Rooster Fried Chicken in Mainz

Fangen wir mal damit das ich um 23:00 bestellt hab und die Bestellung erst um 0:37 ankam. Das Essen an sich wie immer gut nur das bei der Bestellung von 35€ einfach mal ein Großteil fehlt. Auf Anruf nachdem ich schon angerufen hatte wegen der Verspätung blockt man nachgehende Anrufe ab. Find ich echt blöd. Fand den Laden den besten aus Mainz aber sowas macht die Erfahrung kaputt

Das Hähnchen schmeckt nicht so gut wie erwartet. Die großen Stücke sind sehr ölig. Es gibt nicht einmal Soße für größere Portionen.

Wirklich sehr lecker, dazu noch sehr nettes Service. Top!!

Es ist nur ein Schnellimbiss. Was kann man erwarten? Nicht viel.

Während unseres Besuchs haben wir Kakerlaken im Laden gesehen. 🤮🤮🤮 Nachdem wir die Mitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatten, wurde unser Hinweis lediglich belächelt. Für uns war damit der Appetit vorbei. Wir konnten und wollten das Essen nicht mehr zu Ende essen und haben das Lokal verlassen.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel - Unhygienisch und respektlos Unser Besuch in diesem Restaurant war eine absolute Katastrophe. Schon während wir das Essen bestellten, haben wir das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass eine Kakerlake auf dem Boden läuft. Die Reaktion des Personals war eine absolute Frechheit: Wir wurden ausgelacht und mit dem Satz „Da passiert nix" abgespeist. Es kam, wie es kommen musste: Wahrend des Essens krabbelte das Ungeziefer direkt unter unseren Tisch. Nach diesem Vorfall war uns der Appetit komplett vergangen und wir konnten das Essen einfach nicht mehr anrühren. Dass in einem Lokal, das mit Lebensmitteln arbeitet, so locker mit Schädlingen und vor allem mit berechtigten Sorgen der Kunden umgegangen wird, ist unfassbar. Hier herrscht dringender Handlungsbedarf beim Thema Hygiene und Kundenservice!

Wir bestellen bereits seit Bestehen des Ladens bei Rooster und haben die Qualität der Speisen eigentlich immer sehr geschätzt. Es ist daher sehr schade, dass wir zukünftig von weiteren Bestellungen absehen müssen. ​Leider gibt es bei fast jeder Bestellung Probleme mit der Vollständigkeit. Wenn man die Lieferung kurz kontrolliert, begegnet einem das Personal bei der Auslieferung oft bereits genervt, obwohl der Fehler bei der Zusammenstellung der Bestellung liegt. ​Besonders enttäuschend war das Telefonat mit dem Chef bei der letzten Reklamation. Anstatt die fehlenden Artikel souverän zu ergänzen, folgte eine lange Diskussion. Zwar wurden die fehlenden Speisen nachgeliefert, aber das Ziel eines gemeinsamen Essens ist damit natürlich verfehlt. Bei den Preisen ist zudem die Portionsgröße extrem inkonsequent. Der Salat, für den wir knapp 10 Euro bezahlt haben, war eine Mikro-Portion. Bei der Bestellung davor war es exakt derselbe Salat zum gleichen Preis, der jedoch so riesig war, dass wir ihn zu dritt kaum geschafft haben. Dass es gestern kaum für eine Person gereicht hat, ist bei dem Preis einfach ärgerlich. ​Das Essen an sich ist qualitativ wirklich gut und man könnte so viel mehr aus dem Laden machen. Doch da diese Fehler trotz langjähriger Treue unsererseits immer wieder auftreten und der Umgang mit Reklamationen wenig lösungsorientiert ist, ist eine Bestellung für uns leider nicht mehr möglich. Sehr schade.

Also ich muss sagen ich bin mit deutlich höherer Erwartung hier rein gekommen. Im Prinzip ist es wie KFC. Der billigste 0815 Burgerbun mit TK Rinderpatty. Das bekommt jeder daheim besser hin. Das Hähnchen ist an sich ok war mir zu wenig Fleisch und zu viel Panade. Die Chilli Cheese Nuggets sind auch irgendwelche aus der TK Truhe. Der wrap ist gut aber kaum gefüllt, davon esse ich locker 5 Stück. Alles in allem würde ich nicht nochmal kommen wenn ich Lust auf gutes Chicken habe. Das kann ich so auch selbst. Cola Zero ist kein Orginal sondern irgendeine Kopie ansich nicht schlimm sollte sich aber in Preis wieder spiegeln. Service ist auch nicht gut haben dort gegessen. Bestellen muss man an der Kasse es wurde einfach auf den Tisch gestellt ohne zu fragen wem was ist.

Das beste Burgerrestaurant in Mainz. Ich bestelle dort seit Jahren und die Qualität ist immer gut und die Lieferung schnell.

Ich bin leider sehr unzufrieden mit meiner Bestellung. Die Lieferung war unprofessionell und unvollständig. Zuerst wollte der Fahrer mir mein Rückgeld nicht korrekt geben. Ich habe 50€ bezahlt, obwohl die Bestellung nur 43€ gekostet hat, und er tat so, als ob der ganze Betrag stimmt. Erst nachdem ich nochmal nachgefragt habe, wollte er mir Geld zurückgeben. Außerdem haben mehrere bestellte Artikel gefehlt, obwohl sie berechnet wurden (Cola und Mayonnaise). Ich habe den Fahrer darauf hingewiesen, und er meinte, er bringt die fehlenden Sachen in 5 Minuten. Am Ende musste ich aber ca. 40 Minuten warten. Das Essen selbst war auch nicht gut und den Preis absolut nicht wert. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung – ich werde hier nicht nochmal bestellen.

Das war nichts... die Panada hat kein Geschmack, keine Würze. Ich hab lang gestandene Wings noch bekommen, die ne weiche Panade hatten und das Fleisch trocken waren. Desweiteren war das Personal einfach Unaufmerksam und wirkten nicht gepflegt. Nie wieder.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Lieferung kam deutlich verspätet und telefonisch wurde mehrmals gesagt “2 Minuten”, was nicht stimmte. Außerdem fehlte der Krautsalat, obwohl er im Menü enthalten war. Der telefonische Umgang war unfreundlich und ich wurde aufgefordert rauszukommen. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung.

Bin eigentlich Stammkunde, aber Lieferanten sind sehr unhöflich, keine Lust mehr zu bestellen.

Das Essen war qualitativ nicht gut. Uns war nach Stunden noch übel, weil die Pommes und Hähnchen in zu viel Fett, höchstwahrscheinlich auch in altem Fett frittiert wurden. Es gab für große Flaschengetränke keine Becher. Als wir Becher/Gläser haben wollten, haben sie die benutzten vom Personal angeboten. Mit Hygiene hat das wenig zu tun.

Nachm Irish Pub gab es ein Mitternachtssnack der mehr als gemundet hat

War nicht so geil, Haben sehr viel bestellt, erst wurde gesagt es wurde storniert, dann kam es doch und geschmacklich echt nicht so geil. Für mich wirkt es auch so als ob die Bewertungen gekauft haben. Vor paar Monaten waren die bei 2,7 Sternen.

Ich hab grad Essen über Uber Eats bestellt. Es war so lecker wirklich eine Herzensempfehlung!!! Essen ist auch warm angekommen und richtig schnelle Lieferung plus gute Preise:)

Hatte Essen zum abholen bestellt und hatte den Typen am Telefon eine Frage gestellt, wurde aber als Antwort angeschrien und mir wurde gesagt ich soll die frage schneller stellen da die Beschäftigt waren

Wir hatten uns mit einigen Freunden einen Filmabend gemacht und dort online bestellt. Die Bestellung wurde uns auch per Mail bestätigt und eine Lieferzeit genannt. Wir haben gegen 23 Uhr bestellt, die Lieferzeit sollte 70 Minuten betragen. Gekommen ist GAR NICHTS. Über die genannte Rufnummer konnte man die Herrschaften auch nicht erreichen, da diese Nummer „nicht vergeben“ war. Weder per Telefon, noch per Mail noch sonst wie konnte man den Laden erreichen. Eine wirkliche Frechheit..dann hätte man die Bestellung nicht bestätigen sollen. Man hätte wenigstens Bescheid geben können, dass es nicht klappt, aber wie gesagt gar nichts. Sowas geht absolut gar nicht! Am Ende wusste saßen wir da mit leeren Magen und wussten nicht, ob wir jetzt woanders bestellen sollen oder nicht. Wirklich unter aller Sau.. würde niemanden empfehlen dort zu bestellen!

I ordered and paid online and selected a pickup time. When I arrived at the store at the agreed time, they knew nothing about my order. After I showed them the confirmation email, they at least apologized and then hurried with the preparation. But perhaps they shouldn't offer an online service if they don't care about the service. Two stars instead of one because they at least tried to rectify the mistake. However, I would have expected a discount, a drink, or something similar. Especially since there was a taxi waiting outside with a running meter, which I had also mentioned...

I got food poisoning after eating here. Never again.

The wings were almost black, everything was under-seasoned, the chicken pieces and wings were bone dry, the burger was okay.

I advise everyone not to order from here or, in general, to order through Uber Eats. I received a call from the owner, who told me that the delivery could not be completed as it wasn't until 2 p.m. I accepted this and he told me he was canceling the order. This never happened. I was just in the store and asked if I could get my order ready so I could take it with me. His very unfriendly and rude answer was: He can't and that I should contact Uber Eats as he won't get the money for four weeks. I advise everyone not to order from here. Rip-off and enrichment. I will also inform the police about this.

Food? If I'd gotten a meal, that would have been great. But the money was collected neatly. Whether through a third party or not, they didn't even try to find a solution. Not recommended.

The burger was sometimes tough, like a schnitzel, compared to a Pomeranian, not 100% through, I usually only notice things like that later in my stomach. I compare it to Burger King, only warm. I could also say that the meat was either frozen or reheated; I've never had anything like that anywhere except Burger King.

Food was very tasty, faster than other restaurants

I got a loaded box that contained fries, a drink, 3 chicken strips, and a chicken burger. The chicken fillet in the burger was probably bought and frozen. The bread was cold and the chicken strips were barely seasoned. I think they only made an effort when they first opened. There was also a strange smell as if there was a toilet in the middle of the building and it was dirty everywhere. I wouldn't recommend it.

The food is delicious, but it's unacceptable that food is constantly forgotten when ordering. Unfortunately, this has happened several times. This is the second time in a row. I've ordered several times. Either the food doesn't arrive at all, or the restaurant claims the driver has been there several times. When the food does arrive, many of the wings are worryingly raw. On the phone, the staff reacts irritably to a polite complaint, shows no understanding, and says things like, "Then pick up your food here." Definitely not a recommendation.

I don't know how the reviews ended up at 4.7. If it were possible, I'd give it negative stars. 2 hours for delivery? For a cheeseburger and chicken pieces? And when you call, they say it was sent out 5 minutes ago, even after 1.5 hours. And now it's been 2 hours!!!!!! No apology, no compensation, just nonsense. That was the last time!!!!!

Cool place, but if the employees tell you there are no restrooms despite the ample seating, they're simply lying!

If you're tired of KFC, this is a great place to go. The prices are reasonable and the food tastes delicious.

I was there for my birthday, the food was as "take away"..as parking is almost impossible. The chicken was overcooked and tasted "old". The person serving didn't command German and couldn't understand the complaint. The manager didn't reply and the negative review from my friend (who once praised the food)...was deleted by Google, as damaging to business. I would not suggest nor recommend Mainz.

We ordered home delivery. I don't have any problems with the food itself. I do have a problem with the delivery, however. It's completely unacceptable that the delivery person leaves all the doors (front door and yard door) wide open during delivery, despite clear warnings beforehand (that they even have to give a warning!). Unfortunately, this is almost beyond incompetence. It would be a prime target for burglars. The doors were left open at night because of this. Thanks for that, but for security reasons, we won't be ordering from here again.

I decided to test the store because of the good reviews. We had various chicken pieces and a chicken wrap. The chicken wrap was okay to good so far. Unfortunately, the chicken popcorn and the other chicken pieces were very, very dry and were therefore difficult for me to get down. The fries were also way too salty for me personally. Additionally, one of the chicken wings had an unpleasant smell to my sense of smell.

Ordered delivery yesterday and the curly fries had a disgusting oil taste. I couldn't eat, fried chicken disgusting taste and smell. I couldn't even eat 15% of the food because I felt sick. It's really good place for halal fast food lovers.

When we came in we were ignored, the table was totally sticky and the restaurant didn't smell particularly pleasant. Food didn't look bad until I tried it and the chicken wing tasted like fish and cardboard, the meat was dry and tasted very, very bad. The burger tasted very old. Unfortunately a total disappointment for €30!

The suppliers heat through the city like the last people. It's only a matter of time before someone ends up in front of the bumper. And after the police check, the heat continued here at the playground. Shame on you!

Very good location with relaxed decor. The hot wings are really good, not too spicy and very strong, but really well seasoned. Better wings than crispies. But value for money is really quite good.

I was very proud for 2 burgers without a menu for €14.50. Especially for this price, it was disappointing in terms of size and taste. I was there with two friends - the next morning everyone went to the toilet more smoothly than expected, which doesn't necessarily have to be related!
