By far the worst branch in the area. When you order at the McDrive, there's almost always something wrong in the bag, or something missing. The fries are often soggy, lukewarm, and taste kind of old. Furthermore, the lady at the McDrive window isn't friendly. You feel like your visit is a burden to her. We've been there several times now, and it's almost always the same. We won't be going to this branch again.

Workers make burgers without gloves. The service is very slow. The workers are not professional at all. Everything looks very dirty. This is not normal at all for a restaurant like McDonald's.

Just terrible, they give you what you didn't order and you insist you ordered wrong. What's more, it's brutally expensive, has what I consider to be a terrible taste and the employee at the checkout behaves angrily when you realize that what you've been given isn't what you ordered and you've paid twice as much for it. I don't think he understands a single word of German. Hygiene is then a taboo. I don't recommend it at all, and I'm even more surprised that it's still open.

Employee in Feuchtwangen Hilpertsweiler formally threatened customers. The man with the long black hair, from the looks of it, was probably the head of the department.
