I had lunch there today with my girlfriend and 4 children The slide for the children has been around for ages and for whatever reason the children have tried to keep themselves busy outside, so the children took the small stones to play with what the parents saw and of course wanted to put them away before we left 😏 Then the manager comes to us, looks at us and says they are her children 🤔🙄 yes they are Well, they remove the stones and they cost 1000 euros. Yes, that's all well and good, but the stones were put away properly. It's sad that the children have to play with stones even though there is a slide there 🤔🤨 I come from the catering industry myself and they actually say children are the future, but that can't be said about this McDonald's. I won't take my money there anymore, it's just an impudence. Without words

The unfriendly McDonalds I have ever seen. I asked nicely if they could make me a small 100 euro note. I was then told to order for 10eur. What's the joke? More expensive than any bank. Were sent out again with a small child.

Food tasted delicious and was ready quickly. We had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes. Service very friendly. McDonald's was full but still a very good experience that the four of me have had many times.

As of July 14, 2024: Sorry, but if there is no shift manager the place will go to the dogs. Ordered today, didn't get a receipt even though I didn't ask, a rogue who thinks bad things here. Then I ordered two Big Mac Bacon TS and although it is marked on the packaging, disappointingly there is only one Big Mac inside of both burgers. Cola was with ice cubes instead of without as ordered. Sry guys, it's getting hard to defend this store now. Afterward: Orders have been missing more often. E.g. Once the nuggets were missing from the sauces, yes the nuggets, then we weren't given a glass, even though we asked about the color (they suggested green, suspicious). Then twice there were no toys for the children, despite asking, and then my wife forgot the drink. All of this in a period of less than two months shows me A that I eat here too often and B that things were going much better before. A pity. Previously: Very friendly and simply good staff. Unfortunately, the customers are impossible sometimes, you get honked at even though you can't help it, then people asked if I had a problem, luckily the employees stepped in and prevented something worse from happening. Otherwise very comfortable seating inside and so far everything has tasted good.

We are ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED about the derogatory manner of the branch manager on Bitterfelder Straße..!!! Unjustly making a mess of an older employee after more than 8 hours of service in front of the entire customer base because she accidentally sold a fish burger even though they were already sold out and then COMPLETELY ignoring US as customers when we criticized her is ABSOLUTELY THAT EVERY, VERY LAST...!!!! This branch manager is absolutely out of place..!!! He should be ashamed of himself...!!!!

The food is mostly cold and the employees are very rude. Most people don't know about cleanliness. The terminals usually don't work. You have to check the food sometimes something is missing. When you order a large amount of fries, it looks like a small portion of fries. Really, it has to be, we pay money for that 💸. Playground closed for children, why?????

Normally the visits were reasonably pleasant and everything worked as it should, but today everything was great. Place an order with table service in the hope of getting hot food conveniently delivered to your table without having to wait in line. After half an hour or so we realized that our food had simply been left on the main counter. Shameful excuse from the employee: "You see how busy we are, we can't bring this to your table." So the food was cold and the soft drinks were non-carbonated. A pity. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be that important for the appointment. Order was placed around 8:00 p.m.

Never again. Everything was messed up. The employees are shouting and extremely unfriendly. Our food was burnt and cold (our food sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes/even though we had table service). According to the staff, this service was not available, there were too few staff, but there was no notice of it anywhere. During the time we were there, 5 other customers experienced the same thing. Also, we all have stomach cramps now (about 2 hours after the distortion). Better stay away from this branch!

Hardly any employees, 15 orders were in front of me. I waited over 20 minutes 2 just stand around at the front instead of preparing everything.. Then we forgot to eat.

Way too crowded! The staff makes an effort, but the store is really overcrowded, which often results in longer waiting times. Especially at drive-in. It's better to park and then pick up your food (order online beforehand) than to wait in line. Can really take a really long time!

We were there on a Saturday and it wasn't particularly crowded. Still, the food took a while. Unfortunately the tables were dirty and smeared and weren't cleaned, so we had to do that. The service was mediocre, my tray of food was ready and I asked what number it was. The young lady spoke far too quietly that I had to ask again. No please, no thank you, bon appetit or anything else. A pity. The food was fine as always.

Employees were totally overwhelmed and messed everything up. We waited 15 minutes at the checkout to pay for our order. They weren't picked up and then left again. We will never enter this store again!

We were very hungry. Ordering at the terminal was quick and easy. Waiting time for the food at the table was very moderate, despite the restaurant being full. Food was really warm and tasty. The strawberry milkshake was very good and creamy for a particularly long time. All in all, it really deserves 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We have really experienced something different here.

Unfortunately it's very full today on May 2nd due to the glass promotion, actually no problem at all. Except nothing is working today. The ordering terminal is not working properly, i.e. you cannot correct anything or order correctly. Then at some point the order number falls out of the system. Even if the staff tries hard. Waiting time of 1 hour and thirty minutes!!!

I wanted to order something there, but my €100 bill was rejected as a method of payment. Since the order is supposed to contribute at least 10% of the bill, I couldn't buy any coffee there. Another reason to visit McDonalds less often.

Was there today for the first and last time. We had to wait an incredible 58 minutes for our order (like many others). If I hadn't asked, it would certainly have been longer. The only plus point is that the older employee made my order immediately when asked (even if it wasn't correct, but corrected immediately). Dear Sir or Madam, after I stood at the checkout for over 30 minutes, the employees refused to serve me because I did not order from the machine. I'm 69 years old and can't handle it, so a very nice young lady helped me. There were 7 people in the operating area and no one was willing to help me. The expression of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. It was at 6:30 p.m. on 5/1/24.

Short and sweet: Food: McDonald’s, at least it’s like the other restaurants Service and the rest: scary, here for the second time - more or less forced and / or accidentally - felt like 3x too much. Unearthly long waiting times, sometimes incorrect orders, discussions with the service when you speak to them. Overwhelmed, helpless and at the same time unfriendly staff. If you don't have to drive to this branch, feel free to use the surrounding ones!

Waited 25 minutes until someone came to pay and then waited another 40 minutes until 2 HappyMeals were ready. That's not normal, it's called a fast food restaurant. This is not so extreme in any other branch. They seem to be working with Park Control here because the maximum parking time is easily exceeded given the speed limit in the branch.

The food is actually always quite ok. But I was annoyed today because after 16 minutes I was still not allowed to pay in cash and was ignored. They said they weren't taking any more orders even though they could continue to order from the machine and I just wanted to pay. Unfortunately I had to leave without food. Unfortunately, this shop is very unclean in the evening and at night. You are welcome to wipe down tables in between. It doesn't take a minute and they're clean again in no time. I've already seen a dustpan with a broom in use in other stores. If I buy something like that, it'll work wonders. All in all not recommended. Employees seem very harsh in their tone. Somewhat friendlier faces are still easy to look at in the evening. Cheeseburgers, fries were only lukewarm, nuggets were almost cold. Don't want to know when these were from.

This McDonald's is not our first choice. In times of Corona, the staff wear masks, but they are often either under the chin or at least under the nose. Friendliness doesn't shine either. The service has improved significantly and the service at the drive-in counter is always very helpful and friendly. Things are rarely missing from the bag.

Since when are dogs allowed to go to McDonald's and bark all the time? That really ruins everything and I have two dogs myself. Fries are not recommended here unless you drink 2 liters of liquid with them because they are simply too salty... Service itself was super friendly and quick...

Waren immer zufrieden, dachten heut mal fix zum Abendessen als Familie hin...es war kälter dort drin als draußen. Auf Anfrage ob die Heizung ausgefallen ist,bekam ich ein Lächeln und die Aussage das sie seit 4 Tagen kaputt sei und das Personal auch schon zeitweise mit Jacke gearbeitet hat...nach 20 min waren wir so durch gefroren,das ich für meine Kinder ein Kleinen Kakao geholt hab...er ging nicht etwa aufs Haus,obwohl ich noch meinte mal was zum aufwärmen. Nein er hat weder einen kundenrabatt gegeben, noch den zweiten Kakao ordentlich zubereitet. Es war heute swhr schlechter Service für ein Restaurant!!!+ Nachtrag,da ich leider keine Bewertung mehr abgeben darf und heute den 17.01.24 erneut da war...einen Hinweis..jetzt steht der Zettel dran,das die Heizung defekt ist,leider dann wohl seit Nov. Und das Essen war auch eiskalt..die Mitarbeiter haben die ganze Zeit Bemerkungen gemacht,sie eigentlich bei BurgerKing arbeiten(vllt ein Gag..aber im bei sein von Kunden nicht sehr förderlich,wenn dann auch noch das Essen kalt ist)..man merkte die Arbeitsmotivation war auf "höchsten Niveau "....
