Very good chicken, much better than KFC. Since I always order, I can't say anything about the local service, but the drivers have always been very nice. A little tip: put the chicken in the hot air fryer again so the fat comes out of the breading and everything becomes crispier.

Ordered delivery yesterday and the curly fries had a disgusting oil taste. I couldn't eat, fried chicken disgusting taste and smell. I couldn't even eat 15% of the food because I felt sick. When we came in we were ignored, the table was totally sticky and the restaurant didn't smell particularly pleasant. Food didn't look bad until I tried it and the chicken wing tasted like fish and cardboard, the meat was dry and tasted very, very bad. The burger tasted very old. Unfortunately a total disappointment for €30!

The suppliers heat through the city like the last people. It's only a matter of time before someone ends up in front of the bumper. And after the police check, the heat continued here at the playground. Shame on you!

Very good location with relaxed decor. The hot wings are really good, not too spicy and very strong, but really well seasoned. Better wings than crispies. But value for money is really quite good.

I always enjoy eating at Roosters in Mainz. The incredibly attentive service fulfills your wish for a few extra chicken wings even at 3:00 a.m. I have never met a shop owner in my life who is still super friendly after 16 hours of work at 3:00 in the morning. The chicken has an optimal level of crispiness and gives every frie that certain extra something. If I had to decide whether I would go to this store every evening for the test of my life or to McDonald's, then I would know for sure that Roosters in Mainz serves crispy chicken, optimal service and a friendly conversation at 3:00 a.m In the morning. Wenn man hier die Rezessionen durchgeht ist es so daß die einen vor Begeisterung platzen und andere das Lokal niederschreiben. Nicht gerade fair. Ich habe dort gegessen weil ich es wissen wollte was Sache ist. Das was wir gegessen haben war ok nicht Oberklasse aber auch nicht Schlecht normal eben was ich so auch erwartet habe. Es gibt natürlich immer etwas besseres aber auch was schlechteres. Ich glaube aber dass die Inhaber nicht in den Gourmet Tempel wollen sondern eben nur ihr food brutzeln nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Köstlicher Hähnchenburger, nicht trocken. Die Pommes sind fett und lecker. Die Speisekarte ist reichhaltig und die Preise sind angemessen. Die Arbeiter sind freundlich und großzügig.Kleiner Saal, aber nette Atmosphäre. Wir wünschen ihnen viel Erfolg.❤️

Jeglich Kompetenzen über die man als Gastronom verfügen sollte, fehlen bei dieser Crew. Ich habe zwei drei Menüs bestellt und durfte nicht mit Karte zahlen, weil der Kassierer „Barzahlung“ schon eingegeben hatte. Bar konnte ich ihm allerdings nur ca 26€, der eigentlichen 27,50€ zahlen. Die Barzahlung stonieren konnte (wollte) er nicht. Die Konsequenz: Statt zu stornieren und mich mit Ksrte bezahlen zu lassen, hat er mir, meiner Frau und meinem Sohn die Süß-Sauer-Soße gestrichen. Neben der Tatsache, dass ich Strings statt wie erwünscht Wings bei meinem Menü bekommen habe, wurde ich nach Servierung unseres Essens vom Kassierer auf unangenehme Art und Weise darauf hingewiesen, dass in dem nun servierten Menü eigentlich keine Kombination mit Cheesburger möglich sei. Das Witzige: Ich hatte beim bestellen gefragt, welches Menü es mit Cheesburgern gibt. Daraufhin hatte er mir das Menü empfohlen. Während den ganzen kommunikativen Schwierigkeiten hat der Chef dem Kassierer nur zugesehen und gelegentlich etwas auf arabisch reingerufen. Ihn ist die Kundenzufriedenheit anscheinend egal. PS: Diese uninteressierte Grundhaltung fällt mir/uns nicht das erste Mal auf.

Bestes Essen für sehr gute Preise. Der Service ist hervorragend und das Restaurant immer aufgeräumt und sauber. Burger und Pommes sehr lecker. Mein absolut Favorit Restaurant, ich kann es jedem empfehlen der für einen sehr guten Preis leckeres Essen möchte. 5 von 5 Sternen.

Öffnungszeiten ist eine Katastrophe. 14 Uhr ist für ein Wochentag extrem schlecht. Die Leute wollen um 12 Uhr essen und nicht 14 Uhr.
