Pizzaria in Halle (Saale)

Sooo comfortable! Enjoy your meal. Very friendly service.

Döner bread was untoasted and therefore inedible. Not the first time something was wrong. The staff here should urgently be trained. It's not rocket science to run a kebab shop. Apparently it does here.

When we order pizza it's from Papa John's. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended is the Verona pizza, which we almost always order there. So far everything has always gone well. There's nothing to complain about. And we continue to be loyal customers.

We always get food here. The food is freshly prepared and you can see it. The portions are large and have always been tasty and good. We have absolutely nothing negative to say. In the end it is a bistro where you order food to take away. And that's perfectly fine and good. And the prices are more than good for the portion sizes.

When you look at the prices you almost lose your appetite. But because the employee was so nice and patient with me, I gave it a chance and, despite a lot of packaged and frozen food, I hoped for a pizza that was at least close to restaurant quality. The staff obviously made a great effort, as the pizza was lovingly topped and looked really good. In addition, the employee in question was very quick with my food despite many open orders (she was initially alone in the kitchen, taking the order and answering the phone, which rang every few minutes). Unfortunately, I was really disappointed with the taste and wasn't much better than a frozen pizza (although you would only have paid about a fifth). The worst thing, however, was the boss or supervisor who stormed into the store while I was waiting for my food. Not only did he look incredibly grubby and his pants hung so far down that you involuntarily got a very deep insight, he also put down each of his people (whether the delivery man had just arrived or the completely overwhelmed pizza baker) in an extremely dubious and loud manner. He obviously didn't need to wear gloves or at least wash his hands before helping the employee in question with the preparation. I'm glad my pizza was already in the oven at this point. I wouldn't have eaten anything from his hand. My deepest respect for the employees who remained calm and focused on their work despite this treatment. I wouldn't put up with something like that.
