Hands down the best McDonald’s in Europe

We now avoid McDonald's because it's simply a disgrace what you get for your money in an assembled manner. The meat patti is only half as thick. Sauce is barely noticeable. And don't even start with the poor service in many branches. The Big Rösti was really tasty and used to be worth an exception, but even this burger is now a stunted mess...

It was our favorite McDonald's for years, unfortunately the branch is totally filthy! When I asked for a cloth to wipe the table, I was just looked at stupidly! We told the employee outside the door that it was too dirty… what a shame!

German-speaking staff would be recommended, but otherwise great work! Fast and warm food, I speak 5 languages ​​so no problem when ordering. No offense intended

Not a highlight MCD, but I don't expect much from them in general. We were just eating there, my fries were tiny, cold and unsalted. To top it off, my friend was served a BITE hamburger - we've never seen anything like that before and when he tried to complain about it, he was insulted badly by two employees and threatened with being banned from the house. Completely unprofessional and wrong reaction from system gas streams who apparently did their job incorrectly. One of the employees shouted insultingly loudly after us as we left the store with our child. Never again.

Since only guest workers work here, the shop is just dirty, not a clean table, not to mention the kitchen. Where is this supposed to lead?

Ordering was difficult because the staff didn't speak enough German, the cash register was broken, the display showed a different order and an incorrect amount... Tables, entrance and floor extremely dirty, all garbage containers overflowing, food lukewarm and burgers insufficiently topped (onions and cucumbers missing). This branch is not recommended under any circumstances. 👎

I had an order delivered to me today via Wolt. Among other things, 2 double cheeseburgers Both burgers each had a raw patty in between. I am considering suing you because it is harmful to your health. Besides, if it had been on one, it would have been bad, but on both burgers🤮🤮🤮🤮

After unpacking the order, I was shocked to see that one of the patties in the double CheeseBurger was completely raw!!! Danger to life in my eyes under no circumstances ordering or going out to eat, I've tried adding a photo several times, Google flags it straight away... trust me you don't want to eat that.

It was ok, not the best diet but if there is no alternative, that's a solution 😀 that's why only four stars.

Looks great from the outside but inside it's not so great. We had two MC Ribs and a Big Mac. The Mac was OK but the MC ribs had very little onions and a totally watered down sauce (very little of that too). It didn't taste nearly as good as we know it. Even when we complained about the lack of sauce, there was hardly any visible change. Especially since the sales staff was very unfriendly. When I was told that I wanted to complain, I was told...well then they'll do it... Yes.!!! If you don't feel like working, you should stay at home. Service desert Germany

Every time you order from Mcdonalds online the citizens are missing, drinks are sometimes missing and when you take them there it is not recognized.

I have ordered from this one filial couple times and most of them toy from HappyMeal was missing. And in such orders toy is more important to kids than food itself.

I really appreciate this branch. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean, and I would particularly like to highlight the two big twins. I still know her from the old branch on the motorway, before the move, but of course not personally. It feels like they've been here forever. I have no complaints and will always be happy to come back. Keep it up. :)

Food was disgusting. Chips were greasy and had an unusual taste. Coke was flat and no ice.

I've known this McDonald's for years. It has changed a lot for the better. Pleasantly cool, especially in summer. Waiting times only 3 minutes despite rush hour. Food freshly prepared, but still only McDonalds, not a star restaurant. You can also sit comfortably with quiet music playing in the background. Unfortunately, tables are not cleaned regularly enough, but there are so many tables that are still clean. Even table service possible. Ice cream machine even worked. Above average good McDonald's. My recommendation: Use the app, it can save you a lot of money.

My last visit to McDonald’s was disappointing. The music was loud and sometimes stressful, making it hard to listen or have a conversation. Inside it was very cold, with cleanliness needing improvement. The food especially the fries were also underwhelming, served lukewarm and lacking freshness.

Rating for McDonald's Prenzlauer Promenade: This was my third time in the branch on the Prenzlauer Promenade and unfortunately I have to say that I am increasingly disappointed. Every time I go there, the shake machine is supposedly broken - even if I call beforehand to check, no one answers the phone. The answer on site is snippy and rude: "We can't help it is broken." Overall, I find the service to be very unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. Unfortunately, it seems as if the staff is not interested in accommodating customers or offering a solution. What a shame!

This was one of the dirtiest McDonald's branches I have ever been to. As soon as I entered, my shoes stuck to the floor - shortly after it opened in the morning. The tables hadn't been cleaned for a long time either. The highlight was a beetle walking across the dirty and sticky floor. The food was reasonably okay, although it wasn't very appetizing in the surrounding area.

I'm not giving a negative review, but my personal experience with this place was such that unfortunately I can only give it one star. I am very sorry about that..

The meat of BigMac and Double BigMac were very thin and dry. Music was too loud. The cashier didn't understand me and booked way more than we wanted. Many tables were dirty. So we ordered a chocolate caramel milkshake... when we opened it we noticed that it was chocolate instead of chocolate. Vanilie, the good, corpulent lady with short blonde hair down to her chin, denied this! After we tried the shake, lo and behold, it was vanilla! The nice colleague exchanged it without any problems. But the lady was impossible and seemed very unfriendly and annoyed, as if she didn't want to work there!

It couldn't be worse, luckily you can check directly in the parking lot whether all the products you ordered and paid for have been packed. Of course two burgers were missing, well that can happen. Once you unpack it at home you're in a bad mood again, 1/4 of the top patty on the BigMac TS was missing, the tomato was soggy and unfortunately with a stalk. At the Royal TS the Burgerban was charred on the top side, whatever, our last visit for now!
