It tastes like any Subway, that's how it should be Service is nice, others here complain about smoking and hygiene, but with gloves it's not a problem. Unfortunately, not all breads are available, but they almost all taste the same anyway. There is WiFi and good seating there, a bit cold and drafty in winter due to the S-Bahn, but even more pleasant in summer. Vouchers are accepted 👍🏻

Recommendation? Not really. The employees speak too quietly and hardly any German. The subs adjust to inflation. More bread less content. That seems to be the motto. It seems that you are better off at the kebab shop or the cooking spoon next door.

Can't agree with the previous speakers at all. My Sub 30 was bulging. Unfortunately my 'no onions please' request was not heard. Otherwise everything was great.

I've given the subway in Neckarau several chances now and unfortunately I have to say I'd rather drive 10 minutes longer to Hockenheim The orders are not understood / or you get the wrong one or ingredients are simply forgotten even though they are on the counter and people plead that the staff is right - the customer is NOT king You can tell from the staff that they don't enjoy their job And some dishes are not prepared even though the ingredients are visibly there I'm really sorry but I recommend everyone to go to Hockenheim because the food is fun too

Catastrophe since the renovation. Too few employees who can't really keep up with the orders. Also takes much longer due to the terminals

A rip-off: The app states that the restaurant is one of the participating locations offering a deal. However, this was refused at the checkout with the reason: “The boss said we wouldn’t do that.”

The new woman was very unfriendly. She sent us out (yes, sent us out, not asked us out!) without giving a real reason, and she spoke in a very unfriendly and disrespectful manner! That's just not acceptable! We didn't even get in properly! Supposedly, there were too many customers, but everyone who lives in Cuxhaven knows that the subway is full of customers between 1 and 2 p.m., but there were only two girls there, and two of them had already paid. Such unfriendly staff is just not acceptable, even if you're having a bad day, you shouldn't take it out on the customers!

I can only confirm. Very tasty and better than the Subways I knew. The lovely waitress was very accommodating and immediately responded to all my requests. Absolutely recommended, 6 stars👍🏼👌🏼

Fries were old and soft and lukewarm… rude saleswoman, said they were the last ones… great justification for such poor goods… never here again

I can't really understand the bad reviews. Is one of the really good subways. It is and remains a subway. There is plenty of space, the service is nice and polite. If you want a sub, this is a good place 👍🏽

Bread was soft like untoasted bread, portion too small and an unfriendly employee. No recommendation to eat here!

Disgraceful employees. I ordered food at 5 p.m. on Lieferando and it said it was ready at 5:45 p.m. I had to wait another 30 minutes in the store until my food was ready. No understanding! The shop was empty!
