Sconsigliato per chi ama mangiare decentemente. La persona alla cassa molto gentile. Però ci viene poi portato un sacchetto con hamburger e hot dog avvolti dentro la carta di alluminio che assorbe e impacca il tutto. Le patatine, un po’ dentro un bicchiere e un po’ mollati dentro il sacchetto come fosse spazzatura. Si fa presente al responsabile il servizio privo di cura e lui dice con l’aria di chi non gliene importa nulla che è così … . Il cibo è da fast food e’ scadente. Però capisco che in Italia abbiamo una cultura del cibo che non ha niente a che vedere con questi livelli … anche il distributore delle bevande miscela bibite tutte annacquate… con una scaricata di ghiaccio non richiesta . Insomma statene alla larga … i bagni almeno erano puliti . Nicht empfehlenswert für Leute, die gerne anständig essen. Die Person an der Kasse war sehr nett. Allerdings wird uns dann eine Tüte mit Hamburgern und Hot Dogs gebracht, eingewickelt in Alufolie, die alles aufnimmt und verpackt. Die Chips, einige in einem Glas und einige in der Tüte gelassen, als wären sie Müll. Der Manager wird auf die nachlässige Bedienung hingewiesen und er sagt mit der Miene von jemandem, dem es egal ist, dass es so ist... Das Essen ist Fast Food und schlecht. Aber ich verstehe, dass wir in Italien eine Esskultur haben, die nichts mit diesen Werten zu tun hat... selbst der Getränkeautomat mixt verwässerte Getränke... mit einem unaufgeforderten Abwurf von Eis. Kurz gesagt, bleiben Sie weg ... zumindest waren die Badezimmer sauber

Five Guys is and remains a top fast food chain. I always expect fries in a bag, anyone who complains about this hasn't understood the concept of Five Guys. Hopefully it will also come to Saxony and spread there, then I would be satisfied and my dream would come true, only love for this chain

So I ordered fries and it was completely burnt. It wasn't tasty at all and it was so expensive for a small fries €5.25. It was just too overpriced and burnt. And even without sauce

In every Five Guys restaurant I've been to so far, the food has been marginally better. Some of the fries were slightly hard and the zero drinks were almost impossible to drink and extremely tasteless.

Leider nicht so gut, viel zu voll und Service war auch nicht ok. Essen ist in Ordnung, jedoch sollte man sich auf Wartezeiten einstellen.

Expensive but okay. The small fries were quite large and well salted. These are then just “placed” in a bag with a cup, which makes the experience quite bizarre. So it's difficult to share. The shakes were fine.

Der Tisch war zum Geburtstag gut eingerichtet und der Service einfach perfekt freundlich. Lecker war es auch - also alles perfekt.

Great sandwich in the center of Berlin

Tasteless food (especially the beef was weak). Tables, seats and floor like cattle. For those prices, they won't even put it on a tray and throw the fries in your bag. Above all, they are proud of the praises on the walls.

Go to Five Guys only if your in London.

Super tasty burgers with a large selection of delicious toppings and really great fries with a drinks machine that mixes flavors into basic drinks. Not cheap but worth it.

I ate the most disgusting burger that I gave 3 bites to and didn’t like it, upon taking it up with the manager that I’m not satisfied with a meal I payed 81euro for she said and I quote „What can I do you ate most of it” she offered me a free milkshake like that’s going to fix anything + it doesn’t matter if I bit it once or two times, the meat was appaling and I was not offered anything in return

Aufmerksames, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr kompetent, die Speisen waren sehr lecker und so zubereitet wie bestellt (Steaks). Gerne jederzeit wieder 👍🏻

The whole FG concert is great for ... FG. If you look closely, you will see how efficiently they cutted all costs, expect prices for customers. No self ordering machines, with such narrow offer no wonder (but no cost for HW and SW and payment terminals), you have to order by counter like in Old days, poor genZ. No Yummy LCD screen offer above stuff, only pure text (again no HW, SW and cost for content) so you have no idea what you get. You get the meal always and only in paper bag (smart, no cost for trays, stuff which needs to collect them, HW for disposing the trays ...). Fries are served in ... paper cups for drinks, (again no extra paper packing) and sometimes even thrown straight into the paper bag. Burgers are served in aluminium foil (no cost for fancy paper packing). On photo is veggie sandwich, which is burgher without meat with plenty of fried onion. But how shall you eat it, when half falls out and there are no forks ... (no cost for wooden cuttlery, so make yourself a McGiver to solve this). And the price of all this is higher then at competitors, where you feel like in restaurant (still taking about fast food style). Meat itself in FG burger was fine, but the rest of burger was ordinary, definitely no heaven in mouth. For the price you pay, compared to what you get, you have to feel like a fool. Thanks, but I am not coming back.

We had a great visit to Five Guys. I have never tried their food before, so i really wanted to try it, since i have heard a lot about it. This is a chain i would love if they would open restaurants in Denmark, i think i wont Be the only one who would love to bite into a juicy Five Guys burger.

I ate here and have to say the burger was good, the fries weren't so good, and a burger, fries and coke for €21 are completely overpriced and not appropriate for a fast food restaurant. Never again 👎🏻

Das Maredo Restaurant am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin überzeugt mit hervorragend zubereitetem Steak, perfekt zusammengestellten Salaten und erfrischendem Bier. Die freundliche und bemühte Bedienung rundet den schönen Besuch ab.

Food is great. Burgers were proper and almost like in the US. Service was good. Place is not inviting or comfy. It's like eating in a noisy bathroom. You'll see :D take food to go if you can.

Although I politely asked security if I could go to the toilet, I was not allowed to do so! Although everyone has the right to freely use a toilet to relieve themselves. This can be derived from Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and Articles 1 and 2 of the Basic Law. And yes, I offered you payment for it!

I love this burgers!!! Tastes so delicious and you can enjoy a very good burger.🍔🍟 the prices are good, and the way that they give you your order is so original. The drinks are refill🥤 and the drink machine hat a lot of options to choose. But the best is their MILKSHAKES 😍 are insane!!

Having visited so many Five Guys, many times, this is the best place for some quick veggie bites. They have a veggie sandwich which has all grilled vegetables with pickle too. Cheese is optional. That coupled with a regular fries makes an excellent meal for two. As usual, they give more fries (literally) per order. Hot and fresh food always. Bonus: peanuts on the house, slightly roasted. Staff was polite.

You can't even compare the food with the one in Alexanderplatz, this one branch is much better and I can say the difference is so much that you can't believe they are part of the same franchise!

I paid 20 euros for a burger with fries and cola at Alexanderplatz. and bought a straw!! But I only got the bill for the straw. I waited 25 minutes for my food, but nothing came!! I spoke to the sellers at some point!! They were also clueless and said I only have a bill with the straw.. 20 euros wasted!!

Food and staff are great. Although price points are high. Atmosphere is terrible.

The employee at the checkout was friendly, the waiting time for the food was extremely long because the employees walked around the restaurant as a group the whole time and took photos of themselves. The food preparation was hectic and the fries were carelessly thrown into the bag. Since the employees preferred to take photos, they didn't notice that the mayo was empty, which is why I had to use ketchup. At first glance it looked clean inside, and the style was also pretty cool. The food tasted good too. I don't think the price/performance is justified either. The food could be a little cheaper or more. It was an experience once, but I don't want to go there again.

I got a burger with some side dishes such as: Onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, etc. I ordered and received a burger with only bread, sauce and meat. When I said that this wasn't my burger and that I wanted a new one or at least my burger, the employees gave me one Bowl where they literally threw the side dishes in, which I then had a salad, the fellow workers handed me the bowl and said I should top the burger myself 😡

Burgers and fries are awesome, ambience so-so. Service OK, but not outstanding either. But Five guys is always good. “Fresh” is the best way to describe the taste of the burger. The milkshake is also amazing, but very expensive.

I love Five Guys, but a drink, a small portion of fries and a cheeseburger for over 20 euros is a bit overpriced. What I like best is the selection of toppings and the different flavors of the soft drinks.

Just an American burger itself. The destructive power of two patties is absolutely fantastic. There are unlimited refills of carbonated drinks, so if two people are going, just ordering one drink is enough. It’s great to be able to choose from a variety of flavors of Cola or Fanta!

First and last time visiting. No info on whats in the burgers, when asked about it I wasent told there would be shrooms and pickles. Mushrooms are ok with me but pickles are not. Why no info before ordering? You can't order menus, just individual items. Burger, fries, drink and a shake went for 30€. Will never return and will also recomend ppl not to go there.

Food is great, as always with you. It's also quick and the staff is friendly. But there is so much dirt lying around outside, it's really unpleasant/disgusting.

Positiv war, dass wir noch einen Tisch im Außenbereich bekommen haben. Wir hatten 4x das Filetsteak bestellt mit entsprechenden Beilagen bestellt. Als das Essen kam, waren die Beilagen falsch und mussten entsprechend getauscht werden. Leider war auch noch immer kein Besteck am Tisch und um so länger wir warten mussten, um so kälter wurde das Fleisch. Der Garpunkt war alles andere als gut. 2x medium-rear war weit drüber, das Mediumsteak hatte den richtigen Garpunkt war aber mit Sehnen durchzogen und das 4 Stk. medium well war in Ordnung. Außer ein flüchtiges "ich sag der Küche Bescheid" kam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für das teure Essen.

Absurdly expensive for what you get. Ordered a single burger for €13.50 (!). No fries or drinks included. That would have cost well over €20 if I had ordered that as well. It then took quite a while before I got my food. There were seven employees standing there, bored. Had to eat it off a napkin on the table. No tray included. I will never go to Five Guys again. This was the first and last time. At other chains you can get drinks and fries for the same price.

American fast food as it should be! Fresh, tasty and in a typical atmosphere. We really liked it!

The worst burger I ever ate in my life

We came here for a spontaneous meal and it was our first time at a chain restaurant. You can watch the food being prepared, which is good. The ordering process was a bit difficult because I actually only wanted a hot dog - and didn't know that the ingredients had to be announced separately... Unfortunately, the generally friendly gentleman at the checkout only spoke very limited German when I took the order The principle cannot be explained to me in a particularly clear way. My wife ordered a sandwich, which surprisingly turned out to be a hamburger. It was hard to figure out why it got its own name as a sandwich. The dishes were freshly made, which resulted in a certain waiting time. Eating the burger was the next challenge because the contents immediately slipped out of the soft bun. Nothing was possible without cutlery or getting your fingers dirty. It will probably be the only visit to a restaurant in this chain.

Far too expensive for what is offered. The citizen was edible but nothing more and far too small for the price. Ordering process cumbersome and confusing. During the ordering process you feel rushed, which makes it impossible to order properly.

Find the prices too expensive for the food. Fries are very tasty and better than all similar competitors from Frittenwerk to Mäckes. Burgers and hot dogs taste good but... because of A bit overpriced given the "put together yourself" stuff.

Insanely too expensive. Only took a burger with bacon, 12.50 euros. Regular Fries ?7.50 euros more. Coca Cola ? 4.10 euros. Burger was big and was ok, but was definitely not worth the price

Wie hatten für Samstag Abend reserviert und waren über den Service und der Qualität des Essen ersetzt. Das Restaurant am Potsdamer Platz ist eine Touristenfalle, extrem teuer für sehr wenig Qualität. Kellner bestätigte uns das viele Sachen bereits fertig geliefert werden. Allgemein hatten wir das Gefühl das keiner wusste was der andere macht. Alles wirkte extrem hektisch. Für das Geld was da verlangt wird viel zu wenig geleistet.

We know Five Guys from the USA. Unfortunately, it cannot be compared to the one in Berlin. You will feel like you are in a cheap spin-off station buffet for a price that does not correspond to it at all. Because you don't even have a table for reasons of sustainability, you don't want to have lunch in this environment.

The burger was superb, as were the milkshakes. A medium order of fries goes further than you think so keep that in mind. Pricey, but one of the best burgers I've had ever, highly recommended. Ensure you order an "all the way" burger for the full experience

Very good burger but quite expensive

We had 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 1 drink and a medium fries. The two of us didn't quite finish our meal. The portions are huge. Drinks and dips can be refilled free of charge. The concept of choosing your own extras is a little overwhelming, but it ensures the perfect burger to suit your taste. The price is totally worth it. All ingredients are fresh!!! No convenience waste like other expensive chains such as Peter or Hans. Of course the ambience isn't great, but you want to eat something quickly and in the end it remains a fast food restaurant. We had our food after 5 minutes and everything was delicious. Clear recommendation!! By the way, the price is €38 for 2 people. A little more expensive than other chains, but fresh, high-quality food costs more.

Delicious burger, definitely worth coming back

The burgers, shakes and also the fries tasted good, there's nothing to complain about. However, I don't think the concept in the restaurant is that good. It's always very loud due to the open kitchen, the order numbers were always called out loudly and the music was set too loud, so you were somehow constantly under acoustic stress. I also disliked the fact that the food, even though it was ordered to eat on site, was wrapped in bags and aluminum foil. This could be solved better; reducing waste would be a good thing. As I said, food was great. But the rest could still be worked on.

I think it's good that there are vegetarian options, e.g. grilled cheese. But somehow the price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Small grilled cheese sandwich and 1 drink >11.60€. Hmmm

Guten Tag, Wir hatten um 17.45 Uhr einen Tisch reserviert. Wir waren pünktlich da. Man bat uns nach einiger Zeit weiterhin am Eingang zu warten. Vor uns war noch eine andere Kundin (einzelne Dame). Nach ca. 10 Minuten sagte ein Kellner er komme gleich. Es passierte wieder NICHTS. Ich ging dann durch dass Restaurant. Der Kellner nahm an einem Tisch Bestellungen auf. Er ignorierte mich. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten dann erneut der Hinweis, dass er (der Kellner) gleich kommen würde. Da reichte es uns und wir verliessen das Restaurant.Wir haben sage und schreibe "0 Minuten am Eingang gestanden. Wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt. Da wir Theaterkarten hatten wurde auch die Zeit knapp. Auf Empfehlung der anderen wartenden Kundin wechselten wir zur Konkurrenz. Dort wurden wir superfreundlich und zuvorkommend begrüsst und bedient. Der gesamte Service dort war hervorragend. Wir sind dermassen enttäuscht von MAREDO, dass wir beschlossen haben den Laden nicht mehr zu betreten. Die ganze Situation war sehr entwürdigend und das Personal sehr von oben herab. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Preisniveau ist doch gestiegen, die MwSt-Reduzierung seinerzeit zwar nicht an die Kunden weitergegeben, die Erhöhung jetzt jedoch schon.

Wir hatten einen Tisch für 4 Personen reserviert und wurden in die dunkelste Ecke verfrachtet. Die Bedienung war bemüht, hat aber aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren die Hälfte der Getränkebestellung vergessen und war dann schwer wieder an den Tisch zu bekommen. Bei Vorspeisen zum Teilen wären kleine Teller angebracht. Die Karte ist mittlerweile recht übersichtlich. Ich vermisse die Boccadillias! Alkoholfreie Getränke waren auch nicht so verfügbar wie auf der Karte steht! Alles in allem ist das MAREDO nicht mehr das, was es mal war.

Burger was very tasty but also absurdly expensive. Cheeseburger, fries, cola for 25 EUR... Fries are not crispy and unseasoned, at least there is as much salt and pepper as you want. Unlimited ketchup/mayo and free refill drinks are also plus points. Ambience rather uncomfortable, loud, bad air and dirty tables.

Small fries for over 5 euros are a real bargain. The fact that you can use ketchup and mayo yourself is not really consistent. The milkshake, which now costs €7, is actually a blast. I have no idea why anyone would buy anything other than a shake here. And I should point out that it's absurd that you have to crack the peanuts yourself.

The burger has good filling, taste is mediocre and it's an expensive place. The french fries are very good, I must say. It is not a place to go regularly, but it can be tried once you arrive.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, glutamate is used for the fries. Nevertheless, they don't really taste well seasoned and are too expensive at >5€. One star for the size of the fries.

Average burger, train station atmosphere, but super tasty pistachio milkshake and nice staff.
