Good kebabs, homemade pancake, the owners are nice

I am deeply disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. We were a group of 20 people, but the restaurant was only prepared for 15 guests. This is a clear indication of poor organization. To my dismay, my order took an incredible 3 hours, which is completely unacceptable. Ultimately I was so annoyed that I canceled my order as they didn't even manage to bring me a simple drink like Ayran in that time. The service staff was overwhelmed, the wait times were outrageously long, and the entire experience was less than satisfactory. This standard is simply unacceptable for a restaurant and I would definitely never go here again. Absolutely not recommended!

Got the city menu which had a Bratwurst and a generous portion of fries. The brat was delicious and the fries were perfectly cooked and salted.

When I tell you that everything is just ONE STAR, BELIEVE IT. I've been to this kebab shop twice and never again. A friend said the kebab tasted okay, so we went there. The kebab tastes okay, but somehow strange. Still, after a few days I got sick and wondered why. The kebab man or whatever you call him smokes and doesn't use gloves while he tops the kebab. He seems to be quite mentally retarded. If you wish him a nice day, he just looks at you stupidly with his Shrek face. The kebab man is absolutely disrespectful and shows hardly any interest. And now about the ambience: Everything is full of dust and dirty. I once even saw a rat in the toilet that just flew down the door. Absolute disgrace, this kebab shop is brutally dirty. The 5-star people have probably never eaten a real kebab before. The 5 stars that people give are rubbish and can simply be ignored. It's better to look at such 1 star reviews and check whether it really is as the 1 star reviews describe it. I'm telling you the 100% truth, as much as I'm still alive here. This kebab shop is absolute rubbish, and most of the 1-star reviews are right, but in the future just look at the 1-star reviews and check whether that's really true or not. But in this case it is 100% true.

Here you can find the absolute best kebab in Ulm! Everything is homemade and prepared with love, even though the shop is very small.

Service and price/performance ratio poor

The kebab was excellent and plentiful. €7 more wouldn't have fit in. Drinks were a bit pricey, and there was no deposit refund, which was a bit annoying.

By far the best kebab in the area!! The staff are always very friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious! I can only recommend it :) I'll always come back!
