McDonald's in Nürnberg

Alles hat gepasst wie immer, Stimme am DriveIn war verständlich und fix ging es auch trotz Sonderwünschen. So wünsche ich mir das. Wir waren relativ spät am Abend da.

An sich war es lecker, aber von einem big tasty bacon erhofft man sich auch entsprechenden Belag. Es war anfangs ein sehr kleines Stück bacon (siehe Bild, rechts) auf dem Burger, es war wirklich sonst nichts mehr da. Meine Beschwerde/ Nachfrage kam in den Ohren vom Chef als eher ungerechtfertigt an und ich hab ,,ausnahmsweise“ noch was bekommen (siehe Bild mittig links im Burger). War leider trotzdem nicht annähernd wie auf dem Foto im System. War ein bisschen traurig, wenn es keinen Bacon mehr gibt bitte rechtzeitig nachbestellen oder im Terminal als ausverkauft eintragen. Das wäre hilfreich

Damentoilette widerlich essen gut

Zunächst möchte ich ein großes Lob aussprechen: Trotz des hohen Besucheraufkommens waren die Toiletten außergewöhnlich sauber – das hätte ich ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet. Sauberkeit ist ein sehr wichtiger Punkt, und hier wurde wirklich hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Besonders positiv fand ich außerdem, dass das Restaurant sehr geräumig, ordentlich und familienfreundlich gestaltet ist. Es gibt einen schönen Spielbereich für Kinder, was heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich bei vielen McDonald’s-Filialen ist. Für Familien ist das ein großer Pluspunkt. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet: Alles wurde frisch, heiß und schnell serviert. Ein großes Kompliment an das gesamte Team sowie an den verantwortlichen Manager für die hervorragende Organisation und den freundlichen Service. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und dieses McDonald’s jedem weiterempfehlen, der Wert auf Sauberkeit, gutes Essen, schnellen Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre für Kinder legt.

Ich hab 20 Minuten auf einen Cheeseburger gewartet

Gerade 2 mal menu bestellt . Der Fahrer war vor Haus tür und dann einfach wieder zurück . MacDonald hat alles storniert ohne Grund und Geld erstattet . Na schön

Freubdliche Mitarbeiter kürzere wartezeiten als üblich im vergleich zu den anderen läden 1- Stern gibt es wegen dem kinderspiel zimmer im 1 og 1 spielzeug funktioniert nicht und die integrierte Kletterwand sollte gereinigt werden

Alles war super! Das Essen war warm, die Atmosphäre angenehm und es gab einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Leider war das Besteck schmutzig und fleckig, daher nur 4 Sterne.

Meiner Meinung nach der beste McDonald in Nürnberg, sehr schneller Service. Ich weiß nicht ob es meine Sache ist oder die vom McDonalds hier aber der Chickenburger war echt nicht gut für mein Bauchgefühl. Ich kann es hier empfehlen aber wenn man sich mit seinem nicht sicher ist sollte man den Chickenburger nicht holen.

Veggie Burger bestellt, Fleisch bekommen. Bei zwei Burgern! Absolutes nogo, heißt hier kann man sich auf nichts verlassen

Großer McDonalds mit viel Platz und Spieleecken für Kinder im Obergeschoss. Ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre und nette Mitarbeiter. Leider nur eine kleine Auswahl beim McCafe ohne Kuchen.

Die McDonald’s-Filiale war ruhig und sauber. Das Personal war aufmerksam und schnell.

Ich hatte ein großartiges Erlebnis in diesem McDonald’s! Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, haben nachgefragt, ob alles schmeckt, und die Atmosphäre war wirklich einladend. Der Kaffee war perfekt heiß, und insgesamt war es eine richtig schöne Erfahrung. Absolut fünf Sterne!

Ich habe lange gewartet bis die Essen angekommen ist, ich habe eine Doppel Cheeseburger bestellt und habe ich 2 Cheeseburger bekommen 🤔Ich habe gefragt zu mit nehmen etwas und würde mir gesagt dass ich selber einpacken muss 😬Eis zu mitnehmen ohne Deckel 🥶die Mitarbeiter und der Chef sind sehr unfreundlich . Hab mir einen Mcsmart Menü bestellt mit einem Doppelcheeseburger und ne Cola und habe einen normalen cheeseburger und ne Eistee bekommen, hab 10 min gewartet auf mein Essen. Es war nichts los beim McDonald’s.

Disaster on a Monday at 6 PM. At the drive-thru, the employee taking orders and ringing up the payment gave the wrong change (10€ too little!). Then we received fries that were anything but cooked through; they were literally raw! So we went and complained. The regular employees were very nice and understanding. What does the manager do? He snatches everything out of the employee's hands at the fryer and insists the fries are cooked. He literally throws the fries meant for me on the tray to the nice employee. I tried to explain to the team leader (manager) that the fries were inedible. No chance. I gave in and left, and my girlfriend and I threw the fries away. Thanks for nothing, McDonald's. Just thanks to the regular, nice staff who have to suffer under this "manager."

It's a good place for a small birthday party; the staff is very friendly. The tables are nicely set, and the birthday child also receives a present.

Very clean establishment, different from other McDonalds

This is truly the best McDonald's in town! The staff is very courteous and patiently helped me with my order using those newfangled kiosks, which I'm not very good with. Another time, I accidentally ordered a vegan organic item, and they pointed it out and changed it so I got a regular one with meat because I explained I was allergic to organic food. I appreciate that you can order something vegan and then get meat, because it's obviously usually a mistake. Keep up the good work! 😄👍

My McWrap contained a large, inappropriate piece of cucumber – absolutely not prepared according to standard. Very disappointing. A little more care in preparation would be appreciated.

Food is pretty great at 12:30 after drinking, although there are rather long waiting times.

A typical McDonald's restaurant with a typical clientele. The team works quickly and the food is as expected.

Breakfast is definitely not as good as it was 15 years ago. The wrap is like a paper plate, and then there's the egg and cheese...yuck! The cappuccino and hot chocolate are good, but breakfast is bad.

I find it inappropriate that when you call to order something, an employee answers, accuses you of making a kind of "prank call", and then simply hangs up!

Well, it's a typical McDonald's. Nothing special. Plenty of parking in front.

I honestly thought I was eating in a train station toilet. The floor was completely sticky, and the toilets were full of urine. I've never experienced a worse McDonald's. Just awful.

The freshest McDonalds burgers I have ever tasted. You cannot find a cleaner or more professional McDonalds in Nürnberg , I know, I tried them all.

The branch is one of the more modern ones. The staff is friendly and orders are usually complete.

It's really disappointing to go to McDonald's, order your food, pay for everything, and then realize at home that something is missing – in my case, the fries. This shouldn't happen. Please make sure your orders are complete, especially for takeout.

A total disaster! When we were there, the staff were completely overwhelmed. If you can't manage normal operations, you shouldn't be accepting additional Lieferando orders. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our food after ordering at the terminal. 🤬

Very veeeeery long waiting times, very crowded, and some of the ordering terminals are broken/not working. On Friday evening, a very nice young man brought the food to the table - praise to him! Otherwise, a typical Mc Donalds.

You order vegan nuggets and get regular ones. When you ask the staff about the incorrect packaging, they repeatedly assured you that they were indeed vegan nuggets, only the packaging was different, as the packaging for vegan products is out of stock. When you get home and try it... it was, of course, clearly meat... It's okay to make a mistake, but lying repeatedly and not admitting it and not correcting the error is a disgrace.

I highly recommend this McDonald's. I usually use the drive-thru and the service there is super fast, so I'm very satisfied. Unfortunately, if you order at the restaurant itself, it takes a very long time to get your order. Despite that, everything is delicious.

Better than the ones in the city with good parking. Food is ofcourse unhealthy like other branches but a good place for coffee and internet or hangout with friends

Hello, I was approached by the light differential, I screwed the cabbage, I called the store at a 45 ° angle, thank you !!!

We were there one weekday evening. It wasn't busy! The tables were dirty, the entire floor was sticky, and you had to clean the chairs before you could sit down. The staff seemed very unmotivated. The fries were soggy and still completely white.

I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin and unfortunately received a Chicken Egg McMuffin. The service wasn't very friendly. The crust was very greasy, which almost caused me to slip. The food itself, however, was very good, as always.

Whatever happened to the term "fast food"? It's not cheap anymore anyway; prices, as usual in restaurants, are now 30-40% more expensive than last year. What's really unacceptable is the wait time at the drive-thru. There are three cars in front of me, and I've been standing here for about 10 minutes. I like freshly cooked food, but I prefer it at home, not at a chain restaurant. Here, I expect my burger and fries to be ready when I pull up. -2* But the worst: They hand me my meal, I check the bag to see if my drink is in it, and before I can say anything, the employee in charge disappears to the back for 3-4 minutes and isn't seen again. From that moment on, others don't bother to use the window either. While I was stuck in the back of the queue after placing my order, I'm now at the front of the queue. -2*

Very, very, very good!!! This is the second time we've had food delivered here via Wolt, and it tastes perfect. Everything was well-filled and fresh. The fries were also very tasty and freshly prepared, hot and crispy, and well-salted without being overly so. The entire meal was very warm, almost piping hot, and the drinks were really cold because they were packaged separately for delivery. We are very satisfied and will order from here again! The delivery itself took less than 20 minutes for both orders. However, I recommend ordering via Wolt, because with Lieferando it can easily take 50 minutes, and I don't know if it will arrive as hot... And even though we're not really McDonald's fans, the food here tastes so good that we'll order again. 😁 I definitely recommend it 💯 I can't say anything about the location because I've only ordered food so far.

Ordered for the third time and picked up via McDrive, and for the third time something was missing. No apology, nothing. The missing burgers are then sold without a receipt, and that's how the employees earn extra money. Always here on Nordring. Please always check your bags and prevent these scams!

The milk is always so scalding hot that it burns your tongue. That shouldn't happen. The milk shouldn't be overheated, then the foam will be perfect. And: frothing directly in the cup is a no-go!

The app is constantly unavailable here for some reason or other, and it's unclear why. It works perfectly at other branches at the same time. This makes this McColl's very unattractive for us; otherwise, nothing would set this branch apart from others. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

If the ice cream machine is broken, you should stop selling ice cream too... There were easily 10 complaints about disgusting ice cream that day. Mine turned out creamy.

This McDonald's used to be really good, but now it's a disaster. On our second-to-last visit, our order was brought to a different table. When the mistake was noticed, they simply took the cold food and placed it in front of us. When I complained that it was unhygienic, they simply said the other group hadn't touched it. Thanks, thanks. This time we wanted to try again. Instead of a double Bic Mac, they gave us a regular one. The fries were still cold inside and only half-cooked. When we told the employees, all we got was an eye roll, no sorry, nothing. At least they exchanged the burger. It wasn't busy, and the employees weren't stressed. They were simply unmotivated and unfriendly.

Not recommended – absolutely disappointing! We were not at all satisfied with our stay here. It was simply filthy everywhere – inside and out. The restrooms were particularly bad: The men's restrooms had standing water and the smell was unbearable. Hygiene in the restaurant also left a lot to be desired – the tables weren't wiped, there was trash on the floor, and the trash can in the parking lot was completely overflowing. The food was cold and unappetizing – only the egg and bacon muffin was okay. Overall, a very disappointing visit. We definitely won't be back and can't recommend this place to anyone.

Best McDonald’s in Nuremberg – absolutely recommended! This is by far the best McDonald’s in all of Nuremberg! The staff was very friendly and helpful - they helped me with my order with a lot of patience and answered all my questions competently. I particularly appreciate the multilingual service – it makes the visit even more pleasant. My food was also ready super quickly. I can definitely recommend this location – gladly again!

We had lunch at McDonald’s. The food was brought quickly, which is a positive thing. We didn't look at the upper floor, so we can't say anything about it. The area on the ground floor is relatively small, but sufficient for the purpose. However, a negative impression remained with one request: I wanted to exchange a closed apple juice bottle for water. This request was immediately rejected - apparently by the manager himself. Unfortunately, no reason was explained to me and I'm not sure whether I was even understood correctly. I found this direct rejection without explanation unfriendly and left an unpleasant impression. Overall, the food was okay, but the customer service could definitely be better.

Very nice service! I was here with my girlfriend and asked if I could get a vegetarian Big Rösti Raclette. The boss was with us briefly and asked again. Wasn't an issue at all. Really nice people here :)

It's fast food and everyone probably knows what that means. Nevertheless, I would like to emphasize that I have never had any quality problems here on Röthensteig. The burgers are always fresh, as are the ingredients and the staff is really friendly. If, for example, a children's birthday is celebrated here, people are prepared to reserve the entire upper area so that the birthday party has enough space and no other guests feel disturbed. You actually get the feeling that you are the center of attention as a guest and that you are not being processed quickly. Really rare for a fast food restaurant.
