We came for pizza and ate one of the tastiest pizzas. An inconspicuous place with delicious food.

Just ordered kebab and I have to say one of the best I've ever eaten in Kassel! Can only be recommended

Edit: Even after a 2-year break, yesterday it was delicious again at the BK in Druseltal. The woman at the "checkout" did a fantastic job. Warm, competent, approachable. The plant based burgers were again hot and tasty. The baklava churros with pistachio sauce jummi. 😋 Please keep it up. Really great feeling, great team and delicious plant based burgers! Dear BK team, you pimped the taste of my rehab stay in Kassel every Sunday evening for 5 weeks. Very nice team that treats each other very friendly, always laughs heartily and patiently made me a different plant based burger every time. Every single one was delicious, hot and prepared quickly. Thank you! 🙏

Short version: unfriendly, inflexible, narrow-minded, and the customer is NOT king. Long version: We came to enjoy four drinks as a family. Since my wife can't drink cold drinks due to sensitive teeth, I ordered two spritzers and a latte macchiato, along with an unchilled sparkling water. This wasn't available. So I asked for unchilled medium or still water. When that was also impossible, I asked for tap water. At this point, an older gentleman behind the counter (presumably the manager) intervened and refused very firmly and unfriendly. I made it clear that I hadn't come to be stingy and that my wife unfortunately suffers from chilled drinks. The gentleman, however, didn't want to hear this, so I said I'd lost interest and didn't want any more drinks. The man at the counter, however, insisted that I pay for the latte macchiato, as he had already started it. After at least 20 visits in the past few years, that was our family's last visit there. What a shame!

We have ordered pizzas here (several times, haven't tried other dishes yet). These were consistently delicious and with a few herbs on them I felt a positive difference to other delivery pizzas. To put it into perspective: We are talking about a delivery service with a very good P/L. not a noble Italian. For this and for the fast delivery I give it 5 stars. I will order here again (when I feel like a quick pizza).

Great there. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry and was able to enjoy watching this play. This is probably the state theater's rehearsal stage, because all the employees were just pretending to work. Waited 25 minutes for two soft ice creams with dressing, even though there were only four people in front of us. The next customer will only be asked to place their order once the previous customer has been completely supplied. This leads to endless waiting times. Employees move around in the background, apparently only given instructions from the director to walk back and forth. The script could be revised again here.

I was just at this McDonald's, which could win the award for worst in the world. A dingy atmosphere, no seating, food is handed out in a bag without being asked (presumably to pocket the difference in VAT), and the rudest staff imaginable.

Service only 3* takes a little longer, but freshly prepared.
