Very, very tasty, always prepared or delivered quickly and very friendly staff or delivery people.

Everything was great, very authentic food at normal kebab prices! The owner is very friendly and we had our five orders in no time 👍🏻

I was in this bistro and ordered a kebab box. The employee with the orange hair yelled at me and was very disrespectful just because I said I wanted the sauce just a little spicy, but not too spicy. He then completely freaked out (he was obviously in a bad mood and took it out on me). He said: 'Don't look at my colleague, look at me, what's wrong with you?' I've never been treated so disrespectfully in my life by an employee I don't even know. I will never go here again. With such behavior, employees only lose customers. I wouldn't even give one star.

Unfortunately, the quality has declined considerably since Burgerstrasse joined the company. The kebab used to be really tasty. But now it's gone down a lot, and the bread is worse, too. I won't be eating there anymore. It's a real shame.

I ordered through Too Good To Go and found the price-performance ratio to be quite good. Unfortunately there was no salad, just mostly rice and noodles. Good accessibility directly on the U9.

Update March 2025 New staff or a new operator? Doner kebab has deteriorated a lot, it's a shame

I was drunk but I was still able to throw the kebab in front of the train halfway through. I haven't had so little taste and cold in a long time. Worst kebab I've ever eaten (maybe it was the time but please)

Better than the kebab from the influencer around the corner

We come from Frankfurt and waited in line for dinner for about 20 minutes - but it was totally worth the wait! The staff are very friendly and prepare each individual kebab with great care, placing the ingredients like puzzle pieces - really impressive. It was the best kebab I've ever eaten in Germany. What you should pay attention to: There are only chicken kebabs in the shop and no seats. However, there is a bench right in front of it where you can sit. We ate there and enjoyed our meal in peace. I can recommend it to anyone who comes by!

I don't understand the hype surrounding this kebab. It's always a disappointment. Thinly sliced, barely cooked kebab meat. Zero flavor. I live right next door, but I always get my kebab one stop further along at Kleistpark. Every kebab at Kotti is better.

It's nothing special, I went because of the 4.2 star rating. In my opinion, this is a shop where you can go if you don't feel like driving to a real kebab shop after work.
