My favorite Burgers and the most delicious Fries

I come from Frankfurt and the amount of fries is significantly larger and a few cents cheaper, the taste is the same, everything else is completely comparable, that's why 1x star deduction.

Shake did not taste right, was supposed to be chocolate but it tasted like Oreo.

Good fast food. I love burgers and milkshakes here. You eat and have your daily calorie allowance) And here you can treat yourself to peanuts while you wait for your order. Fast service.

Burger was delicious but homie tried to charge me $4 for a cup of water. That’s pretty crazy.

In Germany you should be able to speak and understand German... it's a shame

"Order 65..." Five Guys. By the time I realised the meaning of that figure on my order.. the burger was long gone! Excellent place to have yourself a burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 ! Fresh, nicely done, goes well along with fries!

A very good burger and delicious potatoes and a large quantity in each serving. The only thing, the high price and the lack of a menu.

Cool shop. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain the concept. The taste of the food is a 10/10! The fries are awesome!

Das Steak war schmal (eher wie ein Schnitzel) und hart wie Schuhsohle. Nicht gewürzt.Bei knapp 31 Euro gibt es nur dieses Steak ohne Beilagen, Frechheit! - man muss sich also seine Beilagen extra dazubestellen. Die Kartoffeln waren kalt. Für knapp 10 Minikaetoffeln 6 Euro, teuer! Auch hier, Salz, Fehlanzeige. Die Rippchen waren mit viel Fettrand, also nicht wirklich genießbar. Die Portion ist nicht ausreichend, man hat danach noch Hunger. Ich muss sagen da gibt es weltenbessere Steakhäuser, wo man den Preisen auch sehr gutes Essen bekommt. Hier werden wir nicht mehr essen gehen, so leid es uns tut!

The citizens and fries taste pretty good, better than McDonald's etc., but not amazing either. Ordering system a bit complicated, especially no screens or similar. We at Ikea or McDonald's, where you can see how long it will take or when it's ready. At some point an employee shouted the number very unclearly. Only part of the order was ready, you didn't know whether the rest would arrive straight away, it then took another 5-8 minutes. Burger standard price, no matter how many ingredients you add. After a burger and small fries you are definitely full, unlike the competition and other chains already mentioned. The shakes are very individual (you can mix 8 ingredients or so) and well, save for the 4th star.

Even though you eat on site, the food is served in paper bags. The fries fly around loosely in the bag, so you have to fish the fries out of the bag with your hands (the “cup” for the fries is much too small and tipped over). All the paper bag trash on the table doesn't add to the atmosphere for five people. (Unless you prefer not to see the other person) The burgers are ok, the hot dogs are mediocre. But overall not recommended for the price, unless it's purely about calorie intake. :-/

The citizens relatively small for the price. Burger buns are totally muddy but the patties are totally dry, simply fried to death. Even the fries were soggy and lukewarm, even though they were freshly made, so even the best quality potatoes can't save them. Also loose in the big bag because the cups are unsuitable. The order was completed quite quickly. Otherwise the simplest fast food atmosphere, not nice but loud. Once and never again!

I came to Five Guys to order a burger with fries and coke, but all I received was a burger with two patties and a bun - without any of the toppings I requested. The English-speaking cashier didn't understand that I wanted a burger with no additional ingredients and removed all the garnishes. In Germany, if you order in German, it should go without saying that the employee also speaks German. But from what I observed, there wasn't a single German-speaking employee at Five Guys who could serve me, which is quite strange

Wir kommen immer wieder gern ins Maredo. Leckerste Steaks, ein tolles Salat-Buffet und ein freundlicher Service - jedes Mal ein Genuss.

Es ist schon seltsam, wenn mann Wochen vorher einen Tisch reserviert für 18.00 Uhr und dann eine Begrenzung bis 20.00 Uhr erhält.

Nettes Personal und super Essen. Leider ist die Karte auf Einzelkomponenten ausgerichtet. Nur wenige Tellerspeisen.

Terrible. Extremely expensive. Nobody tells you that you have to order all the toppings separately. No plate or tray. Taste mediocre, extremely fatty. Very uncomfortable.

Great food and even better service. Our group had a couple steaks that were delicious and well seasoned as well as a nicely cooked salmon fillet. The sides were sharable. Didn't leave hungry.

+++ Food tasted good. Cajun fries too spicy. -- Mayonnaise was gone. Unfortunately the clothes smelled like grease. When you place your order you stand around stupidly and wait for the food. You wouldn't hear it from where you're sitting.

Schönes Ambiente. Leider war der Burger kalt. Es wurde ein neuer Burger vom Kellner versprochen, aber leider wurde dieser nur in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt!

Sehr schönes Ambiente, das Essen war reichlich und geschmacklich sehr gut. Der Service hervorragend. Alles in allem ein Restaurant zum weiterempfehlen.

Der Kellner GLEN war besonders toll, schnell, freundlich.

Good but expensive - that's how I would sum it up. For this price, I'd rather eat at another burger place that doesn't operate as fast food, but I must admit that Five Guys is tasty. Good meat and simply tasty burger - but like I said, definitely too expensive.

Fast food pretending to be a craft burger place. The quality is better than classics such as McDonald's or Burger King, but the prices are much higher. I have mixed feelings. It's better to go for a good kebab, of which there are plenty in Berlin ;)

Very tasty food. You could mostly put together the burgers yourself. However, we had to wait quite a long time for our order.

My 1st Five Guys visit in Germany. Food was good, as I expected. I had the Little Bacon CheeseBurger "all the way", little Cajun fries, chocolate shake, & icy tea.

Worker was extremely kind and helpful. We didn’t have the last cents needed and he he let it slide.

Classic five guys. The burger is nice but I think it's too expensive. Small potatoes can feed three people. I'm not complaining about this since the thing this place does best is potatoes.

Delicious burgers, quick preparation & large selection of soft drinks

Unfortunately, it was only after we ordered that we were told in a not very friendly tone that dogs were not allowed in the restaurant. This is hardly visible because it is only barely visible on one of the two entrance doors. Luckily, dogs are now welcome in almost all restaurants (and all fast food chains). We will avoid Five Guys in the future. Ps: unfortunately the burger was only lukewarm.

Order placed via app. My items were made and waiting to be served, but instead the staff were serving other orders. I looked at the shelf and thought the melting shake was for me, and it was true. My order was ready for 20 minutes before it was served. Eventually the staff realized that there was still one person standing who had not received their meal. The bun in the hot dog was tragic because it was cold. To use the toilet you have to practice sports climbing because the distance from the toilet to the door is about 10 cm. I honestly do not recommend it.

Five Guys is and will be supremely delicious burgers and fantastic fries. Just the fact that everything is prepared fresh makes a lot, but the fact that the fries are deep-fried in peanut oil just makes Five Guys stand out from the crowd. This Five Guys is well located close to Potzdamer Platz, and if it had been summer we would have definitely taken the food out to the park next door, as the interior is not the most exciting. However, everything seemed clean and nice.

This is truly the blandest burger I have ever tasted. It should be considered a crime that cows have to be slaughtered to be made into this boring stuff! The chips are ok. Five Guys shouldn't be able to survive in Berlin - a city of food. If you want a tasty Burger that's also not ripping a hole in your purse, go to Burgeramt or Marienburger. Also... How is it allowed, in times of sustainability, to wrap each burger in a huge and thick aluminium foil?! McDonald's is doing more for the environment than these people

Leider sehr enttäuschend, gastfreundlich klein geschrieben, essen kalt aber dennoch geschmacklich gut, man legt wohl nicht auf jeden gast wert, geschweige denn auf wiederkommen, naja auch hier werden sich die Zeiten ändern .. einen Espresso gab es als gutmachung

I'm a super five guys fan, today again at five guys at Potsdamer Platz. I love the burgers 🍔 unfortunately the staff just stopped smashing the burgers. When I asked (unfortunately only in English), the manager assured me that they had never done that before. I was a bit confused, one of the employees then told me that the staff was still new and that smashing didn't work so well and that's why the burgers were given out with a big party. Actually it's not a big deal, but when that's the USP of the burger it's difficult. Overall real disappointment. My favorite burger fell victim to the lousy staff. We won't come back here again...

Wir waren schon mehrfach da und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Alles sehr gut. Einzig die Geräuschkollisse ist immer laut. Das spricht aber für eine gute Auslastung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This place is very much overrated. A cheeseburger here costs 12,50€ and almost always arrives cold. Almost all of us felt sick after eating here. The only thing that’s worth getting are the fries.

Clearly: they are very good burgers that taste really fantastic. Just choose what you like. Also the fries: super tasty. What's not so great is that it takes time (I waited 10 minutes) and the prices are quite high in comparison. For burgers and fries without a drink 18 euros. Ambience ok, but not my thing. But it's nice to sit outside.

Sehr leckeres Essen bei freundlicher Bedienung. Bei uns war das Restaurant sehr gut besucht wodurch der Geräuschpegel leider sehr hoch war.

Good for quick hunger pangs. You order and when the food is ready, the receipt number is called. It's bad when the caller speaks so unclearly that no one can understand the number... ;8-)

Das Chateaubriand war spitze und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Sconsigliato per chi ama mangiare decentemente. La persona alla cassa molto gentile. Però ci viene poi portato un sacchetto con hamburger e hot dog avvolti dentro la carta di alluminio che assorbe e impacca il tutto. Le patatine, un po’ dentro un bicchiere e un po’ mollati dentro il sacchetto come fosse spazzatura. Si fa presente al responsabile il servizio privo di cura e lui dice con l’aria di chi non gliene importa nulla che è così … . Il cibo è da fast food e’ scadente. Però capisco che in Italia abbiamo una cultura del cibo che non ha niente a che vedere con questi livelli … anche il distributore delle bevande miscela bibite tutte annacquate… con una scaricata di ghiaccio non richiesta . Insomma statene alla larga … i bagni almeno erano puliti . Nicht empfehlenswert für Leute, die gerne anständig essen. Die Person an der Kasse war sehr nett. Allerdings wird uns dann eine Tüte mit Hamburgern und Hot Dogs gebracht, eingewickelt in Alufolie, die alles aufnimmt und verpackt. Die Chips, einige in einem Glas und einige in der Tüte gelassen, als wären sie Müll. Der Manager wird auf die nachlässige Bedienung hingewiesen und er sagt mit der Miene von jemandem, dem es egal ist, dass es so ist... Das Essen ist Fast Food und schlecht. Aber ich verstehe, dass wir in Italien eine Esskultur haben, die nichts mit diesen Werten zu tun hat... selbst der Getränkeautomat mixt verwässerte Getränke... mit einem unaufgeforderten Abwurf von Eis. Kurz gesagt, bleiben Sie weg ... zumindest waren die Badezimmer sauber

Wir haben am 18.10.2024 dieses Restaurant besucht. Wir hatten uns auf ein gutes Steakessen gefreut,und auf einen entspannten Tagesausklang. Aber es war ein großer Reinfall. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, aber das Essen war sehr schlecht. Ich hatte den Klassiker in Bestform bestellt, da das Reklamefoto sehr lecker ausgesehen hat. Aber das gelieferte Essen hatte mit dem Angebot wenig gemeinsam. Das Steak war eigentlich ungeniesbar. Medium bestellt, aber es kam beinah roh an, nur ein grosser Fettrand, kaum Steakfleisch. Die Riffel Pommes total hart, konnte so man nicht essen, von den karameliesierten Zwiebeln keine Spur. Ich habe noch Reklamation eine neue Portion Pommes bekommen, diese konnte man esse. Wir werden lieber wieder Ins BLOCK HOUSE gehen, da ist uns so etwas noch nie vorgekommen.

Reservierung online ist super, Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend, Essen gut - Negativ war, dass Gitterkartoffeln nicht verfügbar waren und kein Hinweis kam und bei einem Burger fehlten zwei Zutaten. Burger insgesamt sehr klein, aber Patty gut medium

My perfect burger, some of the best fries, and also my favourite milkshakes out there. The veggies in the burger are cut to the ideal thickness and always tastes really fresh. The bacon was cooked to perfection (crispy with no soft bits of fat). The fries are always piping hot, and the milkshakes are the perfect level of thickness (not too frozen but not too liquidy). The staff taking our order and making our food were very friendly as well!

Ate here 3 times over the course of my stay. The food was excellent every time. Much less greasy than it usually is when I eat at Five Guys in Dublin. Staff are very friendly, happy to help, and seem to be in a great mood always!

nope. I've always wanted to go to Five Guys, but I'll never come back. Definitely not worth the money. You can't even get a tablet, the whole store smells like grease and now I do too, it's incredibly loud and really uncomfortable. The food is simply thrown into a bag and the employees are in a bad mood. There are much better shops for 30 euros. I would say even half as much.

Positiv: der Juicy vegan Burger war super, die Salatbar noch besser als ich sie in Erinnerung hatte. Die Kinder bekamen Geschenke und ein fair bepreistes kindergericht. Reservierung war spontan auch am sehr nachgefragten sonntagabend möglich. Service trotz vollbesetzung im Restaurant war aufmerksam, freundlich und persönlich. Und dass Wasser jetzt kostenlos gereicht wird ist ein superservice. Negativ: es war der Abend nach dem Berlin Marathon, das mal vorher gesagt. Der allgemeine Geräuschpegel war einfach zu hoch. Vielleicht helfen hier ein paar schalldämmende Maßnahmen, z.b deckenpaneele oder raumtrenner. Man konnte kaum ein normales tischgespräch führen. Schlimmer noch die Beschallung auf den Toiletten, ob das eine Maßnahme gegen Junkies sein soll frage ich mich. Es lief ein unerträglicher lärmmix aus Sprache, zirkusmusik und anderem gedudel. Mein Kind hat sich gefürchtet, als es auf Toilette saß.

It was my first Five Guys experience. Portions are big. Little hamburger and fries would be enough for one person. Everything is being served in paper bags even if you dine in. Thats a bit strange:) Tastes are ok but little bit expensive. Good for FOMO but it wont be the first choice for burgers for me..

Their burgers are pretty good. Their potatoes are so good, you can go there just to eat them. It was clean and beautiful. The fact that it is in Potsdamer Square makes it more attractive.

Five Guys is and remains a top fast food chain. I always expect fries in a bag, anyone who complains about this hasn't understood the concept of Five Guys. Hopefully it will also come to Saxony and spread there, then I would be satisfied and my dream would come true, only love for this chain

So I ordered fries and it was completely burnt. It wasn't tasty at all and it was so expensive for a small fries €5.25. It was just too overpriced and burnt. And even without sauce

It's simply the best burger you can get.... I loved the food... So you must come to Odense in the UK, it's not that far away.. I'll come again next time I'm in Berlin ❤️

In every Five Guys restaurant I've been to so far, the food has been marginally better. Some of the fries were slightly hard and the zero drinks were almost impossible to drink and extremely tasteless.

Nice shop because you feel like you're in America. But the prices are really expensive and the noise atmosphere was a bit tiring.

Was empty when I went in the morning around 11:30. The burger was okay but in Berlin, the city of doners, I wouldn’t go here often.
