If you ask for an alternative, people complain: Either you take it that way or not at all! Conclusion: Never again! ... and at a price of €7.50 for a small portion of fries

Unfortunately the food doesn't taste fresh, it actually tastes old and all the tables are dirty, I'm so disappointed.

Fast service but the store is not so clean

Barely any seitan on the seitan doner for €7, and almost only a mixed salad – disappointing. A blob of sauce in the middle. The portion was too small. Service was also rather poor. I won't be going back.

Total juice shop here. Fries were not crispy at all, the “pepsi” tasted more like water than pepsi. The iced tea has a layer of oil on top and tastes like soap. Despite ordering sauces, none were included with the order and cost extra. RESPECTLESS!!! lg

One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and respectful. The food was top quality and absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kladow Best Kebap is true - it is the best kebap in Kladow, unfortunately also the only one. The kebab is ok, but far from the level of some inner city kebabs. The service is similarly below average. That's not so bad for fast food, but it's worth mentioning.

It was good in terms of price and performance, the hamburger meat was good, I had a bacon burger, you can put as many ingredients as you want in the burger. I paid 15.5 euros in total for bacon burger, fries and a drink. You are given a glass for the drink and you have unlimited drink rights.

I visited mcdonal’s promenade i staff was uncooperative, unfriendly, rude behaviour like they don’t care what customer want. How to talk to customer. Whatever i ask they said very rudely and unprofessionally. They gave me cold food worth of 37 euros. When i ask they said it is what we sell. They were not even trying to talk with customer. I would say they give 0 point customer service. 0 point customer serice 0 point food quality I would also recommend to my all fellow friend not to visit mcDonald’s ever again.

It's closed and won't reopen until June 13, 2025. I think it's nice that they didn't write "Closed" here.
