We reserved a bowling alley and since it needed to be repaired when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours until we could finally play. You could have let us know by phone/email beforehand that it wasn't working. It seemed to us that we had been partially forgotten while waiting for the train because we had to ask ourselves several times what the situation was with the train because no one had told us anything. When we were able to play, our tables were littered with glasses and leftover food from previous guests and we had to clear it away ourselves. They forgot to serve us our drinks and we had to worry about getting them again. The bowling alley broke again while we were playing, which was annoying. And our playing time was reset too early, which made it difficult to determine how long we actually played that evening. We had to contact the staff at least 5-7 times that evening to either ask whether we could still play today or to complain about something, which was very tiring and brought the whole mood down. For all the stress we only got the price of the rental shoes, which was €2.50 per person. I would have liked better service, for our 2 hour wait, that our tables were full of rubbish, we were sometimes forgotten and better compensation. Unfortunately, that was our last visit to Bob's Rock & Bowl

Food is good, drinks too, as long as you are served. This is my third time here and the second time I haven't been served. They are completely overwhelmed

Unfortunately a failure. The bowling is nice and the price is a little better than other companies. We also liked the ambience. That's why 2 stars. Unfortunately, most of the staff were extremely unfriendly to us. While bowling we were treated very unfriendly by two employees. It seemed like they were being intentionally passive aggressive towards us, answering us with things like "now what?!" "What am I supposed to do?" . Then later while we were eating we had a very nice waitress who took our order. Unfortunately, the food came 10 minutes apart, so the pizza was cold by the time the others at the table had their food. It could happen, but it didn't exactly add to the amusement. But what really annoyed us was that the service then switched to the lady who was already unfriendly while bowling. When the burgers came, the sauces we had explicitly ordered and which the first server offered us for free were missing. When one of our group said in German "Excuse me, could I have the sour cream please", she asked in English "What do you want??". Then she turned to a colleague and even though she was standing right next to our table, the waitress said loudly to him, "Yes, he didn't order that, but now he wants sour cream." We then skipped the ketchup, which also didn't come... What's the point of something like that? You don't talk about guests in front of guests and you don't ask them "What do you want?!", especially not in English, just because the person has an accent. In the end, the same friend didn't pack his food, but instead gave him a box so he could do it himself. Kind of weird too and it's usually included in the service. We would definitely have enjoyed our visit if the service had just been normally friendly. Even the incomplete order wouldn't be a problem, but we unanimously found the way we were treated all the time very negative. If we had continued to have the nice service, the evening would probably have been saved, but unfortunately we all left with a negative feeling. P. S. The waitress didn't respond to our "thank you" and "bye".

The pizza is very good. The staff seems very pleasant. Now there's burgers, I'm really looking forward to it. On weekends you should reserve tables.

Beautifully furnished location for bowling and billiards with pleasant music. For me, the bright, American-style atmosphere is definitely more pleasant than the dark, "disco-style" bowling alleys.

A nice, cozy pizzaria. BOB has several restaurants in and around Augsburg. Here with a roof terrace, nice with parasols. Very quiet, no traffic, no noise from the shopping arcade. I paid various offers, including lunch today, pizza, salad and 0.5 drinks for €12.80. What more do you want. Enough staff, everything quick and clean. I will come more often now.

The visit itself lasted about an hour. Unfortunately, the first order right at the beginning was the highlight. Afterwards, even with empty dishes at the table and about 10 waiters walking past the table right in front of the exit, not once was anyone asked whether it was tasty, let alone whether they wanted to order anything else. Only after repeated intensive eye contact did anyone at least respond that they wanted to pay. When, after another 10 minutes, people asked if something was wrong and was politely told that they were completely ignored even though nothing was going on, there was neither an apology nor a goodbye or anything like that. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time that such service was experienced here, but it was definitely the last time. The entire waiter team can learn a lot from the branch on Maxstrasse; as a guest you at least feel like you're in good hands there and you're treated as such. Thanks for the final impression and hopefully the review will at least be taken into account for future guests.

Music a bit very loud. Bowling was good but some old technique and balls. Food was delicious, service took a while even though it wasn't really full.

Pizzas were dry and partly burnt, pasta dishes only came when the rest had already finished eating. Reason given by the service: On the weekend there would only be one cook for pasta and you would have to expect delays. So it's better to just order pizza... Prices would generally be okay, but are too expensive for the quality. I can't say anything about bowling and billiards, they were only there to eat There were more and more people and the case above was an isolated case, since then the food and the billiards have always been good. That's why 4 stars :)

I went bowling and billiards there with friends. The gaming options are great and the service was generally friendly. However, no one looked after us at all while bowling. When I wanted to order half a liter of table water, they said: “That’s not available here” and I was brought 0.33l of Mozart spring. The food was also disappointing compared to other Bobs, unusually little toppings on the pizzas and way too soft in the middle. I also missed Radio Bobs, instead they played hard core metal for the entire 2.5 hours, which was a bit too much for us “normal people”.

Food and drinks top. We went bowling. The railway does not forgive mistakes. 😆 Atmosphere is great. Super great bar and quick service.

After shopping in the supermarket opposite, I felt like eating a piece of pizza from the stall. Very nice service but major lack of hygiene. First cashed in, sorted the money into the cash register and also re-sorted a stack of €5 notes. Then helped a colleague make a pizza. With courageous reach into the cheese compartment. I thought I wasn't seeing correctly. Well, the pizza is still being baked, but my slice was already ready. Pushed the pizza into the box again with the same hands. For me personally it's a no go. I didn't eat the piece anymore either. I really lost my appetite. Hope it's not even worse in the non-visible areas of the kitchen!

It was our birthday with the whole family. 2 hours including pizza and drinks. The service was super nice, attentive and accommodating. Top advice and fast service. Everything was clean and tidy and we were super satisfied. Highly recommended, especially for birthday celebrations with children!

Cool location with a good bowling alley! We come here regularly to bowl 🎳 The lanes are good, but sometimes several balls get stuck in the back and the system blocks or pins that are actually still standing are not counted. Improvement would be necessary here, hence a star deduction.

Mega friendly staff, good tasty food and cocktails. You can pass your time here and forget how quickly it goes by.

Order tuna pizza with onions. Looked like the tuna had a fight with the onion. Tuna and onions formed a course on the pizza.

Good prices and delicious food.

Ordered pizza bread. After 40 minutes of receiving bread with oil and requesting a pizza with tomato sauce, the waitress became unfriendly and couldn't handle the criticism. I was charged a total of 19 euros. According to the menu, a pizza bread costs 7 euros. Not only was I cheekily charged for the oil bread, the waitress also ripped me off for 5 euros!!!! She then asked how much I would like to tip. Antisocial shop. Talent-free waitress. Ugly atmosphere.

We wouldn't come less just to eat, but it's fun to bowl and have a few drinks. However, prices on weekends are significantly higher than during the week.

Sehr schnell und leckere Pizza.

Pizza bestellt, einfach nur ungenießbar. Alles lieblos auf den Boden geklatscht, teilweise noch roh.Die Salami ist nur noch billig, geschmacklich unmöglich. Früher mal top heute nicht mehr zum empfehlen. Schade ums Geld...

Tausendmal angerufen, wollte vorbestellen, Ist keiner drangegangen.

Die Bedienung kam selten zum Tisch, Bestellung hat sehr lange gedauert (Getränke), Tisch war nass und wurde nur widerwillig trocken gewischt. Essen ist lecker.

An sich ganz gut, wurden dann aber von einer schwarzhaarigen vergrault 🤷🏼‍♂️

Gestern habe ich mich wie in der South Park Folge 1 Dollar Club gefühlt wollte eine pizza zum mitnehmen kaufen und gleich mit karte bezahlen musste dann erst unter beobachtung der bedienung kein trinkgeld geben auf dem kartenlesegerät auswählen was soll denn die drecksscheiße ich gebe gerne trinkgeld aber nur wenn ich irgendwo vor ort esse und wirklich bedient werde man wird hier als kunde mit absicht in eine unangenehme situation katapultiert so dass man am ende aus scham dann doch trinkgeld gibt obwohl man das nicht vorhatte und ganz ehrlich die pizza war mit knappen 10€ eh teuer genug nie wieder das ist asozial

Hey, wenn die Pizza halb verbrannt ist, dann sollte man sie nicht verkaufen. Haben vorhin drei Pizzen zum mitnehmen gehabt und eine davon war pechschwarz.

Ort und Lokation nicht schlecht. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Mit mehr Servicegedanke könnte man mehr aus dem Laden rausholen. Ich werde es mal die nächste Zeit auslassen.

Bob's Coffee ist ein schöner, großer Laden aus der Bob's-Kette. Preislich fair, gute Atmosphäre, aber ziemlich laut. Die Öffnungszeiten bei Google sind aber falsch hinterlegt. Der Laden hat deutlich länger auf, als nur bis 22 Uhr.

Heute 30 Minuten auf der Terrasse gesessen ohne bedient zu werden! 3 mal sind die Pizzabäcker vorbei gelaufen, einer anderer Bobs Mitarbeiter kam mit einen Bobs Auto an ist rein und noch ein anderer der aussah wie das er zum Personal gehört! Es hat keinen interessiert dass da Kundschaft sitzt! Da ich zur Zeit mit Krüggen laufe bin ich nicht rein sondern sauer wieder weggehumpelt!

Schönes Ambiente nette und schnelle Bedienung

Wenn man dort isst, sind die Pizzen ein Traum. Groß, weich und knusprig und hält ewig warm. Wenn man eine mit nach Hause nimmt, ist sie plötzlich winzig, hart und kalt nach 4 min. Wieso ist das so?🤔

Wollten Fußball schauen und uns dabei eine Pizza gönnen. Leider hat die Übertragung sehr spät angefangen. Das Ganze läuft über eine Leinwand. Qualität ist ok. Allerdings ist der Lärmpegel sehr hoch dadurch dass halt auch Bowling gespielt wird. Allgemein sagt das Personal nichts wenn größere Mengen betrunken rumgrölen. Wir empfanden es als störend. Wäre wünschenswert wenn auf ein gewisses Niveau geachtet wird. Die Pizza Auswahl ist groß und die hat auch echt gut geschmeckt! Getränke Auswahl bescheiden es gibt keine Originale Cola sondern nur Afri Cola. Fazit essen top aber wir sind vor dem Spiel dann doch lieber Nachhause gegangen.

Alles Gut. Nette Bedienstete, schnelle Bedienung, alles sauber und gute Aussicht. Lediglich die vielgelobten Pinsen waren nur mit zusätzlich Salz und Pfeffer Geschmacklich bemerkbar. Da bin ich lieber im Bobs in Haunstetten und genieße Pizza oder Elefantenohr ... ohne Aussicht ... dafür mit Rockmusik 👍

Sehr lecker. In der Mittagspause gegessen. Alles ging zügig.

Pizza ist gut. Aber die Dame an der Bar ist so was von unfreundlich, dass es auch egal ist wie es schmeckt. Für mich das erste und letzte mal!!!

Sehr enttäuscht. Die service Kräfte sind eine Katastrophe. Wir waren 5 Freunde und haben alle pizza bestellt. Als die pizza kam Fragen wir die Kellnerin nach ein bisschen scharfes Olivenöl. Die Kellnerin bringt uns so Tisch eine Flasche und wir gehen einfach davon aus das scharfes Olivenöl ist und machen wir auf die pizzas drauf. Wir mussten alle 5 pizzas weg schmeißen und neue bestellen weil alle pizzas waren versäumt von dieses extreme scharfes zeug. Die Kellnerin sollte der Kunde darüber informieren wenn sie etwas anderes am Tisch bringt besonders wenn das so extrem scharf ist. Wir mussten alle 10 pizzas bezahlen obwohl das nicht unsere Schuld war, das ist eine Unverschämtheit. Wir werden der Laden nie wieder betreten.

Essen Schmeckt und der ist auch schnell zubereitet kann man sich nicht drüber beschweren, aber die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Bestellen sind unfreundlich.

Ganz schlechter Service nie wieder. Wir haben zu unsere Pizza Schafe Olivenöl bestellt und die Kellnerin bringt uns einfach OHNE Bescheid zu sagen eine extra scharfes Flüssigkeit due unsere Pizza versäumt hat.... wir mussten die Pizza nochmal bestellen und auch doppelt bezahlen nur weil die schlechte Kellner sein Job nicht gemacht hat.... finde ich eine Unverschämtheit und wir werden der Laden nie wieder besuchen und wenn möglich immer schlecht darüber sprechen.

Pizza war lecker , hat mit dem Abholen gut funktioniert.

Gute Pizzen und schneller Service. Besonders cool ist es, das man dort eine Kindergeburtstagsparty inklusive Bowling für super fairen Preis durchführen kann. Die Kinder hatten Spaß und die Erwachsenen konnten entspannt zusehen;-)

Wir wollten kurz mit Kleinkind eine Kleinigkeit essen. Schade das es kein Kinderstuhl gab oder angeboten wurde, so daß wir ohne Bestellung wieder gegangen sind. Da ich kein italienisch kann, vermute ich das es keine netten Worte waren die uns beim Verlassen zu Gehör kamen. Dienstleistungen sehen für mich anders aus. BOB's Caffe in Augsburg.

Bestellung zum Mitnehmen aufgegeben, Bedienung war unfreundlich und hat mich draußen warten lassen. Die Gerichte unterscheiden sich sowohl vom Geschmack als auch von der Zubereitung wenn man vor Ort isst.

Das Pils aus der Fladche schmeckt sehr gut

Wer zu Bobs geht weiß warum er es tut, weil man dort Spaß hat, man sich wohlfühlt und es einem schmeckt. Nicht gediegen eher Rock'n'Roll. Bobs bleibt wie ihr seid! Ach ja, Billiard und Kicker und ne gute Bar gibt es natürlich auch noch 👍

Wir haben einen sehr gemütlichen Abend auf der Terrasse verbracht. Das Essen kam schnell und war sehr lecker. Die Bedienungen sind freundlich, schnell und umsichtig. Ganz sicher sind wir bald wieder mal in Bob's Coffee. Danke für den schönen Abend und weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Z tego co mi wiadomo i poparłem to wiedzą praktyczna to osobiście uważam że Bobs serwuje najlepszą pizzę jaką udało mi się zjeść w Augsburg. F Fajnym dodatkiem jest "Teufel Zeug" coś dla miłośników pikantnych dodatków. Prócz tego bilard, kręgle, rzutki, pizza, pasta, makarony, bagietki ;) jak dla mnie wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Miła i serdeczna obsługa, która mówi po angielsku. Pozdrawiam

Einfach lecker essen bei Bob's. - im Sommer wie im Winter- Großer gemütlicher Innen - und Aussenbereich. Gute Auswahl an Getränken, Speisen und vieles mehr...... Eins der erfolgreichsten Lokale in Augsburg und das spricht für sich. Probiert es aus!

Bobs in der Hammerschmiede ist immer wieder ein angenehmes Erlebnis. Das Essen ist gut und reichlich, der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Terrasse lädt immer wieder zum verweilen ein und es geht meistens ein kleines Lüftchen,was bei heißen Temperaturen angenehm ist.

Schlechteste Pizza ever! Wir haben 3 Pizzen geholt und die waren alle am Boden schwarz verbrannt, eine mit zusätzlich Zwiebeln, die waren fast roh, in der Mitte waren alle 3 noch Teigig und geschmeckt haben sie nach nix. Wir haben dort vor Corona schon im Lokal gegessen, da war die Pizza sehr gut, aber sowas ist mir noch nicht passiert, keiner hat seine Pizza ganz aufgegessen...

old Western style - Einrichtung, mega freundliches Personal und Pizza, etc. sind geschmacklich Oberklasse zum kleinen Preis.

Pizza schmeckt gut soweit. Natürlich schon bessere gegessen aber zum gemütlichen Beisammen sein wunderbar. Kann man lecker essen, gut trinken und location ist ziemlich cool. Komme gerne wieder

Angenehme Atmosphäre... Leckere Gerichte von Pizza bis Nudelgerichte... Parkplätze vor der Türe... Bowlingbahn... alles prima zum Entspannen... 👍🤗

Einfach mal ungezwungen lecker Essen. Abends bowlen oder Pool, ganz wie früher. Solche Lokale sind selten geworden.

Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht, die Personal sind sehr unhöflich und respektlos. Ich würde niemals mehr dort gehen.

Bobs mach echt gute Pizzen und das Preisleistubgsverhältniss passt auch. Die Bedienung mit den roten Haaren die am Dienstag den 23.6. Mittags unten bedient hat war unter aller Sau. Ich habe noch nie eine so unfreundliche Bedienung erlebt. Bobs is geil nur die Bedingungen war schlecht

Ich bin Bob's Fan! Heute hatte ich allerdings 'Käsespätzle', die haben den Namen nicht verdient...Spätzle mit Sahnesoße und gekauften Röstzwiebeln...des war nix...schade!

Wir waren heute direkt nach der Wieder Eröffnung nach der Corona Sperrung . Und die Pizzen waren wie immer Super lecker. Das Personal war gut drauf und nehmen die Masenpflicht mit Humor👍

Mega leckeres Essen. Von Nudelgerichte bis Pizza schmeckt alles sehr gut. Rustikales Ambiente, und viele Möglichkeiten die Zeit zu vertreiben. Bowling, Billiard,... Sehr schön!
