traurig gemacht, konnte leider nichtmehr nachschauen ob alles dabei ist. Dadurch empfand ich ein Gefühl von Trauer und Enttäuschung

Unfreundlichen Personal. Alleine mit 2 Kleinkindern. Bestellung am Schalter angeblich nicht möglich. Stur an Automaten verwiesen. Ist stress mit 2 Kindern. Da Betrieb war hatten den das Personal wohl auch. Letzte Woche war Bestellung am Schalter möglich.
