That was the worst thing we've had in a long time. The burgers were like something you'd get from a supermarket shelf, and the hot dog was so inedible I had to throw it away. The milkshake was good, but like everything else, extremely overpriced. I didn't expect much from the fries and wasn't disappointed... Never again.

Five Guys is tasty enough... but the price is where the problem lies. €55 for two drinks, two burgers, fries, and a hot dog is outrageous and absolutely unjustified for the quality. Go across the street to Pizza Hut; you get more for the same price.

Great place, but few totems to order from and therefore a very long queue

Burger was ok, one of the patties was kinda dry. About the fries: they were undercooked, and when I told them about it, they gave me 3 times the amount of the same undercooked fries… Super overpriced.. spent 40 euros for 2 burgers and a large fry

A bit expensive for the quality of food

Positives: Building your own burger and shake is really convenient, and all the extras are free. Plus, refills for all regular drinks are free! The fries are incredibly delicious and a must-try! Negatives (especially for vegetarians and vegans): For vegetarians and vegans, there's the Grilled Cheese Sandwich, which is basically an upside-down burger bun filled with melted sliced ​​cheese (normally used for the burgers). It tastes pretty good, but it's way too expensive for what it is. The only burger option is a burger bun topped with "greens," which for me meant cucumber, lettuce, onion, and tomato. No veggie patty! I really don't understand why there aren't any decent alternatives for vegetarians or vegans... :-/

Late this evening, I went to the store due to a situation that involved the business. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help me in my situation. I am very grateful for the empathy they showed me. A great team! :)

I don't even know where to begin. I used to love Five Guys back in America. Since my last visit last night, that place is history for me. My burger meal cost a whopping €27.20 (!!!!). For that, I got a burger with cold, hard processed cheese slices, a milkshake, and some fries. 😂😂😂 I've honestly never experienced anything like it. The best part was that we had to wait over 20 minutes for our order. One of the worst fast-food restaurants we have in this country.

It was fine, typical Five Guys.

The food came really fast—no more than a five-minute wait. The burger was good, but not great; it was a little dry, almost like it had been sitting for a short while. The fries, however, were amazing. I had the Cajun fries, and they were perfectly seasoned with plenty of spice and salt. The only thing I would change is adding a bit more crunch, as some of the fries were a little soggy. That said, it’s a fast-food place, so you shouldn’t expect perfection. Overall, it’s a solid spot with fast service and good food.

I ordered a hot dog yesterday. The place was completely empty, but it still took 30 minutes to prepare. My break was almost over by then, so I had to order very quickly. Not only was the service incredibly unfriendly, but the hot dog was as dry as my throat after a 10-day cold. Furthermore, it tasted like dog poop that had been sitting for days. Never again will I go to that place. I really can't understand the good reviews.

The burger is falling apart. Impossible amount of onions. And they are not fried or caramelised. More like half boiled? (Foto) it’s all onions. That’s only that fell down from the burger Potatoes are bad. And they dont put it in the box/cup but they put in all over the food purposely. Like for animals 🐶

By far the worst burger I've had in a long time. It arrived relatively cold (even though it wasn't crowded), the bacon was incredibly dry, and it completely fell apart after one bite. I had good memories of Fiveguys, but that was my last visit.

This Five guys is cutting corners and not providing the standard burger. Usually you get a freshly prepared burger, still very warm. My wife complained that the tomato’s were too cold, which in turn made the burger cold. We also noticed that the buns are not getting toasted enough, so much so that I had to check the grill to see if they were still toasting buns. Five Guys is great when everything is to standard. I don’t mind spending the money for the standard. But when you start straying, people will eventually stop coming.

Incredibly filthy place! If the health department came by, they'd shut it down. There were food scraps lying around everywhere behind the counter. I wouldn't be surprised if rats were breeding in here. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter, an employee came and swept half the food scraps under the cabinets and the other half into the kitchen. The trash wasn't disposed of properly. The burger didn't taste very good, and the fries were soggy and unseasoned.

A chain we know from our vacations in the States, excellent there, a bit different from the others. So we always visit when we come across them, as they're not available in our country. This particular place was disappointing. The food was quite expensive for a chain (52 euros for two burgers and medium fries), but the portions were very large, but still. The service was a bit lackluster. The guy snapped at my husband for pouring two drinks when he bought one, which wasn't true, as we paid for two. The biggest problem, however, was the food – the burger was cold. The bun on the outside was like it had just come straight from the fridge, the meat was warm, but already cooled by the bun. The meat itself has a wonderful flavor. But overall – a huge disappointment. Not what you'd expect for the price. Served as pictured, but that's their hallmark. Personally, I'm also bothered by the food waste, and obviously, no one eats every last fries from that tray. My sentiment is gone, and I don't know if I'll go to 5G again. Pity.

I'm not the type of person that regrets spending money on food, but today I feel a bit of regret for spending my money here. About the burguer quality: it might be not that bad, it is a bit better than mcdonalds or burgerking, but that is not much of a merit, since you can't get worse than those. About price: they are definitely overpriced. Conclusion: you can get much better burgers for almost half the price in any burgermeister, and there are many better alternatives in Berlin.

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee who treated me like a homeless person (who, of course, should also be treated with respect). Since there was a queue at the register, I took the liberty of eating a few of the peanuts that are free at 5guys. I was then reprimanded very rudely and with pointed, detective-like questions for helping myself before I had even ordered. I hadn't actually seen a sign indicating that there was a set order. And I had also soiled the counter because two unavoidable peanut crumbs had fallen on it during the conversation. This was extremely unpleasant because he implied that I was trying to cheat the system. He showed absolutely no understanding that I was a customer who actually wanted to order something and, after all, one of the people for whom his job exists. I had planned to eat there, as I often do when I arrive at Potsdamer Platz station. That experience was ruined for me, and I won't be going there again. It's a shame, because I often ate there with my children, who love 5guys. What was striking was that the employee in question was the only one who appeared to be of German descent. With all the other people working there, who come from many different countries and cultures, I never experienced anything like that; I only encountered a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Overrated. Mid to low burgers. We ordered bacon cheeseburger and regular cheeseburger and the bacons were so cold it was impossible to chew. Fries were also mid, they were so salty and cold. Milkshake was fine, but overall, it's not worth the price.

Hello! I was very disappointed, not with the food, because I hadn't ordered anything else. I was standing in line when a young police officer came in and obviously wanted to order something. The staff told him he wasn't welcome there! I hope you all need help, of whatever kind, and get the same response!

Amazing food, ordered their veggie burger with cheese.

We ordered 6 burgers and 1 chips. The website said food will arrrive in 40 minutes. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive and everything was stone cold. I do not know if the food left the restaurant late or the driver took his time but I did not expect paying over 100 euros for that food and receive it in that condition.

I was there on Saturday evening. I had fries. I haven't had fries this bad in a long time. They were completely oversalted and soggy. I couldn't finish them because I felt sick. And they were completely overpriced. I also think it's not modern that every single burger is wrapped in aluminum foil. It's shocking to see the garbage they produce there. Never again.

The price is high, no meals option. But you taste the high quality meat in your burger and real potato (not like in McDonalds). I was happy for my $ spent, even though is twice the price of Mac

“It’s all about burgers”… that’s true. The fries were dry and sometimes hard. The hotdog is a waste of money - too salty and feels like cheap meat. The burgers are great — hands off the fries and hotdog.

The fries were delicious and the unlimited sauces were great. I didn't like the bun with the burger though - it immediately got soggy and the whole burger fell apart. The taste of the burger itself was good though. The waitress seemed like she didn't really want to work anymore. I think the price is a bit excessive - over €12 for a burger in a fast food place is really too much. The drink machine had a large selection, but nothing special in terms of taste. Overall OK, but more like once in a while.

Well, the salesperson didn't speak any German here in Germany. The advice was also out of place. Just because it's fashionable these days to speak English as a hobby doesn't mean I have to follow this trend. The salesperson couldn't give me a single recommendation. How bad is that??? I ordered a burger and fries to my home via Lieferando. It took almost two hours, which might have been the Lieferando driver's fault, but what arrived was mediocre to substandard, and the price was way too high.

I've never eaten such an expensive burger that was so bad. Carbonation is a foreign concept at vending machines. The price is completely inflated for what you get.

An interesting fast food joint offering better burgers than other similar establishments on M. However, it's still just fast food, and the prices are quite high for this type of food. The burger itself is tasty, not something I'll remember forever, but it was good to try something that isn't available in Poland (probably not yet). Interestingly, you can order the burger in a standard bun, on a tray, or wrapped in cabbage leaves (I think something like a Polish cabbage roll). It's nice that you can order a refill of your drink, and there are plenty of options to choose from – various types of Coke, Sprite, Fanta (some flavors are unfortunately not available in Poland). The decor is quite austere, but with interesting additions like potato sacks ;)

It's centrally located in Berlin, Germany, near the Broken Church. We had a double cheeseburger and a bacon hot dog. The bacon hot dog was delicious. The cheeseburger was also good, but despite the double cheese, I couldn't quite taste the cheese. The meatballs were good. It was nice to have unlimited Coke. We also thank our Turkish friend for his kindness.

The restaurant has a good location, and the peanut oil fries were particularly good. The service is standard, like any other conventional fast food chain. The deciding factor for the 4-star rating is the price, which is quite expensive for a fast food chain.

To be honest, I don't really understand why this restaurant is so popular. We were looking for a quick bite to eat, and this Five Guys caught our eye. We ordered fries and burgers, which were quite expensive. We said it was for dine-in, but instead of plates, we were given a large bag with fries thrown in, without any care. The ambiance isn't for me; there are boring, repetitive tables, and the wall is plastered with awards. The food was OK, but the ambiance and service ruined it. I wouldn't recommend it.

I have no idea who hired this person (divers, etc.). This person should take a closer look at themselves in the mirror and the way they address guests. My son can't walk properly at the moment because of his injury. I put him down on one of these knee-high potato sacks for a moment and within seconds the person in question yelled at me that it wasn't a couch. I must say that this was very rude; the man or woman was extremely business-oriented. It's just too extreme.

After visiting Cologne we were delighted with the shake, here in Berlin we decided to try it again, the atmosphere, the look is identical but unfortunately the shakes are much worse than before, more watery. But it was nice and pleasant. The prices are quite high, a regular hamburger 11 euros in a chain store....

Insane price for what they offer.

As usual, it's good. Fresh meat, no frozen patties. Fresh salads. Great fries, fried in peanut oil (the flavor of the day is always posted).

Dirt for vegans. The burger comes without a patty and with unsalted vegetables, for only €16.90. But I hear the meat is good.

To expensive if u ask me, 43 euros for 2 burgers and 1 fries, 2 cokes, not worth the hype.

This was our first time at Five Guys and we received excellent advice regarding our food selection. It was already a bit late in the evening, which is probably why the tables weren't as fresh as they used to be. The food was delicious, and we'll definitely be back.

For some reason, their buns are raw and soggy and not toasted. If they would toast their buns, they would be so much better.

We went with my family, we bought 3 cheese burgers and 2 fries, unlimited drinks were very cheap, fries and hamburgers were the best chain restaurant food I've ever eaten in my life, the employees were very kind, but the packaging of the things we bought was a little different.

It was good in terms of price and performance, the hamburger meat was good, I had a bacon burger, you can put as many ingredients as you want in the burger. I paid 15.5 euros in total for bacon burger, fries and a drink. A glass is also given for the drink and you have unlimited drink rights.

Burgers, fries, shakes, and soft drinks on the next level! You choose the ingredients yourself, and they're all included, but the base price for the burgers is above average. Everything is freshly prepared, so it can sometimes take a while. The wait is worth it; the taste is fantastic, no ifs or buts. The shakes are among the best you can imagine, and the mix-in possibilities for the soft drinks seem endless. Peanuts to nibble on while you wait are free. Everything tastes great. The only catch: the price is well above average, but the portions are generous and you'll get very filling. Sometimes you wish for smaller portions, which are a bit cheaper. The service is accommodating and will do everything to meet your needs or solve any problems. I'm always happy to go to Five Guys.

The only reason people seem to buy food here is because they either went here for the first time in their life or they have generally no standards whatsoever.

Ordering machines were finally introduced. But: there is screaming when picking up. Partly in German, partly in English))) Five Guys, we're out there in 2025, have you heard of screens and automation? An order takes forever and you end up with a bag where your order is mixed up even though you ordered “food here”. Sad.

We have never had worse burgers than here. The buns are completely soaked, the burgers fall apart instantly, taste bland, the vegetables dry and limp, the patty unidentifiable, part of the chaotic hodgepodge of inner workings. So I don't know what else to say about that. So they're not worth 6-7 €!!!
