Waiting times are always too long. The staff can't clean the tables.

Anyone who wants to pay the full price and only get half is very welcome here. Now you have to look inside the burger packaging. If you order a double Big Mac, that should be included and not a single Big Mac; after all, that's what you're paying for. What's wrong with the staff?! Are they all tired of working?! You're really making a killing if you do this to every second customer.

€2.19? What did I just pay you for? You can't be serious! Just came back. I ordered two burgers, one with extra bacon and the other without cheese, and the bacon was on exactly the wrong burger. You can't go wrong with that... June 22, 2025: Cheese slapped on like a high school student. Seriously, what are you paying me for?

Unbelievable. Ordered to go. Three Happy Meals and a couple of burgers. 30-minute wait. When I got home, I discovered all three toys were missing. Absolutely unfriendly to children. Thanks for the tears!!! I don't recommend this store.

When I unpacked your cheeseburgers I had my hands full of sauce and the cheeseburgers were soggy. Not even the food cart at the discount store could produce such bad food.... what a pity

Like any other McDonald's, the food tastes the same everywhere, and the service is sometimes terrible, sometimes excellent. I still like this McDonald's better. Since it's a bit more remote from the main roads, there are fewer customers and you get your food faster. The hygiene in the store is also really good.

One of the worst branches I know, we were there today on May 11th, 2025. We ordered at 5:21 p.m. and at 6 p.m. there was still nothing because we were forgotten. Then we were missing half of the toys from the HappyMeal and we didn't receive them either. The employees seem to be overwhelmed as soon as there are more guests. Actually, we were always satisfied, but things have declined significantly. You should check your order otherwise you'll pay for something you didn't receive. It was the last time we were in this branch. Absolutely not recommended.

It's Sunday, the weather is nice, the branch is well attended and there's plenty of staff on site. I waited 42 minutes for 2 milkshakes and 2 ice creams. I've never experienced that before. When asked several times, different explanations were given. (Shrug, ice cream maker everyone,...) Very disappointing.

Ordered a wrap menu and I couldn't control it due to the packaging. It's unbelievable how customers are cheated. Touted with great advertising and then such a disappointment. It's best to be on site, then you can at least complain about it straight away. The wrap was only half full. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo. So watch out.

We ate there with the whole family on April 26th, 2025 because it was my son's birthday and that was what he wanted. There were 10 of us in total and we came with two cars. Today we receive mail from the parking lot manager saying that we have exceeded our parking time by 14 minutes and should pay 20 euros. The bill for the second car will probably follow in the next few days. I have never experienced such impudence. You go out to eat at these prices and then you get punished. I can only advise everyone not to eat there anymore; In any case, it was the last time we went to McDonald's.

We waited over 30 minutes at the drive-thru, only to be left standing for another 20 minutes after paying and then when we got home we realized that our order wasn't even complete after almost an hour of waiting! This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable! Never there again!

Yesterday I ordered food to take away and was standing in front of the counter for the first time. Here is my impression: - Display broken at top but it is called. - There were all the salads in the front fridge, but not enough in the back fridge. The employee who had previously accepted money and touched various other things shouted what he was doing, he was still making cucumbers. You could see him getting something behind the wall on the right, then chopping it in the middle, then throwing everything into salad packaging with his hands. Do not wash/dry your hands or use gloves at any time. Then I looked at the rest in the background, no gloves on, one of the employees ran his hands through his long beard, then continued to put on burgers. On a previous visit with the children, there was little going on and there was a lot of space, I asked for a cloth to clean the table, they were all dirty. An employee came and cleaned a place for us, thank you very much for that. The other dirty tables remained dirty, very confusing. I have no idea about hygiene standards in the catering industry, but yesterday I found it kind of disgusting. I would have preferred if you couldn't see into the kitchen, then I wouldn't have to think about whether everyone washed their hands after the toilet 🙈

My son wanted a Minecraft toy for his Happymeal. This was also ordered at the terminal. He also saw that it was available behind the counter in the sales room before ordering. The lady behind the counter said there was no more Minecraft for my wife. We received our food with a Minions toy, but my child saw another child who received exactly this Minecraft toy after we ordered. I then went to the counter and wanted to exchange the Minions toys, but they again denied that they no longer had any Minecraft toys. I then pointed to the girl with the Minecraft toy. Disgustingly, the Minions toy was exchanged for Minecraft. Simply cheeky, and the lady behind the counter knew exactly that Minecraft toys were still available. She also knew exactly where it was behind the counter. I don't know why my child was treated like that. Customer friendliness, especially with children, should not be like this.

I haven't experienced such a bad McDonald's in a long time. Cleanliness not even worth one star. Service: Waited 20 minutes for food. With normal guest occupancy. Diet Coke only tasted like water. Fries and chips were old and sticky. Burgers and nuggets were OK. It's a shame that it was otherwise always fine and clean here.

Food was okay but the Happy Meal was a disappointment. I ordered 2 Happy Meals to get the Minecraft toys, but instead there was some Minions dirt from 2022 inside.

We ordered large potatoes, but less than half was put in them. The children's set is lying scattered around the box, the box itself is wet and tears in your hands. I don't recommend buying anything there. We packed food in the bag and everything got mixed up. We are not dogs.

Zero stars... because underground... dirty... garbage on the floor, no matter where you look. The bag of fries was only half full, the Spicy Nuggets were cold and rubbery and had been lying around for at least 30 minutes. Entire food order waiting time 35 minutes, when unpacking in the car the M for 11.99 slipped out of the cardboard box directly into the bag, so that the spoon for the soggy food was missing. This is a very good branch, but unfortunately it's a bit too far away from me, so it's not that easy for me to get there. Inside is clean and cozy. What I particularly liked was that I also collected 500 additional points when I ordered today, which I was very happy about because I don't usually get vouchers like that :)

Went there yesterday, waited 7-8 minutes at the column for the order at Mc Drive and there was no response. I thought it was broken and I was in danger. There were 2 cars in front of us and stood there for another 16 minutes before the two in front of us got their food. If it were full then I understand the waiting time, but 2 cars that only got a small bag each, so obviously not 50 burgers each, a wait of over 20 minutes is simply too long. We then drove away without ordering.

Mostly clean, definitely better than most McDonald's branches. Cleaning is always carried out and the tables are wiped regularly. The food is always flawless (by Mäcces standards), is freshly prepared and brought to the table. The only downside is that it's usually overrun on public holidays and weekends, so you can forget about waiting for less than 30 minutes. On days like this I prefer to avoid the branch. But otherwise okay.

Added one point for an elderly employee who made me coffee in a second and went on to WORK like all normal people, and don’t scratch your tongue, made an order - and there are no more people, do what you want, and learn to be polite.

I've been here every Thursday for a year. And this little Asian woman is always here and ensures a level of cleanliness that other restaurants don't have. She's a little whirlwind and does a great job.👍

I went to this restaurant for dinner with my children. My daughter played and everything was fine. But a few weeks later I get a €20 fine for a parking violation. Apparently I exceeded the permitted parking time (max. permitted parking time 1 hour and 30 minutes). I stayed in this restaurant for 1 hour and 49 minutes. It's unbelievable that McDonalds would do something like that and accept it. This means you are no longer interested in customers. Very well done, you made €20 but lost a customer. I'll never go to this McDonald's again. At the same time, I no longer park at other businesses with parking spaces operated by Parkdepot GmbH.

Went to the drive in today, ordered 1 Mc Rip menu, a single McRip, a Mc Chicken menu, a Happy Meal and a chicken burger. I finally received 4x ketchup but all menus without fries. Became a real juice shop. Receipts are also not issued so that you can collect your missing goods. It's just sad that you're being ripped off like this and I hope this place goes bankrupt.

I ordered yesterday via Lieferando. First there was a wrong delivery, I think it was simply mixed up by the driver. I called McDonald's and was immediately available. Yesterday I ate a Big Tasty Bacon with fries (cold and soggy) -> went to the emergency room at night (approx. 4-5 hours later) -> food poisoning -> severe vomiting diarrhea -> 40 degree fever -> inpatient hospital stay 👍
