Excellent in handling, excellent in meals and preparation, and fast delivery

When this was still a Uno branch, you could still order food here or take it away. Now there are hardly any employees here who can speak German. So you have to explain what you want 3 times (each time to a different employee, who can hardly be recognized as such). Pizza rolls then take just under 20 minutes, even if the shop is empty and there are obviously no orders (why?). The look of the store is really creepy. The other reviews here have been good. It looks like the pictures. The health department should really make a spontaneous trip here. The pizza rolls are okay, but not great. Conclusion: If you don't see the kitchen and the chefs, then you'll definitely go to order... But if you pick up or order in person, you'll be negatively surprised.

The shop on Ammendorfer Weg is an absolute disaster. The food was very good. But there were only Turks in the shop. Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Grandpa, everyone was there. If you give 20 €, you get the remaining money of three euros, all in cents. The sauces weren't there but they just made another sauce. Of course the price remained the same. When comes into this store and is immediately spoken to stupidly? I hate this so much. The grandpa who gave out the change will probably also check the tip a bit. So bad. I don't know why I even have to give a star in the Google rating for the service or the ambience. VG PS the Google review is a disaster and of course you are pushed in many directions that you don't even want to answer.

People people……well I say, quality is something different. Ordered at 10 a.m. for lunch at 12 p.m. The stuff arrived at 1 p.m. 🫤 And what happened was awesome, a real awesome. Pasta with some “sauce” whatever, it tasted terrible and looked exactly the same. There is no way I will ever order from you again 🤮 Learn to cook! Please

Just ordered online I immediately received a call saying that the products were not available (pasta casseroles) and whether I would like to order something else... The problem was paid via PayPal and the money was not returned as promised within the specified 15 minutes (nothing happened even after 60 minutes). Telephone service at this branch is absolutely subpar I can only warn against this store!!!!!

We ordered Chiecken Super Papa, the courier brought a completely different pizza and the size did not correspond to the one ordered. He called back and said he would bring a pizza as an apology, but that never happened. Terrible service and delivery, we are very disappointed(

So if the pizza didn't taste good, I would be stunned and would send the health department over. Starting with the fact that there are NO drinks AT ALL on Sundays, during which the store's own drinks are enjoyed by the employees. Warehousing and logistics are certainly a foreign concept to you. Like an anthill, all non-German citizens crumble in the completely run-down “kitchen” or whatever you want to call it. Dirty everywhere, even where it should at least be clean for the sake of the customers. Pizza is prepared without gloves - I also missed someone washing their hands in between. I'd like to see the health pass... I was literally afraid of my pizza. In addition to the hygienic emergency, the prices are also completely absurd. 13€ for a pizza with a diameter of 25cm? Are you crazy? For the same price I can get a pizza in a restaurant that will be far better in terms of quality and quantity. I'm just speechless how this branch can stay afloat. I'm ignoring the fact that Christmas advertising is still running in July, but that speaks for itself... I was here for the first and last time. Be sensible and close this branch!!!

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. One Sunday evening we spontaneously went there to buy two pizzas. As soon as we entered, we noticed that the employees only spoke limited German and didn't seem very competent. The two small pizzas (salami and tuna in size S) cost a total of €25, which seems significantly overpriced compared to Italian pizzerias in the city center. In addition, all drinks were sold out, which seemed very unprofessional. After waiting 30 minutes we received our pizzas, while another couple who had also waited 30 minutes also received a pizza as compensation. We, on the other hand, received no compensation and had to make do with bad tasting pizzas at an exorbitant price. This multitude of negative impressions means that we will avoid this restaurant in the future. In our opinion, a big disappointment for the Papa John's franchise.

I am absolutely disappointed with my last Papa John's ordering experience from this location. Anew! After an incredible 3 hours, the pizza finally arrived - as if the long wait wasn't bad enough, the pizza was also completely cold. Of course there was also a New York style pizza that cost a whopping 20 euros and was inedible when cold. But that was not all. The dips, which were part of the other dishes that also arrived cold, were also partly delivered incorrectly. Something like this simply shouldn't happen! It's really sad how much the quality has deteriorated. This used to be a really good branch, even after it was taken over by Uno. I have happily ordered and picked up here regularly, but after this experience I will definitely think twice about ordering here again. A disappointed ex-regular customer.

We ordered pizza for ourselves on June 9, 2024 because the older one wanted it that way. We decided on Papa John's on Ammendorfer Straße and unfortunately that's where the mistake started. Not that they forgot one pizza (which can happen), but we had a sharp-edged plastic part in the other pizza. My wife noticed it too late and slightly injured her mouth (slightly swollen and thick). The shocking thing was that the owner (according to him) believed us at first, but the store manager didn't believe us because nothing like that happened to him. Not only is this dangerous or even life-threatening, it is passed off as a small oversight and I as a customer am not taken seriously. I'm glad it didn't happen to my child. You have to be warned about a shop like that and a reaction like that. The promised refund was made as of June 10, 2024. 6:41 p.m. still not

Used to be a really good pizzeria. I used to order and pick up here regularly and with pleasure. Today not all the ingredients are available, the staff is hard-working, but they barely speak the local language. No longer recommended, what a shame.

I ordered food there on February 29th, at first the food didn't arrive, called several times and was told it would be there soon. Waited for 4 hours, then on the phone they said the driver was already there, then they said on the phone that my order had been canceled and I mean Got money back, but wanted to eat because it was Sunday and there was nothing else available to eat at home. Then I had to pay in cash again when the food arrived. I paid almost 60 instead of almost 30 and still haven't received my almost 30€. I called again a few days ago and an employee acted absolutely stupidly and I said the date of the order several times and nothing ever came, today and yesterday this order but I said Verstandnlich in German that the order was from February 29th.. If I don't get my money back today, I'll take action against your store and that can have bad consequences, even for a small amount. So since I still haven't received my refund after 3 weeks and I was blocked when calling, I will take legal action today and take your branch apart properly 😝 Good thing I have witnesses :) thereafter

We ordered for the second time very disappointing the whole food was cold pizza was advertised as having bbq and came without it when I asked I was told tomato sauce was mixed with bbq we work in the catering industry and recognize the taste so we were lied to there was definitely none available yet In addition, it was very poorly topped and dry. The dips were all mixed up or forgotten. Normally I don't leave it out like that, but that was terrible. I won't be ordering from it again

Fast delivery, delicious pizza...

Order confirmation received today at 6:06 p.m., delivery time approx. 60 minutes. The two pizzas arrived at 8:20 p.m., cold and dry of course, and no one could be reached by phone the entire time. Absolute cheek and then want a tip😂, first and last order. Oh and the BBQ sauce was missing on the BBQ chicken pizza, a real highlight of this branch.

I've now had the case 4 times where I ordered a pizza on Lieferando and according to Lieferando the delivery time takes 30-45 minutes but after at least an hour the pizza is still not there and it's only after 2 to 2.5 hours that I have it then the first pizza is in front of me... I have ordered several times and have been quite satisfied. The food is ok but there is a lack of time. It happened often enough that, according to Lieferando, you had to wait 20 minutes to an hour, but the food wasn't there even after 2 hours. It was often said that the driver was still on the way, even though we lived quite close (less than 1km) to the restaurant.

The employees at the pizzeria don't know what a calzone is o.O There is no bacon at lunchtime. 2 euros were overcharged. What can you say? Not recommended.

The supplier did everything wrong that could have been done wrong. 1. The clues specifically said don't ring the bell & it still rings :) I wonder why people have such clues 2. he forgets the pizza rolls that you ordered :) then you had to wait again, then the guy rings the bell a second time even though you pointed it out to him again 3. The wrong sauce was then delivered to the pizza rolls. The food was still good but the delivery person was really terrible.

Was there to pick up because our Papa John's is closed and we live too far away for delivery. But it's definitely worth the half hour drive! Usual top quality. I got a family salami pizza and it was simply delicious. The best pizza in the area, especially if you can't stand the greasy rags of other pizza joints. The service was also super relaxed and friendly. I was always kept informed about how long it would take and how far the pizza was, without asking. I will definitely come again. Dad's pizza best 🫶🏼

Unfortunately our paid order didn't arrive after more than 1 1/2 hours. However, the order confirmation and that the order should be delivered within 60 minutes would be sent by email. Absolutely no one could be reached by phone. And according to the web and store, they were all open until 11 p.m. That's a shame.

I ordered a pizza with 4 cheeses and it was okay except for the fact that there was a bit too much tomato sauce on it. Waiting time was suspiciously short. But here it comes The saleswoman couldn't do arithmetic and so in the end we decided to tip 51 cents! Now it gets even worse: There were boxes of dough on the floor!!!! We got a jalapeno and a garlic dip for free (probably for the tip). But you could have saved money. The chili, i.e. jalapeno, was dry like anything else, but the dip looked like butter something and tasted extremely disgusting like butter and there was no trace of garlic. Don't know if I'll come back again

Hatte den größten Heißhunger meines Lebens und ihr wart 55 Minuten zu spät Essen war lecker aber tzd hingehalten Danke dafür

Also ich kann mich bislang nicht beschweren. Bestelle immer direkt über deren Website und die Pizzen waren bislang gut. Einmal war se lauwarm, aber da gab es Dispo-Probleme. Auch die Fahrer sind recht motiviert. Kommen im Haus immer entgegen (3. Etage), obwohl ich am Sprech sage, ich käme runter. Lieferort: Steinweg. Ambiente dort ist mir unbekannt, daher keine Bewertung derer. Da mal als Meinung entgegen der vielen negativen hier.

Nie wieder erstmal gekauft Personal überfordert suchen nach Karton Größe paßt oder nicht keine gute Organisation

Zunächst falsche Bestellung erhalten, dann aber sehr zügig meine eigentliche Bestellung erhalten. Die erste Pizza war somit aufs Haus, Mitarbeiter am Telefon, sehr freundlich. Entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeit und war zuvorkommend. Kann mich nicht beschweren! ☺️

Das beste Pizza 🍕 in Halle , lieferung zwar verzögert sich kleines bisschen, aber mit dem guten Qualität vergisst mann die Verspätung, immer wieder gern.

Hatten leider nicht mehr das im Angebot was ich so gegen 20 Uhr noch von ihrer Karte Bestellen wollte . Werde es trotzdem demnächst noch einmal Probieren denn der Kundenservice war freundlich

Der Service in dieser Pizzeria war schrecklich. Die Wartezeiten waren unerträglich lang und es gab keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Leider waren auch die Pizzen enttäuschend, da sie in der puren Soße untergingen. Ich kann diese Pizzeria nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe dort nur angerufen und war nicht im Laden selbst aber es hat gut geschmeckt. Es war auch keine besonders lange Wartezeit bis die Pizze kam.

Liebes Papa Johns Team, Lieferzeit war echt schnell. Die Papadias war auch lecker. Jetzt kommen wir aber zu dem großen aber, wir haben die bread Strings bestellt mit Knoblauch Dip verkauft den bitte nicht als Knoblauch Dip sondern als geschmolzene Butter mit Knoblauch geschmack. Dieser „Dip" schmeckt absolut wieder Lich und für die bread String ist es viel zu wenig.

Lecker und gut, zur gebuchten Abholung Stand auch alles schon bereit.

Sehr freundlich kann man Scherze machen laden den man nur weiter zu empfehlen kann.

Lecker und schnell bei Selbstabholung

Es war Neujahr und die Geschäfte waren zu, also eine passende Gelegenheit für spontane Kalorienzufuhr in Form einer Pizza. Mehr als das hat Papa John's aber nicht reißen können. Als Selbstabholer musste man ca. 20 Minuten auf sein gewünschtes Produkt warten. Pandemiemaßnahmenbedingt durfte man diese Wartezeit aber nur außerhalb des Ladens absitzen, was sich aber verkraften lässt. Schwierig wurde es dann beim ersten Anbeißen. Konsistenzmäßig war die Pizza ein Reinfall. Jeder Versuch, ein Stück von der Pizza zu lösen, endete darin, dass ich ein loses Stück Pizzarand in der Hand hielt. Nachdem ich die Pizza kompromissbereit mit einem Küchenmesser nachbearbeitet habe, konnte ich endlich den Essvorgang initiieren. Wohlwollender kann ich es nicht ausdrücken. Die Tomatenstücke auf meiner Pizza blieben von der Ofenwärme nahezu unberührt, den Rest konnte man aber als zubereitet durchgehen lassen. Die rustikalen, holzofigen Röstaromen, wie man sie selbst von jeder Dönerbuden- und Dorfkneipenpizza kennt, blieben leider aus. Stattdessen dominierte der Geschmack von 08/15-Tomatenmark meinen Pizzaverzehr. Wer den gewissen "Kick" sucht, wird diesen eher in einer sachgemäß zubereiteten TK-Pizza finden können als in diesem Lokal. Ich habe die Pizza aller Qualitätsabstriche zum Trotz vollständig verzehren können, aber nach dieser Erfahrung wird mir "Papa John's" ein noch größeres Rätsel als zuvor sein: Wie kann dieses ganze Ding als Franchise funktionieren? Ist vielleicht nur diese Filiale so? Verfolgen die noch ein anderes Business so nebenbei? Das sind alles Fragen, die uns nur Jonathan Frakes beantworten kann. Aber ich kann den anderen Google-Reviewern nur zustimmen: Die Dips schmecken äußert sus.

Essen sollte nach 45 Minuten da sein. Nach technischer Nachfrage kamm es dann eine Stunde später. Geht gar nicht! Von den 6 er Chicken Poppers rate ich dringend ab, die sind für 5.99 euro mega klein. Das ist Abzocke! Hier bestelle ich nie wieder!

Pizza und Pizzabrötchen schmecken echt gut, allerdings sind die dips echt total eklig..sour cream schmeckt absolut null nach sour cream..das solltet ihr mal ändern.

Ich hatte zum abholen bestellt.. dtand wie doof am Tresen... missmutige Tante kam und wunderte sich über KartenzHlung. Qualität nicht sooo toll...

War skeptisch nach der Umbenennung, wollte trotzdem mal probieren und es hat mich (erwartungsgemäß) nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Warum sich so eine Einrichtung Pizzeria nennen darf, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Wer Pizza so mag, kann gerne hingehen, ich bevorzuge doch eher einen Einzelpizzabäcker, als solche Ketten.
