We tried the delivery service and were impressed. The pizza tastes really good and the price-performance ratio is great! Delivery is also super fast.

....ordered something through Lieferando, unfortunately there was dressing on the salad that we ordered without. Super friendly on the phone, we had a new one in a short time.....always very satisfied

Best pizza in all of Augsburg, great salads, delivery is always friendly despite being on the 4th floor without an elevator, we have something delivered almost every month and would be happy to continue :) Big praise to the PE team

The offer is advertised everywhere in front of the store: "Pay for one pizza and get two for the price of one." But in the end you pay a whopping 17.90 euros - definitely too expensive for the quality of the pizza. The advertising promise is simply misleading. For a little more money you can get a much better pizza from a real Italian restaurant. In addition, cash payments are not possible. Instead of a solution, the employee just told me to run to the nearest bank and withdraw money - neither an apology nor a small concession. That's not how you treat customers. No recommendation!

I have no idea about the food because the guy on the phone who waited another hour said he didn't care and canceled the order. I've been getting the message for 20 minutes that it should be there. Impudence cannot be surpassed. Never there again. If I gave 0 stars it would be 0 stars

Delivery time quite long today. Changing quality. Unfortunately today the dough was too thick and very dry on the edges. Topping tastes good. Not very Italian. Hopefully a little better next time

I'm actually relatively lazy when it comes to writing reviews, but Pizza Piccante deserves a review today. I moved to Augsburg 16 years ago. With the exception of a few years when I lived outside the delivery area, this pizzeria was always my first choice. Too lazy to cook in the shared apartment in the evening? Spontaneous meeting with hungry friends? Just treat yourself to something delicious? All of these questions actually always had one and the same answer: Pizza Piccante! Sure, the stated delivery time for an online order was never correct, sometimes you had to call back, occasionally one of the extra ingredients (a great selection!) was missing, but overall I've always been satisfied over the years. I still remember my first "steakhouse", at first I was skeptical considering the list of ingredients, could it really be delicious? YES! The steakhouse is damn delicious. And even if this is basically a farewell letter to my first choice pizza service, I still give it 5 stars because the few times I "cheated" on Piccante were always a sobering experience. I had already received one or two "misplaced" ones and had learned over time which extra requests made the pizza structure unstable, but today's (standard pizza + garlic + hot sauce + bacon) unfortunately went completely wrong and my mood is in a state of disarray Cellar. On the phone I was met with understanding and friendly offers of solutions, but not today, sorry Piccante, I'll stop, the time with you was nice!

Maybe the worst pizza in town.....a terrible ready-made dough and the pizza overall just tasteless..... Also too much salt in the dough, so I was thirsty for 3 hours.... Never again.... .

This pizza service sucks. You wait more than 2 hours for your food. Nobody can be reached forever and when someone answers the phone you are shouted at in an incomprehensible language. In the end we just sent the driver away.

The pizza was a complete disappointment. I've never experienced anything so bad.

For me the best pizza service. Always tasty and well topped with quick and friendly delivery.

If it were up to me I would order from them every day, delicious carbonara pizza!!!!
