A superbly organized birthday party 🎂 - absolute pros! We celebrated an 18th birthday here with 18 people, and it was perfectly organized from start to finish. We were allowed to decorate a little beforehand, which was super easy. All the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous. The service was fast and professional – especially Didi (I hope that's the right name) was incredibly friendly, attentive, and simply excellent at his job. Awesome service! The food was absolutely delicious – huge kudos to the kitchen! Most importantly: everyone received their food at the same time, which is definitely not a given with such a large group. Fantastic! Bowling, darts, food, drinks – everything ran smoothly and without any chaos. You can tell: professionals work here. A huge thank you to the entire team – keep up the great work and thank you so much for this truly wonderful 18th birthday party!

Solid food and a good rock atmosphere, I can definitely recommend it.

We were here on a Tuesday evening with about 25 people. Ordering was a bit slow, but that was mainly our fault. The service was friendly and good. The food arrived very quickly and was delicious. It was a very nice evening.

Food: The food is okay, but nothing particularly outstanding. The prices are sometimes very high for the quality of the food. Service: The staff is friendly and efficient, which is great! Atmosphere: Quite dark, quite loud. Conversation is only possible with the person next to you, and even then, only by shouting. Restroom: A place of horror. Urine everywhere on the floor, no paper towels, the restroom desperately needs attention. Bowling Alley: A solid bowling alley, a bit dated, but it does the job. The prices are reasonable.

I've been going to BOB's for years. The fact that the staff is often not up to par and, in my opinion, untrained is one thing, but what really gets me angry now is the restaurant's pricing policy. Last November, they presented yet another new menu with new, and unsurprisingly, higher prices. The quality of the pizzas also varies wildly; sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's just a soggy mess with tomato sauce and a few toppings. The pasta is okay, but what's ridiculous is that you have to buy the Parmesan cheese for €1.40 extra. Every Italian restaurant around the corner includes it, and it's always shaved, not grated, for some reason! At those pasta prices, it should be included! The owner can afford to do that; the EDEKA supermarket next door often has special offers. ... And once again regarding pricing: Since we have the VAT reduction on food in restaurants starting this year, which of course isn't being passed on here like in 90% of other establishments, I find it outrageous to raise prices just before the change, when the owner will only have 12% more in their pocket starting January 1st, 2026! Even an unnamed employee told me off the record that she doesn't think it's right! Only the power of fewer customers can change this; everyone can decide for themselves, and I've made up my mind!

The most memorable part of the meal was the bill. Here's a brief explanation. I've been a frequent customer, but today was definitely the last time. The service was acceptable, but the food was abysmal. In a direct comparison between a burger and the Sahara, the burger is the desert. The meat was bone dry, barely any sauce, and the bun was as dry as dust, like the aforementioned desert in a sandstorm. The burger, a meager size, only cost €14.90 for such a lack of quality. The chili cheese fries weren't bad, but half of them were missing the dip. It's worth mentioning that the portion was tiny. I counted a grand total of 14 individual fries, and no, they weren't 20cm long. And yet, the chili cheese fries cost €4.10. But the biggest outrage of all was the side salad. I've had more garnish than salad on my plate at other restaurants for €3.90. The biggest rip-off today, though, was the side salad. Then the server comes to take payment because she's finishing her shift and asks if everything was alright. I say no, and she ignores me. Therefore, that place is no longer an option for me.

I went to Bob's today with my buddy; we always meet there when we see each other. I have to say I was a bit disappointed today. I had a cheeseburger without any sides and a Spezi (a German soft drink), and it cost me €18. The burger was unfortunately dry—the bun, the patty, and there wasn't enough sauce. You've done better before. The server was about to change shifts and seemed a bit stressed. The atmosphere, as always, was very good. My friend had the same experience, plus there was hardly any sauce on his chili cheese fries, and the side salad was quite small. Today, the price/performance ratio just wasn't right.

Dilapidated pool tables where children aren't even allowed to play accompanied by an adult. Exorbitantly expensive, yet utterly disgusting burgers; fries are charged extra. In short: you can find better anywhere. Why he thinks he's so proud remains a mystery.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my displeasure with our visit to your restaurant. We were dining with a couple of friends and were initially greeted warmly. The waiter was attentive and professional. However, the behavior of the young waitress who also served us was completely inappropriate. She referred to my friend – in front of me and all the other guests at our table – as a "bunny." Such a remark is disrespectful, unprofessional, and entirely out of place in a restaurant. We expect professional conduct in a restaurant, not flippant, personal remarks directed at guests. I expect you to take this feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from happening again. Sincerely,

A lovely, cozy pizzeria. BOB has several locations in and around Augsburg. This one has a rooftop terrace, nicely furnished with sun umbrellas. Very quiet, no traffic, no noise from the shopping arcade. They offered various deals, including today's lunch special: pizza, salad, and a 0.5-liter drink for €12.80. What more could you want? Plenty of staff, everything was quick and clean. I'll definitely be coming here more often.

Cool seasonal specials, delicious pizza (although a bit lukewarm and not quite cooked through). The elderflower spritzer is very tasty and not too sweet. The fries are crispy, and the sweet potato fries are also excellent. Cool location, also suitable for large groups. Very friendly staff.

The atmosphere and food are great, but the beer, whether in Oberhausen or Hammerschmiede, is usually much too warm.

Bob's is the oldest of the restaurants. The food is good and the service has improved. Unfortunately, it's always very loud, making conversations difficult.

Unfortunately, we were unlucky enough to arrive at a time when everyone seemed to be celebrating a child's birthday. Unfortunately, there was no buffer time between lane assignments, so there was a lack of playing time at both the beginning and the end. This was made up for with a small discount, but it was still a shame.

We met up with family and friends and had dinner there, then went bowling afterward. It's kid-friendly. Just be careful when washing your hands in the restrooms; you can see each other using the men's and women's sinks.

The pizza tastes good, but recently, if you want to take a slice of pizza with you, you have to pay an extra 50 cents for the box. That's a stupid joke. That's part of the service for me. As a matter of principle, today was the last time I bought anything there, even though it actually tasted good. That's why I'm only giving it two stars.

I went bowling there with my team and then had dinner. Great value for money, great food, great staff. The manager has everything under control; we'll definitely be coming back. 👌

The food was delicious, but it was very busy, so you should definitely make a reservation in advance. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Perfect if you want to play billiards on the side.

The atmosphere here is always very pleasant, whether inside or on the terrace in the summer. There's plenty to do here, including darts, bowling, and billiards. The pizza is always solid, and special requests are readily accommodated. Unfortunately, the bowling lanes are quite outdated, and our score was often off, while the neighboring lane had some issues with the pins. That's a shame for the price. But we'd be happy to come back for outdoor dining!

A really cool place for bowling followed by a cozy meal. We love coming here. All the employees (except for one gentleman) were really nice. At the shoe rental shop, we told them the shoes didn't fit, and one man got very annoyed and made us wait forever to order food. I have no idea what his problem was; maybe he was just having a bad day, which was a shame for us. The girls were very competent and friendly. The food was great, as always :-)

I went bowling there for two hours, and it was really nice. The prices for bowling are completely reasonable. I also had a drink there. The drink was delivered very quickly.

Absolutely. The atmosphere is pleasant because it's very open, and the service is great. The girls constantly come and clean the table, bring drinks, and try to sell you some (😉). The prices aren't cheap, but the time, etc., is fair. That's why I'm giving it 4.5 stars, but that's not what you'd expect here. Hence the 4.

Unfortunately, the service was rude (a young lady). We had to order drinks first and then our food, even though both were served at the same time. They also asked us to take our toddler's own drink away. We've never experienced anything like that before. It was the first and last time for us. Not recommended.

We were there today with our children to celebrate a friend's birthday. The bowling, the ambiance, and the food were all very good. The service, or rather the waitress (a young woman with brown hair) who served us, should definitely reconsider whether she's fit for her job, as she was visibly annoyed when we tried to order food 10 minutes before 4:00 PM, as discussed with the manager. She refused, even when we told her this had been discussed with the manager. Annoyed, she came back some time later and said, "Before you starve to death!" When it came to paying and she was told that one of the burgers didn't match the one she ordered and that she wasn't paying for it (she would have paid for the burger she received anyway), she groaned in annoyance, rolled her eyes and wanted to pay for the incorrect burger. She was told again that she wasn't paying for it. Visibly annoyed, she left without saying a word. They then kindly decided that she would get it for free. In conclusion: The behavior of these employees towards customers is completely unacceptable, because you have spent a lot of money there and wanted to spend a nice day there, but this behavior spoiled your mood and left a bad impression, so that you think twice about coming again.

The food is always great, the music and atmosphere are Bobs-style. The bowling alley is good and the prices are fair.

The pizza here tastes extremely mediocre, and the place is very dated. But Bob Meitinger himself is, of course, particularly unpleasant. He's currently suing the city of Augsburg because he wasn't allowed to build a tent at the Plärrer. He's using the media coverage on Instagram to promote his film. Commerce/capitalism and punk are mutually exclusive anyway. Acting like this is simply embarrassing; it makes the already mediocre food taste less appealing. Edit: Thanks for the compliment, which I unfortunately can't return. Additionally, I recently reported Bob Meitinger, and now the police are investigating; the Augsburg Public Prosecutor's Office has at least already assigned a case number.

There's no need to rate it. Anyone who knows Bob's knows it's good. Almost no staff turnover, consistently excellent food, good value for money, and the best service ever.

The food was okay, but didn't blow me away. The service was okay, but could be much better. Especially when you order more dressing and nothing comes, a salad is left out in the group, etc. Some of the drinks weren't filled to the fill line. So please do something, it can be better.

I was there with the kids, but had to leave right away. The atmosphere isn't nice (dark, demonic). The pictures and symbols on the walls and tables aren't suitable for families at all, let alone children... It's a shame, but I definitely have to cross this place off my list...

Bowling was OK, a bit expensive. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly unfriendly. Even worse: the restroom was extremely dirty with liquid feces. There was no soap. I wanted to wash my hands and asked for soap. However, the lack of soap seemed to have spread some kind of virus to the surfaces in the restaurant. I had diarrhea the next day and for a week afterward. I had a rash for months afterward.

Unfortunately, the fries were cold, but the burgers were okay. I find it terrible that there's no waiting list for the pool tables; you have to constantly be on the lookout for one to even have a chance to play pool for a few hours.

It was my first time, but it was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can't rate the food because it wouldn't be accurate. The dark beer I drank the whole time was cold, and in a good mug.

Bowling was good as always, and the food was good too. One negative thing we noticed was that there's an extra €2 fee for exchanging hot peppers for mild peppers. No extra effort, no extra cost, no sympathy, even if it's "only" €2. Unfortunately, no soap or towels are available in the women's restroom.

I love it, you can eat well there and it is great for birthday parties, even for children's birthdays

It wasn't so great this time. We were there with four people, and first we weren't served, then the ladies didn't bring the wrong burgers as ordered. Finally, we were asked to pay for drinks we didn't have.

I came from Innsbruck to eat, but it was simply fantastic, food like burgers, pizza, etc. was perfect and really good, the atmosphere was great, we'll be back in September, we're already looking forward to it

We picked up pizza, salads, and pizza bread today. The salad was crunchy with dirt, and there were a lot of wilted lettuce leaves. There was very little dressing, about two tablespoons! The pizza was ice cold. It tastes better when you eat inside. I really don't recommend picking it up.

A good location overall, with friendly staff. My John Wayne Burger, combined with sweet potato fries and BBQ dip, tasted very good. Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time to order, and then for the food itself. The music was also turned up way too loud, so you almost had to shout to talk. We had been bowling beforehand, but the lane unfortunately had some defects, which made the experience of playing against your friends quite unsatisfying. When you rolled a spare or a strike, the machine counted the wrong numbers several times, i.e., instead of an X, you rolled a 9. The same thing happened with the spare, and sometimes more pins were set than were actually left after the first roll. We'll see if that gets fixed by next time.

Marcel, the branch manager, is a really nice guy, and Lukas, the bartender, is just a great guy!!! Highly recommended!

Friendly service. Today was my first visit after the renovations. The new seating is beautifully decorated and very bright. The food (pizza 🍕) was excellent as always. Thank you for the wonderful time with you.

I would prefer to give minus stars. Today's visit was an absolute disgrace. We wanted to play pool, but all the tables were full. No problem – we wanted to have a drink in the meantime and told the bar staff that we were waiting for a table. His answer: “You can’t make a reservation.” Okay, we thought, then we'll just wait at the table. As soon as a table became available, we wanted to use it - but suddenly the employee wanted to see our IDs (for whatever reason) and then came back with the statement that the table had been given to others - to people who came AFTER us. Reason: “They had reservations.” I'm sorry, what?! Apparently we're not allowed to make reservations, but others are? What kind of logic is that supposed to be? This just seems arbitrary, unprofessional and extremely customer-unfriendly. One thing is certain for us: never again. You don't have to put up with such disrespectful behavior.

A very nice place with the possibility of playing bowling and a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. Our burgers were served quickly and tasted good, even if they didn't have any particular wow factor. Overall, I can definitely recommend the restaurant – especially in combination with bowling.

A very nicely designed restaurant. I really like the interior design and there is always something new to discover! The waitresses are always friendly and professional, the food tastes heavenly and there really is something for every palate. I've known Bob's since it was just a small bar in the Hammerschmiede, and have seen with my own eyes a success story that is second to none. No wonder how good the food tastes here.

The ambience in the restaurant is great, the quality of the food could be a lot better. You've never had a worse and at the same time more expensive burger including a side dish than there. Nobody at the table was happy with the dry and puny burgers. We had expected so much more from the price but disappointment followed. I had already seen the disappointing pictures online but wanted to see for myself. The bowling alley's technology seems quite outdated but still ok
