Every now and then you need this grub.

Gave the wrong things again. Completely wrong kids menu last time and today I got plant based nuggets again instead of spicy nuggets?! I ordered via the app, how can you keep misunderstanding something? Before that I had to wait almost 10 minutes because the employee completely blocked the cash register and 2 other employees had to come and only the last one who came knew how to unlock the cash register again. At least train your employees at the checkout if they don't understand the language. And reading would also be an advantage - you have to hope you get the right one every time. Very unfortunate

According to the receipt I bought 0.5l and get a small 0.25l cup. I could refill. Which means I need a place that I can keep an eye on from the drink dispenser. I find it very inappropriate. Waiting times were okay. People speak little German or English, but the ordering computers make this no problem. However, they are very friendly and helpful. There doesn't seem to be any provision for securing hair or washing hands.

Standard Mac is good, although the toilet is free for customers and there are sockets.

The order was not accepted! We go to Kochlöffel every now and then for the chicken wings, onion rings and fries - among other things. Yesterday my partner wanted to order drinks early in the evening after dinner. The man in service said "later" - nothing came of it. He preferred to go out and smoke with two colleagues, leaving behind a very busy colleague and a colleague who apparently only cared about one station. This was at a time when people were lining up and the team couldn't keep up. We don't know whether the other two colleagues were on duty. But going in and out of the kitchen showed that they must be part of the staff. And they kept the team busy during this time. The fries were spicier.

I often go to different subways, but here the service is really big! The one employee who feels like he's always there is really friendly and happy to give you advice. You get the feeling that he loves his job and the sub tastes twice as good! Keep it up! 👍

I ordered a Double Chicken & Bacon Cheeseburger and received a Classic Chickenburger. The price difference is €6. Unfortunately I noticed this too late and didn't look in the bag either...

After I entered a larger order using the ordering machine, the machine canceled the ordering process at the very end. I should contact the staff.

This branch is special but it's better to have it than to need it!

The Burger King used to be good, but now, like all BKs, it is run down and dirty, with listless, unmotivated staff, poor service and burgers that are so shrink-flatted that they fit into the hollow tooth.
