McDonald's in Berlin

I have ordered from this one filial couple times and most of them toy from HappyMeal was missing. And in such orders toy is more important to kids than food itself.

My son ordered with his friends yesterday on October 18th, 2024 and was disgusted to discover at home that there was a MADE next to the burger. All the buddies immediately threw up. Shame on you, your hygiene leaves a lot to be desired!!!!

The burgers were so dry, I was glad I had ketchup at home! Sorry, but the hint of a slice of cucumber just isn't enough. Too bad about the money.

I really appreciate this branch. The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean, and I would particularly like to highlight the two big twins. I still know her from the old branch on the motorway, before the move, but of course not personally. It feels like they've been here forever. I have no complaints and will always be happy to come back. Keep it up. :)

Mc drive is the last thing, so far it hasn't worked once so that the order is complete or correct. Cold fries. Things on the burger that you leave out. Things are missing or you even get the wrong order.

Food was disgusting. Chips were greasy and had an unusual taste. Coke was flat and no ice.

I've known this McDonald's for years. It has changed a lot for the better. Pleasantly cool, especially in summer. Waiting times only 3 minutes despite rush hour. Food freshly prepared, but still only McDonalds, not a star restaurant. You can also sit comfortably with quiet music playing in the background. Unfortunately, tables are not cleaned regularly enough, but there are so many tables that are still clean. Even table service possible. Ice cream machine even worked. Above average good McDonald's. My recommendation: Use the app, it can save you a lot of money.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff.

My last visit to McDonald’s was disappointing. The music was loud and sometimes stressful, making it hard to listen or have a conversation. Inside it was very cold, with cleanliness needing improvement. The food especially the fries were also underwhelming, served lukewarm and lacking freshness.

Rating for McDonald's Prenzlauer Promenade: This was my third time in the branch on the Prenzlauer Promenade and unfortunately I have to say that I am increasingly disappointed. Every time I go there, the shake machine is supposedly broken - even if I call beforehand to check, no one answers the phone. The answer on site is snippy and rude: "We can't help it is broken." Overall, I find the service to be very unfriendly and not at all customer-oriented. Unfortunately, it seems as if the staff is not interested in accommodating customers or offering a solution. What a shame!

This was one of the dirtiest McDonald's branches I have ever been to. As soon as I entered, my shoes stuck to the floor - shortly after it opened in the morning. The tables hadn't been cleaned for a long time either. The highlight was a beetle walking across the dirty and sticky floor. The food was reasonably okay, although it wasn't very appetizing in the surrounding area.

Definitely no one thought about pedestrians here...

I had ordered a mc Flurry and it was very small. When I asked one of the employees (twin) about it, I was told that it was supposed to be that way.

The meat of BigMac and Double BigMac were very thin and dry. Music was too loud. The cashier didn't understand me and booked way more than we wanted. Many tables were dirty. The floors of many tables were dirty. Toilet was messy, dirty and full of paper towels. It's all very sad...To be fair, I have to say that I've had better experiences with this store in the past. A pity...

Service staff unfortunately a bit unfriendly. The response to a problem is sloppy and the customer is alienated. Next time I will go the 500m further to the competition.

So we ordered a chocolate caramel milkshake... when we opened it we noticed that it was chocolate instead of chocolate. Vanilie, the good, corpulent lady with short blonde hair down to her chin, denied this! After we tried the shake, lo and behold, it was vanilla! The nice colleague exchanged it without any problems. But the lady was impossible and seemed very unfriendly and annoyed, as if she didn't want to work there!

It couldn't be worse, luckily you can check directly in the parking lot whether all the products you ordered and paid for have been packed. Of course two burgers were missing, well that can happen. Once you unpack it at home you're in a bad mood again, 1/4 of the top patty on the BigMac TS was missing, the tomato was soggy and unfortunately with a stalk. At the Royal TS the Burgerban was charred on the top side, whatever, our last visit for now!

I was there on April 20, 2024 after experiencing a hygiene disaster in another McDonald's branch on Hansastraße in Weißensee, so I returned my order and asked for my money back. Here in this branch on the Prenzlauer Promenade I was completely satisfied with my order. by far the most bad mc donalds I had in my life. Even if it is about mc donalds get worse over years they treat their own employees like machines it seems and in Berlin people mostoften clever in being behaving like idiots or work at mc donalds however the burgers are like the french fries. they taste like grandmas shoes. awesome work guys

Ich habe heute mein Lieblingsfrühstück in MC gegessen und das ist "Egg-Muffin". und ich verstehe wirklich nicht, dass der Vorgang mit Brot nicht etwas besser zubereitet und etwas erwärmt werden kann, weil das Brot und der Inhalt darin die gleiche Temperatur haben müssen, und nicht das Brot, das danach auf den Inhalt gelegt wird Gericht. Ich komme das nächste Mal wieder, aber es gibt noch mehr solche MCs in Berlin. und ich weiß, dass es nicht so ist, dass er allein in MC und in Amerika und auf der ganzen Welt gegessen hat. ein wenig liebe zu essen, denn wenn wir in MC l essen, ist es uns egal, ob es gesund ist, wir wollen öl und fett auf brot! und am 20.06. 2023 gegen 14 Uhr war der Cheeseburger zu salzig, von den Beilagen darin war das Salz am stärksten. es ist schon mal passiert. 13.09 MC wurde zu teuer, von billigem Essen für die Armen fing man an, Preise zu machen, als würde man in ein Restaurant gehen, um ein Steak zu essen. Einziges Lob für das MC-Smart-Menü (obwohl es 4,99 statt 5,99 sein sollte). Arbeiter sollten mehr mit Gästen kommunizieren.

So es war jetzt schon das 3. Mal das bei MC Drive Essen gefehlt hat... heute ca. 18.30 Uhr schon wieder... Stellt doch mal endlich deutsche an den Lautsprecher bzw. am Fester...

Es ist jetzt schon das zweite mal das ich Essen zum mitnehmen am DriveIn geholt habe. Die Leute dort scheinen zu denken, dass Autofahrer auf kaltes und lange in der Ablage gelagertes Essen zu stehen scheinen. Absolut eklig

Das Essen war teilweise falsch zusammengestellt, Pommes waren kalt, Personal nicht gerade freundlich und gestresst. Toiletten unsauber, schade.......

Mc Donalds-Filiale, die am Nachmittag gut frequentiert war, Mitarbeiter sind schnell und arbeiten effizient, alles ok, Toiletten sauber

Es ist halt ein Fastfood Restaurant und man darf und kann nun nicht all zuviel erwarten. Preis Leistung ist okay, aber ausbaufähig. In der Vergangenheit waren viele Gerichte besser gemacht.

Bitte schult Eure Mitarbeiter nach. Wenn ich zwei Menüs bestelle und ein Burger fehlt, dann ist das ein No Go. Erst recht, wenn das häufiger passiert. Des Weiteren lässt die Freundlichkeit zuweilen wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Mir viel im Drive Inn der Name des Burgers nicht ein den ich wollte und die Anzeige lieferte keine Auflistung. Auf die bitte hin mir kurz noch etwas Zeit zu geben und ob man die Anzeige entsprechend zur Burgerliste generieren könne, wurde der Mitarbeitende der Filiale wirklich pampig. Ich stand im Drive Inn alleine. Also keine. Druck durch andere wartende. Es macht leider keinen Spaß mehr bei Euch zu bestellen.

Der Laden war sehr dreckig und bei unserer Bestellung fehlten einige Dinge...

Sehr schlechter Franchiser, der es nicht für nötig hält auf Kundenbeschwerden zu reagieren...

Fast Food ist der falsche Begriff. Der Laden ist nicht voll gewesen, man musste am drive in aber über 20 Minuten auf 2 Cheeseburger und 2 Chili Cheeseburger warten. Bedienung war auch nicht wirklich freundlich. Früher hat man da noch ein „Sorry“ oder ein Eis als Entschädigung erhalten. Empfehle diese Niederlassung nur bedingt.
