Every time you wait half an hour, fast food restaurant used to be

It's ok but it could be cleaner. Table was stuck and dirty. But otherwise ok. Update: Little has changed. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Waiting times were far too long, with a large order there were little things we liked like sauce on the ice cream etc...:( Food was completely cold. Fries were only half fried. The children were extremely disappointed. I have never experienced such poor quality at McDonald's, clearly reasons why we won't go there or anywhere else anymore Unfortunately, the entire store gave a very unclean, dirty impression, accepting that it was full but still had dirty floors, tables and full clearance carts.:(((we are really negatively surprised that we found the store like this. You only have to praise the waitress, the manager and his colleague for their nice manner with an exclamation mark!!!!

Really run down in recent years. The quality is no longer what it used to be. Staff were also picked up somewhere in the middle of nowhere. A young woman with many tattoos on her face attracted particular attention. Horrible waiting times

I haven't experienced such a bad McDonald's in a long time. Cleanliness not even worth one star. Service: Waited 20 minutes for food. With normal guest occupancy. Diet Coke only tasted like water. Fries and chips were old and sticky. Burgers and nuggets were OK. It's a shame that it was otherwise always fine and clean here.

They put 1 cucumber in my burger, the service was unfriendly and I could have gotten the food for free.

Drive in counter service was unfriendly, you had to wait over 35 minutes for your turn because it was so full...and the kids wanted a Minecraft menu and he said sold out..I then pointed out that they could have put a notice there that it was sold out, then you wouldn't have had to queue...and he cheekily said no, I don't have to....

Food was okay but the Happy Meal was a disappointment. I ordered 2 Happy Meals to get the Minecraft toys, but instead there was some Minions dirt from 2022 inside.

We ordered large potatoes, but less than half was put in them. The children's set is lying scattered around the box, the box itself is wet and tears in your hands. I don't recommend buying anything there. We packed food in the bag and everything got mixed up. We are not dogs.

I wouldn't recommend this place because you have to wait a long time and the employees don't do their job, I waited 47 minutes for my order.

Zero stars... because underground... dirty... garbage on the floor, no matter where you look. The bag of fries was only half full, the Spicy Nuggets were cold and rubbery and had been lying around for at least 30 minutes. Entire food order waiting time 35 minutes, when unpacking in the car the M for 11.99 slipped out of the cardboard box directly into the bag, so that the spoon for the soggy food was missing. Of course there were no napkins in the bag and the filled coffee cup stood for about 15 minutes. under the machine. The staff was annoyed, even though it was around 9 p.m. Friday evening... In conclusion, you could spend 22.96 euros in a more appetizing way and in a clean, well-kept environment. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED... 5km further comes the next one.

This is a very good branch, but unfortunately it's a bit too far away from me, so it's not that easy for me to get there. Inside is clean and cozy. What I particularly liked was that I also collected 500 additional points when I ordered today, which I was very happy about because I don't usually get vouchers like that :)

So on March 27th, 25 around 6:20 p.m. I get you the McFlurry with 2 x CHOCOLATE LENSES!! The unfriendly tall woman with blonde hair just says, "That's standard." Sorry, but I've never experienced that anywhere. Absolutely underground... the product and the service.

Went there yesterday, waited 7-8 minutes at the column for the order at Mc Drive and there was no response. I thought it was broken and I was in danger. There were 2 cars in front of us and stood there for another 16 minutes before the two in front of us got their food. If it were full then I understand the waiting time, but 2 cars that only got a small bag each, so obviously not 50 burgers each, a wait of over 20 minutes is simply too long. We then drove away without ordering.

So far everything is good, only when you order there with the Uri and then arrive home there is always something missing, you just don't feel like driving back, no one answers the phone and it's annoying when you order 6 burgers the employee can only count to 5 - it's just annoying

Mostly clean, definitely better than most McDonald's branches. Cleaning is always carried out and the tables are wiped regularly. The food is always flawless (by Mäcces standards), is freshly prepared and brought to the table. The only downside is that it's usually overrun on public holidays and weekends, so you can forget about waiting for less than 30 minutes. On days like this I prefer to avoid the branch. But otherwise okay.

I have been to this establishment 2 times and the service is not satisfactory. There is no cleanliness in this establishment. I give it 2 stars, delicious cappuccino.

I don’t know why the employee asked me to open the door and didn’t do it herself; perhaps she didn’t want to interrupt “good communication” with other employees. Even at the end, when I said goodbye, they didn’t say goodbye to me in return. Conclusion: Service - 0. Added one point for an elderly employee who made me coffee in a second and went on to WORK like all normal people, and don’t scratch your tongue, made an order - and there are no more people, do what you want, and learn to be polite.

I've been here every Thursday for a year. And this little Asian woman is always here and ensures a level of cleanliness that other restaurants don't have. She's a little whirlwind and does a great job.👍

Actually everything fits... but unfortunately every time I go there and always get something for several people. Either something is missing, something is different than what was ordered and the new addition is Mc-Rib without sauce 🙈. But otherwise it's completely okay there.

The staff is typically Berlin without words. There was no way to turn a Fanta into a coffee on the menu. Strangely enough, this works in the rest of Germany

I went to this restaurant for dinner with my children. My daughter played and everything was fine. But a few weeks later I get a €20 fine for a parking violation. Apparently I exceeded the permitted parking time (max. permitted parking time 1 hour and 30 minutes). I stayed in this restaurant for 1 hour and 49 minutes. It's unbelievable that McDonalds would do something like that and accept it. This means you are no longer interested in customers. Very well done, you made €20 but lost a customer. I'll never go to this McDonald's again. At the same time, I no longer park at other businesses with parking spaces operated by Parkdepot GmbH.

Went to the drive in today, ordered 1 Mc Rip menu, a single McRip, a Mc Chicken menu, a Happy Meal and a chicken burger. I finally received 4x ketchup but all menus without fries. Became a real juice shop. Receipts are also not issued so that you can collect your missing goods. It's just sad that you're being ripped off like this and I hope this place goes bankrupt.

I ordered yesterday via Lieferando. First there was a wrong delivery, I think it was simply mixed up by the driver. I called McDonald's and was immediately available. Yesterday I ate a Big Tasty Bacon with fries (cold and soggy) -> went to the emergency room at night (approx. 4-5 hours later) -> food poisoning -> severe vomiting diarrhea -> 40 degree fever -> inpatient hospital stay 👍

You complain about family restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner - how much time can I plan to eat with my family at your place, after 30 minutes of waiting in line at the counter, playtime for the children in the colorful corner, followed by coffee from Mc Café for the parents ( which is so hot that you have to wait 10 minutes before you can drink it) and a bathroom time for the family... I'm really pissed off and feel really ripped off. The main thing is that you play properly and then people smile. But then please leave the building quickly for the next payment partner - that would never happen in a real restaurant. Thanks for serving, I've had enough!

A clean and attractive branch. Friendly staff and “freshly” prepared food. It's rare to see that the burgers actually look like the ones in the pictures in the store. I noticed this in the store itself and when they delivered it. I am very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be a customer there more often.

McDonald's on Bitterfelderstr. It's been around since I was a teenager, and like today, I've enjoyed going here before. This branch is really very hygienic, the tables are always clean, at least when I was there and the toilet area needs to be particularly highlighted, you can clearly see from my pictures that everything here is really great. The staff are very friendly. There is also a small play area for the little ones, which I couldn't take photos of because it was too crowded and I didn't want to take pictures like a crazy person. There are enough seats and there are plenty of parking spaces, parking doesn't cost any money until a certain point in time, I've also uploaded a picture that you can take a look at. There is a bus stop right in front of McDonald's, based on my pictures you can also see which lines run there and what the stop is called. Have fun, visit the branch, I can highly recommend it.

As always, eating at McDonald’s is quite pleasant. But now the restaurant does not provide straws for drinks, not even when asked. And if the cups are full of ice, you can't really enjoy drinking from them. A very big negative point for a small thing.

The Uber driver told me that he and his colleagues no longer want to take orders from this restaurant because of the bad treatment and reviews they receive from the store manager, for no reason, just because they have an immigrant background and want to work in Marzahn, where there is a lot of racism against people with a migrant background.
