Keep an eye on the time while you eat and order, otherwise you'll get a bill later from the parking garage for parking too long. That's why this branch is dead to me, and if this is the norm at all McDonald's restaurants, I'm going to the competition where I can eat in peace without parking cameras. So either force down your food or better yet, go somewhere else.

I usually like going to McDonald's, but they're always missing sauces, and last time they were out of a whole burger. Unfortunately, I only noticed when I got home...

Hi everyone, I bought two cheeseburgers without onions and pickles as a small takeaway meal. Since I'm allergic to pickles, I checked the burger at the office before taking the first bite, thankfully. Of course, it had onions and pickles! Even though there was a sticker on top with the correct labeling. So, thanks for the risk of an allergic shock and, more importantly, an empty stomach.

It used to be my favorite McDonald's, but it's gone downhill. Of my last four orders, three were incomplete. Today, they were missing sauce, and instead of a chicken McCrisby, I got a beef one. It's a shame I ordered takeout. From now on, I'll take the time to check everything at the counter. Complaining on the website or at the counter is pointless. I've already done that, and nobody cares.

I ordered through Lieferando and they forgot my McFlurry, and this is the second time it's happened. No one answers when I call.

Besides, they could at least say goodbye instead of turning away dismissively and approaching the next customer. I hope the elderly lady with short hair at the second counter this afternoon (06.11.25) learns that the question about a straw is not a personal attack on her.

Why does McDonald's always advertise? Last time I went there they were out of Coke glasses. I went again today and they were out of Friends figures. This McDonald's is just a disappointment.

We pre-ordered for pickup at the McDrive today. After a 35-minute wait, three items were missing after several attempts, and the employee was extremely unfriendly and dismissive. Furthermore, there was no greeting, farewell, or apology for the inconvenience. If I could give one less star for service, I would definitely do so immediately.

The delivery arrived after 2 hours and 15 minutes. One could perhaps overlook that. But to then deliver the whole thing cold and stale without an apology is outrageous.

I placed an order via Lieferando. After waiting about 90 minutes, I called and was told that the order had supposedly been sent out and that Lieferando would take care of it. Despite the rush hour, the food arrived reasonably quickly. The burger tasted okay. It didn't quite live up to the visuals 😅. The potato nets were still warm, and overall, the experience was pleasant. However, the towels in the restroom area were used, and the empty tables were only moderately clean. Still, a good experience, and if I'm in the area again and craving fast food, it's worth another visit!

Unfortunately, my niece's visit last Sunday was a real challenge. The store was so busy that I've definitely crossed that day off my calendar.

This was the worst and most unpleasant experience I've ever had. My last order at McDonald's was disappointing, miserable, and even worrying in many ways. First, I waited 3.5 hours for the delivery. Well, I was honestly skeptical before I came here. Bitterfelder Straße, Marzahn, McDonald's – and then all those one-star reviews beforehand: unfriendly, cold, slow, doomsday mood. I was thinking, "Well, mealtime." And then? Surprise! It wasn't that bad. The staff was friendly – ​​yes, really! I immediately noticed that there were quite a few people working in the kitchen. Fast food took 15 minutes (upon arrival at the drive-thru counter) despite pre-ordering. As a thank you for waiting in the parking lot, some items were missing from a simple Happy Meal (4 pieces).

The elderly lady who worked the early shift on September 21st was so damn rude, I've never experienced anything like it. Then the food took another 25 minutes to be ready. I just feel sorry for the rest of the staff, because she treats everyone like that.

In the end, both I and the person in front of me got the wrong order. I'll never see you here again, absolutely the worst.

I use the drive-thru more often than a restaurant. About 66% of my visits were missing something. I'm not talking about ketchup, but rather fries, drinks with ice cubes even though I always order without them, and burgers have even been missing—that shouldn't happen so often.

We were there in the afternoon and ordered two McMenu items and one Happy Meal inside. We waited about 20 minutes, even though it wasn't particularly busy. We haven't experienced that at other restaurants. The kitchen kept churning out burgers because there were so many waiting in the line, but the employees at the front were just very slow and sometimes seemed overwhelmed. There was a sauce missing, which isn't a big deal, BUT: if you're a vegetarian and you order plant-based nuggets, you definitely shouldn't get chicken. There was a bacon sticker on the already wrong Chicken McNuggets wrapper? It's just not great when you're handed a dead animal. So it was a shame about the nuggets either way; the employee threw them away after the exchange, even though I would have given them to my boyfriend and mentioned it twice. Overall, the restaurant was relatively pleasant, and the rest of the food was okay.

Order today at 7:28 AM 1 x Butter Croissant 1 x Cappuccino Regular McMuffin® Bacon & Egg The Butter Croissant and McMuffin® Bacon & Egg were fine. The Cappuccino Regular with the cup was a total no-go. The outside of the lid was completely dirty. I discovered an eyelash or eyebrow inside the cappuccino. Absolutely unacceptable. I had to throw the cappuccino away.

I go to this McDonald's often and have never had a bad experience, apart from the fact that the staff are sometimes a bit unfriendly and the TV at my stand which shows when each order is ready sometimes simply deletes the order and then I get confused. But otherwise the food tastes good and the staff are often very nice, I recommend it, great McDonald's.

It seems like everyone who would otherwise be thrown out of the place meets here – loud, noisy, completely overcrowded. Constant chaos, huge youth groups, zero relaxed atmosphere. Waiting times of up to 20 minutes, burgers sloppily thrown together, no system, no overview. Cleanliness? None at all. Dirty tables, overflowing trash cans – simply not a pleasant place. Only in an absolute emergency – otherwise, it's better to go straight to Ahrensfelde. You can really skip this place.

Then you try to place two different orders, and the first one is recorded and the second one is simply deleted because you haven't learned how to end an order and start a new one. On top of that, you order a Big Tasty and you get your burger, and the bacon is just carelessly thrown in because you probably forgot it.

Schlimm genug, dass es nur noch Pappstrohhalme gibt aber jetzt soll man gänzlich an dem ekligen Pappdeckel nuckeln den der Mitarbeiter vorher schön mit seinen Händen festgedrückt hat. Selbst nach einer netten und höflichen Nachfrage wurde mir kein Strohhalm gegeben. Ich bat die Chefin zu sprechen aber auch Sie lehnte meinen Wunsch ab. Unfassbar. Für mich war das mein letzter Besuch bei dieser Kette. Danke für nichts.
