Beautiful place! An absolute eye-catcher!

We had a wonderful, private birthday party here at Goldmarie; absolute recommendation! The location is chic and modern, the team was great and the food was really exceptionally good. The kitchen team comes up with great dishes that are not run of the mill and are of really great quality. Louisa and her team all do a great job and are happy to go an extra mile (or two or three) for their clients.

The ambience was very nice. Price-performance OK - we found the cheese plate a bit steep for 14 euros. But it tasted good. The service is attentive and friendly.

Great location, great location and beautiful interior! Unfortunately there is little flexibility when choosing meals due to the given times. We had a nice waitress, but she didn't come back to our table after the first order. We then had to go to the bar ourselves to place another order. I will probably visit the location again. Overall, it would still be nice to feel well looked after as a guest.

Things had to be quick for me, so I ordered something to take away. How cute is that wrapped up?! It also tasted very good, although I can't say that about my matcha. But I liked that they don't use paper cups here. The furnishings and location are great, I can't wait to end the evening here in the summer.

When we saw the pictures from the Mother's Day brunch today, we were really sad that we didn't have time to pay Goldmarie a visit. It all looked really delicious again. We were last there at Easter and have to say it was great. Super delicious food, great attentive service and an absolute feel-good atmosphere. One person in our group of 10 had a gluten intolerance, which the service was aware of in everything that was served. It's rare to find! It's a shame that it's a bit far from Kaiserslautern - we would be regular guests!

This time I "only" had a black coffee. But it was very tasteful.

Location is great, inside and out. Reminded me a bit of the Korova milk bar. Great for small or appetizers and drinks. I think the main courses in the evening are overpriced. Drink selection is quite good. Water flat rate is a good idea. The service is friendly but for the prices you would expect more professionalism.

Food and drinks very tasty and inexpensive. Location is very nice. Unfortunately, service is very slow and overwhelmed. We constantly had to go to the bar to order something because no waitress came to our table. In addition, you have to wait a long time for the drinks.

Great bistro at the customs port in Mainz. The team and boss always have a smile on their faces and manage to create an atmosphere that is not stilted and in which you can feel comfortable. Even mom helps out at the cake counter every now and then on the weekend, which makes the whole thing a bit more family-like. Everyone is welcome here: from small to large. You can come by for a hearty brunch, a relaxed dinner or just for cake and coffee. And everything tastes great without exception. Everything is also homemade - the signature lemonades in particular are extremely tasty. You can see goldmarie's unique style concept and can sit inside or, when the weather is nice, on the terrace, which offers even more space than the spacious and light-flooded interior. But this is just one of many subjective opinions... You have to visit a store yourself to get a proper picture :-) It's definitely worth making the trip from Mainz to the customs port, which has so much to offer!

On the menu and the website, I thought they serve "dinner". But they said the dinner service is still preparing and the options that I could choose was also very few. But the foods and drinks that I ordered was very satisfied and will definitely try here again once they have more food options. Location is also very great and beautiful. I want to come back here again during Summer time!

The coolest location I have visited in Mainz for a long time. The two of us went for an aperitivo (small cheese plate + dip + Aperol spritz). The service is top notch, the food is great and the prices match the ambience. You feel like you are in the HafenCity in Hamburg.

Super super nice restaurant!!! The ambience is simply great! I was there at the opening and there was an offer of champagne for two euros per glass. The great thing was that the sparkling wine tasted great, it was of high quality and it was a pretty full glass, so no savings were made. The food is very lovingly prepared and it's great that so many local products are used. It's expensive, but not overpriced in my opinion. Even though it was quite busy and certainly stressful for them, the service was very friendly. I was served quickly and didn't have to wait long at all until I could pay. I'll definitely be back ♡

***Attention to all vegetarians and pregnant women*** My visit was disappointing as a pregnant person was served alcohol even though she ordered a non-alcoholic drink, and items advertised as vegan included chicken curry. An insufficient understanding of the special nutritional needs became clear here, especially since the dish was explicitly sold as vegan on several occasions.

We reserved a table for 6 people here for a birthday and decided together for Sunday brunch. The concept itself is great in that you could reorder everything that was empty, but the first time we just ordered bread, it took 30 minutes until we got another 8 slices of bread brought to the table. Just to remind you, there were 6 of us and the slices of bread weren't particularly big. The second time took another 20 minutes and the third time another 30 minutes. There were only 8 slices of bread in each basket. The other things that we ordered the first time took a whole 40 minutes. If the table is only reserved for 2 hours, I find the whole thing a little difficult and disappointing. The food itself was delicious, but I find it questionable to provide a table of 6 people with 8 slices of bread and 6 small croissants and then, when reordering, make them wait until another 8 slices are brought to the table. In my opinion, I ultimately just can't justify the price of €30 with the quality when the service just wasn't good and you had to wait so long for your food that at some point you just didn't feel like it anymore.

On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8th. a visit to a company run by women (you can recognize this in the company profile if the following attribute is noted: 💜) The Goldmarie is one of the most extraordinary places in Mainz. A very modern and colorful location, which is also incredibly bright thanks to the glass front. 🥂We can recommend the winemaker's grape juice spritzer and the (current) naturally cloudy light wine from the barrel. 📚 There are different seating options - chairs, stools, cushions, bean bags - so you're sure to find a place to work or study. Maybe a good change from your everyday desk :) No review of the food as we only had something to drink.

Our Sunday brunch was incredibly good! Many different delicacies were served in tapas bowls, there was something for everyone! Very attentive and friendly service. The location is also a real eye-catcher!

From the starters to the main courses and desserts - the creative combination of fresh and high-quality ingredients impressed me throughout. Another plus point is the extensive and varied drinks menu. It offers a wide range of refreshing homemade lemonades, classic coffee drinks. The wine list deserves special attention as it presents a variety of wines from local wineries, providing a nice regional reference. In addition, Goldmarie is also a family-friendly place. This shows how keen they are to make every guest happy. Overall, my visits to the Goldmarie in Mainz were unforgettable experiences. From the atmosphere to the service to the quality of the food and drinks, everything was first class. I can give this 5 stars warmly and without hesitation. If you are in Mainz, you should not miss this culinary experience.

Cheesecake, „ Heiße Marie“ usw.. der Stopp beim Sonntagswalk hat sich in jedem Fall gelohnt. Alles sehr lecker im gemütlichen - mal etwas anderen - Ambiente. Dazu (was mir immer sehr wichtig ist): Gute Beratung vom extrem netten Team. Kommen wieder.

Echt lecker und ein super tolles Ambiente direkt am alten Zollhafen. Das neu gebaute Viertel ist einzigartig gewinnt gerade Architekturpreise.

Vor einiger Zeit besuchte ich das Restaurant Goldmarie in Mainz und ich muss sagen, es war eine absolut fantastische Erfahrung. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und einladend, mit einer sehr modernem Design. Die Speisekarte im Goldmarie ist zwar recht überschaubar, dafür kamen die Gerichte schnell. Mann merkte direkt das diese mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet wurden. Die Präsentation der Gerichte war auch sehr ansprechend. Dafür war für den hohen Preisen leider jedoch recht wenig auf dem Teller. Der Service im Goldmarie war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und konnte mir bei der Auswahl der Gerichte gute Empfehlungen geben. Die Bedienung war schnell und effizient, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Was die Getränkeauswahl betrifft, hatte das Goldmarie eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Weinen und Cocktails. Ich habe mich für einen erfrischenden Gin Tonic entschieden und war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl. Die Preise im Goldmarie sind recht hoch und meiner Meinung nach durch die Aussicht auf den Hafen jeden Cent wert. Die Qualität der Speisen und der Service sind definitiv erstklassig. Alles in allem hatte ich eine wunderbare Erfahrung im Restaurant Goldmarie in Mainz. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn du nach einem großartigen kulinarischen Erlebnis suchst!

Ein Top gestalteter Lieblingsort, wie ihn Mainz bisher nicht hatte. Und dazu die rare Möglichkeit, den Sundowner am Wasser zu genießen. Eine kleine, wechselnde Karte beinhaltet sehr kreative kalte snacks, und feine warme Gerichte mit Pfiff. Für mich jedesmal eine Entdeckungsreise in eine Küchenphilosophie, die ausnahmslos frisch produziert, auf den Produkten lokaler Produzenten fußt und auch Vegetariern und Veganern etwas zu bieten hat. Die regional geprägte Weinkarte bietet Überraschungen auch jenseits der "üblichen Verdächtigen" aus Rheinhessen. Auch an der Bar gibt es jede Menge Überraschungen. Dafür sorgen u.a. hausgemachte Infusionen, Limos, Cocktails und ein Top Espresso.

Tolles Ambiente, netter Service, großartige Küche, außergewöhnlich gutes Essen, Qualität hat auch seinen Preis - immer wieder gerne🤩

Also wir hatten echt ne coole Zeit gesten in der Goldmarie. Das Essen war top sowohl vom Geschmack als auch vom Preis. Und die Getränke lecker und erfrischend.. nette Location am Wasser außerdem, also super zu empfehlen!

Das Essen und die Limonaden sind super lecker, dazu kommen die Freundlichkeit + Kompetenz des Personals und die tolle Atmosphäre innen und draußen am Hafenbecken. Wir kommen wieder!

Neuer Lieblings Spot in Mainz. Die Einrichtung und das Design sind mega, besonders cool sind die Sonnenuntergänge oder sonnigen Mittagsstunden bei super Café und Afogato, leckere Snacks, Kuchen und nice drinks !!! Größtes Highlight aber der Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse :) aber auch von innen überzeugt der Laden durch stilvolles interior und einem inspirierenden farbkonzept :)
