So last night I ordered pizza, to be honest, I've been feeling really shitty since then. I had a really bad stomach ache and the cheese spaetzle was really not good, it tasted like cream so I wouldn't order it anymore The price is a bit too high for it

Best pizza in all of Augsburg, great salads, delivery is always friendly despite being on the 4th floor without an elevator, we have something delivered almost every month and would be happy to continue :) Big praise to the PE team

I have no idea about the food because the guy on the phone who waited another hour said he didn't care and canceled the order. I've been getting the message for 20 minutes that it should be there. Impudence cannot be surpassed. Never there again. If I gave 0 stars it would be 0 stars

We ordered a family pizza yesterday. This was once again excellent quality for a long time. The pizza was very crispy and was excellently seasoned. She was still very hot despite the route. The delivery service was on time and very friendly. We will order again. Thank you

Food is good, if you order it is best without a drink. Actually always missing

We got a frozen donat that was brought from the store and they charged €3.90 for it. At first the gentleman wanted to negotiate so that I could get a muffin instead of the donat, but I was a little too disgusted because the donat wasn't fresh, so I had to ask for my money back, I very much doubt that this shop meets the hygiene regulations.

The waiting time for the pizza is 2 hours and this is not the first time.

Order never arrived. Called and asked several times and was always told that the driver was on the way, only 15 minutes away. Called again after 2 hours. Says the delivery person gave my order to the wrong customer. The money would be refunded and my order would be delivered again, free of charge as compensation. I'm told 15-20 minutes. I'll wait 50 minutes. Nothing. Order never arrived.

Very bad experience, you'd rather order from a different restaurant, please be careful. You order two pizzas for one, you only get one, you call the man who is so disrespectful and blames it on the customer

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated. Ingredients are not high quality and the fries are unfortunately very soft. But service is great

I ordered pizza from Mama for the second time - this time a pizza and a salad - and was thrilled again! The food was always fresh, hot and tasted great. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the extremely fast delivery. Despite some negative voices I had heard, I can only confirm the opposite from my own experience. Tastes vary, but I recommend everyone to try it out for themselves!
