Was constantly put off with: “I’ll be there in 5 minutes”. Never again, not recommended.

The last six months have been terrible service. First, they brought me a dented pizza and did not put the signature sauce on it. I decided to give it a second chance: they put salami in my chicken bacon ranch bird. They also forgot my separately ordered sauce. I decided to give this branch a third chance and this time control everything. The pizza was ok, they included free sauce, but it was clearly kept in the wrong conditions: all the oil floats on the surface, the taste is disgusting. The separately ordered sauce was mixed up and Papa Johns Knoblauch Butter was put together with Knoblauchsauce. I won't order from here again and I don't recommend it.

Ordered a snack box for €15.99. According to the description there should be 6x chicken wings. But we got CHICKEN NUGGETS instead. Instead of garlic sauce we got garlic butter. Well, it can happen, but it shouldn't. But now comes the kicker: the pizza rolls were still RAW. It seems to me as if the employees and the branch management don't want to do their job, which is at the expense of the customers' health. The public order office should take a look here.

What happened to PJ? The pizzas are getting fewer and fewer fillings, the free sauce and pepperoni are simply missing. The last time I ordered, the pizza was raw (see photo) and the Italian crust for €1 extra wasn't delivered either. Instead, the area for free. But here it comes: After 10 calls to the Mühlweg branch (the hotline no longer exists), no one answered and not even an email to the head office was answered. So I was left with this raw pizza and had to order from Dominos. The fact that you can no longer complain about this lousy service is the last straw. That's just cheeky and bold. For me that was it with Uno/Papa ​​John's. "I've finished.".

I noticed some time ago that there was apparently a change in management and new employees were being hired. I think this was an absolute mistake. After the second time I didn't get my delivery at all. After having to call three times to even begin processing my order. After waiting, I'm not entirely sure, 2-3 times for over 2 hours for cold food. After my order today, which arrived warm and quite quickly, items arrived three times that had the wrong ingredients or even no ingredients (pizza rolls, therefore lumps of dough), I had the food returned today and asked for my money back. I mainly always order the roll box with 3 × the hot rolls – jalapenios, salami, cheese. And a Papadias – tomato sauce, chicken fillet, green peppers, jalapenios and cheese. Same order today with 2 curry dip and 1 ranch dip. In the pictures you can see what was delivered. When I called, the person on the phone was pretty calm and I explained that I was just angry now. I noticed that they were new employees, mostly foreigners (I'm a foreigner myself, so save the comments), and based on that I overlooked most of it because everyone deserves a chance and I welcome it when they work . But with today's order it was just enough. My pizza roll had peppers instead of jalapenios, exactly the same at Papadias. It didn't really look appetizing and the sauces were, well. He said he couldn't do anything on it that wasn't there. Jalapenios won't be back until tonight so I can order again. When I said that this was not my responsibility and that they simply couldn't offer it online, he said: He would send his driver back with the money. He is sorry and I can eat the food for free. Money came back, food went back, long-time customer lost. My online access was immediately deleted. Good luck to you in the future. P. S. If something is not available and it takes significantly longer, then you call the end user and let them know, giving them the opportunity to decide whether this is what they want! I ordered pizza by phone today at 3 p.m. for 5:30 p.m.,,,,, no confirmation of the order,,,, no delivery!!!! It's very strange,,,, the company probably doesn't need any customers,,,, I definitely won't order from them again and wouldn't recommend them!!!

This time there were a whopping 8 garlic dips to go with the pizza rolls that were ordered, which were not ordered and the taste was simply unreasonable. No trace of the selected dips. Otherwise, something from the order is often mixed up or forgotten. Coupled with the waiting time of usually >1 hour and ignoring the delivery instructions provided (don't ring the bell), this was definitely my last order here.

Super nice person behind the counter! He probably had to work there alone at 10:30 p.m. and still brought my order to the shop door with joy and a smile. I had to wait a few minutes for the order and stood outside.

The worst pizza I've ever eaten... arrived almost cold and don't even get me started on the delivery service. The driver couldn't find our street and when I called I was portrayed as a liar. Ich hatte hier eine Pizza bestellt die mir mit der falschen Soße geliefert wurde, gut das kann Mal passieren, also hab ich eine E-Mail geschrieben und wenige Tage später eine Entschuldigung sowie einen Gutschein Code für meine Unannehmlichkeiten erhalten. Also dachte ich mir ich geb dem ganzen noch eine Chance und bestellte ein paar Wochen wieder schließlich hab ich ja einen Gutschein 😂😂 dieser ließ sich aber nicht einlösen, nicht bei Lieferando nicht auf der Homepage und auch nicht nachdem ich mir ein Benutzerkonto angelegt habe... Egal ich hatte Hunger also hab ich trotzdem bestellt nur um nach Lieferung festezustellen das die Pizza ohne den 3€ teuren Käse-Rand geliefert wurde. Danke für nichts hier bestell ich nicht noch einmal Einen Stern geb ich trotzdem für den sehr netten Lieferanten.

War schmutzig. Pizza müssten Sie nochmals erstellen, weil Oliven drauf waren, obwohl diese ausgeschlossen wurden. Insgesamt müsste ich für kleine Pizza 33 Minuten warten. Bin enttäuscht von dieser Filiale. Geschmack Technisch war ok.

Essen kam zu spät, war dementsprechend kalt und die Bestellung nicht komplett. Der Fahrer war weg bevor man überhaupt gucken konnte ob alles da ist. Dennoch war das Essen lecker, Schade das der Service nicht so gut ist.

Ich bestelle immer bei papa john's alias uno, weil mir die Pizzen dort am besten schmecken. Gestern abend 21 Uhr über Lieferando bestellt und 23:18 Uhr das Essen erhalten. Sowas ist mir noch nicht passiert, fast 2 einhalb Stunden aufs Essen zu warten (ankündigung Lieferzeit 30-55 min.) Zumal ich nach anderthalb Stunden selbst Nachfragte wo das Essen bleibt. Kann man nicht selbst die Kunden informieren und oder dem Kunden eine kleine Entschädigung geben (sei es ein Eis oder eine Gutschrift?!).

Für eine Kette gar nicht so schlecht wobei es mir unklar blieb ob es eher amerikanisch oder Italienisch sein möchte. Telefonische Bestellung und Abholung haben reibungslos funktioniert. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und gut gelaunt trotz der enormen Hitze an dem Tag.

Die Pizzen waren gut und es kam, wie in der Mail angekündigt. Aber leider kamen nicht die bestellten Eis an. Und die sind ja nicht grad günstig. Es wurden völlig andere Sorten geliefert. Das war echt unschön. Ich bestelle nicht mehr dort. Dafür gibt es viele andere Anbieter.

Pizza ist gut, aber leider nicht billig

NEU Leckeres Essen, preislich nicht die günstigste aber es lohnt sich. Personal sehr freundlich . Einzige Beanstandung ....in manchen Liefergebieten funktioniert die Kartenzahlung nicht. Personal ist aber bemüht eine Lösung zu finden, falls kein Bargeld vorhanden ist. Essen war 30min nach Bestellung da👍

Zwei Sterne weil es Leuten schmecken könnte. Die pizza ist.. okay. Allerdings wird sie zunehmend süßer beim Essen, als wäre Süßstoff in der Tomatensoße. Und die kostenlose Knoblauchcreme wurde von sieben Leuten einstimmig als eklig bewertet. Wenn man dem Kunden ein Geschenk ankündigt sollte es nicht das billigste aufgeschäumte Fett sein was man industriell herstellen kann. Für mich nie wieder.

Kartenzahlung angegeben, Technik hat aber versagt ,zum Glück konnten wir noch das Geld zusammen kratzen. Die zu den Pizzabrötchen vergessen. Sonst geschmacklich gut 👍🏼

Pro: es ging schnell (30min) Pizzen waren frisch und heiß, Boden fluffig. Contra: Kräuter sind getrocknet und nicht frisch, für die dicke des Bodens istder Belag zu dünn und die Pizza einfach trocken. Auf der Pomodoro sollten Tomatenwürfel sein, wenn es hoch kommt war insgesamt eine halbe Tomate verteilt, da hätte Manaus eine Magarita nehmen können. Geschmacklich kein Knaller, dafür aber teuer.

Haben direkt vor Ort bestellt und dann vor dem Laden gewartet. Nach über 35min war die Pizza dann endlich fertig... Geschmacklich aber gut.
