Card payment does not work for home delivery (although this
specified as payment method).
Received the wrong pizza size today and was given a small pizza as compensation (according to the employee this was supposed to happen in half an hour), but it only arrived after 1.5 hours. That was the last time I ordered anything from this branch!
Opening times are incorrect and those posted on the door are not adhered to. It seems like the store is closed or if it is still open you can't rely on the opening times
Fried noodles with pork were served which were simply cold. After a complaint, the dish was served hot. The taste of the dish was not convincing at all. The noodles and the meat were absolutely tasteless. Where are the spices and different sauces? And who is cooking here? Can someone else do this?
Unfortunately I have to say that I would have liked to give zero stars for the food.
The service was ok because the complaint was processed and served quickly.
Of the four meals ordered, one is announced for a moment later, but no longer comes to the table. Service staff are happy about bad reviews because the bosses don't care about their opinion.
I was there on Tuesday, April 22nd, and I have to say, it was a real treat. The two ladies at the front counter had their hands full. I personally noticed "the old lady with the glasses." Awesome. I had a great conversation. She was simply brilliant. She "ran the place" with her witty remarks.
As a customer, I thought it was fantastic. I've rarely seen such friendly staff.
Ordered products were freshly prepared, which isn't something you'd expect in every bakery.
It's a shame. As a regular customer, I was immediately fobbed off and given the standard response that they don't deliver to any other address because they had a bad experience.
I'm sorry, but that's completely unacceptable. As a new customer, I fully understand this statement, but it doesn't belong to customers who have always had a great experience.
