Please, please, please teach your employees how to use this cool barista machine properly!! 🙏🏻❤️It makes such great coffee! I was lucky enough to work with it myself for a few years... The milk is always so scalding hot that it burns your tongue. That shouldn't happen. The milk shouldn't be overheated, then the foam will be perfect. And: frothing directly in the cup is a no-go!

If the ice cream machine is broken, you should stop selling ice cream too... There were easily 10 complaints about disgusting ice cream that day. Mine turned out creamy.

The app is constantly unavailable here for some reason or other, and it's unclear why. It works perfectly at other branches at the same time. This makes this McColl's very unattractive for us; otherwise, nothing would set this branch apart from others. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

This McDonald's used to be really good, but now it's a disaster. On our second-to-last visit, our order was brought to a different table. When the mistake was noticed, they simply took the cold food and placed it in front of us. When I complained that it was unhygienic, they simply said the other group hadn't touched it. Thanks, thanks. This time we wanted to try again. Instead of a double Bic Mac, they gave us a regular one. The fries were still cold inside and only half-cooked. When we told the employees, all we got was an eye roll, no sorry, nothing. At least they exchanged the burger. It wasn't busy, and the employees weren't stressed. They were simply unmotivated and unfriendly.

Not recommended – absolutely disappointing! We were not at all satisfied with our stay here. It was simply filthy everywhere – inside and out. The restrooms were particularly bad: The men's restrooms had standing water and the smell was unbearable. Hygiene in the restaurant also left a lot to be desired – the tables weren't wiped, there was trash on the floor, and the trash can in the parking lot was completely overflowing. The food was cold and unappetizing – only the egg and bacon muffin was okay. Overall, a very disappointing visit. We definitely won't be back and can't recommend this place to anyone.

Best McDonald’s in Nuremberg – absolutely recommended! This is by far the best McDonald’s in all of Nuremberg! The staff was very friendly and helpful - they helped me with my order with a lot of patience and answered all my questions competently. I particularly appreciate the multilingual service – it makes the visit even more pleasant. My food was also ready super quickly. I can definitely recommend this location – gladly again!

Typical McDonald's restaurant. Standard equipment, unfortunately a lot of the furniture is older but not damaged.

In this branch of all places, the app often still doesn't work, or the self-service terminals don't work. This has been the case for a long time now (over 1.5 years) Nothing will be changed. I asked the employees about it several times, the answer was that they know that but can't change it...???

Clean and cozy restaurant. Friendly staff. When the employee asked if it was tasty, I unfortunately had to say that the burger wasn't tasty. By the way, the fries were very tasty. He apologized and gave us some ice cream. I thought that was really nice.

For the third time in a row something was missing, I didn't get a receipt, I ordered takeaway via the app where of course I didn't get any points in the end, the burger was still partially frozen and I can't check the bag every time to see if everything fits! Coupons for axsxh!!

We had lunch at McDonald’s. The food was brought quickly, which is a positive thing. We didn't look at the upper floor, so we can't say anything about it. The area on the ground floor is relatively small, but sufficient for the purpose. However, a negative impression remained with one request: I wanted to exchange a closed apple juice bottle for water. This request was immediately rejected - apparently by the manager himself. Unfortunately, no reason was explained to me and I'm not sure whether I was even understood correctly. I found this direct rejection without explanation unfriendly and left an unpleasant impression. Overall, the food was okay, but the customer service could definitely be better.

Very nice service! I was here with my girlfriend and asked if I could get a vegetarian Big Rösti Raclette. The boss was with us briefly and asked again. Wasn't an issue at all. Really nice people here :)

It's fast food and everyone probably knows what that means. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that I have never had any quality problems here on Röthensteig. The burgers are always fresh, as are the ingredients and the staff is really friendly. If, for example, a children's birthday is celebrated here, people are prepared to reserve the entire upper area so that the birthday party has enough space and no other guests feel disturbed. You actually get the feeling that you are the center of attention as a guest and that you are not being processed quickly. Really rare for a fast food restaurant.

I wanted to write something positive because usually only negative things are said. Went there today to eat and collect the smurfs. We had ordered 5 and already had 3 duplicates and when I asked if we could exchange them, the nice saleswoman did so immediately. She made the extra effort to look for the right ones based on my list on my cell phone. My son was very happy about it. Thank you again for the very nice lady.

I was there today on a Drive-in at around 11pm. The girl working at that time was absolutly professional and super kind. the way, how she spoke was more for a high end venue restaurant reather then fast food. Definetly made my evening.

Fries cold Didn't get any napkins

Terrible playground, children playing and everyone sitting behind them has started smoking and the adults don't give a damn about small children being there.

It's terrible, terrible when you come with the children and let them blow tobacco smoke while they play or eat. I have to eat while someone sits next to you and smokes next to you. a terrace with a children's slide, not shared by people who smoke and people who do not smoke. I think that such places where there is a place for children's games should simply be designated as non-smoking or the terrace should be divided into two areas.

I chose several sauces to go with the ChickenMcNuggets and didn't get a single one. This happens when 3 people pack the bag together and everyone thought they already had it in. Something urgently needs to be changed in the organization. Otherwise everyone was friendly.

The food was very good and even double packaged to take away, unfortunately they forgot the schocko sauce with the milkshake, which we paid extra for.

It's starting to get rude when you order delivery from McDonald's. In addition to the delivery fee (I'm still getting into it), charging a service fee (?) and now also PayPal fees is starting to be outrageous. The fees will soon be higher than the cost of the burgers.

I can't find any faults regarding this McDonald's restaurant. The orders are fulfilled correctly and the food is even delivered in a warm condition. This is not the case with all McD restaurants.

We were in this establishment on Sunday. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly. The burgers are not very tasty. Well, the kitchens work without gloves (we saw this while waiting for the order).

It was the perfect place to satisfy your great hunger and sit and chat with friends in a relaxed manner. It was quiet upstairs and they brought our food to the table.

I was happy to come here to eat something delicious and drink a good drink. I ordered a McSet - Big Mac, fries and Coca-Cola - which tasted delicious and the drink, which was my favorite, was very refreshing. I think I paid reasonably and you can pay by card. Free parking. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend McSet ;) 5 stars, the highest rating, is adequate for this place.

Leider konnten wir für unsere gewünschte Bestellung lt. Flyer keine Bestellung aufgeben, da wir keine " ÄPP " haben. Dann halt nicht (!) und sobald nicht wieder.

Kaffee und Cappuccino sind hier sehr empfehlenswert und auch die Apfeltasche ist immer sehr gut.

Sehr lange Wartezeit ohne jeglichen Grund

Wird halt doch immer kleiner. Aber das ist noch einer der gepflegtesten, schnellsten und freundlichsten Mc Donalds. Wenn dann hier.

Jeder kennt MacDonalds, ist nicht gut sber auch nicht schlecht

Ich habe am 25.11.23 um ca. 20:00 Uhr Essen zum Abholen bestellt und bin danach heimgefahren um es den Kids zu geben. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass einige Sachen gefehlt haben, sodass ich wieder zum McDonalds gefahren bin. Am Eingang öffnete mir ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter die Tür. Ich bin zur Kasse und habe mein Problem einem weiteren Mitarbeiter geschildert. Jener Herr, der mir die Tür geöffnet hat, lauschte mit und machte es offensichtlich zur Chefsache. Ich fragte den Herren an der Kasse, wer dies sei. "Schichtleiter" wurde mir gesagt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde mir die fehlenden Cheeseburger/Chickenburger gebracht und dazu gab es noch Pommes als "Entschädigung" sowie ein Spielzeug, weil das Essen ja für Kinder gedacht hat. Der nette Schichtleiter hat sich ausführlich bei mir entschuldigt. Sein Engagement war wirklich unglaublich. Ganz großes Kino in Sachen Service und Kundenzufriedenheit.

Ich habe mich in all meinen Jahren hier quer durch viele McDonalds Filialen probiert und hier ist wirklich einfach alles am Besten. Wartezeit, Personal, Design, Hygiene und natürlich das Essen. Da kann selbst die beste Filiale aus Karlsruhe (und erst recht alle anderen in Nürnberg) nicht mithalten

Typischer franchiser mit Standard Qualität. Wäre zwar fast erstickt, aber dafür kann das Restaurant Nix. Es ist sauber und geht relativ fix

Ich komme 1-2 Mal im Monat hierher um zu essen. Die Gerichte schmecken. Die Bedienung ist manchmal etwas überfordert, wenn zu viele Leute da sind. Es kam Mal schon vor, dass man 1 Stunde auf sein essen warten muss oder die Bestellung nicht angekommen ist und man wartet ne Ewigkeit. Aber alles in allen, ist dieser MacDonalds einer der besten in der Stadt.

Nichts besonderes ganz normaler Standard wie man es von der Kette kennt. Außer die Pommes waren eiskalt.

Ich liebe mc donalds finde es nur sehr schade das wenn man online bestellt und sein essen am drive in holt immer was vergessen...mal das Geschenk...mal süss sauer und ketchup

Die Location ist nicht allzu voll, da es ein Obergeschoss gibt. Angemessen warm ist es hier auch. Für Autofahrer ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Einen "Drive-In" gibt es auch. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe.
