Ich kann der einen Bewertung über den Kassierer nur zustimmen. Er ist meiner Meinung nach sehr seltsam und unfreundlich. Wir mussten länger warten als Gäste, die nach uns bestellt hatten. Dann wurde uns auch noch die falsche Bestellung ausgehändigt. Als ich ihn freundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, hat er das sofort abgestritten und versucht, uns mit einem Grinsen abzuwimmeln. Dabei hatten wir mehr bezahlt und weniger erhalten. Absolut nicht kundenfreundlich.

Leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Sehr unhöflicher Kassierer. Erste Bestellung bestand der shawarma zu 70% nur aus Brot und zweite Bestellung wurde falsch gemacht . Uns wurde weder die Bestellung neu gemacht noch das zu viel gezahlte Geld zurückgegeben.

Ehrlich gesagt, das war das leckerste Shawarma, das ich je gegessen habe! Gestern sind mein Mann und ich zwei Stunden gefahren, um dorthin zu gelangen. Trotz meiner Schwangerschaftsbeschwerden haben wir die weite Anreise auf uns genommen, nur um dort zu essen. Einfach unwiderstehlich lecker! Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, und der Besitzer ist ein sehr respektvoller und freundlicher Mensch. Ich kann es wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen, es ist superlecker! ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Ausgezeichnetes Shawarma zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Die Lage ist recht zentral und in der Nähe einer Bushaltestelle. Das Fleisch war sehr schmackhaft. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Da es nicht viele Sitzplätze gibt, ist Mitnehmen wahrscheinlich die bessere Option. Wir bestellten Shawarma mit Kartoffeln und Shawarma mit extra Hähnchen – beides hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

Ausnahmsweise gab es keine lange Schlange davor, also habe ich endlich das 2,50-€-Shawarma probiert. Und ... köstlich! Absolut ein super Angebot, mit dem leckeren Geschmack von libanesischem Shawarma! Für 2,50 € ist die Portion zwar nicht riesig, aber trotzdem mehr als fair! Es gibt auch andere Optionen für den größeren Hunger (die ich aber noch nicht probiert habe).

Leider ist die Qualität schlecht, weshalb die Preise niedrig sind. Das Hähnchen ist sehr ölig und fettig und hat nichts mit frittiertem Hähnchen zu tun.

Beste Preise für sehr leckeres Essen, probiert ihr unbedingt das Knuspriges Hähnchen ist sogar lecker als KFC

Viel zu lange Wartezeiten, musste 35 Minuten für einen Mini Shawarma warten. Das Fleisch war teilweise noch roh, bei Hähnchen absolut nicht in Ordnung! Außerdem ist der Service nicht besonders gut, die Leute sind sehr unfreundlich und unhygienisch! Einer malt sich mit Kugelschreiber auf die Handschuhe und fasst mit den selben Handschuhen dann das Essen an, der andere fährt sich mit den Handschuhen durch die Haare und Gesicht, während er das Essen zubereitet

Ich kann nix schlechtes sagen!! Für 2,50 Euro macht ihr was für die Leute da draußen. Ich gib euch mit Herz 5/5 Sterne.

Das Essen ist gut, ehrlich gesagt.

Es ist sehr lecker, ich kann es Ihnen nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Kasse war sehr unfreundlich und respektlos. Er begrüßt die Kunden nicht, verabschiedet sich nicht, hört kaum zu und lächelt nie. Sein Verhalten wirkt sehr seltsam und unangenehm. Man fühlt sich als Kunde überhaupt nicht willkommen.

Eines der schlechtesten Restaurants nie wieder.

Der Kassierer wirkt etwas seltsam. Anders als in Deutschland üblich muss man als Kunde selbst grüßen und sich verabschieden, und manchmal bekommt man nicht einmal eine Antwort !! Sogar bei der Übergabe der Bestellung fällt kein Wort wie „bitteschön“ oder zumindest „bitte“😂. Wirkt leider nicht besonders freundlich.

Solides Restaurant zwar klein aber fein Wahr bei den schon das zweite mal seit ihrer Wiedereröffnung (erstes mal: Schawarma,zweites mal: Falafel im Arabischen Brot) Das Essen wahr zwar nicht Perfekt aber für einen kleinen Strand ziemlich gut Ob ich wieder hier Essen würde? Tatsächlich Ja von Zeit zu Zeit

So drückt man es natürlich im syrischen Arabisch aus: Leider war unser letzter Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Das Shawarma war dunkel und schmeckte nicht. Es enthielt außerdem Hautstücke und andere unappetitliche Bestandteile, die den Geschmack deutlich beeinträchtigten. Wir möchten niemanden beleidigen oder angreifen, hoffen aber sehr, dass diese Bewertung zu einer Qualitätsverbesserung führt. Denn vor einem Jahr war das Shawarma hell und sehr lecker, aber jetzt ist der Unterschied leider enorm und die Qualität hat deutlich nachgelassen. Hoffentlich wird es wieder so wie früher oder sogar noch besser 🙏

Ich werde in diesem Restaurant nie wieder bestellen. Drei Mal habe ich online bestellt, und drei Mal musste ich draußen warten und das Essen war kalt. Heute habe ich zum letzten Mal bestellt - nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit wurde meine Bestellung einfach storniert."

Das Schawarma-Sandwich war sehr lecker und das zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Die Crispy-Box war größer als erwartet und hat ebenfalls sehr gut geschmeckt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

My order was accepted via Lieferando at 9:42 PM. Half an hour later, the restaurant canceled it. I went to bed hungry. Absolutely outrageous. I can't comment on the atmosphere. I just placed an order.

Have they reinvented this schwarma in Germany or something? Because it's not even a schwarma, what they're calling it. It's dry, horrible, and I got food poisoning from it. Everyone who gave this 5 stars has never eaten a real schwarma. It's Mainz, after all; it's rare to find something real when it comes to kebabs or schwarma.

The food is delicious, but it always takes forever to arrive. Friends, relatives, and acquaintances always get priority, so you end up back in the queue. Both online and in person, even though I've already ordered, I still have to wait significantly longer than originally stated.

Solid shawarma at a great price. If you're a little peckish, there's a shawarma sandwich for €2.50. They also offer a few plate meals with vegetables, fries, etc. I'd generally take food to go, as the seating isn't as pleasant. It gets pretty loud and hot there - my respect to the people who have to stand in front of the grill all day in this heat... Oh - what I don't like so much are the thick plastic bags they give you without asking. It makes sense for larger orders, of course, but for a shawarma to go, it's simply a waste of resources. Now I know, and in the future I'll point out that I don't need a bag when ordering. Unfortunately, it's common practice in many countries, and they put every little thing in one or two disposable plastic bags... The staff are all nice.

Really very tasty and cheap shawarma, get some here often :). If I'm a little more hungry, I just get several for €2.50. Tastes like the ones on vacation 10/10 (It's more of a take-out than a restaurant, there are two tables, but you practically sit outside (cold in winter), which I don't mind now.)

It was really phenomenally tasty and the staff was friendly. However, I subsequently developed severe gastrointestinal symptoms; I was diagnosed with a camphylobacter, which can be caught through contaminated poultry meat. My companion also had symptoms (at the same time). That's a shame because the shawarma was very, very tasty. Hopefully, such bacteria will no longer be able to circulate. Good luck with that!

Very poor hygiene, I've been there a lot now and I've often seen the seller touching my shawarma without gloves. He takes a dirty rag, uses it to clean something up and goes straight to covering my shawarma, not to mention the arm hair the seller has. It's all set up very unprofessionally, the cash register looks like it was bought from the Flomarkt, and there are often children working there as they are obviously under 18. The people there very rarely speak German, which makes me doubtful brings what's in there and whether they talk about me or not.

Quality of the food: The food at Shawarma Point leaves a lot to be desired. The meat often tastes dry or has too much fat. The bread seems stale and the sauces are either tasteless or completely over-seasoned. The vegetables don't seem fresh - sometimes you'll find wilted lettuce leaves or tomatoes that taste like nothing. Overall, the food seems carelessly prepared and not really appetizing. Cleanliness and hygiene: The hygienic conditions at Shawarma Point are questionable. The floor is dirty and sticky, the tables seem to be rarely wiped down, and the counter feels unsanitary. In the open kitchen you can see food lying around carelessly and employees sometimes working without gloves or with dirty clothes. There is also an unpleasant smell that doesn't exactly whet your appetite.

Absolute low point in kebab art. Ordered three kebab boxes, we got leftover raw meat, a pile of salad and a few sad fries. An insult in terms of taste, an insult in terms of appearance. The crowning glory? Those cheap wooden forks that you couldn't even skewer your own dignity with. Even drunk, I've never eaten such rubbish. Save yourself time, money and nerves.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 🤤 It's not that comfortable on site, but everything will be well packed for you to take with you and you'll quickly be on the Rhine meadows or back home on the couch. TASTE REALLY GREAT, I got something to take away again today and was TASTE straight back on my Middle East trip through Israel & Jordan. So give it a try and ENJOY the delicious SHAWARMA. The shawarma was very tasty. Really good. There are two options: either a small shawarma for small appetites (€2.50) or a large one that is much more filling (€5). The food is generally very tasty and the staff are friendly. However, the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired🤦‍♀️. There needs to be more cleaning, the place needs to be kept clean and the tables need to be cleaned regularly. The hygiene is really poor. I think if they cared about cleanliness the store could be the best around.

Speechless. We bought Shawarma Extra to take away on offer for €5. Not bad in terms of taste but a bit stingy in terms of price. It's dry, hardly any toppings, very little meat and also dry, mainly flat dough. The portion of 5 bites is far too small.
