McDonald's in Berlin

It's a solid McDonald's. However, it didn't offer table service and seemed old-fashioned, without a separate Mc Café area.

A failed and extremely racist treatment that is not recommended

The staff is typically Berlin without words. There was no way to turn a Fanta into a coffee on the menu. Strangely enough, this works in the rest of Germany

The worst workers and services I don't recommend at all are disrespectful and racist.

It used to be fun to go here...Now the employees are rude, bored, just chatting among themselves. Zero service, not a nice word. The food is slapped together and literally thrown into the packaging. The fries are cold and sticky and the shop is dirty and full of germs and to everyone's delight, the delivery drivers jostle you because they have priority... Man, man, where is this supposed to end...

I went to this restaurant for dinner with my children. My daughter played and everything was fine. But a few weeks later I get a €20 fine for a parking violation. Apparently I exceeded the permitted parking time (max. permitted parking time 1 hour and 30 minutes). I stayed in this restaurant for 1 hour and 49 minutes. It's unbelievable that McDonalds would do something like that and accept it. This means you are no longer interested in customers. Very well done, you made €20 but lost a customer. I'll never go to this McDonald's again. At the same time, I no longer park at other businesses with parking spaces operated by Parkdepot GmbH.

I'm really amazed at how such bad employees can be found and assembled in a place like McDonald's in the capital of Europe. I believe you need to replace the entire team from top to bottom.

Generally a good place, we go there quite often, the last time we ordered the Big Tasty Bacon Menu and one of the burgers looked quite strange, almost all the cheese was on the outside, but it was very tasty, the potatoes were warm and tasty

The employees are so carefree. If I talked to a wall, it would listen to me more understandingly.

Went to the drive in today, ordered 1 Mc Rip menu, a single McRip, a Mc Chicken menu, a Happy Meal and a chicken burger. I finally received 4x ketchup but all menus without fries. Became a real juice shop. Receipts are also not issued so that you can collect your missing goods. It's just sad that you're being ripped off like this and I hope this place goes bankrupt.

When you ask for something special about the burger, sayings like “What a bullshit” come out of the kitchen. There should be a little decency!

I ordered yesterday via Lieferando. First there was a wrong delivery, I think it was simply mixed up by the driver. I called McDonald's and was immediately available. A nice employee solved the problem straight away and arranged for me to be delivered again. It took less than 30 minutes for the goods to arrive on site. Thank you

Yesterday I ate a Big Tasty Bacon with fries (cold and soggy) -> went to the emergency room at night (approx. 4-5 hours later) -> food poisoning -> severe vomiting diarrhea -> 40 degree fever -> inpatient hospital stay 👍

A blonde old woman always stands there. She's really unfriendly and racist. I wouldn't go there again. I was with my children and she gave me ugly looks. In addition, the food was too cold and we were served old fries. 20 nuggets weren't even in the box of 20. So just bad.

We received mail from the ParkDepot management company threatening us with a “contractual penalty” of EUR 25.00 because we exceeded the maximum parking time (90 minutes for our restaurant visit)… Tell me, McDonald’s – is it still working? Since when do I, as a paying customer, have to watch the clock while eating?! You complain about family restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner - how much time can I plan to eat with my family at your place, after 30 minutes of waiting in line at the counter, playtime for the children in the colorful corner, followed by coffee from Mc Café for the parents ( which is so hot that you have to wait 10 minutes before you can drink it) and a bathroom time for the family... I'm really pissed off and feel really ripped off. The main thing is that you play properly and then people smile. But then please leave the building quickly for the next payment partner - that would never happen in a real restaurant. Thanks for serving, I've had enough!

A clean and attractive branch. Friendly staff and “freshly” prepared food. It's rare to see that the burgers actually look like the ones in the pictures in the store. I noticed this in the store itself and when they delivered it. I am very pleasantly surprised and will definitely be a customer there more often.

A red-haired woman (manager) Very unfriendly and very cheeky. I ordered food and complained why coupons didn't work. She sent me away and forbade her employee to make me food. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and rude!

Service was nice but completely overwhelmed. Almost 1 hour after paying, 3 menus were received...ice cold and then a burger was forgotten. Of course you only find out when you get home... Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened at this store. The last time I stood in line at mcdrive for almost an hour. An order is taken there every 10 minutes. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with “fast food” anymore. Next time it's better to go to a real restaurant, it tastes better and costs the same now.

It's just okay to eat there. Not recommended to take with you. No matter what you order, something is always missing. Today it was the toy at the happy meal. It can't be too much to ask for a bag to be filled with what is ordered. It happens so often there.

I work with delivery at UBER. There are several drivers who only stand there and they talk to the curtain staff; others were given bad ratings so that they could no longer work there. Zero staff

Unfortunately very slow, we had to wait forever, unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. And the tables were all very dirty, the woman who actually cleans them didn't bother when asked. Once here, but never again...

McDonald's on Bitterfelderstr. It's been around since I was a teenager, and like today, I've enjoyed going here before. This branch is really very hygienic, the tables are always clean, at least when I was there and the toilet area needs to be particularly highlighted, you can clearly see from my pictures that everything here is really great. The staff are very friendly. There is also a small play area for the little ones, which I couldn't take photos of because it was too crowded and I didn't want to take pictures like a crazy person. There are enough seats and there are plenty of parking spaces, parking doesn't cost any money until a certain point in time, I've also uploaded a picture that you can take a look at. There is a bus stop right in front of McDonald's, based on my pictures you can also see which lines run there and what the stop is called. Have fun, visit the branch, I can highly recommend it.

As always, eating at McDonald’s is quite pleasant. But now the restaurant does not provide straws for drinks, not even when asked. And if the cups are full of ice, you can't really enjoy drinking from them. A very big negative point for a small thing.

The Uber driver told me that he and his colleagues no longer want to take orders from this restaurant because of the bad treatment and reviews they receive from the store manager, for no reason, just because they have an immigrant background and want to work in Marzahn, where there is a lot of racism against people with a migrant background. Since switching to the vending machine ordering system, this branch has just been bad. I have 33 minutes today! Waited for "standard products" (2x double cheese + 1x chicken burger). 15 minutes after ordering and paying with an EC card at the machine, my number disappeared from the screen. When asked, it said "it will appear again in a moment, don't worry, it will still be processed". After 25 minutes and another request it was said "oh, we're sorry, the order has disappeared". Another 5 minutes later I was clearly audibly asked about my burgers in the kitchen for the first time. Of course, these had to be done first so that I could leave the branch with my burgers after a final 33-minute wait. Just bad! And there is no friendliness, instead there is just whining. Not to me, but to others. Number 109 went to the pickup counter and asked if the order was ready. The employee then complained to the customer, "Sure, it's on the screen!", whereupon the customer CORRECTLY commented that there was nothing there, so he would ask. The employee messaged back that it would be on the display - I can confirm, there was NO 109 on the screen, neither in processing nor for collection.

The staff is always friendly and can even make you smile. It is a bit crowded during rush hour.

The service has improved significantly and the service at the drive-in counter is always very helpful and friendly. Today we even got 2 milkshakes for free - nothing more is possible. Thanks

I had lunch there today with my girlfriend and 4 children The slide for the children has been around for ages and for whatever reason the children have tried to keep themselves busy outside, so the children took the small stones to play with what the parents saw and of course wanted to put them away before we left 😏 Then the manager comes to us, looks at us and says they are her children 🤔🙄 yes they are Well, they remove the stones and they cost 1000 euros. Yes, that's all well and good, but the stones were put away properly. It's sad that the children have to play with stones even though there is a slide there 🤔🤨 I come from the catering industry myself and they actually say children are the future, but that can't be said about this McDonald's. Then twice there were no toys for the children, despite asking, and then my wife forgot the drink. All of this in a period of less than two months shows me A that I eat here too often and B that things were going much better before. A pity. Previously: Very friendly and simply good staff. Never again. Everything was messed up. The employees are shouting and extremely unfriendly. Our food was burnt and cold (our food sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes/even though we had table service). According to the staff, this service was not available, there were too few staff, but there was no notice of it anywhere. During the time we were there, 5 other customers experienced the same thing. Also, we all have stomach cramps now (about 2 hours after the distortion). Better stay away from this branch!

Normally the visits were reasonably pleasant and everything worked as it should, but today everything was great. Place an order with table service in the hope of getting hot food conveniently delivered to your table without having to wait in line. Hardly any employees, 15 orders were in front of me. I waited over 20 minutes 2 just stand around at the front instead of preparing everything.. Then we forgot to eat.

Way too crowded! The staff makes an effort, but the store is really overcrowded, which often results in longer waiting times. Especially at drive-in. It's better to park and then pick up your food (order online beforehand) than to wait in line. Can really take a really long time!

We were there on a Saturday and it wasn't particularly crowded. Still, the food took a while. Unfortunately the tables were dirty and smeared and weren't cleaned, so we had to do that. The service was mediocre, my tray of food was ready and I asked what number it was. The young lady spoke far too quietly that I had to ask again. No please, no thank you, bon appetit or anything else. A pity. The food was fine as always.

We were very hungry. Ordering at the terminal was quick and easy. Waiting time for the food at the table was very moderate, despite the restaurant being full. Food was really warm and tasty. The strawberry milkshake was very good and creamy for a particularly long time. All in all, it really deserves 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We have really experienced something different here.
