There was mold in the donut, no accommodation or an apology. Then I was deducted €3 because I bit into a muffin!!! impudence

I ordered there today. I usually buy the calzone pizza there. Unfortunately this time I was very disappointed. The taste was okay as usual but what was wrong with the filling quantity??? The calzone was two thirds occupied, one third was completely empty. There was a real saving on the filling!! It's getting more and more expensive and you get less and less for it... there's no point. I hope this was just a one-off and coincidental. Otherwise that's it for me.
