My husband ordered the mushroom burger and I ordered a chicken burger. I got a cheeseburger. When politely asked, the burger was accepted without a word and a new burger was prepared. The chicken burger was ready within 2 minutes and was therefore served raw. We finally left and were not said goodbye!!! Thanks but NO thanks

I like eating here. The Döner is really good. The service is also good and the waiting time is not so bad. Finding a parking space is not so easy. If you have luck, then you will find one before the shop.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food or ambience because I called more than an hour after I ordered the food and asked about its whereabouts and then found out that my delivery had probably been canceled by the pizza boys. Curiously, the notification of the cancellation came immediately after I called. I think it's a complete impudence to make someone wait for over an hour, call them on their own and then find out that they don't get anything to eat!

I have no idea about the food because the guy on the phone who waited another hour said he didn't care and canceled the order. I've been getting the message for 20 minutes that it should be there. Impudence cannot be surpassed. Never there again. If I gave 0 stars it would be 0 stars

We went to Dean & David in the City Galerie on a weekday afternoon. My girlfriend can't tolerate a lot of things and so we struggled, but we were surprised by Dean & David. We didn't know that you can see all the allergens and ingredients listed on the touchscreen, which even change if you choose a different constellation. Really great, because you don't need to ask someone behind the counter, it's not reprehensible, you can't remember everything and then you as a customer still don't know. We then ordered and paid on the touchscreen. You can then sit down and the waitress will call you in when the dish in question is ready. I imagine it would be interesting if several people ordered the same thing. :-D It didn't take much time from the order to the delivery. The restaurant has a counter and some tables with chairs. It was little attended. The price is high for the portion, but it also tasted really good. A bottle of water for over 5 euros is not uncommon, but I am much more skeptical about it than more expensive food. Dishes are brought to the cart by the customer. Apparently there were customers who forgot this, but I think they would also forget it at Ikea. ;-) I can't say much about the service as we didn't have much contact. Salt and pepper were at the counter, which I simply took with me. I don't think that was intentional, but no one said anything about it either. Personally, I believe that not every customer understands the star rating on Google, but if you only give one star based on price perception, as happened here, and ignore everything else, it also becomes difficult for others for whom it is not too expensive is. I would like to make a clear recommendation here, especially for allergy sufferers; we will definitely be guests again. You know what you're getting.

The food was good, but we ordered table service but it wasn't served. The staff weren't the best either.

The benchmark is the evaluation of a system restaurant and they do their job well. Reasonable quality and good employees. Tables could be cleaned more often.

Normally open from 8, practically closed at 9:45 on Tuesdays.

There were three of us and we wanted to order number 7 three times with additional coleslaw. When our number was called and I went to the counter, it was explained to me that there was no fork or spoon and therefore unfortunately no salad, I could use a corn on the cob. We canceled and left. I've been a KFC fan service for a long time - but sorry, service is different!

I was there the following day, December 6th, 2024 at 8:30 p.m. with my girlfriend and we wanted to order something to eat, we had 2 small drinks with us and were immediately yelled at instead of the normal request that next time not have any drinks with us. The restaurant doesn't taste recommendable neither and staff very unfriendly and unhygienic.

The sauces were (unfortunately) forgotten again. Otherwise the food was great.

The food here is like any McDonald's. I've always gotten everything I wanted. It's always busy here and you have to wait longer at the terminals to order. A few more terminals were good. You have to wait a bit until the food comes. I don't think the atmosphere is that good. It's very crowded, loud and cold downstairs. It's better upstairs, but not inviting either. The tables are disgusting. It feels like they are never cleaned. To go to the toilet you have to pay extra. I hate that.

Cold kebab with a strange taste. Cool service and high price. Not a good mix.
