After trying numerous doner kebabs within a 20-kilometer radius, I have to say this one truly deserves the top spot. The staff are very friendly and always happy to chat. Every time, I'm surprised by how delicious everything tastes. The meat is juicy, the salad fresh, and the sauces are tasty. The bread is the best doner bread I've ever had. Definitely recommended.

The doner kebab is one of the best in Mainz. The new bread is significantly better than the old bread. It would be great if you also offered children's doner kebabs (half a roll). Half a portion is plenty for a child.

Since the boss hired new employees, I don't want to eat kebabs there anymore. Special requests are forgotten. The meat is already in the display, and they don't cut anything new if you ask because I'm not supposed to make a fuss. (What might be of interest to the tax office is that my kebabs were never paid into the cash register. The hygiene, both inside and out, is a disaster. It's a shame the place has deteriorated so much.

Wirtshaus Nonnenhof is a real discovery! An ideal place for a lunch in nature, with a stunning view of the lake and a cozy atmosphere. The menu was a pleasant surprise: I ordered fresh fish and a seasonal side dish - everything was very tasty, lovingly prepared and beautifully served. I was especially pleased with the friendly staff, who create a feeling of coziness and care. It is very pleasant to spend time here - whether it is a leisurely lunch or a walk with a stop for a cup of coffee.

You get a decent portion of fries for €2.50, but the staff is unfriendly. It seems like they don't even want to work.

Doner kebab was delicious, but I only give it 5 stars if the kebab bread or lahmacun roll is freshly baked from dough.

Actually a kebab shop that deserves 5 stars. The kebab is really tasty and there is nothing to complain about in terms of taste. However, the kebab was increased to 7 euros and despite the increase, even less is made on it than before. In my opinion that simply cannot be the case. If you increase it, you can't put even less of anything on it. My friend, on the other hand, had a lahmacun and it had just as little filling, more air than toppings in it, and therefore limp! I've never seen this at any other kebab shop. That's why I can't give it 5 stars defensively, I'll give it 3 because it tastes really good. Nevertheless, it's done for me here! Increasing prices and then being even more stingy than before is not defensively clear! Very very sad...

Doner kebab is actually quite nice. Classically based. Only the kebab man often made fun of me. I often ordered tzatziki on kebab and always got yogurt without him telling me 😡

Both men working were very kind. They seemed to know their regulars and worked seamlessly to keep up with all of the orders. The food was delicious and a great price!

Super tasty kebab. I can also only recommend Lamacun or falaffel bag. Usually order on site during your lunch break and it doesn't take long to prepare.

A quick evening trip for a kebab. The place looks poor, only a handful of customers. A friendly seller quickly serves the ordered kebab. Compared to the others, it was large, maybe even big 😉 First of all, tasty. Maybe if it was more spicy it would be even better - but I asked for few spicy additions. I'll try spicy next time. Der Laden mag zwar nicht so aussehen als würde es einen guten Döner dort geben, aber der Döner ist richtig gut!🤤 Daher, lasst euch bloß nicht täuschen. Der Preis stimmt auch, wenn man bedenkt wie teuer alles geworden ist. Werde auf jeden Fall öfter zum Essen vorbei kommen. 👌🏻

Hole hier ein Mal die Woche für meine Freundin und mich Essen. Döner ist immer frisch und lecker zubereitet und der Spieß ist hausgemacht. Wenn man zur richtigen Zeit da ist, kann man selbst sehen wie der Spieß gestapelt wird. Besonderes Highlight beim Dönerteller mit Pommes ist, dass die Pommes auch noch zu Hause sehr knusprig und lecker sind. Jeder, der sich mal Pommes hat liefern lassen, weiß dass die in den seltensten Fällen nicht labbrig und fad sind. Klare Empfehlung für alle Dönerfans!

Top Laden, super freundliches Personal der Döner schmeckt immer wie er schmecken soll. Zu den anderen Gerichten kann ich nichts sagen, da ich bis jetzt nur mir immer Döner geholt hab.

Over 20 years experience making döner's... Personally my favorite dürüm/döner in the whole Mainz... Everything is originally homemade (bread, meat, sauce, spice's)...

Auch wenn der Döner lecker ist, für 4,50€ ist es eine absolute Frechheit wie wenig da mittlerweile drin ist! Inflation 50%?!?!?! Das ist Abzocke!
