Simply great for a nice evening with great pizzas, beer and bowling. So you can spend a nice evening listening to rock music.

Bob's is always good, eating with pizza is really good... Here you can play billiards and bowling, music in the background is great :)

No one pays attention to you even though you have a reservation, you order a juice and it comes after more than half an hour 😒

Crazy Bob. The menu, the food, the ambience are simply brilliant. Anyone who isn't into typical mainstream music will enjoy it. Whenever I'm in Augsburg I want to go to Bob's ♥️🤘🍻 Prices are fair and the food is very good.

Serves is great, great food, allows dogs which was a huge plus for me, they even brought a dog water bowl once we sat down without us even asking Great place grat music

Unfortunately, the waitresses very rarely come to take drinks or food. We were a table of 10 people and only 2 meals were brought after an hour of waiting. Despite repeated inquiries, it was only the third time that we were told that the remaining food had not even been included. The other tables were then served first until our orders were taken again. It's a shame because it wasn't the first time, hence the negative review.

Delicious pizzas in and of themselves, but the lunch special (pizza according to the menu + salad) is not available to go. We had to pay extra for the salad and it was suddenly ToGo. Is that how it should be? 😅

Simply iconic and incredibly delicious

Very attentive service, food was good, billiards was ok. You should make a reservation for the weekends, it's pretty much fully booked and if you want to play bowling it's best to go there two weeks in advance. The entrance was a bit confusing, I went in at the Edeka shop and then up, it was well signposted, but the best way to get in is via the terrace, which is on the other side of the building.

We went there spontaneously for dinner (four of us). We were greeted very warmly and, even though we didn't have a reservation, we were immediately seated at a nice table. The service was top. Very quick and accommodating. I think the operations manager? personally asked whether everything tasted good and fit... and it was really very tasty 😋 Despite being visibly busy, our drinks order arrived in no time and we tried almost all of the aperitifs. We'd love to come back ☺️

Waiters sometimes rude Drinks were brought to the wrong table and still charged. Shots were paid for directly and didn't arrive after we had to follow up, the waiters wanted us to pay again for the shots - in the end it was a "mistake" on the part of the waiter as well as many other mistakes that evening. Half the restaurant was empty so it can't be that drinks arrived late or were even brought incorrectly and the customers were blamed for it. It really seemed to me as if the waiters were playing poker with the customers and taking an advantage for themselves Please change this quickly. The food was still great.

Unfortunately, I can't fully understand the hype - maybe I expected too much. But both the burger and the service were missing a lot...

A cool place for an evening with friends, family or the regulars' table. Good food, bowling, darts and billiards. I always enjoy coming here. Improvements: The toilets could be cleaner, the music could be a little quieter. Unsuitable for conversation.

The burgers are great and the place has background music that is totally my style, rock and metal without being too loud or too hard. You can play billiards and bowling on 5 lanes. BOB's is an authority in Augsburg. Here I know what to expect and have always received positive confirmation.

The bowling facility is a bit older and some of the pins that were hit have been set up incorrectly. The food was delicious. The service was very friendly.

As always, the food was extremely tasty! You really can't complain about that. There is still a lot of room for improvement among the service people. One waiter forgot the drinks we ordered, the other waiter picked up the drinks again after another half hour and then we had to wait another 20 minutes for them. During the payment process, the nice lady pocketed a little more tip. Since I had already thought when we left the store that the bill was strangely high for what we had, I did the math again at home and actually we would have paid roughly €68. The actually nice lady asked us €76 and unfortunately didn't list what she had on the bill, clever. With my tip, she has now received almost €15 for free, more than an hourly wage. It's a shame, I come from the service area myself and we are always forced by our boss to list everything again in order to avoid something like that, so I should actually know such tricks but I guess I fell for them.

Great food, friendly staff but unfortunately it is always very crowded. If you prefer something quieter, you should go to another restaurant.

We had a great evening at Bob's Rock & Bowl Hammerschmiede! The bowling was super fun and the food was simply delicious. What was particularly great was that there was a promotion that day where you had the chance to draw a lottery ticket when you ordered a pasta dish. With a bit of luck you could even get the food for free – what a brilliant idea! The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was friendly. Absolutely recommended for a successful evening with friends or family!

When you enter the first place you are mesmerized by the ambience, the music, the decor which is legendary. But when you see the waiters talking down to you and even shouting at you, your mood drops, and with the bowling pros who brought their own bowling ball, you constantly think of a different mood when they stare at you in confusion . My German isn't very good, I've only learned so much in 3 years, but it's a place I'll never come back to.

The food here is good, even if frozen products are sometimes used. The music is rock and metal-oriented. There is bowling, pool billiards, and table football. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, during my visit it seemed like the waiters were a bit overworked or understaffed. As a result, I didn't receive drink refills as regularly as I would have liked. There is a slight deduction for service for this.

Very large, atmospheric and popular restaurant with a bowling alley, dart boards and billiard tables. The atmosphere is country style and rock music is playing. On Saturday the restaurant is very full, but you can still find a few tables, but it is advisable to make a reservation, especially if you want to play bowling. For an evening, with food, drinks, bowling alley and shoes, you spend around €40 - €45 (food and drinks around €25 - €30). The shoes are a little bigger. I therefore recommend taking a size smaller. The food is very good and there is a large selection of different dishes. You can park in the parking lot in front of the entrance.

Food was delicious, unfortunately my chili cheese fries were cold - the cheese sauce was warm. The restaurant inside was also rather cold but pretty cool and comfortably furnished. A great place for a fun evening bowling, playing billiards or darts.

Unfortunately, the bowling alleys are an absolute disaster. I have already played on about 20 different courses. This is uneven and dry like in the Sahara!!! Oiling would be appropriate!!

We were here with the company for the first time today. First play a nice bowling game and then have a delicious meal. Cool atmosphere, nice people. I'll definitely come back there.

On the positive side: Nice service, good food, you can play billiards and bowl cheaply! Drinks and food have a good price-performance ratio! The facility looks really unkempt, see pictures. The bowling alley is really not in a good condition, even though someone supposedly comes to look after it twice a week. I play a lot of bowling, but the lane is shaky and I'm not oiled in the slightest :/ You might think the operator doesn't want to run a bowling alley. Unfortunately the worst in all of Augsburg.

The boys and girls from Bob's always try to make your evening as nice as possible. Marcel is a really cool guy and the girls are super nice too. The store itself is ideal for chilling out with friends or colleagues. Great location, I would love to come back.

Pizza and beer at good prices. Style: Run down (no soap in the toilet, tables crooked and wobbly, cutlery bent) Bowling alleys broken (ball doesn't come in) out of 2 hours we were able to play maybe 1. Compensation: 1 short for those over 18 who do not have to drive. No option not to tip.

I haven't had any complaints there so far but the new burgers are way too expensive, the meat was dry and the quality of the meat leaves a lot to be desired.

First reserve a bowling alley with a seamless transition to dinner. The track was neat, no defects. After bowling, sat down, ordered a burger and quickly went to the toilet to wash your hands after you had the balls in your hand. Before you even got back from the toilet, the food was already on the table. So it went very quickly. Tastes great and is reasonably priced for today's dining out standards. Overall, the waitresses had a lot of work to do (Saturday evening), but they still came to the tables again and again and asked if anything else could be served. Therefore nothing to complain about. For those with bee/wasp allergies, it should be mentioned that there were a lot of wasps in the outdoor area and were always hunting at the tables. It only subsided after dark. Overall great, will definitely come back.

The price of €30-40 per person is because we went bowling for 1½ hours after eating. The burgers were super tasty, the price was completely within the normal range and the atmosphere is always good! Ideal for a relaxed evening with friends and a few rounds of bowling afterwards.

We were booked to go bowling for an hour. We were there 15 minutes before game time. We then had to wait another 10 minutes after the booked time until we could start the game. There were no balls coming back on one lane, so people just took the balls from our lane. Staff then came and sorted out the problem. There was also a “delay” on our track because the cones got so tangled that we had to get the staff after about 5 minutes - the problem was also solved (no time credited) A drink from my companion was accidentally taken away - the staff reacted very friendly and brought a new drink a few minutes later In general, the staff was very nice and helpful, as well as solution-oriented and quick. However, we will not be making another trip there

We reserved a bowling alley and since it needed to be repaired when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours until we could finally play. You could have let us know by phone/email beforehand that it wasn't working. It seemed to us that we had been partially forgotten while waiting for the train because we had to ask ourselves several times what the situation was with the train because no one had told us anything. When we were able to play, our tables were littered with glasses and leftover food from previous guests and we had to clear it away ourselves. They forgot to serve us our drinks and we had to worry about getting them again. The bowling alley broke again while we were playing, which was annoying. And our playing time was reset too early, which made it difficult to determine how long we actually played that evening. We had to contact the staff at least 5-7 times that evening to either ask whether we could still play today or to complain about something, which was very tiring and brought the whole mood down. For all the stress we only got the price of the rental shoes, which was €2.50 per person. I would have liked better service, for our 2 hour wait, that our tables were full of rubbish, we were sometimes forgotten and better compensation. Unfortunately, that was our last visit to Bob's Rock & Bowl

Food is good, drinks too, as long as you are served. This is my third time here and the second time I haven't been served. They are completely overwhelmed

Unfortunately a failure. The bowling is nice and the price is a little better than other companies. We also liked the ambience. That's why 2 stars. Unfortunately, most of the staff were extremely unfriendly to us. While bowling we were treated very unfriendly by two employees. It seemed like they were being intentionally passive aggressive towards us, answering us with things like "now what?!" "What am I supposed to do?" . Then later while we were eating we had a very nice waitress who took our order. Unfortunately, the food came 10 minutes apart, so the pizza was cold by the time the others at the table had their food. It could happen, but it didn't exactly add to the amusement. But what really annoyed us was that the service then switched to the lady who was already unfriendly while bowling. When the burgers came, the sauces we had explicitly ordered and which the first server offered us for free were missing. When one of our group said in German "Excuse me, could I have the sour cream please", she asked in English "What do you want??". Then she turned to a colleague and even though she was standing right next to our table, the waitress said loudly to him, "Yes, he didn't order that, but now he wants sour cream." We then skipped the ketchup, which also didn't come... What's the point of something like that? You don't talk about guests in front of guests and you don't ask them "What do you want?!", especially not in English, just because the person has an accent. In the end, the same friend didn't pack his food, but instead gave him a box so he could do it himself. Kind of weird too and it's usually included in the service. We would definitely have enjoyed our visit if the service had just been normally friendly. Even the incomplete order wouldn't be a problem, but we unanimously found the way we were treated all the time very negative. If we had continued to have the nice service, the evening would probably have been saved, but unfortunately we all left with a negative feeling. P. S. The waitress didn't respond to our "thank you" and "bye".

Beautifully furnished location for bowling and billiards with pleasant music. For me, the bright, American-style atmosphere is definitely more pleasant than the dark, "disco-style" bowling alleys.

A nice, cozy pizzaria. BOB has several restaurants in and around Augsburg. Here with a roof terrace, nice with parasols. Very quiet, no traffic, no noise from the shopping arcade. I paid various offers, including lunch today, pizza, salad and 0.5 drinks for €12.80. What more do you want. Enough staff, everything quick and clean. I will come more often now.

The visit itself lasted about an hour. Unfortunately, the first order right at the beginning was the highlight. Afterwards, even with empty dishes at the table and about 10 waiters walking past the table right in front of the exit, not once was anyone asked whether it was tasty, let alone whether they wanted to order anything else. Only after repeated intensive eye contact did anyone at least respond that they wanted to pay. When, after another 10 minutes, people asked if something was wrong and was politely told that they were completely ignored even though nothing was going on, there was neither an apology nor a goodbye or anything like that. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time that such service was experienced here, but it was definitely the last time. The entire waiter team can learn a lot from the branch on Maxstrasse; as a guest you at least feel like you're in good hands there and you're treated as such. Thanks for the final impression and hopefully the review will at least be taken into account for future guests.

Music a bit very loud. Bowling was good but some old technique and balls. Food was delicious, service took a while even though it wasn't really full.

I went bowling and billiards there with friends. The gaming options are great and the service was generally friendly. However, no one looked after us at all while bowling. When I wanted to order half a liter of table water, they said: “That’s not available here” and I was brought 0.33l of Mozart spring. The food was also disappointing compared to other Bobs, unusually little toppings on the pizzas and way too soft in the middle. I also missed Radio Bobs, instead they played hard core metal for the entire 2.5 hours, which was a bit too much for us “normal people”.

Pizzas were dry and partly burnt, pasta dishes only came when the rest had already finished eating. Reason given by the service: On the weekend there would only be one cook for pasta and you would have to expect delays. So it's better to just order pizza... Prices would generally be okay, but are too expensive for the quality. I can't say anything about bowling and billiards, they were only there to eat There were more and more people and the case above was an isolated case, since then the food and the billiards have always been good. That's why 4 stars :)
